ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Director, Product Finance and FP&A to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! This role spans our Product Finance and Corporate FP&A functions. You'll own two of the highest-leverage areas on the team: the unit economics and monetization strategy across every product we ship, and the financial architecture of the company—model, budget, and Board reporting. The work you do will directly shape how we price, how we allocate capital, and how we support executive decision-making through financial insights and planning.
This represents a truly unique opportunity to join one of the country’s fastest-growing startups as we scale toward a potential IPO. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Accounting, and executive leadership to drive some of Ramp’s most important financial decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
PRODUCT FINANCE
- Own our unit economics models for every product line, setting financial targets and partnering cross-functionally to turn goals into reality
- Drive pricing and monetization strategy across Ramp's portfolio in partnership with Product and executive leadership
- Run strategic custom deals, structuring creative commercial arrangements that help Sales win in competitive situations
- Partner closely with Product leaders to evaluate new product investments, business cases, and long-term growth opportunities
FP&A
- Own Ramp's consolidated financial model and develop a deep understanding of the business drivers behind company performance from revenue through cash flow
- Lead headcount planning across the company, including partnering with People and GTM leadership on capacity and hiring decisions
- Lead non-payroll budgeting across the company, particularly partnering with Engineering, Procurement Ops, and executive leadership on cost strategy and vendor negotiations
- Build and oversee executive-level financial reporting, analyses, and materials that support Board and leadership decision-making
- Own FP&A's internal systems and tooling roadmap for the infrastructure that both FP&A and the broader finance org run on
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related finance function, including experience at a high-growth technology company
- Experience managing, mentoring, or developing high-performing team members is a plus
- Excellent financial modeling and quantitative/data analysis skills
- Extreme attention to detail with a high regard for precision
- A "get things done" mentality—you can dissect complex problems, identify solutions, and drive them to completion with a high degree of autonomy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial analyses clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and executives
- Proven track record of using AI and automation tools (e.g. Claude Code) to streamline financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and other finance workflows

Your Role:
The Creative eLearning Developer designs and builds interactive training services, offering collateral and enablement content for the Services Portfolio by combining three capabilities in one role: multimedia/video design, graphic design, and technical writing. This role turns technical subject matter into polished, field-ready courses, videos, and collateral for websites, presentations, classrooms, and e-learning platforms - owning a deliverable from storyboard through final published, LMS-ready package.
This is a “creative” eLearning Developer specifically: unlike a standard eLearning Developer who authors courses from assets supplied by others, this role also creates the graphic and multimedia assets themselves - 2-D/3-D graphics, video animation, and course visuals, in addition to authoring interactive modules in tools like Articulate Storyline or Rise 360 and writing the scripts, captions, and course copy that tie a deliverable together. The role also manages one or more supporting processes for the team (e.g., video mastering, templates, or SCORM packaging standards), working largely self-directed with minimal supervision and reporting status to leadership at regular intervals.
Your Opportunity:
Multimedia & Video Design:
Video & Audio Editing:
Edit video and audio into the final training, services and marketing deliverables.
Storyboard Translation:
Translate storyboards into technical infographics and animated sequences.
3-D & Motion Assets:
Create line art, 2-D graphics, 3-D imaging, and video animation for course and presentation content.
Graphic Design & Brand Hub:
Template & Style Systems:
Create, maintain, and utilize templates for presentations, documents, and animations using a variety of development tools.
Brand & Style Guides:
Contribute to creating style guides for deliverables, ensuring visual and written consistency across the portfolio.
Visual Layout:
Design presentation layouts and visual assets that translate technical information into a clear visual story.
Brand Evolution Support:
Support the Senior Manager, Services Portfolio Production, in executing the corporate “house style” overhaul across all One Tenable, Prime assets, including the Tier 1/2 rebrand timeline.
Creative Request Hub:
Act as a direct creative design point of contact for the Senior Director and leadership — turning around presentations, graphics, and one-off collateral on request — with strict adherence to brand guidelines.
Brand Guideline Stewardship:
Maintain and enforce brand standards (logo usage, typography, color, iconography) across all portfolio deliverables, and flag or correct off-brand assets in circulation.
Technical Writing & Content Development:
Script & Course Copy:
Write and edit scripts, voiceover text, captions, and on-screen callouts, maintaining a consistent voice across written and visual content.
