NOTE ON ELIGIBILITY: this role is for industry candidates already working in software engineering for the past 1+ years. New grads and current students should NOT apply to this role (instead, visit pplx.ai/newgrads https://pplx.ai/newgrads).
ABOUT THE ROLE
In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. Millions of people now use Perplexity to transform knowledge into action, through Search, Comet, and Computer. Product Engineering owns those experiences end to end, from the interface a user touches to the search and model calls behind it, on top of roughly 200M queries a day and a 200B+ URL index.
This is a full stack role in the truest sense. There are no frontend or backend lanes here, and no one waits for a ticket before starting. It suits people who love to build and want the room to do it. What you have shipped and how quickly you learn tell us far more than years on a resume or where you went to school.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own a user-facing surface end to end, from the interaction, design, and frontend through the application logic, APIs, data models, and the search or model calls behind them.
- Ship to production continuously. New engineers typically have code in front of users in their first week.
- Build with AI as a primary tool, not a novelty. We expect you to use agents and coding models aggressively to move faster, and to have sound judgment about when their output is wrong.
- Turn ambiguous product ideas into working prototypes, then use real usage data and evals to decide what survives.
- Raise the quality bar on reliability, latency, and craft for the surfaces you own.
- Work directly with designers, PMs, and research engineers, without unnecessary process in between.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- 1+ years of professional software engineering experience, or a track record of strong internships where you shipped production code at scale.
- Strong in at least one backend language, such as Python or Go, with real experience across services, APIs, and relational data modeling. Comfortable working in React and TypeScript on the frontend.
- Real evidence of building: production work you understand in depth, shipped side projects with actual users, meaningful open-source contributions, hackathon wins, or research you turned into working software.
- Comfort with ambiguity and an instinct to start building incrementally rather than wait for a spec.
- Hands-on experience with AI products, with opinions about their rough edges and what that means for the product you are building.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with our stack: React or Next.js, Python, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, AWS. You will not be expected to know all of it on day one.
- Experience building on top of LLMs: AI orchestration, RAG, evals, agents, tool use.
- Product taste. You can tell a good interface from a bad one and explain how to improve it.
- A public track record we can read, such as GitHub, a technical blog, or a demo we can try.

THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Consumer Trading is a full-stack team behind the Consumer experience in Kraken mobile and web applications. Our flagship product allows our clients to instantly buy, sell, convert any combination of stocks, cryptocurrencies and cash. We are constantly working on extending the product suite with new features and improvements.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the connective tissue between marketing and product at Kraken Consumer — a remit with real scope to shape how millions of people discover and return to our products.
- Build something from the ground up: the roadmap, the intake model and the standards for how marketing and product work together are all yours to define.
- Sit at the centre of the acquisition funnel, where small improvements in conversion compound into meaningful growth.
- Unlock new acquisition channels by building the product surfaces they depend on — paid social, search, affiliates and offline campaigns.
- Shape a fast-growing mobile acquisition motion, including in-product social, creator partnerships, community and friend-referral mechanics.
- Own both halves of the lifecycle: bringing new users in, and giving existing users compelling reasons to come back.
- Work in one of the most competitive corners of consumer fintech, where conversion craft and product quality genuinely decide who wins.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Own the marketing product roadmap end to end, and build the process that turns campaign ideas into shipped product work.
- Design and launch tailored campaign experiences — the in-app and web journeys users land in from push, email, social and paid.
- Raise the bar on lifecycle messaging so push and email feel useful rather than noisy, and convert accordingly.
- Own the incentives layer for new and returning users: offers, referral mechanics, recurring deposits and earn-led campaigns.
- Apply user psychology and sharp UX thinking to find where the funnel leaks, then run the experiments that close the gaps.
- Improve landing page and search performance, and build the product foundations that make paid and offline channels measurable and worth the spend.
- Partner with marketing, design, engineering and data as the single point of ownership for growth enablement.
- Define the acquisition and reactivation metrics that matter, and report on them honestly — including when an experiment doesn't land.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.

