Analyze product innovations, features, and technologies identified through both independent research and insights from the Market Intelligence Expert
Identify product features and capabilities with proven or potential business impact: revenue uplift, player engagement, retention, or market differentiation
Initiate proposals for new product sets or market-specific solutions when research identifies them as critical to competitive success or regional growth
Evaluate potential impact, scalability, and strategic value of identified features — including quantitative assessments of revenue growth, user engagement, technical complexity, and time-to-market
Conduct market- and region-specific product gap analyses, including local player preferences, regulatory requirements, and localization complexity assessments
Assess Digitain's platform readiness for localization in specific countries; prepare initial resource estimations to support full market entry
Identify and document operator pain points via social media, conference content, podcasts, and industry news; translate findings into structured insights for the Sales team
Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to validate research, gather expert input, and present detailed analyses
Track adoption and performance of competitor product features post-launch to validate impact assumptions and refine future recommendations
Prepare comprehensive documentation of research outcomes to support BRD, PRD, and strategic planning processes
Stay current on emerging product and technology trends (AI personalization, gamification, new betting formats, alternative payments) and proactively surface high-potential opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in product research, product management, business analysis, or competitive intelligence — ideally within iGaming (platforms, sportsbook, live casino, payments); experience in fintech, SaaS, or gaming related industries also considered

This role is responsible for tracking industry movements, competitive dynamics, regulatory shifts, and market-level signals that inform Digitain's strategic direction across Sales and Product functions.
The Market Intelligence Expert occupies a critical position at the intersection of research and strategy. You will be responsible for monitoring and synthesizing information across competitors, emerging markets, regulatory bodies, and industry events — transforming raw intelligence into actionable insights that power Digitain's commercial and product teams.
Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze emerging trends in the iGaming industry — including regulatory changes, technological advancements, market shifts, and upcoming innovations
Track major players in the iGaming ecosystem by reviewing quarterly and annual reports, financial performance, revenue growth, and strategic announcements
Evaluate sales and market growth by region, assessing key growth indicators, player acquisition trends, and penetration in both regulated and emerging markets
Research product developments across the iGaming industry, including new tools, features, and integrations, and their potential market impact
Assess operational network expansion — tracking growth in B2C operator networks and B2B partnerships, including platform adoption rates
Monitor industry activity across public sources, including websites, conferences, press releases, and social media
Identify early signals of market expansion across the industry
Conduct competitive analyses of key iGaming players, including performance benchmarking and threat/opportunity identification
Prepare and deliver high-quality research outputs: detailed reports, trend summaries, competitive landscapes, and presentations for internal stakeholders
Source and validate data from industry reports, financial filings, news platforms, conferences, and proprietary tools
Collaborate with team members to translate research findings into strategic recommendations and contribute to BRD/PRD preparation
Proactively anticipate industry shifts (e.g., new regulations in Latin America, Asia, Africa) and alert relevant teams to emerging risks or opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, business analysis, or strategic research, with a strong preference for candidates from iGaming, fintech and e-commerce
Proven track record of owning market intelligence or competitive analysis functions and reporting insights as market conditions change
Deep, demonstrable knowledge of the global iGaming ecosystem: sportsbook and casino platforms, B2B/B2C business models, payment solutions, and regulatory frameworks across key regions is preferable
Experience analyzing financial/annual reports, investor disclosures, industry publications and market data to assess and validate competitor performance and strategic direction. Strong strategic and critical thinking skills — able to identify and connect non obvious signals (regulatory shifts, hiring trends, product launches, social/media activity) into them into early-warning insights
Ability to turn complex research into clear, decision-ready reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership
Experience with competitive intelligence platforms (e.g., Similarweb, H2gc, LinkedIn Talent Insights) is a strong plus
Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of the market intelligence function, setting priorities with minimal oversight
Strong stakeholder management skills — able to balance competing requests from Sales and Product teams and prioritize based on strategic impact

