ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The LangSmith team owns and builds LangChain's core platform for observability, evaluation, and production reliability of AI systems. From tracing and annotation to run rules, evaluations, and beyond, this team owns LangSmith end-to-end. If you want to define what great AI observability looks like at production scale, this is where that work gets done.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Product Manager to own key parts of LangSmith. Building AI products is changing the way software teams work; LangSmith is the observability, evals and deployment platform that makes shipping reliable AI systems possible.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role sits at the intersection of user experience and production infrastructure. You'll partner with engineers to build features that feel intuitive while solving deeply technical problems: versioning complex prompt chains, debugging multi-step agent failures, or designing evaluation systems that scale from 10 to 10,000 test cases.
You'll work directly with customers — from early-stage startups shipping their first agent to enterprises running mission-critical AI systems — to understand where the platform breaks down and what capabilities unlock new workflows.
- Own the roadmap for a core area of the LangSmith platform.
- Work with customers to understand their challenges and define new product features.
- Work with engineering to define scope, make technical tradeoffs, and ship high-impact features quickly.
- Help shape product strategy alongside our founders and leadership team.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years of product management or engineering experience, ideally building developer tools, infrastructure products, or technical SaaS platforms.
- Deeply technical — you can hold your own in conversations about API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues.
- Bias toward action — you'd rather ship, learn, and iterate than build the perfect solution upfront.
- Strong written and verbal communicator who can align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
NICE TO HAVE
- Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup or developer-focused company.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications.
- Annual salary range: $180,000-$240,000
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Most money apps talk at you. Cleo talks back ✨
We're not building another finance app. We're building the world's first AI financial assistant, one that actually understands your money and makes you better at it, and we're changing the world's relationship with money in the process 💰 For everyone, whatever their background or balance.
The proof: profitable, fast-growing, a unicorn with over $300M in ARR, and millions of people who now feel differently about their money.
We love original thinkers who challenge the status quo. We move fast, tell the truth, and there's nowhere to hide from good work here. If that excites you more than it scares you, you'll fit right in.
Follow us on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/cleo-ai/ for new features and the occasional roast 🔥
MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo we have ~35 Product Managers owning and running Squads across our Pillars. Product Management defines what Cleo builds and why it matters. From setting direction to prioritising what ships, Product ensures we’re solving the right problems for our users and the business. As we scale, this shifts from “managing a roadmap” to “shaping the long-term vision and impact of Cleo’s products.” ✨
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Cleo’s payment rails and money-movement roadmap - how customers bring money in, move it across Cleo products, and access it when they need it. You’ll define the future of direct deposit, internal transfers, and intelligent funding orchestration, working closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and our banking and card partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for how customers move money into, around, and out of Cleo - direct deposit top-ups, internal transfers (card, EWA, secured credit card, Wealth products), and outbound movement.
- Build deep fluency in US payment rails (ACH, FedNow, card network rails) and the interchange/cost structure underneath them; represent Cleo in shaping partner roadmaps with the likes of Marqeta and Mastercard.
- Partner with banking and processing partners (e.g., TabaPay-type partners, partner banks) to orchestrate money movement - this is not a "we are the platform" role; it's about working fluently across multiple partners and rails.
- Develop a point of view on stablecoin and crypto as a future rail for moving money in and out of Cleo, and bring that thinking into the roadmap.
- Contribute to the intelligent funding orchestration vision - determining at the point of a transaction what funding source (EWA, BNPL, savings, checking) best serves the customer, with consent, and executing that agentically.
- Set and communicate a clear narrative for why payment rails and money movement matter - this space is not well understood internally, and you'll need to make the case repeatedly to stakeholders who don't have payments backgrounds.
- Maintain flawless execution and attention to detail on cash inflow/outflow while also building the longer-term vision.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
Must-have
- Deep, hands-on US payment rails experience (ACH, card networks, interchange economics) - recent and substantial, not adjacent.
- Experience working across multiple payment partners/rails rather than as "the platform" itself - e.g., time at a card program, neobank, or fintech that works with partner banks and processors.
- Comfort owning ambiguity and setting vision where none has been defined yet.
