GiveWell’s mission is to help people in need as much as we can by researching the most cost‑effective ways to save and improve lives, sharing our work openly, and directing donations to the programs we believe will do the most good. Our work, which focuses on global health and well-being, is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025. We anticipate our total grantmaking is likely to approach or even exceed $1 billion this year, and we are working toward a future that could be several times that scale. Through years of deliberate groundwork, we’ve been growing our research capacity and scope in order to direct substantially more funding to the most impactful opportunities we can find.
We’re hiring a Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs to lead how GiveWell’s work is represented in the media and in public conversations. You will set our strategy, build trusted relationships with journalists and other influential voices, pursue opportunities that increase understanding of GiveWell’s work, and lead our external response in fast-moving situations.
This role will lead a small and growing team. This is one of three new communications leadership roles, alongside a
Senior Communications Officer, Strategic Communications
and a
Senior Communications Officer, Editorial & Production
.
About the role
Both
our research and impact are expanding
. Last year, we directed more than $400 million to highly cost-effective programs that save and improve lives. This year, we expect our grantmaking to approach, and possibly exceed, $1 billion.
To build toward the communications capacity this next stage requires, we are rapidly expanding our team. The three Senior Communications Officers will work together on many projects to support GiveWell’s communications needs, while working closely with other leaders across our organization. Each leader will own their function, but much of the work that matters most—like team strategies, major initiatives, partnership campaigns, and how we present the organization as a whole—will involve all three. We will expect this group to set shared priorities and work closely together to achieve the team’s goals.
In this hands-on leadership position, you’ll own how and where GiveWell engages in media and public conversations, with end-to-end responsibility for this emerging function. You’ll set its strategy, hire and develop its people, build its systems, and personally own its hardest and most consequential work. This is an opportunity to build, not just inherit, an important function at a critical point in GiveWell’s development. You’ll start with a small team and grow it over time.
While this role is set at the Senior Communications Officer level, we may consider hiring an exceptional candidate as a Communications Director—with greater expectations, responsibilities, and compensation.
What You'll Do
As Senior Communications Officer, Media & Public Affairs, you will combine long-term strategy and relationship-building with the ability to respond quickly and exercise sound judgment in sensitive or fast-moving situations.
Specific duties will include:
Set GiveWell’s strategy across media, thought-leader engagement, online communities, public forums and events, and other earned communications opportunities—including deciding where and when GiveWell should participate and overseeing those engagements.
Build and maintain high-trust relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, event organizers, thought leaders, subject-matter experts, and other influential external stakeholders.
Identify, develop, and pitch substantive stories, event opportunities, and thought-leadership ideas that extend understanding of GiveWell’s work.
Own inbound media engagement, including situations that require rapid responses, close coordination with subject-matter experts, and careful judgment about what GiveWell can responsibly say—and about which responses need escalation.
Build and maintain GiveWell’s readiness for sensitive or fast-moving situations, monitor emerging issues in media and public conversations, and lead our external response when needed in partnership with others.
Advise GiveWell’s leadership on external opportunities and relationships, and prepare senior leaders and subject-matter experts for interviews, speaking engagements, and other public appearances.
Exercise sound judgment about when and how GiveWell should enter public conversations, including evaluating likely value, reputational considerations, and communications risks.
Evaluate and help shape public-facing communications partnerships, advising on which opportunities GiveWell should pursue and how we should participate.
Serve as a spokesperson for GiveWell in select media interviews, events, and other public forums, communicating our perspective clearly, accurately, and with sound judgment.
Work with grantees and other partners on press releases and other media-facing communications involving GiveWell or our shared work.
Manage and develop one or two team members initially, and build the relationships, systems, and additional capacity the function will need over time.
About You
You are skilled at using communications to help people understand complex ideas, build trust, and take action. You are comfortable being accountable for outcomes, making consequential decisions with limited oversight, and knowing which decisions genuinely require escalation.
You are energized by intellectually demanding work, and the challenges of creating engaging communications within a careful and precise style. You can engage deeply with GiveWell’s research, and you are comfortable understanding and communicating about data in detail. You have a long track record of getting up to speed quickly on complex subject matter and carefully communicating to a very high standard. You can build a compelling narrative that is entirely factual, representing what is known and unknown without overstating or hedging into vagueness—and you find the idea of working with GiveWell’s exacting communications standards exciting rather than limiting.
Your background includes significant experience leading communications in complex, high-stakes environments. This should include 10+ years of experience in media relations, thought leadership, and public engagement. You have deep experience owning that work end to end, not just contributing to it. You’ve remained a hands-on leader who enjoys the work itself, as well as the strategy and systems behind it.
You know how journalists, influential voices, events, and other public forums shape how organizations and ideas are understood. You have a demonstrated ability to build meaningful external relationships, identify opportunities worth pursuing, personally represent an organization’s perspective, and navigate public-facing situations in which context is limited, timelines are short, and judgment matters. Much of this should be work you executed yourself, in addition to work you directed. Experience in settings where precision and credibility were at least as important as reach is a strong signal of fit.
In addition to demonstrated expertise in the duties listed above, you should have:
Exceptional communications judgment, including the ability to understand audience, context, risk, timing, and the underlying substance of a message.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to quickly make complex ideas clear and compelling without sacrificing rigor or nuance.
A track record of building and leading: you have created or substantially rebuilt a team or function—not only run ones you inherited—and you have hired, developed, and managed people.
Recent, hands-on excellence at your craft: you can point to work from the past few years that you personally produced or substantially shaped.
Experience producing communications that are direct and factual while being engaging and effective with their target audiences—work that succeeds through substance and clarity rather than embellishment.
Intellectual curiosity and the ability to engage deeply with GiveWell’s research and ideas, even without prior experience in our giving areas.
Experience advising executives or other senior decision-makers directly.
Strong alignment with GiveWell’s mission and values, including truth-seeking, transparency, and a commitment to communicating accurately and thoughtfully.
We also think these qualities will help you do well in the role and at GiveWell:
People who can develop a strong point of view and hold it with confidence, but remain genuinely open to challenge, new information, and better ideas.
Self-starters who take ownership, are comfortable creating structure in an evolving environment, and can make thoughtful decisions without always having complete information.
People who are proactive and anticipatory, who identify opportunities, risks, bottlenecks, and communications needs before they become obvious.
Collaborative leaders who raise the quality of the work around them and build strong relationships across teams.
People who coordinate well with peers, resolve dependencies and disagreements, and make shared work clearer rather than more complicated.
Key Questions & Information
What are some of the reasons I might not like this role?
You want to step into a mature function with established systems, rather than build one while you run it.
You do best with clear direction and established priorities. We’ll expect you to set most of your own, make most decisions yourself, and reach substantial autonomy within your first six months.
You prefer advising on communications to producing and being accountable for them.
You want sole ownership of an organization’s overarching communications strategy and brand. At GiveWell, the CEO and executive team owns that direction; you would help shape it and lead your function within it.
You want to lead a large team from day one. This team is small today, and much of the most difficult work will be yours to do directly.
You find standards of precision and understatement limiting and frustrating. We work extremely hard to only communicate accurately what we know and what we don’t.
Can I apply to more than one of the Senior Communications Officer roles?
You can, but most people shouldn’t. We’re looking for deep expertise in these areas, and we expect most candidates with required expertise will be a clear fit for a single role. If you’re one of the few with real depth in more than one area, apply to both and tell us why. Otherwise, apply for the role you are most qualified for, and we’ll let you know if we think another role might suit you better.
What does this interview process entail?
We’ll use a combination of interviews, written exercises, and work trials to assess the qualities described above. We’ll share more specific details if we invite you to move forward to any of the following stages, but our current plan will likely include the following:
Application
Interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
Compensated work trial with a set maximum number of hours
Interview with GiveWell's Chief of Staff to the CEO
Values interview
CEO interview and References
Note that you don’t need to submit a cover letter. We rely heavily on your resume and answers to the application questions below when we’re making early decisions. We encourage you to spend time responding to the application questions thoroughly and carefully.
Details
Team:
You’ll report to our Head of Communications, and collaborate closely with the two other Senior Communications Officers. You will lead a small team that you’ll develop over time.

