Senior Recruiter

Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven venture studio from Silicon Valley. They build their own AI stack and a portfolio of AI products: 7 products across Future of Work, Longevity, Kids Universe and Education. They are looking for a hands-on Senior Recruiter who owns up to 5 vacancies at a time, from the hiring-manager brief to the signed offer. You will hire for engineering, product, ML/AI, design, analytics, marketing and sales on the international market. Key responsibilities: — Run the full recruiting cycle from hiring-manager brief to offer — Source, screen and attract candidates across USA, MENA, EU and LATAM — Run interviews on hard skills, soft skills, motivation and culture fit — Build role-specific sourcing strategies and screening scripts — Agree priorities and role profiles with hiring managers and close the feedback loop — Keep a transparent funnel with clear analytics: conversions, sources, time-to-fill Required qualifications: — 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, at least 2 of them in startups or fast-growing tech — Closed roles in engineering, product, ML/AI, design, analytics, marketing and sales, including senior and hard-to-fill ones — Hands-on international recruiting: USA, MENA, EU, LATAM — LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray, Boolean Search, Notion, Claude (up to writing your own agent skills) — English B2+, Russian native or fluent Format: remote, Europe / Belarus / LATAM In your message, answer one question: how do you use AI in your day-to-day work?
