Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, Java, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others

About the Role
iCapital is looking to hire a Site Reliability Engineer to join the Site Reliability Engineering team, which plays a critical role in ensuring the platform delivers consistent, reliable service to clients. The services run on Kubernetes in AWS, and this role is focused on maintaining the health, stability, and performance of production environments.
This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives in diagnosing complex production issues where the root cause is not immediately apparent. This role transforms insights gained from production incidents into stronger reliability standards, safer deployment practices, more effective alerting, and automation that helps prevent recurring issues. While metrics, logs, and traces are leveraged daily, the core focus is identifying, resolving, and learning from the issues they reveal.
Responsibilities
Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues in Kubernetes-based services, leading hands-on investigation across application, container, Kubernetes, and AWS layers through to root cause.
Partner with the teams that own our cluster infrastructure to resolve platform-level issues, and feed what you learn back into reliability standards and improvements.
Define and implement reliability and operability standards for Kubernetes-based services, including resource sizing, health checks, scaling patterns, rollout safety, and baseline monitoring, as part of service onboarding.
Serve as the incident commander or senior technical lead for high-severity incidents, lead postmortems, and drive systemic improvements through action items and measurable follow-through.
Turn recurring investigations into runbooks, diagnostic tooling, and automated remediation that shorten time to resolution and eliminate toil.
Coach engineers in systematic troubleshooting and Kubernetes best practices through reviews, game days, and knowledge sharing.
Define, implement, and iterate service level objectives (SLOs) and service level indicators (SLIs) that reflect customer and business expectations.
Standardize monitoring and alerting through “monitors as code” (Terraform preferred), including quality gates such as severity, ownership, and runbook links.
Operate and tune OpenTelemetry pipelines, including sanitizing data, managing cardinality, and enriching telemetry with consistent fields.
Maintain the infrastructure behind our monitoring stack, including Helm charts, ArgoCD ApplicationSets, Kinesis streams, Lambda functions, and Prometheus.
Participate in on-call rotations with a focus on improving reliability, reducing alert noise, and increasing signal quality over time.
Qualifications
5+ years in SRE or related roles, with evidence of technical seniority across multiple services and teams
3+ years of hands-on experience running and troubleshooting production workloads on Kubernetes, with a deep understanding of how Kubernetes schedules, connects, scales, and rolls out workloads
Proven ability to independently diagnose complex failures in distributed systems running on Kubernetes, spanning application, configuration, resource, networking, and scaling issues, including cases where the root cause wasn't obvious
Strong Linux and networking fundamentals, with the ability to troubleshoot below the container layer
Strong production experience with AWS, including how cloud networking and access controls affect workloads running in Kubernetes
Strong incident response skills, including leading retrospectives and postmortems and following through on systemic fixes
Strong IaC skills (Terraform preferred), with examples of reusable modules, monitors-as-code patterns, or similar standardization work, and the coding ability to build automation and diagnostic tooling
Track record of defining SLOs/SLIs and using an observability stack (i.e. Prometheus and Grafana, New Relic, Splunk, or similar) to drive decisions and find root causes quickly
Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence engineering teams through standards, tooling, and practical guidance
Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKS) or equivalent depth
Experience improving rollout safety and autoscaling behavior for Kubernetes workloads
Familiar with common data stores (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and how they fail in distributed systems
OpenTelemetry instrumentation experience at scale is preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000 depending on level. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Employees also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes an employer matched retirement plan, generously subsidized healthcare with 100% employer paid dental, vision, telemedicine, and virtual mental health counseling, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).
We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office Monday-Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday.

ABOUT YOU
Xsolla seeks a security engineer to join a new security team during a critical build-out phase. You work across application security and infrastructure security - reviewing code, hardening cloud environments, supporting incident response, and partnering with engineering teams to improve security posture across the company.
This is a generalist role well-suited to an early-team hire. You are comfortable working across domains rather than specializing in one, and you grow into deeper expertise as the team and program mature. You collaborate closely with the security program manager and work directly with engineering teams on secure design, findings, and remediation.
Our tech stack includes GCP, vSphere/ESX, Kubernetes and container workloads, MariaDB, CockroachDB, Go, PHP, and Python. You do not need expertise in all of these, but you are comfortable navigating a mixed environment and learning what you need.