About GiveWell
GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our
giving funds
enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify.
GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than
340,000 lives
.
GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of
Top Charities
, which currently support
seasonal malaria chemoprevention
,
insecticide-treated nets
,
vaccine incentivization
, and
vitamin A supplementation
. However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to
cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs
.
GiveWell
grants
have:
Helped governments
navigate changes to the funding landscape
and implement high-impact health programs, like
HIV/syphilis screening and treatment
for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon.
Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we
funded a program
to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program.
Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like
healthcare support and malnutrition treatment
in northern Cameroon.
Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support
treatment of clubfoot
and to
evaluate the program
.
Tested our
assumptions and refined our understanding
through further research and data collection, including
improved estimates of disease burden
and studies on
the effect of water chlorination on mortality
and
the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income
.
We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even
pay people to point out our errors
). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including
funding research
to address our uncertainties and gathering
independent monitoring and evaluation data
about the programs we support. We
change
our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s
recent interview
with GiveWell’s co-founder and CEO Elie Hassenfeld.

We don’t want to miss candidates that could do great things at GiveWell. Practically, that means a GiveWell staff member reviews every application carefully, considering the whole picture of your background and potential. If you’re on the fence about applying because you meet some but not 100% of our preferred qualifications (some studies suggest this hesitation is especially common for women and people of color), we encourage you to apply anyway.

Lead planning, prioritization, and resource allocation for GiveWell’s owned-content portfolio, managing dependencies and moving complex projects from concept through publication.
Uphold GiveWell’s voice and editorial standards across everything we publish, and help colleagues across the organization write within them.
Own the development of GiveWell’s recurring communications and reporting products, turning established priorities and messaging into clear, accurate content.
Personally create, edit, or substantially shape our most complex, sensitive, or high-priority content.
Oversee GiveWell’s website content operations, including the people and processes responsible for routine updates and publishing, so that the site remains accurate, current, and consistent with our editorial standards.
Serve as a senior editorial and production partner to teams across GiveWell, helping shape high-priority projects early, determine the right format and production approach, and establish clear roles, review paths, and timelines.
Oversee the production of design, visual, and multimedia assets across GiveWell’s channels, and the internal team and external contractors who create them.
Manage and develop one or two team members initially, and determine how the function’s team and capabilities should grow over time.