Documentation:
Maintain technical and course documentation to support the assets you build.
Content Evaluation:
Evaluate existing visual and written content and recommend improvements for clarity and engagement.
eLearning Authoring & Publishing:
Course Authoring:
Build interactive learning modules — branching scenarios, quizzes, and simulations — using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate.
Packaging & LMS Publishing:
Package courses to SCORM/xAPI standards, publish to the LMS, and test for compatibility and learner tracking.
Accessibility:
Apply accessibility standards (e.g., Section 508) to eLearning content.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Delivery:
Requirements Gathering:
Meet with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop design plans.
Iterative Feedback:
Perform edits based on feedback from Solution Architects, peers, and leadership.
Deadline Management:
Create deliverables within time constraints to meet project deadlines.
Independent Execution:
Perform tasks with minimal supervision, managing one or more supporting processes (e.g., video mastering, templates, SCORM packaging standards) end-to-end.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Mentorship:
Mentor and develop less experienced designers, sharing craft and process knowledge across the production team.
What You'll Need:
Minimum 5 years of eLearning development, multimedia, or graphic/video design experience in a professional setting.
Comfortable writing and maintaining technical/course documentation, scripts, and captions for course and video deliverables.
Familiarity with the full product delivery life cycle: requirements analysis, design, testing, implementation.
B.A./B.S. in graphic design, instructional design, educational technology, or a related field, or comparable experience.
Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Rise 360 (or Adobe Captivate), plus Adobe Creative Cloud and Camtasia.
Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Keynote) for fast-turnaround, executive-ready decks in addition to core Adobe Creative Cloud work.
Experience building or maintaining a brand guideline system (logo, typography, color, iconography) at an organizational level.
Working knowledge of SCORM/xAPI packaging and LMS publishing; awareness of accessibility standards such as Section 508.
Working knowledge of Instructional Design frameworks (e.g., ADDIE).
Experience or knowledge of Tenable products; familiarity with network architecture and Tenable cybersecurity practices for enterprise environments.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong initiative and the ability to work remotely, both self-directed and as part of a geographically distributed team.
This role may require the ability to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity at our headquarters in Columbia MD or Boston MA. This position is US-based only.
Ability to work remotely in a self-directed manner
Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations and meetings

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Social at Ramp exists to make the company more visible, culturally relevant, and useful to the people we want to reach. We are looking for a highly strategic Social Media Lead to turn that ambition into an operating system.
Your central job is to build the strategy and operating system for Ramp social. You will bring a clear point of view, make the right calls about where and how Ramp shows up, and ensure our biggest moments have real distribution behind them. You will help more Ramp employees credibly tell the stories closest to their work. You may also be hands-on where it matters, but strategic leadership and operational ownership are what will define success in this role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set Ramp’s social strategy, raise the creative bar, and focus the calendar on fewer, more consequential moments.
- Decide when Ramp, an employee, executive, creator, customer, or partner should lead the story, then build the right distribution plan around it.
- Help more Ramplings and executives post credibly about their work, with clear guidance, coaching, and amplification.
- Build a reliable approach to community management and social support, including the right contractor bench.
- Bring together producers, influencer, Brand, Comms, Growth, Support, and visibility teams to execute the highest-priority work.
- Establish a clear scorecard and use social insights to improve the work over time.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Ramp has a clear social point of view, distinct roles for each channel, and a calendar built around high-conviction moments rather than constant posting.
- The social function is a strategic driver of visibility and demand, not an internal posting service.
- Employees and executives have an easy, trusted way to share their work, and the strongest posts receive coordinated amplification.
- Product questions and customer issues found on social are handled with dependable ownership and follow-through.
- Social has data driven goals and learnings, including reach, awareness, demand, campaign lift, and market insights.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years leading strategic social, or related marketing programs at a top-tier technology, consumer or media company.
- A demonstrated ability to build social strategy and the operating model behind it: prioritization, agency management, workflows, measurement, and executive alignment.
- Excellent editorial judgment and an instinct for what will feel credible and native on each platform, especially LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube, and emerging community channels.
- Comfort with performance and brand measurement, including how to distinguish correlation from impact and how to run disciplined tests.
HOW WE WORK
We make finance teams cool. That means taking ideas further, choosing fewer bets with more force, and creating work people genuinely want to talk about. We value sharp taste, clear thinking, generous collaboration, and the willingness to say no when a moment does not meet the bar.