Tempo is a layer-1 blockchain purpose-built for stablecoins and real-world payments, born from Stripe’s experience in global payments and Paradigm’s expertise in crypto tech.
Tempo’s payment-first design provides a scalable, low-cost predictable backbone that meets the needs of high-volume payment use cases. Our goal is to move money reliably, cheaply, and at scale. Our north star is simplicity for users: fintechs, traditional banks, merchants, platforms, and anyone else looking to move their payments into the 21st century.
We're building Tempo with design partners who are global leaders in AI, e-commerce, and financial services: Anthropic, Coupang, Deutsche Bank, DoorDash, Mercury, Nubank, OpenAI, Revolut, Shopify, Standard Chartered, Visa, and more.
We’re a team of crypto-optimists, building the infrastructure needed to bring real, substantial economic flows onchain. We like to move fast and swing for the fences — join us!
The role
You will be our first policy and government relations hire. You'll build Tempo's presence in Washington from the ground up. You'll represent us on Capitol Hill, with regulators, and across industry coalitions, and you'll help the company understand and shape the rules that govern stablecoins, digital payments and agentic commerce.
We're looking for a seasoned senior leader who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. As our first policy and government relations hire, you’ll set the strategy and run it yourself. You will be our voice to Congress and regulators. You will also be a strategic partner to Legal, Product, Comms/Marketing, and GTM, shaping how policy factors into product decisions from the earliest stage. Context shifting will be critical to success; the best candidate will understand how to move between strategy and execution hour to hour and day to day.
Responsibilities
- Build and run Tempo's federal government relations strategy, with a focus on stablecoin, payments, digital assets and agentic commerce legislation and rule making
- Develop and maintain relationships with Members, committee staff and relevant regulators
- Engage on emerging AI and agentic commerce policy as it intersects with payments
- Track and analyze federal and key state policy developments, then turn them into clear guidance for leadership and product teams
- Draft comment letters, testimony, white papers, one-pagers, and briefing materials
- Build and manage Tempo's presence in trade associations and industry coalitions, and build alliances across the payments, fintech, and AI ecosystems
- Support company leadership in DC engagement
- Manage outside lobbying and policy consultants as needed
- Own the policy function end to end as a hands-on individual contributor
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of policy or government relations experience
- In-house government relations experience at a payments, fintech, financial services, or technology company
- Experience with payments policy, including stablecoins, money transmission, BSA/AML, card networks, real-time payments, or fintech regulation
- Strong relationships and credibility on both sides of the aisle
- Direct experience with digital asset policy, such as stablecoin legislation and implementation, market structure, or tax
- Excellent written and oral communication skills: you can turn complex technical and regulatory issues into crisp, persuasive material
- A self-starter comfortable working in a fast-moving startup, and quickly toggling between strategy and execution
Preferred qualifications
- Prior Capitol Hill experience, preferably on financial services, banking, or agriculture issues
- Experience with AI or agentic commerce policy
- Multi-client experience at a lobbying firm, consultancy, or trade association
- Familiarity with federal agency rulemaking and regulatory engagement
Attributes
- High motor; speed is a cherished attribute at Tempo
- Concise, evidence-based communicator
- Intense curiosity and open-mindedness
- Scrappiness; willingness to roll up sleeves

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $100B in annualized spend flows in and out of 50,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATES AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU APPLY
- Schedule & Shift Bidding - Please Read Carefully: This role is part of Ramp’s UK-based overnight coverage strategy. Team members will work a set 40-hour/week schedule designed to support customer needs outside US business hours. Schedules may include evenings, weekends, and rotating holiday coverage, depending on business needs.
- Hours Expected: CX Associates work a set 40-hour/week schedule assigned through a schedule-bid process. Work shifts will span between 6:30 AM–3:30 PM BST, and your shift will likely include a weekend day (either Sun–Thu or Tues-Sat). Associates also cover 2–3 company holidays per year on a rotating basis. Ramp's customers operate on financial deadlines that don't pause.
- This is a fast-changing environment: Ramp’s product and customer needs evolve quickly. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong judgment, and a willingness to learn new systems, workflows, and product surfaces continuously.
- You’ll help build this function: This is not just a support role within an existing system. This team is being built as part of Ramp’s broader international CX strategy, so strong operators will have the opportunity to shape processes, team culture, and how overnight coverage works as the function scales.
- This role is a launchpad for your career at one of the fastest-growing companies in fintech.

