What You’ll Do:
As VP, Campus Construction Manager at Galaxy's Helios campus in Afton, TX, you will own construction execution across all active and future phases of the campus. Oversee Contractors and Trade Partners: Manage executive-level relationships with general contractors and key trade partners. Ensure alignment on milestones, quality, safety, staffing, and commercial performance.
Control Cost and Change: Provide leadership oversight of pay applications, change orders, forecasts, and budget tracking for each phase. Ensure disciplined change management and accurate cost reporting to leadership.
Manage OFCI Integration: Work closely with Pre-Construction and OFCI procurement and logistics teams to ensure UPS, generators, chillers, switchgear, and other owner-furnished equipment arrive, are set, and are installed without impacting the construction schedule.
Lead Commissioning and Turnover: Partner with on-site commissioning manager, 3
rd
party Cx agent, and operations teams to ensure systematic testing, closeout, and clean turnover of each phase to operations.
Ensure Quality: Establish and enforce Galaxy's QA/QC standards across the campus. Escalate and resolve systemic quality issues.
Advance Lean and Prefabrication: Drive Galaxy's modularization, prefabrication, and lean delivery initiatives, and capture lessons learned so each phase is more repeatable than the last.
Manage Regulatory and Community Relationships: Work with local authorities, inspectors, utilities, and consultants to ensure compliance with codes and permit requirements.
Report to Leadership: Provide frequent status updates to the Co-Heads of Data Center Construction, and communicate campus status, risks, and forecasts clearly to Galaxy executive leadership and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience delivering large-scale mission-critical projects with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing multiple project leaders or concurrent projects.
Demonstrated success leading multi-phase or campus-scale developments.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, RURAL MARKETS
About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for expanding Clipboard’s presence across rural communities throughout the United States. You’ll identify new opportunities, build relationships with Long-Term Care facility leaders, sign new facility partners, and help them successfully adopt our platform.
Most of your prospecting and relationship-building will happen remotely through phone, email, and video. However, success in this role also requires getting into the field. You should expect to travel approximately one week per month to rural communities for in-person facility visits, customer meetings, and local market development. Travel will often involve multiple facility visits across a region and may require overnight stays.
Your success will be measured primarily by the revenue generated from new customers, along with your ability to build a strong and sustainable pipeline in the markets you own.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Prospect, pitch, and close new Long-Term Care facility partners through a combination of inside sales and in-person relationship building
- Travel approximately one week per month to rural communities for facility visits, customer meetings, and market development
- Build relationships with facility administrators, clinical leaders, operators, and other key decision-makers
- Create new demand in markets where Clipboard may have limited brand awareness or an early-stage presence
- Develop thoughtful travel plans that maximize the number and quality of facility visits within each region
- Attend relevant conferences, Clipboard-hosted events, and other industry functions
- Develop a deep understanding of the Long-Term Care landscape, our customers’ operational challenges, and the competitive environment
- Partner with internal teams to ensure new customers receive an excellent experience and successfully adopt the platform
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and opportunity data in our CRM
- Own your territory and consistently deliver against new-business revenue goals
WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU BRING
We’re building a team with a range of experience levels. You may already be an accomplished field seller, or you may be earlier in your career and ready for a role with significant autonomy, travel, and growth potential.
You bring:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across both clinical and business audiences
- Comfort initiating conversations, walking into facilities, and building relationships in person
- A willingness to travel approximately one week per month, including overnight trips to rural communities
- Curiosity, persistence, resourcefulness, and a bias for action
- The ability to create opportunities rather than relying solely on inbound interest or an established pipeline
- Strong organization and autonomy in managing your schedule, territory, travel, and sales pipeline
- Comfort working remotely while remaining highly accountable for your results
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, healthcare, staffing, hospitality, or another relationship-driven environment
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to meet the transportation requirements associated with regional facility visits
Experience selling into Long-Term Care or another healthcare setting is helpful, but it is not required. More important is your ability to learn the industry, earn trust, and consistently generate new business.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary and uncapped commission
- Insurance benefits and 401(k) options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Reimbursement for approved mileage and business travel expenses
- Remote flexibility when you are not traveling
- Meaningful ownership over your markets and customer relationships
- A clear growth path into senior individual contributor or management roles
Please note: We are currently accepting applications only from candidates based in PST/MST. This role requires you to be located in PST (UTC-8) time zone.