This should include 10+ years of experience leading editorial and content-production work, setting and maintaining editorial standards, managing writers and editors, and building systems that produce consistently high-quality work. You have deep experience owning that work end to end, not just contributing to it. You’ve remained a hands-on leader who enjoys the work itself, as well as the strategy and systems behind it.
You are a precise editor of complex or technical content: you read text literally and carefully, and you notice when a claim isn’t supported by the evidence behind it. You should be able to combine high standards for individual work with the operational judgment needed to prioritize, allocate resources, manage complex production, and increase capacity over time. You should understand how content is developed through writing, editing, design, audio, graphics, websites, and other formats—even if you are not personally an expert in every medium.
At GiveWell, the CEO and executive owns that direction; you would help shape it and lead your function within it.

Note that there are some countries in which our EOR does not operate, which we cannot override, and we are unable to sponsor visas abroad. A successful candidate will need to commit to a work schedule that has some overlap with American working hours and the schedules of key coworkers.

About GiveWell
GiveWell is dedicated to finding and evaluating highly cost-effective global health and development opportunities, and we publish all the work, reasoning, and uncertainties behind our funding decisions. Our
giving funds
enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify.
GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts. Trusted annually by tens of thousands of donors, GiveWell searches for highly cost-effective programs that save or improve lives the most. Since 2007, more than 150,000 donors have given over $2.6 billion through GiveWell to the most promising programs its research has identified, which we estimate will save more than
340,000 lives
.
GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of
Top Charities
, which currently support
seasonal malaria chemoprevention
,
insecticide-treated nets
,
vaccine incentivization
, and
vitamin A supplementation
. However, most of our research capacity and grantmaking is devoted to
cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs
.
GiveWell
grants
have:
Helped governments
navigate changes to the funding landscape
and implement high-impact health programs, like
HIV/syphilis screening and treatment
for pregnant people in Zambia and Cameroon.
Sought to scope and scale promising interventions that don’t have clear existing implementers. We are supporting the
Clinton Health Access Initiative’s Incubator
to identify potentially cost-effective interventions and create programs that we would be excited to support in the future. For example, we
funded a program
to prevent tuberculosis among young children in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India, that we co-designed with CHAI through the Incubator program.
Provided funding to ensure that programs that recently faced foreign aid funding cuts could continue, like
healthcare support and malnutrition treatment
in northern Cameroon.
Funded program delivery alongside strengthened monitoring and evaluation, as in our grants to support
treatment of clubfoot
and to
evaluate the program
.
Tested our
assumptions and refined our understanding
through further research and data collection, including
improved estimates of disease burden
and studies on
the effect of water chlorination on mortality
and
the impact of a tree-planting program on farmers’ income
.
We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even
pay people to point out our errors
). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including
funding research
to address our uncertainties and gathering
independent monitoring and evaluation data
about the programs we support. We
change
our minds when the evidence demands it. For more about GiveWell, listen to Ezra Klein’s
recent interview

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a VP, Mid-Market Sales in the Pacific Northwest region, you’ll report directly to the SVP, Mid-Market Sales.
As an integral member of our sales leadership team, you will have the responsibility of managing a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives. Your team will focus on sales within the 50 to 9,999 life segment, making significant contributions to our overall growth and success.
What you will do
Lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives in the Pacific Northwest region, ensuring they meet and exceed their sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth within the specified segment
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives
Provide leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
Oversee the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within the region
Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, as well as industry regulations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing brokers and partners in your region
What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in sales leadership and management, with experience in delivering against team quotas
Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and lead a high-performing team
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
What you’ll get here
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
Compensation
The target total comp (inclusive of base + commission) range for this role is $375,000 – $410,000. Individual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive plan and benefits package, including: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health, and more.
Few roles offer this combination: work that is genuinely hard, a mission that is genuinely important, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. If that’s what you’re looking for, we’d love to meet you.