The Position
CallRail is looking for a
Senior Product Manager
to own one of our most important integration domains — either our
ad platform integrations
(Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta) or our
CRM integrations
(Salesforce, HubSpot, and the vertical systems our customers run their businesses on).
These integrations are where CallRail's data becomes real value for customers: closing the loop between a phone call and the ad that drove it, or pushing conversation intelligence into the system a sales team actually works in. You'll
lead the strategy for your domain
and own that surface end to end, and
partner with the other integrations PM on the shared patterns
— data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — so the portfolio stays coherent.
Your integrations are also the foundation other teams build on — including
Voice Assist
, where what our AI agents can do for a customer depends directly on what your integrations can read and write.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely
AI-fluent
— both in how they work and in what they build. The integration landscape is changing fast: platforms are exposing agent-accessible interfaces, customers expect setup and mapping to be intelligent rather than manual, and the PMs who move fastest are the ones using AI as a daily tool rather than a talking point. You don't need to be an ML engineer. You do need to reach for AI first and have opinions about where it helps and where it doesn't.
This role suits a self-motivated PM who thrives at both setting product direction and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results with engineering.
What You'll Do
Own your integration domain
Define and own some of our largest core integrations, aligning them with business goals, customer needs, and strategic partnerships.
Take the integrations customers already depend on past MVP — fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make them genuinely good rather than merely connected.
Own how customers experience your domain: how they discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot the integrations you're responsible for.
Lead discovery with customers, partners, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions.
Lead the strategy
Lead the product strategy for your integration domain — synthesizing input from Partnerships, business strategy, and customer signal into a clear point of view, and driving alignment on it across the org.
Partner with the other integrations PM on the shared design patterns every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, webhooks, and third-party APIs — and make sure the next integration is cheaper to build than the last.
Stay current with partner platform roadmaps and the shifting privacy and measurement landscape, and bring a point of view on what it means for our customers.
Bring AI into the product
Identify where AI meaningfully improves the integration experience — intelligent field mapping, automated setup and diagnostics, enriched data pushed into partner systems, self-healing syncs — and build the case for what's worth investing in.
Shape how CallRail's integration data is consumed by AI agents and assistants, as customers increasingly expect their systems to be queryable and actionable by AI rather than only by humans.
Know the difference between an AI feature that holds up in production and one that demos well, and be willing to say so.
Prioritize and measure
Monitor success metrics, product health, and user feedback, and use them to continuously refine your domain.
Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks.
Keep the unglamorous half of integration work — bugs, migrations, reliability — visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless.
Cross-functional
Partner with other product teams whose features depend on your integrations — most often
Voice Assist
, where the quality of a CRM or scheduling integration directly determines what our AI agents can actually do for a customer. Treat your domain as a platform other teams build on, and sequence your roadmap accordingly.
Work closely with
Product Design
on the integration experience — setup and authentication flows, field mapping, error and reconnection states — where most of the design difficulty is in making genuinely complex configuration feel simple.
Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption of new integrations.
Close the loop with Support — turn ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them answers and workarounds in the meantime.
Represent the integrations domain in planning cycles, executive updates, and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
5+ years of product management experience
, with 2+ years focused on integrations, partner ecosystems, or platform-oriented work.
Demonstrated AI fluency in your day-to-day practice.
You use AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, competitive analysis, spec drafting, data exploration, and prototyping — and you can speak specifically about what you've changed in how you work, not just which tools you've tried.
A track record of shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end—CRMs, ad platforms, marketing automation, analytics, or communication tools.
Martech experience is preferred.
Strong technical fluency.
You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, and scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator. Deep API design experience isn't required, but you need to know this territory well enough to make good calls about rate limits, sync behavior, and failure modes.
Proven ability to manage complex product surfaces across partner APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data syncing.
Experience building product surfaces that
other product teams depend on
— negotiating roadmaps with peer PMs, making commitments you can keep, and saying no in a way that keeps the relationship intact.
Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives.
Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice.
Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers. We flex to optimize how the team works best together.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Integration decisions live or die by how well they're documented.
Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with
ad platform measurement
— offline conversion imports, value-based bidding, consent and privacy changes, and how signal loss affects attribution.
Hands-on experience with
CRM data models and lifecycle
— lead and contact objects, custom fields, activity logging, and the realities of syncing into a customer's existing workflow.
Experience shipping an AI-powered feature to production and owning its quality, cost, and evaluation over time.
Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption.
Experience in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
Background working with public APIs and/or developer experience tools.
Working With AI at CallRail
AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use
Claude
across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we're actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will:
Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring integration data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could.
Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster.
Think about CallRail's platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you'll help shape our point of view there.
Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps.
We're looking for evidence that you've already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
Additional Perks
Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
Competitive HSA with company matching
Paid parental leave