Partner with Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, Product, and other teams to resolve complex customer needs and address root causes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that reduce customer friction, strengthen service quality, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Proven experience driving customer retention, loyalty, relationship management, and overall customer satisfaction.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate root causes, exercise sound judgment, and drive effective resolutions.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We are looking for a SOX Director - Compute and Infrastructure to join our Internal Audit team at Anthropic. In this role, you will lead financial risk assessment and internal control design over compute and infrastructure. This is Anthropic's largest cost and one of the most complex areas of our financial reporting. You'll focus on cloud spend, usage-based costs, vendor commitments, accruals, and cost allocation, as we scale rapidly toward an IPO.
This is a unique opportunity to build SOX controls at an AI-first company, in a domain where few established playbooks exist. Compute is purchased under multi-year agreements with multiple providers, metered in third-party environments, accrued from internal telemetry, and increasingly provisioned and scheduled by automated systems and agents. You will help define how controls work in that environment for both business and IT environments, from reliance on service providers to full-population monitoring of high-volume usage data, while maintaining the rigor required for public company compliance.
As the SOX Director, Compute and Infrastructure, you will own scoping, control design, testing, remediation, and reporting for compute and infrastructure processes, partnering directly with Compute Accounting, Finance Analytics & BI, Infrastructure Engineering, Finance & Strategy, and Procurement to design scalable controls, oversee documentation, and support communication with external auditors. This role reports to the Head of Business Controls and plays a critical part in strengthening internal control maturity through pre-IPO readiness and beyond.
Key responsibilities
Lead financial risk and internal control design for compute and infrastructure accounting, including cloud spend, usage-based costs, vendor commitments, credits, refunds, accruals, cost allocation, budgeting, and asset lifecycle management
Develop and execute the SOX control plan and roadmap for compute and infrastructure, making defensible prioritization calls on what must be controlled now and what can follow
Own scoping, risk assessment, walkthroughs, testing, remediation, and reporting activities for compute and infrastructure processes
Build scalable, automated, and sustainable controls to support growth through pre-IPO and post-IPO readiness
Pioneer the use of AI and automation to enhance control effectiveness, including full-population matching of usage to invoices, continuous monitoring, and anomaly detection
Design, implement, and monitor controls over the completeness, accuracy, and cutoff of compute cost, including monthly accruals built from internal workload telemetry and the true-up to provider invoices
Establish controls over multi-year provider agreements, including reserved capacity, minimum spend commitments, usage-based charges, signing credits, service-level credits, refunds, and billing corrections
Design and test controls over the allocation of compute cost between cost of revenue and research and development, including workload tagging, shared clusters, and changes to tagging logic or allocation models
Establish the investigation threshold and variance criteria used in the control design to ensure the precision needed to detect a material misstatement
Design and test controls over infrastructure related control inclusive of development of an asset lifecycle management system
Oversee control documentation and ensure audit-ready evidence is maintained for all compute and infrastructure processes, in compliance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Own control requirements across high-volume financial data pipelines, partnering with Finance Analytics &BI, Finance & Strategy, and Accounting to validate completeness, accuracy, classification, general-ledger mapping, key reports, and monthly close governance
Own the identification and control treatment of key reports and Information Produced by the Entity (IPE) used in compute accruals, allocation, and the close
Partner with IT SOX and engineering teams on the IT general controls and automated controls that support compute data, including interface, ITAC’s, and change management over pipelines and models
Embed control requirements into new systems, pipelines, and process changes at design time
Lead the assessment of reliance on cloud providers that meter and bill compute, including review of SOC 1 reports, scope and period coverage, bridge letters, and exceptions or qualified opinions
Define and monitor complementary user entity controls, and design alternative procedures where a provider report is missing, does not cover the relevant system or period, or includes exceptions