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

About GiveDirectly in the DRC
GiveDirectly DRC was established in 2018 to enable cash transfers to poor and rural populations via mobile phones, thereby promoting food security, poverty reduction, and financial inclusion. We aimed to demonstrate the operational feasibility and cost-effectiveness of transferring large volumes of money digitally in one of the world's least developed countries. Since its inception four years ago, GiveDirectly DRC has used mobile phones to transfer over $14 million to more than 65,000 beneficiaries in four provinces: South Kivu, North Kivu, Ituri, and Kinshasa.
GiveDirectly's activities in the DRC have expanded to include, among other things: compelling proofs of concept for mobile-based cash transfers; and the implementation of innovative technologies to target disadvantaged urban populations in Kinshasa, in collaboration with the DRC's social protection agency, the DRC Social Fund. The delivery of contactless cash to beneficiaries in Beni and Bunia affected by the economic consequences of COVID-19. You will be joining Give Directly DRC at an exciting time in its history, as we are establishing and hope to launch several new programs and strengthen our partnership with the DRC government.
About the Role
As Senior Manager, Operations (DRC), you'll build and lead the operational backbone behind GiveDirectly's programs in the country. You'll direct the support services team end-to-end — HR, logistics, procurement, and administration — while managing a team of managers. You'll design a procurement strategy that keeps goods and services flowing efficiently and reliably across provinces, own fleet and logistics management as the program scales, and manage the operational budget with an eye for efficiency. You'll also support the Country Director on HR strategy — recruitment, training, and performance — and design the systems needed for a much larger footprint across provinces, from procurement to digital tools that improve scalability.
This is a role for someone who can build systems as readily as they can lead people, and who's energized by both strategic design and the operational details that make it real on the ground.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the DRC support services team end-to-end — HR, logistics, procurement, administration, and office management — including direct oversight of managers
Develop and drive a procurement strategy ensuring efficient, compliant, and resilient sourcing across provinces, and own fleet and logistics management as the program scales
Manage the operational budget, forecasting and driving efficiency across procurement, logistics, and administrative spend
Support the Country Director on HR strategy — recruitment, training, performance management, and talent density — through oversight of the HR function
Design systems and processes to support a much larger footprint across provinces, anticipating future needs and identifying AI and digital opportunities to improve scalability
Coach and develop support services managers to build operational excellence beyond individual contribution
Maintain a compliance and operational risk register, and lead internal spot checks, audit preparedness, and action plans in partnership with Finance and Internal Audit
Own donor reporting, budget tracking, and donor visit coordination, and serve as the primary point of contact between the Country Office and GSS on operational and compliance matters
Own the Operational Knowledge Base and lead onboarding, training, and localization of materials as the team grows
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (management, administration, finance, or related); a master's degree is an asset
Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management, with a track record of transforming informal systems into structured, compliant, and scalable ones, including direct oversight of managers
Strong financial and budget management skills, with experience managing an operational budget
Proven experience maintaining a risk register and working closely with internal/external audit functions
Experience developing and coaching managers, with comfort delegating execution while retaining accountability for results
Strong digital fluency, with experience using and training teams on multiple platforms (Google Suite, Salesforce, Asana, Guru, Slack)
Familiarity with international NGO standards and donor compliance frameworks
Experience navigating the DRC's complex legal environment, including labor law and immigration requirements
Strong alignment with
GiveDirectly's values
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate fluently in English and French with high level stakeholders
Professional proficiency in French and English required; knowledge of Congolese Swahili and/or Lingala is an asset
Compensation
At GiveDirectly, we strive to pay our employees generously and equitably. We use an accredited third party salary aggregator to calculate what we believe to be competitive pay based on role, location, and cost of living. We also have a no negotiation policy to ensure we are paying staff equitably across roles. Read more about our compensation philosophy

.
Unless otherwise noted, the benefits stipend may be used to cover benefits or taken as additional taxable income.
Base Salary:
$94,500
Bonus at Target Performance:
10% (~$9,450, with potential for upside. For reference, with the organization’s current performance multiplier, this amount would be $11,057 in 2025)
Estimated Total Compensation at Target: $103,950+
This role is onsite in Goma, DRC. We welcome candidates based in the DRC as well as those willing to relocate to be based in the DRC.

As Senior Manager, Programs (DRC), you'll help bring GiveDirectly's programs in the Democratic Republic of Congo to life — owning their end-to-end execution, from operational design to on-the-ground delivery. You'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving: designing systems that work, catching risks before they escalate, and using data to drive continuous improvement. You'll also lead people, managing a team of managers and field staff, while partnering closely with the Program Director and Country Director to shape what comes next. It's a role for someone who's energized by both the big picture and the operational details that make it real.
What You’ll Do:
Develop detailed project management plans for all our programs and drive them through successful end-to-end execution
Design operational models for new programs — including targeting, payments, and customer service — and define, monitor, and report on key operational and efficiency indicators
Identify operational vulnerabilities, such as fraud or reputational risk, and implement mitigation solutions aligned with the risk framework set by the Program Director
Analyze program-level data to diagnose the causes of underperformance and drive continuous quality improvement
Partner with Tech and Data teams to design surveys and ensure data integrity in Salesforce
Directly manage a team of managers, with oversight of field teams and call centre at multiple levels
Support the Program Director and Country Director in scoping new programs, including operational feasibility and risk assessment.
Manage partner relationships with key operational partners with oversight of scoping, contracting and ensuring the terms of our agreements are respected.
Develop materials for engagement with donors and other external stakeholders in order to represent our work externally.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of experience managing and implementing programs within international NGOs or a comparable operational environment; experience in cash or money transfer programming is an asset
Work experience in the DRC, or strong knowledge of the DRC context, is highly desirable
Experience in team management, including recruitment, team building, and development
Strong analytical thinking, with a proven ability to use data to identify problems and improve programs
Experience using technology and digital tools to drive results and operational innovation
Proven instinct for risk management and creative problem-solving in complex operational environments
A high degree of autonomy and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fragile, rapidly changing environment
Strong alignment with
GiveDirectly's values
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate fluently in English and French with high level stakeholders
Professional proficiency in French and English required; knowledge of Congolese Swahili and/or Lingala is an asset

