ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE TEAM & ROLE
Ramp's procurement product is changing how companies buy. We've built the fastest intake-to-pay platform on the market. 3x faster than traditional P2P workflows, with AI that automates sourcing, contract extraction, approval routing, and invoice matching in one place. Customers save an average of 16% on vendor spend annually and eliminate 46+ hours of manual purchasing work every month.
As a Procurement Product Activation Manager, you're the person who makes that real for our customers. You'll work directly with CFOs, controllers, and finance operations teams to design, configure, and launch Ramp's procurement product — helping them go from broken, manual buying processes to a streamlined system that their entire company actually uses.
This is not a "follow the playbook" implementation role. You'll be redesigning how companies buy things, which requires equal parts process consulting, product expertise, and relationship management.
🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own procurement implementation for Commercial and upper Mid-Market accounts from close-won through go-live
- Partner with CFOs, finance ops, IT, and legal stakeholders to map existing procurement workflows and design their future-state on Ramp through a change management process
- When procurement and Bill Pay are both part of the deal, cover both — procurement is the priority, but you carry Bill Pay activation when it's bundled
- Provide structured product feedback to Ramp's Engineering and Product teams based on what you see across implementations — this is a core part of the role
- Partner with AEs and AMs when procurement configuration questions come up pre-close or during expansion
🧠 WHAT YOU BRING
- Real procurement depth: you've lived inside procure-to-pay — whether at a company managing purchasing or at a platform like Coupa, Zip, Procurify, Stampli, or Ivalua. PO creation, approval routing, invoice matching, and ERP sync aren't concepts you read about; they're things you've configured or managed.
- Customer-facing confidence: you run structured discovery, manage calls with multiple decision-makers, and can guide a Controller or AP Manager through a configuration decision without losing their trust
- Strong follow-through: multiple implementations running at once, nothing falls through, customers don't have to chase you
- Moves fast independently: Ramp's product ships constantly. You don't wait for someone to brief you on a new feature — you find it, figure it out, and update your approach.
- Sharp product instincts: you can tell the difference between a user error, a training gap, and a real product limitation — and you say so directly to Engineering and Product, not just "the customer asked for X."
🌟 NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a procurement software company in an implementation, solutions, or customer success role
- Familiarity with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems and how they integrate with procurement tools
- Consulting background or experience at a company where structured discovery was a core skill. You know how to lead a call and leave with clear requirements
🏆 WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- You're carrying 50–60 active implementations per quarter and customers are hitting go-live on schedule
- Your CSM counterparts know what you're working on and why — handoffs are clean, nothing falls through the cracks between implementation and ongoing success
- You've built or meaningfully improved at least one internal process — a playbook, a feedback loop with Product, a configuration template — that the team uses after you

ABOUT SOMNIA
The Somnia Foundation, backed by Improbable, specialises in building and operating high-performance decentralised technology. Its EVM L1, launched in 2025, has been benchmarked as the fastest on the planet: at over 1 million ERC-20 transactions per second.
At Somnia you'll be working alongside a talented team working across the core blockchain along with novel protocols leveraging its capabilities:
- Somnia Agents adding the ability for smart contracts to leverage the latest open-source LLMs and interact with the outside world via headless browsers, powered by on-chain deterministic LLM inference and a decentralised network of agent runners
- Prophecy an information oracle that can combine parsing of public websites and public data sources into decentralised, auditable attestations about the real world, powering prediction markets, forecasting and new types of financial systems
- DreamDEX a high-performance DEX with a fully on-chain CLOB leveraging on Somnia's core capabilities, targeting centralised exchange characteristics
- Somnia L1 continued work on the high-performance EVM L1, including working on MEV resistance, privacy, automatic gas sponsorship and 'reactivity' where smart contracts can autonomously invoke themselves based on specific timing or event criteria
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to build and run Somnia's key backend services: the L1 and node fleet, RPC and indexing layers, product backends, and developer-facing services teams depend on. An SRE-minded role: you make reliability measurable, rollouts safe, and infrastructure repeatable, so every team can move fast without breaking things.
You treat infrastructure as a product: automate relentlessly, measure everything, and leverage AI to accelerate development, operations, and incident response.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets, plus the observability—metrics, logs, traces and alerts—that catches regressions before users do.
- Build repeatable, self-service infrastructure through infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD and golden paths so teams can provision, deploy and recover without reinventing the wheel.
