ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
THE ROLE
We're hiring the first dedicated owner of central FP&A at ElevenLabs. You'll own the plan of record: the consolidated company model, the budgeting cycle and the monthly reporting cadence that the CFO, CEO and board use to run the company as we prepare for IPO. Pigment is in place and our data sits in a warehouse with dashboards on top, but the company isn't fully modeled yet. You'll build the core model first, then use it to evaluate every major investment.
- Build and own the driver-based company model and opex model in Pigment, bringing inputs from commercial, product and compute finance into one model of record.
- Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecasts end to end, including headcount envelopes and G&A forecasting with budget owners.
- Set up the monthly cadence of results, budget vs. actuals, functional reviews and quarterly business reviews, and prepare the financial section of the board pack.
- Bring capital allocation discipline to large decisions on hiring, compute and strategic spend.
You're a builder who still builds the model yourself. You've likely done this at a high-growth tech company where the planning process had to be created while the business scaled, and you care about recommendations that get implemented, not only presented.
REQUIREMENTS
- You've built a driver-based company model or long-range plan from scratch and used it to drive real decisions.
- You've run an annual budget and reforecast cycle end to end at a high-growth tech company, and turned the numbers into a clear narrative for executives or the board.
- Strong commercial judgment: you think in unit economics and gross profit, not only revenue, and your recommendations get implemented.
- Hands-on with a planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive or similar), comfortable with SQL and working off a data warehouse, and you use AI tools every day.
- Bonus: experience with usage-based or consumption revenue, IPO readiness or public-company FP&A, hands-on Pigment, or building a team.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead a central FP&A team as it grows toward IPO.
- Own the planning and guidance process once we are a public company.
- Take on broader strategic finance scope as the function scales.

- Certification (e.g. CEP or similar)

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About The Role
The next chapter of Ramp's growth runs straight through the customers we already have: 80,000+ finance teams who adopted us for one thing and haven't yet seen what the rest of the platform can do for them. Account Management owns that opportunity - and this role owns the team building the motion to capture it.
You'll lead a group of 5-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of ~3,000 emerging and SMB customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
What You’ll Do
- Build and run a high-performing team of 5-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Understand where to prioritize your teams time. Engage directly with AMs to identify and break into top accounts, especially where trust is being built or repaired.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals. Forecast your business to senior leadership on a weekly cadence.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 1+ years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
The Role
Own a portfolio of small and mid-sized advertisers across South Africa, selling media solutions on behalf of our partner platforms. This is a new-business hunting role first and an account management role second. If you are energised by clear targets and an active client list, this is your seat.
What You Will Do
Revenue and growth
Deliver your quarterly portfolio (BU) target, agreed with your Sales Manager. 100% achievement meets expectations.
Track against year-to-date and annual targets, quarter on quarter.
Grow your portfolio 20% year on year and retain 80% of your existing client base.
Generate 10% of quarterly revenue from new business: clients not yet onboarded, or inactive for 6+ months.
Reactivate 10 churned accounts every quarter (no spend for two full quarters or more) through proactive outreach and welcome-back incentives.
Send at least 2 revenue-driving proposals per week (deck, one-pager or email with a clear idea plus KPIs or benchmarks).
Account management
Hold at least 8 client or agency meetings per week (in person, virtual or by phone), each logged with a recap.
Run at least 6 client workshops per quarter (2 per month) and stay in weekly contact with clients.
Deliver at least 2 post-campaign reports per week, plus QBRs for key accounts.
Support Ad Ops to drive delivery and help clients reach campaign KPIs: optimise, troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
Spot and close upsells (IO top-ups, budget additions, extensions) and record them at project level in Salesforce.
Product and client knowledge
Know each client's business, history, spend and campaign performance.
Build deep working knowledge of our partner platforms, their products and updates, and educate clients through workshops.
Administration and Ad Ops
Execute Ad Ops processes accurately and on time, in line with Aleph procedures: trafficking bookings, sending IOs for signature, creating ad accounts, loading or publishing funds and granting access.
Reconcile client accounts, monitoring Go-Lives, slow-pacing IOs and expiring budgets.
Maintain tool expertise, internal process proficiency and administrative hygiene.
Salesforce and sales hygiene
Log everything in Salesforce: emails, calls, meetings, contacts, companies and upsells.
Maintain a BANT-qualified pipeline with genuine week-on-week movement and accurate closing dates.
Submit a bottoms-up weekly forecast within 20% of your agreed quarterly target.