Assess how the use of AI in Finance and in the close changes what controls need to cover, and update the control environment accordingly
Partner with Compute Accounting, Finance Analytics & BI, Infrastructure Engineering, Procurement, and Finance & Strategy to implement scalable controls over compute and infrastructure
Work with the Compute Controller and Chief Accounting Officer organizations to align control priorities with business objectives
Train and enable process owners and control performers, many of whom are new to SOX, on control execution, evidence retention, and what audit-ready means
Support management's assessment of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) and related disclosures
Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors on compute and infrastructure SOX matters
Prepare the Company's formal positions on control design, provider reliance, and deficiency evaluation for compute and infrastructure
Manage audit requests, coordinate testing schedules, and facilitate walkthroughs across compute and infrastructure processes
Track and report on control status, testing results, and remediation to leadership
Drive alignment with external auditors on testing approaches, reliance strategies, and deficiency evaluation and aggregation assessment
Minimum qualifications
Have designed controls over cloud, compute, or infrastructure cost, or over a comparable high-volume, usage-based process, and understand control objectives, IPE, and sufficiency of audit evidence
Have proven ability to establish or scale SOX controls at newly public or pre-IPO companies
Possess deep understanding of compute accruals, vendor commitments, cost allocation, financial close, and US GAAP requirements
Have experience evaluating service organization reports (SOC 1 and SOC 2) and complementary user entity controls
Are comfortable working with large datasets and data pipelines, and partnering with data science and engineering teams
Can structure ambiguous control problems and influence across stakeholders without direct authority
Have strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, IT/Engineering
Are passionate about building scalable processes that support organizational growth and Anthropic's mission to create safe AI
Preferred qualifications
Have 12+ years of hands-on SOX, internal audit, or internal controls experience, preferably in both Big 4 and in-house roles at a fast-paced technology company
CPA (or similar certification) and/ or CISA
Familiarity with cloud provider billing and commitment structures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
SQL and comfort working directly with usage, telemetry, and cost data to validate what the systems are telling you
Experience with controls over cost of revenue, gross margin reporting, and allocation methodologies
Interest in or experience applying AI/ML technologies to audit, compliance, or risk management processes
Understanding of lease accounting (ASC 842) and other accounting standards relevant to infrastructure and capacity arrangements
Experience working at a high-growth AI or technology company
Familiarity with financial data governance, internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), and SEC disclosure requirements

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE TEAM
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud for Europe. Our customers in finance, healthcare, and the public sector run frontier models on European-jurisdiction infrastructure, and the Cloud Platform team builds the systems that make that possible — compute orchestration, Kubernetes, bare metal, storage, networking, and the datacenter fleet that runs it all.
We run it all on our own metal, our own network, our own datacenters — which means when something breaks, the fix is ours to write.
European Compute Units let enterprises commit to multi-year capacity on that infrastructure, and we are scaling toward a gigawatt of compute across Europe by 2030. You will design and ship the layer every sovereign AI deployment depends on and shape the team building it.
THE ROLE
This is a people-leadership role from day one. You will manage the team — hiring, coaching, performance, growth paths, honest feedback — while staying close to the code: roughly half your time in architecture decisions and the hardest technical problems the team faces, the other half leading your squad. If you are looking for a senior IC role, this is not it.
You will own our Kubernetes product end to end: a metal-to-on-demand platform built on in-house infrastructure, with GPU support for training, inference, and general-purpose compute.
Kubernetes is our product, not just our platform — we run it on infrastructure we own end to end. You will decide how the control plane scales, how GPUs get scheduled, and how quickly a rack of bare metal becomes an on-demand cluster a customer can use. The decisions you make here shape how our infrastructure scales from today's footprint to a gigawatt, and how we turn frontier AI research into production systems used by millions.