- Strong narrative/storytelling ability paired with flawless execution.
Nice-to-have
- Fluency in crypto/stablecoin as a payment rail, with a point of view on where the industry is heading.
- International payment rails exposure (e.g., UK), given Cleo's card expansion - explicitly lower priority than US rails depth.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.
For the full breakdown on what's available in your location, visit our Candidate Hub https://meetcleo.notion.site/Cleo-Candidate-Hub-3b95c63b874580e9a068fdc6c8929ebf 👈
WHAT MATTERS
Cleo's mission is to change the world's relationship with money. We can't do that without building a brilliant, genuinely diverse team - and making sure our hiring process gives everyone a fair shot, running a fair and transparent recruitment process in which every candidate is considered on their merits.
We're glad to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. If there's anything we can do to support you in showing us your best, please let your recruiter or one of the team know.
We may use AI-assisted tools during the recruitment process to take support the team in different ways like taking notes or referring back to conversations. They do not replace the team and all applications are reviewed by a Cleo employee thoroughly!

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Most merchants don't find Checkout.com http://Checkout.com through an ad. They find us because someone they already trust told them to look at us, whether that’s their ecommerce agency, their billing platform, their fraud provider, their consultant. We view partnerships as a core growth engine for Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, and this role exists to turn that trusted relationship into a repeatable, scalable revenue channel through disciplined execution, strong commercial instinct, and relentless ownership.
We're looking for a high-ownership self-starter who can originate, structure, and close partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact. Our ideal candidate is an operator with strong drive and bias for action — they move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and are recognized for the impact they deliver.
You'll own a portfolio of partners and the merchants they bring us. This is a builder role: you won't inherit a book that carries you to your number — you'll go and find it. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, ambition and quality work get met with opportunity, and growth is in your hands.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Source new partners from a blank list — agencies, systems integrators, ISVs, fintechs and consultancies. Cold outreach, events, referrals, whatever gets you in the room.
- Win the commercial case: get partners to recommend Checkout to their clients ahead of the incumbent, built on the outcomes their clients care about — acceptance rates, market coverage, revenue.
- Win the technical commitment: make the case for a partner investing engineering time in building with Checkout, then coordinate Partner Engineering to deliver it and keep the integration current as our product evolves.
- Activate signed partners into producing partners — map their client base, train the solution architects and account directors who influence recommendations, and keep opportunities registered early.
- Structure and close referral, reseller and embedded models, negotiating across commercial, legal and operational dimensions.
- Own your number: net revenue, total processed volume, product penetration and conversion. You're recognized on partnerships converting into live merchants and revenue — not on signed logos or pipeline.
- Act as the single owner across Sales, Legal, Product, Partner Engineering and Marketing, removing blockers and driving launches to go-live.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales.
- Payments or fintech experience, processor or merchant side — gateway, acquirer, PSP, orchestration, fraud and risk, or a software platform where you sold payments to existing customers.
- Track record of closing Enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder deals is a plus
- Experience structuring commercial models (rev share, reseller, embedded partnerships)
SKILLSET
- Strong commercial acumen - understands what drives revenue and margin
- Solid negotiation skills - can hold ground while progressing deals
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments
- High attention to detail - no room for approximation
- Resilience for genuine cold outreach. Most of your first six months is finding partners who have never heard from us
MINDSET
- Owner mentality - accountability without excuses
- Performance-driven - focused on outcomes, not activity
- Low ego, high standards - direct, constructive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable being challenged - and challenging back when needed
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working inside or alongside an agency, systems integrator or ISV — you'll already know how partners decide which vendor to put in front of a client.
- Exposure to embedded payments, payfac or marketplace models.

- Partner with Product and Growth teams on key marketing moments.
Distribution & Community:
- Design every asset with a route to its audience.
- Plan distribution alongside content creation.
- Build and grow audience primarily on LinkedIn.

- Customer conversions.
- Retention of created demand.
- Early indicators like audience growth and engagement quality.
Requirements:
- Demand generation marketer with strategic thinking and a public voice.
- Visible in the market under own name through published work.