- Own rollouts end-to-end—progressive delivery, canaries, safe migrations and clean rollbacks.
- Operate the systems behind Somnia's nodes, validators, RPC and indexing, tuning for performance and cost across regions.
- Lead incident response and on-call, run blameless postmortems, and continuously harden the platform.
- Partner with product and protocol teams to design and operate production-ready services. You'll rotate between embedding with engineering teams and building the shared platform, tooling and operational standards that underpin the wider organisation.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST HAVE
- Strong experience operating production infrastructure at scale (cloud and/or bare metal), with deep Linux fundamentals.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or Pulumi, alongside configuration management.
- Experience running containers and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) in production.
- Strong programming skills, ideally in Go and/or TypeScript, for building automation and internal tooling.
- Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry or equivalents).
- Experience operating and monitoring distributed systems, including capacity planning and performance tuning.
- Comfortable operating in high-stakes production environments and responding to incidents.
- Genuine interest in crypto and on-chain systems.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience operating blockchain node infrastructure (validators, RPC, archive nodes) for an L1/L2.
- Experience with high-performance networking, low-latency systems or load balancing at scale.
- Multi-region and geo-distributed deployments with failover strategies.
- Security and key management (HSMs, secrets management, hardening).
- EVM tooling and the wider Web3 infrastructure ecosystem.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Engineers can deploy safely and frequently with confidence.
- Platform reliability is measurable, with well-defined SLOs and continuously improving service health.
- Infrastructure is automated, repeatable and increasingly self-service.
- Incidents become less frequent, easier to diagnose and faster to resolve.
- Product teams spend more time shipping features and less time managing infrastructure.
HOW WE WORK
- Agent maximalists: We are strong believers in agentic tooling being a massive accelerant to velocity beyond vibe coding prototypes: from equipping engineers with the latest tools through to agentic harnesses for security testing and end-to-end shipping fixes and small features.
- Ownership and autonomy: A lean team that optimises for individual impact and velocity. Engineers own features end-to-end, from idea to production, and are trusted to make the call to ship.
- Outcome-oriented: We take on hard technical problems, but the tech is always a means to an end. What matters is what ships and the impact it has, not cleverness for its own sake.
- Best tool for the job: We solve interesting problems in the simplest way possible. Mostly TypeScript for full-stack apps, C++ for high-performance systems, Go for infrastructure services and Solidity for smart contracts.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.

We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.

About the role
🤓
We are looking for a
Senior Analytics Engineer
to own the analytics enablement layer across seQura's core business domains — building the trusted, well-governed data foundation that business, product, and data science teams rely on to make decisions and ship models.
This role sits at the intersection of data modeling, business domain understanding, governance, and semantic precision. You will design and deliver production-grade dbt models, shape the semantic layer to be AI-ready, and set the quality bar for the analytics enablement team. You will work closely with business circle leads, Data Scientists, across Risk, Finance, Payments, and Collections, and the Platform and Data Engineering team.
What challenges you'll be solving 🚀
Championing a single source of truth for core business metrics — unifying definitions, socializing, and governing the canonical KPIs used across seQura, so that whether a metric appears in a dashboard, a DS model, or an executive report, it means the same thing.
Building domain data products that serve both operational reporting and ML feature needs, ensuring downstream teams can self-serve reliably.
Designing, building, and shipping production-grade dbt models across multiple business domains — Payments, Debt Collection, Risk, and Finance — writing clean, well-tested, and well-documented SQL.
Owning the governance layer: data contracts, column-level lineage, tests, and semantic definitions — not just shipping models, but making them trustworthy.
Structuring the semantic layer to be machine-readable and AI-ready, supporting both self-serve BI and AI-powered use cases.
Setting and upholding standards for testing, documentation, and data quality across the analytics engineering team.
Collaborating closely with Data Scientists, circle leads, and the Platform team to understand domain logic deeply and translate it into precise, unambiguous data models.
Making cross-domain architectural decisions with a systems mindset — thinking beyond individual models to how the full data layer fits together.
About the Data team
🧩
Team mission
To turn seQura's raw data into trusted, well-governed data products that power decision-making across the company.
The team builds the foundations that enable Product, Finance, Risk, Payments, Data Science, and AI teams to work with reliable, consistent, and discoverable data, ensuring everyone speaks the same language when making decisions.