Company Overview
We provide a mission-critical DevOps and Data Management platform purpose-built for the Salesforce ecosystem. Our suite of products—including CI/CD, automated testing, backup & recovery, and data masking—empowers organizations to release code faster, more securely, and with total data integrity. We are entering a phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a foundational leader to build our Enterprise presence in the United States.
The Role: Director of Enterprise Sales to serve as the "Incubator" for our U.S. sales organization. This is a unique "zero-to-one" opportunity. You will not be an armchair manager; you will be a hands-on builder responsible for the entire end-to-end operation of this business unit—from pipeline generation and prospecting to closing high-value deals.
You will begin by personally leading and scaling an initial "pod" of 8 to 10 representatives. Once you have identified, tested, and nailed the repeatable processes, you will rapidly scale the organization to a team of 40+ remote representatives across the U.S., hiring and mentoring a layer of Sales Managers to support this growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Incubation: Design, implement, and document the end-to-end sales process for the Enterprise segment.
Full-Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire revenue engine, including outbound prospecting strategies, pipeline development, and closing.
Hands-on Leadership: Act as a player-coach, joining discovery calls and demos to ensure the business is rock-solid at the 10-rep level before scaling.
Rapid Scaling: Lead the aggressive expansion from 10 to 40+ remote reps, identifying and hiring internal Managers as the team grows.
Data-Driven Operations: Establish KPIs and a rigorous, data-backed forecasting model to ensure predictable revenue growth.
Messaging & Positioning: Master the technical value proposition of our DevOps and Data security tools, coaching the team on how to move from "feature selling" to "value selling."
Culture Building: Create a high-performance, accountable, and transparent culture within a 100% remote workforce.
Requirements
Qualifications
Proven Track Record: 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership experience, with a documented history of building teams from the ground up.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem or DevOps/Data Management industries is highly preferred.
The "Builder" DNA: You must be a hands-on problem solver who prefers "doing the work" over high-level observation.
Scaling Experience: Proven ability to manage a remote organization of 30+ people and a history of developing "leaders of leaders."
Operational Excellence: Expert-level understanding of CRM hygiene, sales stack optimization, and outbound prospecting methodologies.
Residing in the USA: This role is remote but requires residency in the United States to manage the domestic market.
Benefits
Why join us?
Autonomy: You own the Enterprise P&L and have the authority to build the team in your image.
Impact: Your processes will become the blueprint for our global expansion.
Complexity: Work with a sophisticated, technical product suite that solves real-world engineering and security challenges

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At Sentry, Finance plays a critical role in helping the company understand where we're investing, what we're getting in return, and where we can operate more effectively.
We are looking for an FP&A Manager who will help build Sentry's FP&A function while focusing on establishing best-in-class FinOps practices. You'll partner across the business on forecasting and financial analysis, with a significant focus on cloud infrastructure, AI costs, vendor spend, and other areas where better financial visibility can translate directly into better decisions.
You will be expected to understand the economics behind our infrastructure, build the financial models and reporting needed to manage it, identify meaningful opportunities, and work with Engineering and other partners to turn those insights into action.
You'll also operate as a generalist FP&A partner and play an important role in building the processes, models, and operating rhythms that Finance will use as Sentry grows.
You will report to the Director of FP&A.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Own forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis for significant areas of Sentry's operations, with particular emphasis on cloud infrastructure, AI-related spend, software, vendors, and other major cost categories.
- Partner closely with Engineering and infrastructure leaders to understand the drivers of cloud and AI spend, translate technical consumption into financial forecasts, and identify opportunities to improve unit economics and gross margin.
- Develop reporting that makes cloud and infrastructure costs understandable and actionable, including trends, cost allocation, unit costs, utilization economics, commitments, and significant variances.
- Help evaluate cloud commitments, reserved capacity, vendor agreements, and other commercial decisions by modeling their financial implications and tradeoffs.
- Build and operate a scalable company-wide expense-management process that gives budget owners clear visibility into their spend, forecasts, and accountability.
- Partner with functional leaders on budgets, forecasts, business cases, and ongoing financial performance.
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting, including budget-to-actual analysis, variance explanations, forecast updates, and accrual inputs in partnership with Accounting.
- Support company-wide planning, headcount forecasting, management reporting, and other corporate FP&A work alongside the Director of FP&A.
- Develop models and analyses to answer important business questions, particularly around efficiency, cost structure, gross margin, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, improve source data, and replace manual or fragmented finance processes with scalable ones.
- Work cross-functionally with Accounting, Engineering, Procurement and business leaders to ensure financial information leads to action rather than simply producing another report.
YOU'LL LOVE THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Are a self-starter who likes owning a problem from messy data through recommendation and implementation.
- Get genuinely interested in understanding why a cost moves rather than simply reporting that it moved.
- Enjoy working with technical partners and can translate infrastructure or product concepts into financial drivers.
- Like building processes, models, and reporting from scratch and making them simpler each time they run.
- Have strong financial instincts but aren't afraid to get into large or imperfect datasets to find the answer.
- Are comfortable moving between detailed cost analysis and broader company FP&A work.
- Know that good cost management is about helping teams make smarter tradeoffs—not simply telling them to spend less.
- Are comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and ownership that comes with a growing company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, technology finance, or a related analytical finance role.
- Experience owning budgets, forecasts, budget-to-actual analysis, and financial partnership with business leaders.
- Demonstrated experience building or materially improving financial models, planning processes, cost-management processes, or business-partnering cadences.
- Experience analyzing cloud infrastructure, hosting, AI/LLM, or other usage-driven costs is strongly preferred. Direct FinOps experience is a plus but is not required.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with NetSuite and modern FP&A or spend-management platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with FinOps concepts including cost allocation, showback/chargeback, commitments, and cloud cost optimization is a plus; FinOps Certified Practitioner or similar training is welcome but not required.
- Strong communication and business-partnering skills, particularly the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance audiences and turn analysis into action.
Not sure you meet every qualification? We encourage you to apply anyway. We're interested in people who are excited about the opportunity, have demonstrated an ability to learn quickly, drive change, and want to help us build a great finance function.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.
If you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, you may contact us at accommodations@sentry.io.

- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government organizations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with Canadian government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain Canadian government security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Active Canadian government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) - strong preference for active Top Secret clearance
- Bilingual (English/French) proficiency
- Background in or strong familiarity with Canadian defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility for Canadian government security clearance.
Strong preference will be given to candidates who currently hold an active Top Secret (TS) clearance, as this will enable immediate engagement with our most sensitive defence and national security customers.
However, we will also consider exceptional candidates who:
- Currently hold Secret clearance and are eligible for TS upgrade
- Do not currently hold clearance, but are eligible and willing to undergo the Top Secret clearance process
- Have a previous government security clearance that has lapsed
Please note that obtaining Top Secret clearance can take 12-18 months. Candidates without active clearance will work on non-classified public sector accounts while the clearance process is underway.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management—it's a highly specialized role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of Canada's most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organizations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
If you're passionate about responsible AI adoption, understand the unique constraints and opportunities within government, and want to have an outsized impact on how Canada leverages AI to serve its citizens, this role is for you.
For candidates in Canada, the Compensation Range is: $160,000 – $245,000 [CAD]

Reporting Line
Reports directly to the
CEO
.
Leads a compliance function that includes the Group Paralegal (direct report) and all compliance personnel embedded across the CXM Group of Companies.
Location
Remote (EU timezone preferred)
This is a fully remote role. EU timezone alignment is preferred to ensure effective overlap with key offices across the CXM Group. Occasional travel may be required for regulator meetings and visits to regional teams.
General Purpose
CXM Group is building a compliance architecture across six business lines and multiple jurisdictions simultaneously — this role owns that build.
The group is at an inflection point: multiple licensing processes are running in parallel, including a Norwegian crypto exchange being structured for MiCA passporting, a South African broker-dealer acquisition, a VARA application in the UAE, and prospective acquisitions in LATAM and Southeast Asia. The CCO exists to hold this together — ensuring that a fast-moving, multi-asset, multi-jurisdictional expansion programme stays regulatorily sound, that new entities are acquired and integrated without compliance exposure, and that the group's licensing pipeline converts into durable, operating authorisations across FX, CFDs, crypto, prediction markets, prop trading, and education.
This is a role for someone who has operated across tier-one and emerging-market regimes simultaneously and has the regulator-facing credibility to show for it.
Specific Objectives
Build and deploy a group-wide compliance reporting framework
Within the first three months, establish a structured compliance reporting framework covering all regulated entities across the CXM Group — including defined reporting lines, cadences, and escalation paths that give the CEO and board clear, timely visibility of the group's regulatory posture.
Create an AI-enabled legal document database
Within six months, deliver a searchable, indexed, and cross-referenced repository of all legal documentation across the group — structured for AI-assisted retrieval so that agreements, licences, policies, and regulatory correspondence can be surfaced and compared at speed.
Establish and embed internal legal SLAs
Within the first three months, define and operationalise service-level agreements for all internal legal workflows: standard contract reviews turned in 24 hours; new contract drafting completed within 48 hours; policy creation on agreed timelines. Compliance with these SLAs to be tracked and reported.
Deploy legal and compliance risk monitoring tools
Within six months, implement risk monitoring tooling across all business verticals and target markets — covering FX, CFDs, crypto, prediction markets, prop trading, and education — providing structured, ongoing visibility of regulatory and legal risk exposure across the group.
Drive the live licensing and acquisition pipeline to defined milestones
Own delivery against the group's active regulatory and M&A programme: South African broker-dealer acquisition and VARA (UAE) licence obtained by Q3 2026; VARA application submitted by Q4 2026 and licence granted by Q3 2027; MiCA passporting for the Norwegian crypto exchange secured by Q2 2027; LATAM and Southeast Asia acquisition targets scoped and structured by Q1 2027.
Key Activities
Oversee group-wide legal and compliance communications
Manage all inbound and outbound communications across the compliance and legal function — ensuring consistency of position, appropriate escalation, and clear audit trails across all CXM Group entities.
Monitor brand, regulatory, and compliance risk
Run ongoing monitoring of online brand exposure and regulatory risk signals across all business verticals and target markets, using dedicated tooling to surface issues before they become regulatory events.
Research target markets and emerging regulatory requirements
Conduct structured research on new and existing jurisdictions — tracking legislative developments, regulatory guidance, and enforcement trends across FX, CFDs, crypto, prediction markets, prop trading, and education to keep the group's risk exposure visible and current.
Build and maintain reporting infrastructure with Ops and IT
Work cross-functionally with Operations and IT to design, implement, and maintain the compliance reporting systems and dashboards needed to give leadership real-time visibility of the group's regulatory posture.
Inventory, organise, and analyse all group legal agreements
Own the end-to-end legal document function: audit existing agreements across all entities, build and maintain the AI-enabled document repository, and ensure all contracts are indexed, cross-referenced, and accessible for rapid retrieval.
Manage regulatory relationships and respond to inquiries
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulators across all jurisdictions — preparing responses, managing ongoing dialogue, and coordinating regulator visits or meetings with appropriate precision and consistency.
Set and enforce contract throughput standards
Define the SLA framework for all internal legal workflows — 24 hours for standard contract reviews, 48 hours for new contract drafting — and hold the Group Paralegal and compliance staff accountable for delivery against those standards. The CCO personally handles high-stakes, novel, or regulator-facing agreements; standard throughput runs through the team.
Requirements
Key Competences