Ramp is committed to supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

Your Role:
Build and lead a high-velocity production engine that transforms technical concepts into elite, field-ready service and training offerings across the Professional Services Portfolio. This role owns the full collateral and course-delivery lifecycle - from initial brief through go-to-market launch - and is accountable for the platforms, governance, and creative/technical talent that keep the portfolio's content current, on-brand, and field-ready.
The role carries a dual mandate: lead the production engine and serve as the primary link between Production and Sales Enablement/Go-to-Market (GTM), ensuring the portfolio is properly represented in the field. The ideal candidate has managed a diverse staff of technical and creative resources, can work with minimal supervision, and can implement the process changes required to continually mature the team's launch and collateral operations. Technical fluency in network security and vulnerability management is required to evaluate content accuracy and guide the team's technical output.
Your Opportunity:
Strategic Leadership & GTM Alignment
Brand Evolution:
Lead the overhaul of Tenable's corporate “house style” across all One Tenable and Prime assets, and own the Tier 1/2 rebrand timeline.
The Face of Production:
Serve as Professional Services lead for Prime Weekly TV, coordinating with SMEs to deliver high-quality broadcast content on a recurring cadence.
Go-to-Market Liaison:
Act as the bridge between Production, Sales Enablement, and Prime leadership so the collateral roadmap aligns with go-to-market goals and the portfolio is properly represented to the field.
Launch Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute service and training offering launches, including go-to-market and marketing strategy.
Operational Excellence & Platform Governance
The Assembly Line:
Design and manage scalable, repeatable workflows that take content from initial brief to final delivery, replacing ad hoc production with a governed process.
Platform Management:
Own the LMS and training delivery platforms, the global PS collateral library, and access management for all portfolio assets.
Curriculum Development:
Create and maintain appropriate training curricula, collateral and video recordings.
Governance:
Implement rigorous quality and content review standards for all technical and marketing assets, balancing innovation with the ongoing maintenance of existing offerings.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with Services Architects, Portfolio Program Management, and Domain Specialists to design, develop, and maintain professional service and training collateral.
People Leadership & Performance
Global Team Management:
Build and lead a diverse, cross-timezone team of technical and creative professionals spanning multimedia design, technical writing, and video production.
Data-Driven Leadership:
Establish and track day-to-day production metrics - throughput, quality, and cycle time - to hold the team accountable to clear output standards.
Talent Development:
Foster a high-performance culture capable of adapting to rapid shifts in corporate direction, messaging, and strategy.
Quality & Stakeholder Management
Content Standards:
Perform content reviews to assure the technical accuracy, brand alignment, and quality of all portfolio collateral before release.
Stakeholder Interface:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Marketing, Theatre leadership) regarding production requests and timelines.
Risk & Dependency Management:
Identify launch dependencies and production bottlenecks early, and escalate or resolve blockers before they affect GA dates.
What You'll Need:
8+ years of related experience managing people, projects, and cross-functional processes, ideally in a professional-services or training-content environment
3+ years of direct people-management experience leading creative and/or technical production staff
Experience with go-to-market, marketing, or sales-enablement processes for service or training offerings
Exposure to the full content/product delivery lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, production, review, and launch
B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field preferred
Working knowledge of network security and vulnerability management; familiarity with Tenable.io, Tenable.sc, and Nessus strongly preferred
Experience administering an LMS and managing a content/collateral library at scale
Familiarity with data and dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau) to track portfolio health and production metrics
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
Strong initiative and the ability to work remotely, both self-directed and as part of a geographically distributed team
Ability to manage multiple concurrent launches in an agile, frequently shifting environment
This role may require you to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity at our headquarters in Columbia MD or Boston MA. This position is US-based only

You will own the full partner lifecycle, from identifying and engaging Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, and venture capital partners through signing, enablement, activation, and partner-sourced pipeline. Your early results will help determine how Ramp scales its Canadian channel motion.
You will work closely with Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, and the broader Partnerships organization. - Research, identify, source, qualify and sign net-new Canadian partners.
- Create joint go-to-market and activation plans to grow the Canadian partner ecosystem.

- Work closely with the Canadian Sales team to advance partner-referred opportunities.