What we own
The dbt transformation layer across business domains
The Single Source of Truth (SSOT) for key business metrics

Team Structure
The Analytics Engineering team consists of four Analytics Engineers working alongside a Data Governance Lead and reporting to the Head of Data.
The team partners closely with business stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Payments, and Collections, while collaborating with Data Platform, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams to ensure data products are reliable, scalable, and easy to consume.
How we work
Product mindset: we treat datasets as products, with clear ownership, quality standards, and consumers.
Strong focus on data governance, documentation, and discoverability.
Collaboration with business stakeholders to translate operational concepts into trusted data models.
Analytics Engineering sits at the intersection of business knowledge, software engineering, and data architecture.
Continuous improvement through testing, observability, and reusable modeling patterns.

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
THE MISSION
The Foundry is ClickUp's internal AI innovation lab — embedded inside GTM Systems and accountable for turning AI capabilities into production-grade, internally deployed products that make every GTM function faster and smarter. We build the infrastructure that powers AI-first work across Sales, Marketing, Post-Sales, and Revenue Operations.
As the Senior Software Engineer on this team you will own the technical delivery of our MCP server platform, agent orchestration layer, and internal tooling — shipping production systems used daily by hundreds of ClickUp employees, and scaling your own throughput by treating AI tools as first-class engineering collaborators.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
MCP SERVER PLATFORM
- Design, build, and operate Model Context Protocol servers that expose CRM, ticketing, analytics, and communication data to AI agents across the GTM stack
- Implement Okta PKCE authentication flows and RBAC policy enforcement so agents access only the data they're authorized to touch
- Maintain deployment infrastructure on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, API Gateway) and contribute to GCP workloads where applicable
- Own observability: structured logging, distributed tracing, latency SLOs, and on-call runbooks for every production server
AGENT ORCHESTRATION & AI-NATIVE PRODUCTS
- Build and maintain multi-step autonomous agents that execute end-to-end GTM workflows — lead qualification, deal room assembly, onboarding automation, support triage, and more
- Architect prompt engineering frameworks, tool-call schemas, and agent evaluation harnesses that make AI behavior predictable and auditable
- Integrate with LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock AgentCore) and maintain version-pinned, cost-tracked model configurations
- Deliver AI-powered internal applications (web apps, CLI tools, Slack integrations) that non-technical GTM stakeholders use without friction
GTM PLATFORM ENGINEERING
- Own full-stack feature delivery across TypeScript/Node.js backends and React/TypeScript frontends for internal tooling
- Write Python automation scripts, ETL pipelines, and data transformation layers that feed GTM analytics and AI context
- Collaborate with Systems Engineering and GTM Engineering teams on cross-cutting API standards, data contracts, and integration patterns
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and actively mentor junior engineers toward higher leverage
AI-NATIVE DEVELOPMENT PRACTICE
- Use AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as primary engineering accelerators — not supplements — to ship at a pace that punches above a single engineer's weight
- Document AI usage patterns, prompt templates, and agentic workflows so the team's collective throughput compounds
- Stay current on MCP protocol evolution, agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, custom), and emerging LLM capabilities; bring back what matters
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems
- Expert-level TypeScript and Node.js — idiomatic, typed, testable server-side code
- Strong Python — automation scripts, data pipelines, and scripting for AI/ML tooling
- Meaningful AWS deployment experience: Lambda, Bedrock, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, IAM, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch
- Demonstrated experience integrating with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent) and shipping AI-powered features to real users
- Solid foundation in REST API design, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC authentication, and secure credential management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CDK, or SAM), and cloud cost awareness
- Clear written communication: design docs, ADRs, and runbooks that others actually read
- Track record of using AI tools (LLM assistants, copilots, agentic workflows) as a genuine productivity multiplier — not a gimmick
STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) — building servers, defining tool schemas, or operating multi-server agent environments
- GCP experience (Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Functions) to complement AWS work
- Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM API integration work — understanding GTM data models is a significant advantage
- React or Next.js front-end capability to ship internal dashboards and tooling without hand-offs
- Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration patterns
- Experience in a GTM Systems, RevOps, or Sales Engineering context
- Okta / identity provider integration work (PKCE flows, SCIM, token management)
HOW WE OPERATE
The Foundry runs on three principles that every team member is expected to embody:
- Ownership — You own the full lifecycle of what you build: design, delivery, observability, and iteration. We don't have a separate ops hand-off.
- Velocity — We ship to production in days, not quarters. AI tools are how we maintain that pace without sacrificing quality.
