Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Engineering Lead, Electronics
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- Department: Engineering / Optical Systems
- Reports to: Director of Engineering
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
As Engineering Lead, Electronics, you will lead the team responsible for the payload electronics of ICEYE's new optical satellite platform, taking ownership of the electronics design from early concept through to production and in-orbit operation. Acting as the satellite's main electronics authority, you will drive the architecture and hands-on engineering decisions behind the payload while also building and managing a small, growing team of electronics engineers. You will combine technical depth with day-to-day leadership, setting the standard for how the team designs, builds, and delivers electronics that need to work reliably and deliver exceptional performance. You will work in a fast iteration design cycle where understanding the system and speed of development matter the most.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a small, growing electronics team, covering tasking, hiring, and day-to-day people management, while staying hands-on with the technical work alongside them.
- Be the technical leader for the electronics architecture of the optical satellite, owning design end to end, from schematics through layout, bring-up, and into production and in-orbit operations. Given the size of the team, you're expected to be actively involved in the hands-on design work, not only in setting direction.
- Deriving what the system needs to do, translating those requirements into the electronics design, driving R&D on new concepts and upholding a high bar for how boards are designed across high-speed, power, and harness work.
- Investigating on-ground and on-orbit anomalies.
- Driving a fast, iterative design process. From right architectural decisions through culture setting to supplier management.
- Mentoring junior team members.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Expert, hands-on skills in electronics design, spanning schematics through layout, bring-up, production, and operations, across a broad cross-section of high-speed design, power electronics, and harness.
- Ability to understand a satellite system end to end, deriving electronics requirements from it, and owning the electronics architecture of the payload as its main electronics authority.
- People-oriented leadership, comfortable managing and growing a small team, including hiring and day-to-day people management.
- Embracing the challenge, with a preference for simple designs that work reliably in all conditions over unnecessary complexity, and a mindset of owning problems and solving them.
- No space experience required.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with optical sensors.
APPLICATION PROCESS
- Talent Attraction Screening
- Hiring Manager Screening
- Onsite workshop + Technical discussion
- Interview with Leadership

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

- Communicate transversally and be a compelling storyteller, employing written visual and verbal techniques.
- Build an understanding of our members to nurture product thinking and transform insights into actionable opportunities.
- Maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers, from identifying problems and opportunities to finding solutions and delivering the product(s).
- Develop and evangelize design understanding and sensibility across the organization, improving ways of working and design processes.
- Mentor junior designers, increasing collective performance and quality across the team.
- Deliver a UI consistent with Alan’s brand with thoughtful design choices and a high-quality bar in delivering products.
- Contribute to the design system with components documentation for designers and engineers.

✏️ Qualifications
- Based in (or within commuting distance of) one of our hubs (Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona), with the ability to work onsite twice per week.

You'll be designing the direct touch points that connect our members with their healthcare journey. Your work will focus on:
- Alan Clinic: When prevention alone is not enough, our members need the best care possible. That's what the Alan Clinic is for. 120 health professionals (and one AI) work behind the scenes to answer all our member's questions, consult in video, redirect you to the nearest hospital, interpret your lab results. And while it feels effortless for members, the logistics behind it are next level. We plan to grow the clinic further in the best medical suite of tools for both members and doctors.
- Alan Spain: We're building Alan's own health network from scratch in Spain, designed around the real needs of Spanish members: from navigating a fragmented system to accessing the right care at the right time. Role Overview:
At Cargoo, we are building supply chain products around complex, real-world logistics operations.
It is understanding the actual problem, turning complexity into clear product decisions, and helping a development team deliver the right solution.
We are looking for a Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst who can connect business needs, customer problems, and technology - and take ownership of turning them into working products.
Problem space:
Logistics product development means dealing with:
• complex and evolving business rules
• multiple stakeholders with different priorities
• fragmented operational processes
• incomplete requirements and changing assumptions
• legacy + new system coexistence
• customer needs vs. platform strategy
• technical constraints
• constant pressure to deliver value
You will work in the middle of this complexity.
Your job is to bring clarity, make decisions, and keep the team focused on what matters most.
What you’ll own:
• product vision and direction together with key stakeholders
• translating real customer and business problems into product solutions
• product scope, priorities, and delivery decisions
• the Product Backlog and its continuous refinement
• Use Cases, Requirements, and Business Rules
• User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• balancing customer value, technical feasibility, business priorities, and timelines
• keeping the development team aligned throughout the product lifecycle
• ensuring delivered solutions support the wider Cargoo platform and business architecture
How you’ll work:
You will work closely with stakeholders, customers, subject matter experts, and the development team.
You will:
• ask questions until the actual problem is understood
• challenge assumptions and unclear requirements
• turn complex business processes into clear product logic
• make decisions when priorities or requirements conflict
• ensure the team always works on the highest-value opportunities
• manage the balance between new functionality, maintenance, and product lifecycle needs
• continuously improve how the team discovers, defines, and delivers products
This is not a role where requirements are simply handed over to development.
We expect you to understand the problem, own the decisions, and stay involved until value is delivered.
What we expect from you:
• 5+ years of experience in software or web product development, preferably in a Product Owner role
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure from complexity
• confidence making decisions and taking ownership of product outcomes
• experience leading and working closely with software development teams
• strong understanding of Agile values and principles, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences - from developers and subject matter experts to customers and executives
• ability to manage competing priorities and delivery pressure
• fluent English, both written and spoken
• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Informatics, or a related field
Experience with logistics or supply chain solutions is a strong plus.
What you won’t find here:
• requirements written only for the sake of documentation
• backlog management without product ownership
• decisions endlessly escalated instead of made
• process for the sake of process
• a perfectly defined problem waiting for you
What matters to us:
• clarity over complexity
• outcomes over output
• ownership over handovers
• customer problems over feature requests
• decisions over endless alignment
• continuous improvement over perfect processes
If this sounds like the kind of product environment where you do your best work - let’s talk.