- Partner with Product to surface recurring partner needs and inform the Canadian roadmap.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in partner sales, business development, channel partnerships, or a closely related role
- High agency, urgency, and resilience
- Proven track record of sourcing and managing partnerships
- Self-starter mindset: you are comfortable getting in the weeds
- Strong discovery and consultative-selling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional judgment and a history of finding success across cross-functional work
- Familiarity with the Canadian business and technology ecosystem
- Strong comfort using AI tools to execute quality work, fast
- Ability to travel to in-person events in Canada frequently
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building a new partner motion, market, or vertical from an early stage.
- Professional proficiency or native-level fluency in French
- Presence in the Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, venture capital, financial-services, or technology partner network
- Familiarity with finance & accounting workflows and solutions

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
The Senior Network Engineer leads Wizards of the Coast's enterprise network — datacenters, corporate offices, studios, and AWS cloud. Our stack runs on a Juniper/Mist campus fabric, a Palo Alto Networks security edge, and cloud-native AWS connectivity. You'll set technical direction, drive complex initiatives end to end, and mentor the broader team. Come help us build the future of network operations.
What You'll Do:
Own the architecture, build, and roadmap for our Juniper/Mist campus and branch infrastructure, and lead its evolution across sites and business units.
Lead the Palo Alto Networks security stack, from policy architecture to secure-by-design standards across teams.
Own end-to-end AWS cloud network implementation — VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect/VPN, Route 53 — and hybrid connectivity, including BGP, OSPF, and SD-WAN traffic engineering at scale.
Drive automation and AI adoption across network operations, from config deployment to AI-powered monitoring, observability, and root-cause analysis.
Be the go-to for critical issues, and mentor less-experienced engineers through code review, troubleshooting, and skill-building.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years in enterprise network engineering — routing, switching, wireless — with deep expertise in Juniper (EX/QFX/SRX, Mist) and/or Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus), plus hands-on work with intelligent ops tools like Mist/Marvis at scale.
Expert-level BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, and load balancing chops. You've built these solutions from scratch, not just maintained them!
Extensive Palo Alto Networks firewall experience, including policy architecture and Panorama at enterprise scale. Checkpoint or Fortinet is a plus.
Proven AWS production experience — VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect/VPN, Route 53, security groups, CloudWatch, DNS, DHCP, IPAM — with the judgment to make platform decisions independently.
Hands-on use of AI tools like Mist/Marvis and coding assistants (Claude, Copilot) to power automation and network ops, plus a track record of leading cross-functional work and mentoring engineers.
Nice to Have:
Active advanced certifications: CCIE, JNCIE, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, or AWS Solutions Architect Professional.
Prisma Access / SASE deployment leadership, or Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) build ownership.
Terraform or Ansible pipelines you've built and owned in production — not just maintained.
Experience in a multi-studio, multi-BU entertainment or gaming environment, or another complex, highly distributed org.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role. The range listed is just one component of Wizards of the Coast’s total compensation package for employees. Employees may also be eligible for annual and long-term incentives. In addition, Wizards of the Coast provides a variety of benefits to employees. Here’s a look at what your benefits package may include: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation Time & Holidays, Generous 401(k) match, Paid Parental Leave, Volunteer Program, Employee Giving & Matching Gifts Programs, Tuition Reimbursement, Product Discounts, and more.

The Position
CallRail is looking for a
Product Manager
to join our team that supports our core integrations, public
API and webhooks products
.
This is a build role. You’ll ship net-new integrations with platforms our customers depend on — automotive and healthcare tools, scheduling systems, workflow platforms like Zapier — and you’ll deepen the ones we already have. You’ll also own the shared service and framework those integrations run on, and the developer-facing API and webhook surface that thousands of customers and partners build on top of.
The other half of the job is keeping the ecosystem healthy. Integrations break in ways ad campaigns don’t, and you’ll be the person who decides what gets fixed first. That means working shoulder to shoulder with
Support, Sales, and Marketing
— they hear about problems before dashboards do, they know which integration is blocking a deal, and they need you to tell them what’s coming and when.
This role suits a hands-on, technically fluent PM who wants to ship real integrations, cares about customer product experience, and works in an environment where AI is a daily tool rather than a talking point.
What You'll Do
Build and deepen integrations
Ship net-new core integrations — new verticals like automotive and healthcare, scheduling and workflow platforms, and the partners our roadmap calls for next.