- Around 5 to 7 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, ideally in product-led or self-serve businesses.
- Track record of content-led programmes producing qualified leads and revenue.
- Experience designing demand as loops.
- Experience building community-led initiatives and growing audiences.
- Hands-on experience running webinars using Zoom Webinar, Livestorm, or equivalents.
- Comfortable with marketing automation and CRM tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce.
- Solid grasp of funnel metrics and attribution.
- Ability to explain revenue-driving programmes.
- MarTech or SalesTech experience relevant to the audience.
- Experience working through peers rather than direct reports.
Nice to Have:
- Experience running programmes across multiple markets.
- Experience with creator or advocacy programmes.
Benefits:
- Work with a knowledgeable, high-achieving, and fun international team.

WHY INTEGRATIONS ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work puts Langfuse into developers’ hands.
Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month, and for many developers the first thing they touch is an integration — a few lines of code that connect their favorite framework to Langfuse. When that experience is seamless, they’re wow’ed. When it’s not, we might have lost them. You’ll own that critical first impression across 40+ framework integrations.
You’ll live at the frontier of LLM application development.
The AI framework ecosystem moves fast — new agent frameworks, orchestration libraries, and model providers emerge every week. You’ll be among the first to instrument them, giving you unmatched exposure to how cutting-edge AI applications are built. The developers you serve are some of the most ambitious software engineers in the world, and working closely with them will make you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
Everything you build is open source and immediately visible.
All Langfuse integrations are MIT-licensed. When you ship a new integration or improve an existing one, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they’ll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain framework integrations. Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You’ll own these integrations end-to-end — from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance as frameworks evolve. When a new framework gains traction, you’ll be among the first to instrument it.
- Design new integration patterns for emerging frameworks. When a framework or a new agent orchestrator appears, you’ll evaluate it, design the right instrumentation approach (callback handler, decorator, OTEL auto-instrumentation, or a combination), build the integration, write the docs, and ship it. You’ll develop strong opinions on what makes a great integration experience.
- Contribute to the core SDKs. While integrations are your primary focus, your work will surface needs in our Python and TypeScript SDKs. You’ll contribute improvements to the core SDK when your integration work demands it — whether that’s a new hook point, better context propagation, or performance optimizations.
- Write documentation and integration guides. At Langfuse, docs are part of our core product. When you ship a new integration, the guide ships with it. You’ll own the integration docs, quickstart tutorials, cookbooks, and migration paths that help developers get started in minutes.
- Be a voice in the developer community. You’ll engage with framework communities, respond to integration-related GitHub issues, write blog posts about new integrations, and be present in our Slack/Discord channels. You’ll build relationships with framework maintainers and represent Langfuse in the broader AI developer ecosystem.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Passionate about the LLM ecosystem. You’ve built real applications with frameworks like LangChain, Pydantic AI, Vercel AI SDK, LlamaIndex, or similar — or you have a deep willingness to go deep and get your hands dirty with every major framework in the space. You’re excited about this ecosystem, not just familiar with it.
- Strong in Python and/or TypeScript. You write clean, reliable code. You don’t need to be a systems-level performance expert, but you care about code quality and understand that integrations run inside other people’s production systems.
- Product-minded engineer. You think about the developer who’s going to use your integration at 11pm trying to ship a feature. You obsess over the getting-started experience: how many lines of code does it take? Is the error message helpful? Does the docs example actually work?
- Self-directed and motivated. You know how to develop conviction about what to build and how to ship it. You don’t wait for detailed specs — you investigate the framework, talk to users, and propose the right approach.
- Excited about open source and developer community. You genuinely enjoy talking to developers about their integration challenges, writing clear documentation, and contributing to open source projects.
- Thrives in a small, accountable team. Your output is visible and matters. You’re comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.
CS or quantitative degree preferred, but not required. We care far more about what you’ve built and your hunger to learn.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation
- Contributions to popular open source projects, SDKs, or developer tools
- Experience building developer tooling, CLIs, or client libraries
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Active presence in AI/ML developer communities (blog posts, talks, open source)
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.