- Atomicity — Every deliverable is a discrete, composable unit — an MCP server, an agent, an API. Nothing we build requires everything else to work.
WHO THRIVES HERE
This role is a strong fit if you are genuinely excited to work at the intersection of AI infrastructure and internal product — not just as a user of AI, but as someone building the layer that makes AI useful for an entire go-to-market organization. You are comfortable with ambiguity, you default to shipping, and you see every piece of internal tooling as a product that deserves operational discipline.
This role is not a fit if you need heavily defined requirements before starting work, prefer long planning cycles to iterative delivery, or view AI tools as optional extras rather than core to how you operate.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we are looking for candidates from the UK, Sweden, Spain or Germany.
About the role:
Grafana Cloud runs Mimir, Loki, Tempo and Pyroscope as multi-tenant SaaS databases across AWS, GCP and Azure in regions worldwide. Our highest-SLA customers depend on them to run their businesses. We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to keep these systems reliable at scale.
The role combines building and operating. You’ll write the software, automation and product changes that make our databases more reliable, including changes to the Mimir, Loki and Tempo codebases where reliability calls for it. You’ll also be on call for our highest-SLA customers and handle the operational work that comes with it. You’ll bring a production mindset to product engineering and engineering rigor to reliability, and you’ll set technical direction across squads.
What You’ll Do
Build reliability into the product.
Write production code in our services, tooling and the Mimir, Loki and Tempo codebases that makes our databases more resilient, self-healing and scalable as demand grows quickly.
Build automation and platform tooling
that removes toil and scales our reliability practices across regions and cloud providers.
Lead technical design.
Author design docs, review others’ designs and PRs, and shape feature design so it’s scalable and operable from day one.
Own the SLO framework.
Define and evolve per-tenant SLOs and reliability models. Use SLO burn and incident learnings to find and fix the causes of failure in the systems themselves.
Improve observability and alerting
so we find problems before customers do, and so escalations are actionable rather than noisy.
Be on call for our highest-SLA customers.
Act as a technical escalation point for complex customer environments. Lead customer-impacting incident response, including customer bridge calls when needed, and write blameless post-incident reviews that lead to engineering fixes.
Handle the operational work that comes from on-call.
This includes investigating customer escalations, following up on incident actions, tuning capacity and configuration, and turning recurring issues into permanent fixes or automation.
Multiply the team.
Mentor engineers, teach reliability practices that teams adopt early in development, and work with engineering leadership on roadmaps and product strategy.
We highly value those who are intellectually curious, who default to transparency, possess a high bias towards action, and who are also kind (this is important!)
On-Call
Weekday on-call is 12-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, split between North America and Europe so you cover your local working hours. Weekends are covered by a separate 24-hour rotation. You’ll take a weekend roughly once every six to eight weeks.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of software engineering experience, including significant time building and owning distributed systems in production.
Strong production software skills, ideally in at least one object-oriented language. You write clean, tested code and can make targeted changes in large open-source codebases you didn’t write.
Deep understanding of distributed systems: performance, scaling and failure modes. You can reason about how a system will break before it does.
Experience running multi-tenant systems at scale on Kubernetes in AWS, GCP or Azure, with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, Helm or Jsonnet.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing SLOs.
Experience being on call for production systems. You troubleshoot calmly and methodically under pressure, and you’ve taken part in blameless incident response and written high-quality post-incident reviews.
Staff-level technical leadership: driving cross-team projects, setting technical direction and making the engineers around you better.
Working knowledge of Linux internals, networking and cloud storage.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Mimir, Loki, Tempo, Pyroscope, Prometheus or other observability and time-series databases.
Open-source contributions.
Customer reliability engineering (CRE) or customer-facing escalation experience.

Workplace: remote
About the Role:
BOSS Revolution helps millions of people around the world stay connected with family and friends through international calling, mobile top-up, and money services. As a Senior Flutter Developer on the DTC Calling team you'll build and evolve the flagship BOSS Revolution app.
Your main direction is Product-Led Growth (PLG): the referral program (Refer-a-Friend), onboarding and activation funnels, promo and reward mechanics (loyalty and subscription offers, first-transfer and recharge bonuses, upsell offers), and the experiments that decide which of them ship. It is the main direction, not the only one: you'll take on any work the team owns — home, calling, money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments — as the roadmap requires.