Deepen existing integrations past MVP: fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make the ones customers already rely on genuinely good.
Own the shared service and framework every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, error handling, and retries — and the tooling that makes the next integration cheaper to build than the last.
Own the integrations UI and library: how customers discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot what we’ve built.
Own the API and webhooks
Own CallRail’s public API and webhooks as a product, not a byproduct: new capabilities, versioning strategy, deprecation paths, and the developer experience around them.
Drive
parity between our API and webhooks
so developers get consistent data and behavior regardless of how they consume it.
Own API documentation, the developer dashboard, and the administration and billing experience for API access.
Define and monitor the health metrics developers actually feel — latency, error rates, rate-limit behavior, webhook delivery reliability — and act on them.
Prioritize and triage
Own the integrations bug queue. Triage incoming issues, and make the reliability work that keeps the ecosystem healthy visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless.
Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks.
Close the loop with
Support
— build the intake path that turns ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them the answers and workarounds they need in the meantime.
Keep
Sales
and
Marketing
ahead of the roadmap: what’s shipping, what’s fixed, what’s still broken, and what they can confidently sell and promote.
Cross-functional
Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front.
Lead discovery with customers, developers, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption.
Represent core integrations and the API in planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
3-5 years of product management experience
, including meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer tools, or platform-oriented work.
Background in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
A track record of actually shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end — not just governing a platform others built on.
Strong technical fluency. You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, understand webhooks and event delivery semantics, and can scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator.
Hands-on experience with public or partner APIs — REST, OAuth, versioning, rate limiting, pagination, and webhook reliability patterns.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (Claude or similar) in your actual day-to-day product work.
Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice.
Comfort with the unglamorous half of integration work: bugs, migrations, and reliability — and the judgment to prioritize it against net-new.
Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives.
Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers.
Excellent written communication. Integration decisions live or die by how well they’re documented.
Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
Experience building or scaling a developer platform, API program, or developer portal.
Experience with vertical software ecosystems — automotive, healthcare, home services, or legal.
Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption.
Working With AI at CallRail
AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use
Claude
across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we’re actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will:
Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring API data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could.
Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster.
Think about CallRail’s platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you’ll help shape our point of view there.
Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps.
We’re looking for evidence that you’ve already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
Additional Perks
Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
Competitive HSA with company matching
Paid parental leave
Flexible vacation policy
401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match
Employee stock options available from day one

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it’s the best version of itself in the real world. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers’ executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and marketing is one of the biggest drivers of it. We're building out our business systems team to make sure the systems behind every campaign, list, and lead can keep up. You'll work directly with Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Events, Sales Development, and Sales to own the systems that turn marketing programs into pipeline. You'll own HubSpot and how it connects to Salesforce and the rest of our GTM stack.
What You'll Do
- Own top-of-funnel marketing systems: the roadmap, the architecture decisions inside them, and their operational health
- Run HubSpot as a system, not just a tool: workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, and the permissions and naming conventions that keep it from sprawling
- Run campaign operations end-to-end: program and campaign structure, campaign membership and status, event and webinar lead capture, and launch QA, so Marketing can ship quickly without creating data debt
- Own workflow management in HubSpot: build, document, and audit nurture, enrollment, and suppression workflows, and retire the ones that no longer earn their place
- Build and govern lists: ICP segmentation, inclusion and suppression logic, enrichment, and email validation between a Growth request and a send. Every list should be reproducible and explainable.