PROJECTS YOU COULD OWN
- Build and ship a Langfuse integration for an emerging agent framework (e.g., OpenClaw, new OTEL-based instrumentation)
- Design the integration pattern for a new category of AI tools (e.g., voice agents via LiveKit/Pipecat)
- Create comprehensive quickstart cookbooks that get developers from zero to traced in under 5 minutes
- Work with the OpenTelemetry community to improve GenAI semantic conventions
- Maintain and upgrade our most popular integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK) as those frameworks ship breaking changes

Role overview
We are looking for a talented and commercially minded Chief of Staff to report directly to the CRO. The CRO owns Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's global revenue organisation (Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations and Pricing) across all regions. As the CRO's right hand, you will extend their reach, speed up decision-making, and make sure the Commercial leadership team is aligned and delivering against its revenue targets.
This is not a back-office role. You will act as the CRO's delegate on key approvals, work on live deals and pricing decisions, resolve the cross-functional blockers that slow down revenue, and contribute to the planning and operating rhythm of a global commercial organisation. You'll be a trusted advisor and sounding board to the CRO and their leadership team. You'll be expected to challenge them, not just support them, and to move comfortably from a board-level narrative to a merchant pricing decision on the same day.
Remit and Responsibilities
- As a thought partner and sounding board to the CRO, pressure-test ideas, bring an independent point of view, and turn strategy into clear, owned actions.
- Represent the CRO in internal forums and make decisions on their behalf when needed, including during absences.
- Work with revenue leaders on deal strategy for our largest new and existing merchants, and set up executive engagement to open or speed up opportunities.
- Stay close to the global pipeline and forecast, hold revenue leaders accountable for their numbers, inputs and follow-ups, and flag risks and opportunities early.
- Own the CRO's leadership cadence (leadership team meetings, business reviews and decision forums), making sure each one has a clear purpose, clear decisions and accountable owners.
- Act as the CRO's delegate for key approvals across the Commercial organisation, including pricing, offers and job requisitions. Apply agreed frameworks consistently, challenge where needed, and know when to escalate.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance on annual and quarterly planning, including targets, headcount and capacity planning, budgets and OKRs.
- Drive the governance and prioritisation of the Commercial-wide hiring plan, partnering with Revenue Operations on capacity planning and with Talent Acquisition, People and Finance to keep hiring aligned with revenue priorities and budget as we scale.
- Design and run the Commercial Leadership Summit and other leadership offsites, from agenda and content through to follow-up and accountability.
- Be part of the Commercial organisation's main link to Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and People leadership.
- Pick up the issues the Commercial team faces day to day, frame them clearly, get the right people in the room and push for a decision, especially where senior leaders are not yet aligned.
- Work with Operations, Legal and Compliance on initiatives to reduce time to revenue for new merchants.
- Own high-priority strategic initiatives from start to finish, usually with a clear revenue or efficiency target and several teams involved.
- Keep challenging how the Commercial organisation works, and simplify processes, governance and tools to increase productivity, including through AI and automation.
- Prepare the CRO for all key meetings and presentations, including exec and board meetings, All-hands meetings, business reviews, customer meetings and external speaking engagements. This covers pre-reads, briefings, presentations, speaker notes and follow-ups.
Desired Background, Core Competencies
- You have 5+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, strategy consulting, commercial or revenue strategy, or business management, ideally including time in a high-growth tech, fintech or payments company.
- Strong commercial instinct: you understand how revenue is built through pipeline, pricing, unit economics and forecasting, and you're comfortable getting into the details of a deal.
- Sound judgement to exercise delegated authority on approvals, balancing commercial speed with discipline and knowing when to escalate.
- A proven track record of influencing senior leaders without formal authority, including handling disagreement between them and getting to a clear outcome.
- Excellent structured thinking and communication: you can reduce complex, ambiguous problems to a clear recommendation and write in a way that's ready for executives.
- Critical thinker who is confident with data and financial models and uses them to support decisions.
- Excellent project and programme management skills, with the ability to switch contexts without losing focus.
- Discretion when handling confidential people, commercial and financial information.
- A low-ego, high-ownership mindset: you're as comfortable doing the work yourself as you are orchestrating others.