Send meeting recaps within 24–48 hours, respond internally and externally within 24 hours, and escalate any opportunity delayed beyond 72 hours.
Keep client folders and collateral current on the shared drive (linked, never attached).
Schedule prep and debrief time around meetings, with a written agenda in every invite.
Prepare a handover document with a designated buddy for all approved leave.
Who You Are
3+ years in digital media, adtech or platform sales, ideally across SMB or high-volume portfolios
A genuine hunter — you enjoy cold outreach, you work the reactivation list, and you do not wait for inbound
Relentless energy and activity levels: five meetings and two proposals a week without being asked twice
Disciplined in CRM — you treat Salesforce as your own forecasting tool, not as admin
Confident presenting to founders, marketing managers and agency teams, and comfortable running workshops
Commercially sharp, resilient under target pressure, and quick to turn a client conversation into a proposal
Johannesburg-based, with a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings

We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Contract Technical Sourcer to support our mission.
This role can based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Team
The recruiting team is dedicated to bringing in the people who will help creators thrive. We partner closely with leaders across the company to understand their goals, anticipate future needs, and build diverse, thoughtful teams. As advocates for both candidates and hiring teams, we design an inclusive, transparent hiring experience that feels true to Patreon's values. Above all, we believe that every great employee experience starts with a great candidate experience - one rooted in respect, clarity, and genuine connection
About the Role
- Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leadership to define and run sourcing strategy for Engineering, Product, and Design roles across a range of levels, from early-career to senior and staff-plus
- Run intake conversations with hiring teams to understand the technical needs of each role, translate them into target profiles, and set clear sourcing goals and timelines
- Proactively identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, open-source communities, technical forums, portfolios, conferences, and other channels where technical talent spends time
- Write personalized, compelling outreach that earns responses from in-demand engineers, product managers, and designers, and continuously test and refine messaging based on what works
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates in the early stages of the process, providing a warm, responsive, high-touch experience that reflects our brand
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and talent pools so we have qualified candidates ready ahead of demand
- Build sourcing strategies that expand our reach and bring in diverse slates of qualified candidates
- Track and report on pipeline health and funnel metrics (response rates, conversion by channel, time to submit), and use that data to improve how we source
- Improve our sourcing and early-stage processes by identifying bottlenecks, testing new approaches, and sharing best practices with the broader talent team
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data and activity in our applicant tracking system
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles (Engineering required; Product and/or Design a plus) at high-growth technology companies or startup
- Strong understanding of the technical landscape: you can speak credibly about roles, stacks, and levels (for example, backend vs. frontend vs. mobile vs. infrastructure/ML) and evaluate profiles against a role's core requirements
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, social media, and technical communities and forums. Juicebox souring strongly preferred
- Experience with an applicant tracking system; Ashby experience strongly preferred
- A track record of crafting creative, data-informed sourcing strategies that build a consistent, diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
- Excellent written communication, with a demonstrated ability to write outreach that gets responses from passive talent
- Comfort partnering with recruiters and senior technical stakeholders, and influencing hiring strategy rather than just taking requests
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches at once
- Demonstrated ability to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being built
- A genuine passion for the creator economy and the people who make a living doing what they love

At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.
The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Productions is the “done for you” managed services wing of ElevenLabs, built for creators and media businesses. We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts in linguistics, mixing and post-production to deliver human-edited dubs, audiobooks and more in 15+ languages, directly on the ElevenLabs platform. Our customers include global media broadcasters, publishers, gaming companies and major film studios.
We’re hiring engineers to build the systems behind it: the platforms that let human expertise and AI work together at the quality our clients expect, and the labelling tools our research teams use to improve our models. You’ll own a scope in one of these areas:
- Human data platform: the labelling and evaluation platform research uses to continuously improve our models. You’ll ship new task editors, improve reliability, catch misuse and build the metrics behind higher-quality data pipelines.
- Core productions engine: the backend machine nobody sees but everybody relies on. You’ll build and maintain the services that run our production workflows, with room to lead projects.
- Editor platform: the professional editing tools our production teams work in. You’ll build in Rust, combining UI systems with a deep understanding of the underlying system.
We’re building professional tools and core infrastructure, not consumer features. The work is mostly building, with little hand-holding. You’ll carve out your own scope and own the outcome.
Requirements
- Strong backend engineering experience, ideally in functional programming languages like Rust, with a full-stack focus on designing UI systems. You’ve shipped and run production systems end to end.