As always true in job descriptions, there is an intangible value that is hard to capture. We look for a diverse set of perspectives and skills. Even if you don't match every requirement, we encourage you to apply if you think you can be highly successful in this role.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help them fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games. Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Identify and Track Security Findings
- Document findings, assess severity, and track them through the remediation lifecycle to resolution.
Support Incident Response
- Help investigate and document security events, contribute to root-cause analysis, and support containment efforts.
Write Async Security Guidance
- Produce advisories, best-practice documentation, and practical guidance that helps engineering teams build securely across time zones.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an Operations Engineer who is technically curious, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proactive to join our Global Technical Operations (GTO) team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to monitor and investigate production issues across a global platform, help improve how we detect and respond to incidents, analyze trends and patterns in production data, and contribute to better communication with partners and stakeholders during incidents.
Strong troubleshooting skills, observability platform experience, and scripting ability are essential, along with experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, or NOC environments supporting high-availability platforms in the gaming industry. The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English — both written and verbal — when writing incident updates, shift handoffs, and status page communications will be key to your success in this role.
If you’re passionate about keeping critical systems running and continuously improving operational processes and love being the first to spot issues and the one who drives them to resolution for game developers and players worldwide, we would love to hear from you!
ABOUT US

Grounded in the belief in the future of video games, Xsolla is resolute in the mission to bring opportunities together, and continually make new resources available to creators. Headquartered and incorporated in Los Angeles, California, Xsolla operates as the merchant of record and has helped over 1,500+ game developers to reach more players and grow their businesses around the world. With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.
For more information, visit xsolla.com.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary dashboard monitor during your shift — continuously watch the GTO Operational Dashboard in Datadog, detect anomalies by correlating signals across APM, logs, metrics, synthetic tests, and Real User Monitoring, and determine whether alerts warrant an incident ticket or can be resolved through immediate investigation.
Triage and investigate production incidents — create incident tickets in JIRA Service Management, perform initial technical investigation using Datadog (traces, logs, infrastructure and application metrics), determine blast radius and likely root cause domain, and route to the correct team (Product SRE, Infrastructure SRE, or Engineering) using the smart routing model.
Own lower-severity incidents end-to-end from detection through resolution — diagnose, execute runbook procedures, and resolve without escalation where possible. Escalate promptly when an incident is unresolved within defined thresholds or requires a code-level fix.
Support the TSO Lead during major incidents as the technical right hand in the war room — surface real-time data (error rates, impact scope, deployment history, related alerts), maintain the incident ticket with live timeline entries and linked evidence, and execute mitigation actions as directed.
Draft incident communications under TSO Lead direction, including internal Slack updates, stakeholder notifications, and customer-facing status page updates (status.xsolla.com). Support clear, timely communication throughout the incident lifecycle.
During non-incident periods, analyze incident trends, recurring issues, and production bugs — compile data from Datadog, JIRA, and Slack, identify patterns, and contribute findings to regular reports for product and engineering teams.
Compile incident timelines and draft initial PIR documents for Post-Incident Review preparation. Track PIR action items post-session and flag overdue items to the TSO Lead.
Build and maintain operational automation (alert enrichment scripts, incident templates, Slack workflows, dashboard widgets) and contribute to runbook development — documenting new resolution procedures so they can be repeated by any Operations Engineer on any shift.
Conduct structured shift handoffs covering active incidents, at-risk services, upcoming deployments, and follow-up items. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with SREs to continuously expand independent resolution capability.
Cover for the TSO Lead during vacations, absences, or emergencies — including severity classification, escalation decisions, stakeholder communications, and basic Incident Commander functions.
Publish health reports of critical apps periodically.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working at a gaming company is required — you understand the pace, player expectations, live operations dynamics, and the operational demands of the gaming industry.
4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, production operations, NOC, or technical operations in a high-availability environment.
Strong troubleshooting and investigation skills — ability to take an alert or user-reported symptom and methodically trace it through the stack: application logs, APM traces, infrastructure metrics, database queries, and network paths.