You'll work in one of the largest Flutter codebases in production — a monorepo of 100+ internal packages, feature-first clean architecture, and a strong engineering culture around code quality, testing, and automation — and ship in short, instrumented iterations: hypothesis → flag → variant → metric → decision. The app also carries a native calling stack (SIP/VoIP on Android and iOS); experience there is welcome, not required.
What You'll Do:
Growth (main direction)
Build growth mechanics end-to-end
: referral flows (invite links, deferred deep links, reward tracking), onboarding & activation funnels, promo/reward dialogs and offer surfaces, in-app surveys — from a PRD with a success metric to a measured result in production.
Run experiments as a habit
: ship behind feature flags, wire variant assignment from our remote-config / A/B service (fixed-split and multi-armed-bandit tests) and Firebase Remote Config, tag events with test and variant, watch guardrail metrics, and remove the flag once the test is decided.
Instrument and validate analytics
: define and implement Amplitude/GA events and properties, keep the event taxonomy clean across releases, verify events before launch, and read funnel dashboards together with the PM and data team.
Render server-driven promo content
: integrate with our in-house campaign platform — targeted campaigns, remotely configurable copy and creatives, layout updates pushed from the backend in real time — with versioned fallbacks, so campaigns launch without an app release.
Integrate third-party growth SDKs
: attribution (AppsFlyer), Braze (push, content cards), ads (AdMob / AppLovin), payments and KYC vendors — mostly through Flutter plugins, occasionally extending them in Kotlin/Swift via platform channels.
Across the app and team
Ship product features beyond growth
: home screen, calling flows (Flutter UI over the native SIP stack), money-transfer and top-up flows, subscriptions and payments (card and wallet flows, Google/Apple Pay), country selection, chat and social features, performance and tech-debt work — the same standards, a different surface.
Own features within our architecture
: feature-first clean architecture, Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories, immutable state, Result-based error handling; migrate legacy Provider/ViewModel code in the modules you touch (e.g. the referral module) to the current patterns.
Work at real scale
: a Melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages, strict dependency hierarchy, code generation (json_serializable / freezed), a shared design system, and a 90% diff-coverage gate enforced per package in CI (bloc_test + mocktail).
Keep releases healthy
: trunk-based development, ~2 releases a month through GitHub Actions and Fastlane, Crashlytics plus product-metric monitoring, staged rollouts and kill-switches for risky changes.
Collaborate cross-functionally
: with product managers (growth and core product), backend engineers (campaign, config and A/B services), data & BI, marketing (Braze campaigns) and QA — and push back on asks that cannot be measured.
Use AI-assisted development
as part of the everyday workflow: Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot with in-repo prompts, agents and MCP integrations.
We're Looking For:
5+ years building mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter in production.
Strong Flutter/Dart: Bloc/Cubit or comparable structured state management, async programming and isolates, code generation, dependency injection, clean architecture and modularization.
Hands-on, experiment-driven product development: feature flags and remote config (Firebase Remote Config, LaunchDarkly, Statsig, GrowthBook or an in-house service), A/B rollout mechanics (staged rollout, sticky assignment, kill-switch) and analytics instrumentation (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA or similar) — including knowing how your experiments ended.
Deep linking, including deferred deep links and App Links / Universal Links setup; understanding of attribution flows.
Working knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) and/or iOS (Swift) at the level of platform-channel and SDK integrations.
Strong testing culture: unit and bloc tests with mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, comfortable working under coverage gates.
Full lifecycle experience: Git, CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions), code signing, store deployment, post-release monitoring.
Product mindset: can work from a PRD with success metrics, propose instrumentation and guardrails, and explain trade-offs to non-engineers.
English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
It Would Be a Plus:
Time on a dedicated growth or monetization team: referral programs, onboarding optimization, paywalls / subscriptions, retention work, multi-armed bandits.
Attribution and marketing SDKs by name: AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adjust, Branch; Braze, Iterable, CleverTap.
Server-driven UI or remotely configurable content systems.
Payments and subscriptions on mobile: card flows, 3DS, in-app purchases, Google/Apple Pay.
VoIP / real-time communication: SIP, WebRTC, CallKit / Telecom framework, push-triggered call handling, audio session management.
Large monorepos (melos, Mason, Dart workspaces); migrating legacy state-management patterns.
Beyond mobile: backend / BFF for growth features, data pipelines, observability.
Telecom, fintech or other regulated consumer products (KYC, fraud vendors).
Comfort with AI-assisted development tooling.