This is a role for an engineer who leads from the front because that is where the work is, not because management was the next rung on the ladder.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and ship the control plane. You build alongside your team and own the architecture and the hardest implementation decisions — scheduling, operators, provisioning, node lifecycle.
- Grow the engineers, not just the software. You set the standard for ownership, remove the obstacles in their way, and coach them past their comfort zone until the work they ship surprises them.
- Own the reliability of the Kubernetes control plane. It is the team's headline KPI. You make the calls when it breaks at 3am, and your engineers learn from how you do it.
- Shrink the distance from metal to on-demand. Provisioning a cluster should be minutes of automation, not weeks of tickets.
- Partner with Product Managers to set priorities, scope initiatives, and make the technical and business tradeoffs.
- Own people management for the team: hiring, performance, growth paths, and honest feedback — the leadership work that never becomes someone else's job.
- Define the team's processes and execution rituals as it grows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of real people leadership. You have managed engineers — hired, coached, given honest feedback, and grown them. Hands-on contribution matters here, but this role is judged on the team you build and lead, not just the code you write.
- You have shipped production systems in Go. Not dabbled. Shipped.
- You have run Kubernetes in anger — and ideally built parts of it: operators, schedulers, controllers. You understand what happens underneath it, and you have worked on Linux directly, not just on managed services that sit on top of it.
- You have run GPU workloads on Kubernetes, or you are confident you can own that domain fast.
- You think like a developer who happens to build infrastructure, not an operator who manages it. You write code other engineers depend on.
- Extensive experience building backend or infrastructure systems.
- You have partnered with product, design, and business teams to ship software that reached real users.
- A low-ego, team-first mindset. We care less about your exact domain and more about whether you are the kind of technical force other engineers want to work alongside.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for two platform products:
Xsolla ID is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows: logging in and signing transactions.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The frontend of your product area end to end: shaping tasks with Product and Design, implementation, release and production monitoring
Technical decisions for that frontend. You make them and justify them in writing, rather than only implementing someone else's
The architecture of frontend applications and the shared UI library / SDK that other teams build on
Measurable frontend quality: performance, reliability and security of user flows
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build user flows: sign-in, account management, wallet onboarding and transaction signing
Track how these flows behave in production (errors, performance, drop-offs) and act on what you see
Make architectural decisions for frontend applications and document them
Develop the shared component library and frontend SDKs used by other Xsolla teams
Agree API contracts with backend engineers, including error handling, retries and edge cases
Own performance budgets: Core Web Vitals and bundle size
Improve the engineering environment: build, linters, tests, CI
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Nice to have
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial frontend development
TypeScript in strict mode: generics, utility types, discriminated unions, typing module boundaries and external data
JavaScript at the platform level: event loop, asynchrony, closures, memory. You can find a leak and explain its cause
Frameworks and state
Deep experience with React: rendering model, profiling, eliminating unnecessary re-renders
Separating local, server and global state, and justifying the choice of tool; reasoning about when SSR is worth it
UI quality and performance
Semantic, responsive, cross-browser layout; modern CSS (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS)
Accessibility: ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support
Performance analysis: profiling, bundle analysis, Core Web Vitals
Integration and security
REST API integration: error handling, retries, request cancellation, contract alignment with backend
Web security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure handling of tokens, sessions and user data
Engineering practices
Testing at the right level: unit, integration, E2E
Git, CI, Docker, linters and formatters
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Experience in security-sensitive domains: authentication and identity (OAuth2/OIDC flows on the frontend), payments, crypto wallets
Web3 frontend: wallet integration (embedded and browser wallets), EIP-1193, EIP-6963, EIP-712; viem, wagmi, ethers.js
Next.js or Nuxt, SSR in production
Design systems and component API design, UI kits
Hybrid applications: WebView, React Native
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, and QA.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee.