Hands-on experience with Datadog (or equivalent observability platform: Grafana, Splunk, New Relic, Elastic) — navigating APM, building log queries, reading infrastructure dashboards, interpreting SLO burn rates, and configuring monitors and alerts.
Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, Go, or Bash. You will write automation scripts, build operational tooling, and work with APIs.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English — ability to write incident tickets, investigation notes, Slack updates, shift handoff reports, status page communications, and PIR drafts that are clear, concise, and useful to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable) — understanding of pods, deployments, services, ingress, node health, and how to investigate Kubernetes-related production issues.
Understanding of SLOs, error budgets, and burn-rate alerting — knowing what a multi-window burn-rate alert means, how error budgets deplete, and how SLO breaches translate into incident severity.
Experience with incident management tooling: JIRA or JIRA Service Management, PagerDuty or OpsGenie, Slack, and Confluence.
Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML-assisted operations: anomaly detection, alert correlation, predictive monitoring, or automated remediation.
Comfort with 24x7 shift-based operations as part of a follow-the-sun model with handoff overlaps. Weekend on-call (rotating) is required.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Datadog Service Catalog, synthetic monitoring, and RUM (Real User Monitoring).
Experience with distributed systems debugging: tracing failures across microservices, understanding cascading failures, and reading distributed traces end-to-end.
Exposure to database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka) at a level sufficient to investigate connection pool exhaustion, replication lag, slow queries, or queue backlogs during incidents.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tooling (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm) — enough to correlate recent deployments with production issues and identify rollback targets.
JIRA Service Management administration experience: workflows, automation rules, SLA timers, and queues.
ITIL Foundation certification is a plus but not required — practical experience matters more.
Benefits
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes unlimited Flexible Time Off, Gym membership, monthly train ticket and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Staff Mobile Security Engineer to join our Mobile Security team, where you will play a key role in identifying and mitigating security vulnerabilities across OKX's mobile applications and platforms. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of offensive security, mobile engineering, and platform protection — you will work closely with development, operations, and compliance teams to ensure security is embedded at every layer of our mobile stack.
You bring deep expertise in mobile application security, offensive techniques, and secure coding practices. You are also fluent in AI-assisted development and bring the discipline to build, maintain, and continuously improve your own AI engineering workflows.
What You'll Be Doing
Identify and address security vulnerabilities in mobile code, systems, and networks through manual review, automated tooling, and threat modelling.
Manage and optimise application security tools, processes, and alerts to maintain a strong security posture.
Validate and respond to Bug Bounty submissions, triaging findings and coordinating remediation with engineering teams.
Produce detailed security findings reports and present them to both technical and management audiences, contributing to real-world attack prevention.
Collaborate with development teams to implement and champion secure coding practices across iOS and Android platforms.
Apply AI tools to accelerate security research, automate vulnerability detection workflows, and improve the efficiency of threat analysis.
Work alongside operations and compliance teams to ensure security is a consistent priority across the organisation.
Participate in incident response and management activities.
Stay current on the latest offensive security techniques, application security threats, and industry best practices.
What We Look For In You
5+ years of experience in mobile application security or offensive security, with hands-on expertise in iOS and/or Android platforms.
In-depth understanding of security risks, vulnerabilities, and concepts in mobile and web applications.
Proficient in code review across Kotlin, Swift, TypeScript, or JavaScript, with a strong grasp of application security threats.
Able to create proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate vulnerabilities, review patch code for adherence to standards, and collaborate with repository owners on remediation.
Actively uses AI tools in your security engineering workflow — including building AI-leveraged workflows and codifying repeatable agent skills so tools like Claude Code or Codex deliver reliably on real production work.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-To-Haves
Prior experience developing mobile security SDKs at scale — products with a daily active user base of over ten million.
Experience in large-scale business risk control projects, or practical experience in threat intelligence, business risk prevention, and countermeasures against black and grey industries.
In-depth reverse engineering of major apps from first-tier vendors, or other projects that demonstrate strong reverse engineering capabilities.
Proficiency in ARM assembly, with the ability to implement deep-level countermeasures at the native and application layers.
Experience with device fingerprint recognition — including simulating new devices through methods such as flashing, modification, and application cloning.
Ability to work across multiple mobile platforms simultaneously.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