- Own privacy and opt-out management: subscription types, consent capture, unsubscribe and opt-out handling across HubSpot, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA in a regulated fintech environment
- Design and maintain UTM tracking and attribution architecture: UTM taxonomy and governance, hidden-field capture on forms, lead source and original source logic, and how campaign touches flow into Salesforce, so the attribution reporting is something the business trusts
- Build the Salesforce automation behind marketing handoffs: record-triggered flows, validation rules, fields, and permission sets
- Use AI to automate the work where it holds up: enrichment, list QA, data quality checks, and request triage
- Prioritize incoming requests by ROI. Decide what gets built, deferred, or declined, and show the numbers behind each call.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in marketing operations, business systems, or revenue operations at a fast-paced B2B company
- Deep hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows built and debugged, and list, form, and property architecture you designed rather than inherited
- Hands-on campaign operations experience: you've built campaign structures and owned the lists and sends behind real programs
- A working command of email privacy and consent: subscription management, opt-out handling across systems, and the regulations behind them
- UTM and attribution architecture you've owned in practice: taxonomy, capture, lead source logic, and the MQL-to-SQL handoff
- Salesforce Admin experience, including flows you built and debugged when they broke (certification is a plus)
- A habit of framing problems rather than waiting for a spec: you take on ambiguous requests, make the decisions, and ship
- You dissect a problem, drive it to completion with little supervision, and can explain the tradeoffs to any audience
Nice to Have
- Enrichment and routing tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, LeanData and Chili Piper
- Sales engagement and automation platforms such as Outreach and Workato
- Deliverability and list hygiene at high sending volume
- Paid media and ad platform integrations, including conversion tracking
- Lead scoring and MQL model design
- Snowflake, Looker, or similar BI and warehouse tools
- Linear or similar project management software
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide to reimagine how they operate and compete.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building new pipeline in our target industries. This is a high-growth role for someone with solid BD experience who wants to sell AI services at the center of the industry's most important partnerships. You'll work closely with our BD leadership, take ownership of deals as you grow, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller.
What You'll Do
Partner motion: Anthropic and AWS
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Anthropic's and AWS's partner and field sales teams.
Receive and qualify enterprise leads shared by our partners, run discovery calls, and move qualified opportunities through to proposal and signed SOW, with support from BD leadership on larger deals.
Keep the joint pipeline up to date, and help prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Build relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps so Provectus is their first call for implementation needs.
Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, and partner events.
New business development
Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run discovery, scope opportunities with our architects, and own deals through the sales cycle.
Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with delivery leads and solution architects to scope proposals accurately. You'll be selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Share market insights (buyer objections, competitor moves, industry trends) with leadership and marketing.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience
in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in B2B technology, cloud, or consulting.
Hands-on experience working with a technology partner ecosystem (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), for example co-selling, joint pipeline, or co-marketing.
A track record of moving deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close.
Strong written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in how enterprises adopt it.
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership without being micromanaged.
Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, workshops, partner events, and conferences.
Nice to Have
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience selling services or statement-of-work (SOW) engagements rather than SaaS subscriptions.
Exposure to AI/ML, LLM-based products, or cloud data solutions.
An existing network in New York's financial services or life sciences communities.
Why Join Us
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful partnerships in AI: Anthropic and AWS.
Sell with confidence, backed by a world-class AI/ML team that delivers what you sell.
Learn directly from experienced BD leadership, with a clear path to a senior partnerships or sales role.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Choice of B2B contract or full-time employment.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Product / Web Designer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working with our HQ Design team. This role is the design half of a two-person build pair: you and the Partnerships Backend Engineer take an inbound partnerships inquiry and turn it into something a player actually sees — a co-branded web shop, a campaign landing page, a creator or affiliate destination page — and ship it together.
You will design conversion-oriented commerce surfaces for the Traffic Source Partners we onboard, adapt Xsolla and partner brand systems into one coherent look per campaign, and build a reusable component library so the next campaign launches faster than the last one. You will hand off to engineering with real specs and then review the implementation until it matches.
This is an entry-level design role with a live audience. We care more about your portfolio and your eye than your years of experience — recent graduates and self-taught designers with strong work are welcome. If you like designing things that get measured, and you want to see your work convert real traffic in APAC markets, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design partner-facing surfaces
Design the frontend surfaces created for Traffic Source partnerships: co-branded web shop themes, campaign landing pages, affiliate and creator destination pages, promotional banners, and in-shop merchandising.
Design responsive, mobile-first layouts with the purchase funnel in mind — clarity, hierarchy, trust signals, and a short path to checkout.
Adapt Xsolla brand guidelines and each partner's brand into a single coherent visual system per campaign, without breaking either.
Localise and adapt designs for APAC markets, accounting for language length, local conventions, and regional payment and merchandising context.
Ship with engineering
Work directly with the Partnerships Backend Engineer to take designs from Figma into working frontend — provide specs, states, breakpoints, tokens, and exported assets, then review the build until it matches the design.
Build and maintain a reusable component and template library so new partner campaigns can be assembled rather than designed from scratch.
QA implemented pages across browsers and devices and raise the gaps.
Supporting work
Create supporting collateral for partnerships inquiries: pitch visuals, one-pagers, deck slides, and social or creator kit assets.