is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a
Full-time Senior AQA Engineer (Fullstack) in the Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.
We are developing a social trading platform and are looking for a strong automation engineer who will build end-to-end test coverage across all product layers, with a primary focus on native mobile applications (iOS / Android) and web. This is a role with real autonomy — you will not be "just another QA in the team," but the person who defines quality standards and gradually builds a process where code physically cannot be pushed to production without passing tests.
Currently, there are no automated tests for the mobile applications at all — you will be responsible for building automation from scratch and establishing the surrounding processes.
Reporting to:
QA Lead
Responsibilities:
Design and develop a mobile automation framework from scratch for native iOS and Android applications
Develop and maintain the backend automation framework (API testing)
Cover critical social trading user scenarios: trade copying, deposits/withdrawals, trading account operations
Extend test coverage at the web and API levels
Integrate tests into CI/CD: execution on every commit, pipelines, reporting
Establish pre-commit quality gates using Git hooks (husky / pre-commit) — mandatory test execution before code reaches the repository
Execute tests on real devices, emulators/simulators, and cloud device farms
Drive automation culture: introduce stabilization/automation iterations to prevent coverage degradation over time
Candidate profile:
Mobile
Experience building mobile automation frameworks from scratch for iOS and Android
Native drivers: XCUITest (iOS) and Espresso / UiAutomator2 (Android)
Appium 2.x/3.x as a cross-platform tool for native / hybrid / mobile web
Strong hands-on experience with Android Studio (ADB, emulators) and Xcode / Simulator
Experience running tests on real devices and cloud farms (BrowserStack)
Understanding of mobile app architecture, locator strategies, gestures, and testing under different network conditions
Understanding that mobile tests are more logically maintained within the application repository rather than as a separate project in another language
Languages and Frameworks
Strong Java skills (modern versions); solid understanding of OOP
Kotlin and Swift knowledge is a plus
Test runners and assertions: JUnit 5, test data generation with Instancio / JavaFaker
Web / API
UI automation with Playwright (Java), Page Object Model, stable locators
API automation: REST Assured, REST API and authorization handling
Understanding of flaky tests and retry strategies
Data Handling
Databases: MariaDB / MySQL, state validation via SQL / JDBC
Test data setup and cleanup
CI/CD and Processes
Build management with Gradle, custom tasks for different test suites
CI/CD: GitLab CI / Jenkins, integrating automated tests into pipelines
Git hooks / husky / pre-commit as a quality gate
Reporting: Allure
Test management: Jira
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech / trading / payment products
Experience using AI tools in testing (Copilot, AI assistants for test generation/analysis)
Experience with Testcontainers
Familiarity with App Store / Google Play guidelines
Our offer:
A certified Great Place to Work® reflecting our commitment to a positive culture, employee well-being, and support
Welcoming, young and multicultural team with approachable leadership
Ability to contribute to dynamic business at a growth phase
High level of autonomy, support of ideas and putting your expertise into the best practices for the company
Continuous personal development, training budget, growth with the company and opportunity to learn from industry leaders