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist (e.g., for sleep apnea), your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often specialists and medical services are overwhelmed with referrals and the painstakingly manual process it takes to qualify your referral prevents them from getting around to it on time, or sometimes at all. Tennr prevents these delays and denials by making sure every referral gets where it needs to go, with the right info, at the right time. Powered by RaeLM™ Tennr reads, extracts, and acts on every piece of patient information so providers can capture more referrals, slash denials, and reduce delays.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own design for the operational workflows where healthcare ops teams spend their day.
You’ll lead work end-to-end: discovery with customers, problem framing, systems-level design, and shipping + iterating closely with PM and engineering. You prototype in Figma and in code, and you optimize for fast learning and real user impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own design for operational workflows used daily by ops teams; improve their speed and accuracy.
- Lead discovery (interviews, shadowing, usability testing) and turn insight into decisions.
- Design scalable patterns for dense, multi-state operational workflows.
- Iterate quickly from concept → production; test, learn, refine.
- Use and extend Tennr’s design system components and document new design patterns.
- Communicate rationale clearly to a variety of stakeholders, including product and engineering teams, internal leadership, and customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years product design experience; strong craft on complex desktop web products.
- Comfortable owning research directly; credible with customers.
- Systems thinker (workflows, states, patterns) with strong product judgment.
- Proven ability to ship, iterate, and make tradeoffs.
- Design-systems experience.
- Technical fluency to collaborate on feasibility and prototype in code.
- Strong writing + verbal communication; ownership mindset.
- Excited about improving healthcare operations.

- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match

About Nysonian
Nysonian is a 9-figure consumer products company built around two brands:
NOBL
and
Flo Pilates
. We grew revenue 8x in 2025 and are building the next phase of the US-based business across physical products, software, and subscription experiences.
NOBL is a functional travel brand built around a simple idea: travel products should solve real problems, not just look better. Every feature is designed to eliminate friction from the travel experience — from seamless organization and easy access, to tracking, connectivity, and protection.
Flo Pilates brings studio-quality Pilates into the home through connected fitness hardware, content, and subscription experiences.
Across both brands, we're building product ecosystems that deepen the customer relationship beyond the initial purchase and create recurring value over time. We're looking for builders who want autonomy, speed, and the ability to shape products at scale.
The Opportunity
Nysonian is hiring a Senior Product Designer (UI/UX) to own the end-to-end design of our digital product experiences — app, web, and subscription/account flows — across NOBL and Flo Pilates.
This role reports to VP of eCommerce and works closely with eCommerce, engineering, and brand creative.
What You'll Own
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for digital product experiences — from early concept and wireframes through high-fidelity design and shipped product — across web, app, and connected hardware interfaces (Flo Pilates).
Own the design system and component library, ensuring consistency and speed of execution as both brands scale.
Translate ambiguous product and business problems into clear, tested design solutions — running (or partnering closely on) user research, usability testing, and iteration based on real usage data.
Partner directly with engineering to ensure design intent survives implementation, and with product management to shape roadmap priorities from a user-experience lens.
Balance two brands with distinct customer bases and product types (physical/travel vs. connected fitness/subscription) without diluting either brand's design identity.
Mentor or provide design direction to other designers/contractors as the team grows.
Skills & Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in product design (UI/UX) for consumer-facing digital products, ideally at a DTC, subscription, or connected-hardware company.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership — from research and problem framing through shipped, measurable outcomes, not just polished mockups.
Experience designing for both web and mobile app, and comfort designing for connected hardware/IoT product experiences is a plus.
Fluency with modern design tooling — e.g. Figma, FigJam, Framer, or similar for prototyping — and analytics/testing tools (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel, Maze, Hotjar) to validate design decisions with data.
Experience building or maintaining a design system at scale.
Comfortable working daily with LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) — for research synthesis, copy drafting, rapid prototyping, or workflow acceleration. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you should already have this in your workflow, not be learning it on the job.
Prior experience designing for two distinct brands or product lines simultaneously is a plus.
This Role Is Not a Fit If
You're primarily a visual/UI designer without research, testing, or data-informed iteration experience — this role requires owning outcomes, not just interfaces.
You need a mature, fully-built design system and established design ops to plug into — this is being built and refined as you go.
You're looking for heavy creative-review layers before shipping — this team expects senior designers to make and defend their own calls.
Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The expected total compensation range for this role is: USD $130,000 to $160,000.
Why You'll Love Working at Nysonian
Culture
We're founder-led and operate with speed, direct communication, and clear accountability
We invest in tools and management practices that help colleagues do their best work
Our products are used by customers globally
AI is intentionally embedded in how we work, create, and scale
Senior leaders are expected to create structure, make decisions, and stay close to execution
Growth & Development
Competitive pay and meaningful opportunities for performance-based advancement
Ownership of strategy, systems, execution, and team buildout within your function
Opportunity to build and scale a meaningful part of the business across two consumer brands
Scope and compensation growth tied to performance, role expansion, and measurable business impact
Benefits
Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance options for you and your family