Collaborate with HQ Design, follow and contribute to the Xsolla design system, and keep design files, naming, and handoff documentation organised.
Take feedback constructively from HQ Design, Partnerships, and partners, and iterate quickly.
Track work in Jira and keep design documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in product, web, or UI design, or a strong portfolio of personal, freelance, or academic work. A portfolio is required for this application.
Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
Solid grounding in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and responsive / mobile-first design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset production.
An understanding of what makes a landing page convert, and a willingness to have your design judged on that.
Able to work within an existing design system and brand guidelines rather than around them.
Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in design execution.
English sufficient for daily collaboration with the HQ Design team; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Basic HTML and CSS — enough to spec accurately and QA an implementation.
Motion and micro-interaction work (After Effects, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie).
Experience designing e-commerce, storefront, or checkout flows.
Experience with marketing landing pages, A/B testing, or conversion optimisation.
Illustration, 3D, or custom asset creation skills.
Familiarity with the gaming industry, creator and influencer marketing, or affiliate campaigns.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Professional education in design or a related field.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. Opportunity for professional growth within the company and department
Obtaining expertise in various areas and products of the company

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Backend Engineer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working alongside our HQ Integration Management and Engineering teams. Your job is to make partnerships technically real: turning an inbound partnerships inquiry into a working integration, generating and serving the affiliate and referral links that Traffic Source Partners use, and making sure the traffic those links carry lands correctly in our Web Shops and is attributed all the way through to a purchase.
You will write the backend that sits between a partner and our commerce platform — link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution pass-through, postbacks, and the reporting endpoints that feed partner payouts. You will also build the internal tooling that lets the Partnerships and Customer Success teams onboard partners and reconcile payouts without hand-editing spreadsheets.
This is an entry-level engineering role with genuine product surface area. Recent graduates and career-changers with a strong project portfolio are welcome. If you like small, well-scoped systems that other people depend on daily, and you want to learn commerce, attribution, and payments engineering from a team that runs it at global scale, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build partner integrations
Build and maintain backend services that power Traffic Source partnerships: affiliate and referral link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution parameter pass-through, server-to-server postbacks and webhooks, and partner-facing reporting endpoints.
Take new partnerships inquiries from intake through to production — clarify the requirement with the Partnerships and BD teams, write the technical spec, implement, test, and deploy.
Integrate affiliate links with Xsolla Web Shops so partner-driven traffic is tracked end to end and attributed correctly at checkout.
Read a partner's API documentation and build against it; where a partner needs to build against us, document our side clearly and support their integration.
Tooling & data
Build internal tooling and scripts for partner onboarding, bulk link generation, performance data extraction, and payout reconciliation reporting used by the Customer Success and Partnerships teams.
Investigate and resolve attribution and tracking discrepancies together with Analytics and Customer Success — missing conversions, duplicate events, broken parameters, timing mismatches.
Add logging, metrics, and alerting so integration failures are caught by us rather than reported by a partner.
Ways of working
Write and maintain API documentation and integration guides for partners and internal stakeholders.
Participate in code review, write tests, and work within existing CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
Work with the HQ Engineering and Integration Management teams on standards and architecture; escalate design decisions early rather than working around them.
Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Designer on the frontend surfaces your integrations power, and with Customer Success on the payout data your services produce.
Track work in Jira and keep technical documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of professional backend development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal, academic, or internship projects you can walk us through. Recent graduates are welcome.
Working proficiency in at least one backend language — Go, PHP, Python, Node.js / TypeScript, or Java.
Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals (schema design, joins, indexing basics).
Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0).
Comfortable with Git and working in a code-review culture.
Able to debug a problem you did not write — read logs, reproduce, isolate, and explain the cause.
English sufficient for technical discussion and written documentation with HQ teams; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate or performance marketing technology: tracking pixels, S2S postbacks, click IDs and UTM parameters, last-click attribution, deduplication, or traffic-quality and fraud filtering.
E-commerce, storefront, checkout, or payments integration experience.
Frontend basics (JavaScript / TypeScript, React) — enough to work productively with the Partnerships Designer on shop and landing-page surfaces.
Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
Message queues, scheduled jobs, or data pipeline experience.
Familiarity with analytics or BI tooling.
Interest in the gaming industry, fintech, or high-load consumer platforms.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.
BENEFITS