- Experience making systems reliable and scalable, such as internal platforms, workflow or task engines, or data pipelines. You take pride in the infrastructure nobody sees but everybody relies on.
- Comfortable switching between building a new tool or editor and hardening the platform underneath it, and keen to lead projects when the opportunity arises.
- Opinionated and able to defend your ideas, but know when to just grind. You’re happy doing the unglamorous work, and you’re hungry.
Bonus:
- Experience building editor or UI-heavy professional tools, with a systems-level understanding of what sits underneath.
- Experience with data labelling or annotation platforms, or managing crowdsourced workforces.
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe and the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in GMT-5 to GMT+1 timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, Dublin, Amsterdam, and Warsaw.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Junior Developer (AI Engineering) to join the Xsolla Partner Network (XPN) team, a platform that connects game studios and publishers with content creators. The position involves participation in all stages of work on an automated content generation system: from stabilising the existing vertical video pipeline for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels to developing the agentic architecture, launching the virtual AI creator direction and building analytics on the results. Working with the team means applying cutting-edge generative models and agentic tools to a real production product every day, seeing the direct effect of your work in content metrics, and learning from the inside how the games industry, the creator economy and content-driven game promotion work. The developer will work with a live system that has a real audience and measurable results, make technical decisions independently, build expertise in generative AI and take on the role of the project's technical owner as it grows.
Responsibilities
Take over the existing vertical video generation pipeline (script → voiceover → visuals → subtitles → editing → auto-posting → tracking links) for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels, understand it from the docs and code, and bring it to stable operation.
Grow the pipeline: improve content quality and virality, scale up generation volume, reduce cost and turnaround time per video.
Keep track of new generation models and services (video, image, voice, LLM), test them quickly and replace outdated parts of the pipeline with better or cheaper ones.
Launch and develop the virtual AI creator direction: a consistent character, voice, style and content plan.
Design and improve agents: write and debug prompts and sub-agent roles, validation between phases, context and cost control.
Build a dashboard for running generation and tracking content analytics (views, clicks, conversions, cost per video).
Automate publishing: platform integrations, posting from mobile devices, scaling channels.
Write clean, testable, documented code, including unit and integration tests.
Requirements
Solid Python, basic bash.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) and agentic pipelines: a real project, pet project or hackathon entry you can show and talk through.
Experience using Claude Code, Cursor or similar tools as a working environment, not just as autocomplete.
Understanding of prompt engineering basics: defining an agent's role, limiting context, getting stable structured output.
Understanding of Git, team development and Docker basics.
Ability to work with REST APIs and webhooks, basic understanding of databases (SQL).
Understanding of vertical content: games, creators, streams, TikToks, Shorts, how video discovery works, what shadowbans are, how mobile posting farms are set up. A big plus if this is your hobby: your own channel, editing, streaming, experiments with AI generation.
Ownership: the ability to take a task end to end and deliver a result without external supervision.
Initiative: your own proposals on improving the pipeline, new models and automation, and the readiness to implement them yourself.
Ability to figure out someone else's system from code and documentation, reconstruct the logic and ask the right questions.
Independence in technical decisions and openness in communication: flag problems immediately.
Product thinking: measuring results by content metrics (views, retention, clicks) and cost per video.
Ability to explain the system's capabilities and limitations to non-technical colleagues.
Experimental mindset: fast hypothesis testing and the willingness to drop what did not work.
Desire to grow with the project: from stabilising the current pipeline to becoming its technical owner.
English at the level of reading technical documentation (Intermediate+).
Nice to have
Experience with video and image generation via API (
fal.ai
, Kling, Runway, Seedance, Nano Banana, etc.), TTS and speech recognition (Whisper and similar).
ffmpeg: assembly, normalisation, subtitles, overlays.
Experience building reliable calls to paid APIs: retries, idempotency, cost tracking.
n8n or other workflow tools.
Telegram bots, YouTube / TikTok / Instagram / Discord APIs.
Android / mobile device automation.
Supabase or PostgreSQL.
Experience with GCP, Docker, Kubernetes.
Observability and monitoring (Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
Your own channel, pet projects, open-source experience or hackathon participation.
Benefits
Convenient working tools:
New Mac laptop and any other necessary equipment for your efficient work.
Google Workspace, Atlassian, Jira, Slack
Professional growth:
Exchange of experience between employees within the company
Opportunity for professional growth within the company and department
Obtaining expertise in various areas and products of the company
More perks
Possibility of flexibility working
Access to the corporate library
No dress code
Comfortable and new office environment