— снижает отток клиентов;
— помогает возвращать пользователей в продукт;
— выявляет системные проблемы и передаёт их продуктовой команде;
— автоматизирует большую часть типовых обращений;

— QA Score — 90% и выше;

We love original thinkers who challenge the status quo. We move fast, tell the truth, and there's nowhere to hide from good work here. If that excites you more than it scares you, you'll fit right in.

MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo we have ~35 Product Managers owning and running Squads across our Pillars. Product Management defines what Cleo builds and why it matters. From setting direction to prioritising what ships, Product ensures we’re solving the right problems for our users and the business. As we scale, this shifts from “managing a roadmap” to “shaping the long-term vision and impact of Cleo’s products.” ✨
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own Cleo’s payment rails and money-movement roadmap - how customers bring money in, move it across Cleo products, and access it when they need it. You’ll define the future of direct deposit, internal transfers, and intelligent funding orchestration, working closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and our banking and card partners.
Key responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for how customers move money into, around, and out of Cleo - direct deposit top-ups, internal transfers (card, EWA, secured credit card, Wealth products), and outbound movement.
- Build deep fluency in US payment rails (ACH, FedNow, card network rails) and the interchange/cost structure underneath them; represent Cleo in shaping partner roadmaps with the likes of Marqeta and Mastercard.
- Partner with banking and processing partners (e.g., TabaPay-type partners, partner banks) to orchestrate money movement - this is not a "we are the platform" role; it's about working fluently across multiple partners and rails.
- Develop a point of view on stablecoin and crypto as a future rail for moving money in and out of Cleo, and bring that thinking into the roadmap.
- Contribute to the intelligent funding orchestration vision - determining at the point of a transaction what funding source (EWA, BNPL, savings, checking) best serves the customer, with consent, and executing that agentically.
- Set and communicate a clear narrative for why payment rails and money movement matter - this space is not well understood internally, and you'll need to make the case repeatedly to stakeholders who don't have payments backgrounds.
- Maintain flawless execution and attention to detail on cash inflow/outflow while also building the longer-term vision.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
Must-have
- Deep, hands-on US payment rails experience (ACH, card networks, interchange economics) - recent and substantial, not adjacent.
- Experience working across multiple payment partners/rails rather than as "the platform" itself - e.g., time at a card program, neobank, or fintech that works with partner banks and processors.
- Comfort owning ambiguity and setting vision where none has been defined yet.
- Strong narrative/storytelling ability paired with flawless execution.
Nice-to-have
- Fluency in crypto/stablecoin as a payment rail, with a point of view on where the industry is heading.
- International payment rails exposure (e.g., UK), given Cleo's card expansion - explicitly lower priority than US rails depth.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.
For the full breakdown on what's available in your location, visit our Candidate Hub https://meetcleo.notion.site/Cleo-Candidate-Hub-3b95c63b874580e9a068fdc6c8929ebf 👈
WHAT MATTERS
Cleo's mission is to change the world's relationship with money. We can't do that without building a brilliant, genuinely diverse team - and making sure our hiring process gives everyone a fair shot, running a fair and transparent recruitment process in which every candidate is considered on their merits.
We're glad to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. If there's anything we can do to support you in showing us your best, please let your recruiter or one of the team know.
We may use AI-assisted tools during the recruitment process to take support the team in different ways like taking notes or referring back to conversations. They do not replace the team and all applications are reviewed by a Cleo employee thoroughly!