Two competences are non-negotiable (and typically take a decade of multi-jurisdictional work to build) — everything else can be ramped. If you don't have these, the rest of the profile doesn't matter.
Non-negotiable
Multi-jurisdictional regulatory knowledge
Demonstrated command of tier-one regimes (CySEC, FCA, NFA, ASIC) and offshore/emerging-market frameworks (UAE, Mauritius, Seychelles, SVG, Cambodia), with working knowledge of MiCA and crypto licensing regimes globally. This is the core of the mandate — live deals are already in motion.
Regulator-facing credibility
Confidence and competence in direct regulator engagement — managing inquiries, coordinating responses, and representing the group's compliance posture with consistency across jurisdictions. The group has active regulator relationships that need an owner from day one.
Strong advantage
M&A and licensing fluency
Ability to support acquisition structuring and entity integration from a compliance perspective — assessing regulatory exposure, coordinating with external counsel, and managing parallel licensing processes without dropping threads.
AI-enabled legal operations
Experience deploying AI tooling in legal workflows — document retrieval, contract review acceleration, risk monitoring — is a strong advantage. Candidates without a deployment track record must demonstrate a concrete plan for rapid adoption and the aptitude to execute it.
Function leadership and SLA ownership
Ability to set standards, delegate effectively, and hold a team accountable for throughput — running the contract and compliance function at scale without becoming the bottleneck. Personal involvement reserved for high-stakes, novel, or regulator-facing matters.
Likely Current Job
Chief Compliance Officer (multi-jurisdictional broker or crypto exchange)
The closest equivalent — already holding a CCO title across FX, CFDs, or crypto at a group with multiple regulated entities and active regulator relationships. If your current seat is steady-state and you're ready to own a live build across six asset classes and a dozen jurisdictions, this is the step up.
Head of Compliance (tier-one regulated broker)
One level below CCO at a CySEC, FCA, or ASIC-regulated firm — strong regulatory depth, ready to move into group-level ownership. If you've hit the ceiling of what a single-jurisdiction, single-entity compliance role can teach you, this is where the complexity scales.
Regulatory Affairs Director (fintech or crypto)
Licensing and regulator-facing experience across multiple jurisdictions, possibly without the full compliance function remit yet. If you've been the technical expert behind the licensing programme and want to own the outcome end-to-end, this is the mandate.
M&A Compliance Lead (financial services)
Embedded in acquisition structuring and entity integration at a PE-backed or multi-entity financial services group. If you've been supporting deals from the compliance side and want a seat where M&A fluency is a core expectation rather than a secondary contribution, this is it.
Senior Legal Counsel / Head of Legal (retail broker or crypto exchange)
Contract-heavy, regulator-facing, with compliance responsibility baked in — a common feeder at smaller multi-jurisdictional groups where legal and compliance sit close together. If you've been carrying both functions informally and want a title and mandate that reflects the actual scope, this role makes it official.
Benefits
Employer Value Proposition
Most CCO roles at this level are maintenance jobs — one regulator, one entity, one asset class. This one is not.
Genuine architectural ownership across six asset classes and a dozen jurisdictions
FX, CFDs, crypto, prediction markets, prop trading, and education — running simultaneously, across tier-one and emerging-market regimes, with live licensing and M&A deals already in motion. The compliance architecture doesn't exist yet at group level. You're building it. By the end of year one, you'll be able to say you built a multi-jurisdictional compliance architecture from scratch, closed live licensing deals across MiCA, VARA, and emerging markets simultaneously, and stood up an AI-enabled legal ops function before almost anyone in the segment has done it. That is a résumé paragraph no single-jurisdiction maintenance role can produce.
Direct line to the CEO — and the mandate authority that comes with it
This role reports directly to the CEO, not to a CLO or CFO. In a live licensing and M&A environment where decisions need to move fast, that access matters: no layers between compliance judgment and executive action. Many group-level CCO seats don't offer this — this one does.
A live deal pipeline, not a hypothetical one
MiCA passporting, VARA in the UAE, a South African broker-dealer acquisition, and prospective acquisitions in LATAM and Southeast Asia — these are active, not aspirational. You'll be in the room on deals that will define the group's regulatory footprint for the next decade.
A first-mover opportunity in AI-enabled legal ops
The mandate includes building the AI-enabled legal ops function at group level — document retrieval, contract throughput acceleration, risk monitoring — in a segment where almost nobody has done it yet at this scale. If you've started deploying AI in legal workflows and want a seat where that capability shapes the entire function, this is it.
Group-level mandate, not a function-level seat
Functional authority over compliance personnel across all CXM Group entities. The scope matches the title — and the title reflects the actual job.
Fully remote
No relocation. No commute. Occasional travel when it matters — regulator meetings, regional teams — and otherwise, work from wherever you do your best thinking.
A genuinely uncommon opportunity
Multi-asset, multi-jurisdictional, M&A-active, AI-forward, fully remote — and at a scale that is still early enough for you to leave a visible mark. Roles with this combination of complexity and ownership don't come up often.
Compensation
Compensation is bespoke to the hire. We'd rather understand what you bring to the table and have a direct conversation about expectations than anchor the discussion prematurely. The package will be competitive with the scope of the mandate and consist of base + bonus that is tied to hitting agreed KPIs.
Assessment Process
This process is designed to match the weight of the mandate. A seat with this scope — live licensing, active M&A, and a compliance architecture being built from scratch — deserves a rigorous hire, and we make no apology for that. Every stage is purposeful, and every interviewer is there for a reason.
Group Legal Counsel
— regulatory and legal technical depth across jurisdictions, plus practical M&A case questions to assess acquisition structuring judgment.
CHRO
— leadership style, function-building track record, and cultural alignment with CXM Group's operating style.
CEO
— strategic judgment, mandate clarity, and the candidate's vision for the compliance architecture they'd build and own.
Board members
— select Board involvement at final stage, focused on governance credibility and long-term fit at group level.
The full process is designed to run within one month. We move quickly and respect that your time is finite — every stage is as much your opportunity to assess CXM as ours to assess you. If you take your next move as seriously as we take this hire, that's exactly the kind of conversation we want to have.

ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
ABOUT MODAL DESIGN:
Modal is building the future of serverless computing, and the brand that carries that story is still taking shape. You’ll join Modal’s newly formed Brand team inside our design org as one of its first senior hires, working directly with the Director of Brand Design and Head of Design to build a brand developers recognize instantly and remember.
THE ROLE:
As a staff-level Brand Designer, you will have major influence over every brand surface: the marketing website, campaigns, events, editorial projects like the GPU Glossary https://modal.com/gpu-glossary and forthcoming publications, and out-of-home work as we scale into larger formats. You’ll also be a beacon to external agencies, representing Modal’s internal creative voice and making sure the work translates into a system we can actually build on. And as the studio grows, you’ll help set its craft standard, guiding and mentoring earlier-career designers and shaping how we critique, ship, and show work.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Define and evolve Modal’s visual identity across web, marketing, campaigns, and editorial, building a cohesive, distinctive system rather than one-off assets
- Lead concept and execution for brand campaigns across digital and out-of-home, from paid social to large-format outdoor, ensuring the work is consistent, distinctive, and built to perform
- Own branded experiences for events and GTM: environments, collateral, swag, and conference presence that feel unmistakably Modal
- Help codify the brand as it matures: design language, principles, and the rules that hold it together
- Mentor and critique the work of other designers, helping the studio’s output stay coherent and ambitious as it scales
- Move quickly without sacrificing quality
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have 7+ years of brand design experience building brands for technically complex products (developer tools, infrastructure, or AI), and you know how to make something deeply technical feel compelling and clear
- You have high influence and low ego: you work well with others, share credit freely, and act as a force for positivity within the brand team
- You have a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional typography, color, composition, and a recognizable point of view
- You’ve designed brand systems that extend from identity to motion to web (the more the better)
- You can interpret and contribute to brand strategy
- You take ownership seriously: you drive work to completion, raise the quality bar, and build structures that let others do the same
- You have strong taste and the ability to defend it: you have opinions, back them up, and take feedback well