About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Most merchants don't find Checkout.com http://Checkout.com through an ad. They find us because someone they already trust told them to look at us, whether that’s their ecommerce agency, their billing platform, their fraud provider, their consultant. We view partnerships as a core growth engine for Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, and this role exists to turn that trusted relationship into a repeatable, scalable revenue channel through disciplined execution, strong commercial instinct, and relentless ownership.
We're looking for a high-ownership self-starter who can originate, structure, and close partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact. Our ideal candidate is an operator with strong drive and bias for action — they move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and are recognized for the impact they deliver.
You'll own a portfolio of partners and the merchants they bring us. This is a builder role: you won't inherit a book that carries you to your number — you'll go and find it. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, ambition and quality work get met with opportunity, and growth is in your hands.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Source new partners from a blank list — agencies, systems integrators, ISVs, fintechs and consultancies. Cold outreach, events, referrals, whatever gets you in the room.
- Win the commercial case: get partners to recommend Checkout to their clients ahead of the incumbent, built on the outcomes their clients care about — acceptance rates, market coverage, revenue.
- Win the technical commitment: make the case for a partner investing engineering time in building with Checkout, then coordinate Partner Engineering to deliver it and keep the integration current as our product evolves.
- Activate signed partners into producing partners — map their client base, train the solution architects and account directors who influence recommendations, and keep opportunities registered early.
- Structure and close referral, reseller and embedded models, negotiating across commercial, legal and operational dimensions.
- Own your number: net revenue, total processed volume, product penetration and conversion. You're recognized on partnerships converting into live merchants and revenue — not on signed logos or pipeline.
- Act as the single owner across Sales, Legal, Product, Partner Engineering and Marketing, removing blockers and driving launches to go-live.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales.
- Payments or fintech experience, processor or merchant side — gateway, acquirer, PSP, orchestration, fraud and risk, or a software platform where you sold payments to existing customers.
- Track record of closing Enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder deals is a plus
- Experience structuring commercial models (rev share, reseller, embedded partnerships)
SKILLSET
- Strong commercial acumen - understands what drives revenue and margin
- Solid negotiation skills - can hold ground while progressing deals
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments
- High attention to detail - no room for approximation
- Resilience for genuine cold outreach. Most of your first six months is finding partners who have never heard from us
MINDSET
- Owner mentality - accountability without excuses
- Performance-driven - focused on outcomes, not activity
- Low ego, high standards - direct, constructive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable being challenged - and challenging back when needed
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working inside or alongside an agency, systems integrator or ISV — you'll already know how partners decide which vendor to put in front of a client.
- Exposure to embedded payments, payfac or marketplace models.

THE MISSION
Payments are the infrastructure behind how modern businesses grow. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, our Account Management team helps established digital merchants turn that infrastructure into an advantage.
Based in Amsterdam, this 12-month fixed-term role will see you manage a focused portfolio of direct merchants across the EEA. You’ll work with online businesses across sectors such as retail, money transfer and fashion, with relationships spanning key markets including Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands.
You’ll be the trusted advisor and main point of contact for your merchants, helping them navigate product and platform questions, shape stronger payments strategies and unlock new opportunities for growth. This is a post-sales growth role: you’ll protect and deepen existing partnerships while identifying where Checkout.com http://Checkout.com can create more value through product adoption, payment performance, commercial insight and expansion.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being close to the customer, is comfortable with numbers and commercial conversations, and can build credibility across different markets and cultures.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Own high-touch relationships with a focused portfolio of established merchants mostly across the EEA region, primarily supporting online businesses across markets such as Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands.
- Act as the main point of contact for merchant queries across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s products and platform, bringing clarity, pace and strong relationship management to day-to-day partnership.
- Understand each merchant’s business model, revenue drivers and priorities, then turn that knowledge into clear account development plans.
- Identify and lead cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s products, value-added services and partner network.
- Act as a payments consultant, helping merchants improve performance and shape a comprehensive payments strategy across their markets.
- Use data, forecasting and commercial modelling to diagnose performance, identify risks, uncover growth opportunities and build credible recommendations.
- Lead commercially thoughtful pricing and negotiation conversations that balance merchant value with sustainable outcomes for Checkout.com http://Checkout.com.
- Coordinate merchant projects and internal workstreams, working closely with teams such as Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, Integration, Risk, Legal and Support to keep commitments moving.
- Bring the voice of the merchant into internal discussions, build strong rapport across cultures and help improve how we manage, grow and support our merchants.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
- Join a company growing at real scale: Checkout.com http://Checkout.com processed more than 300bn in total payment volume last year, compared with 183bn in 2024.
- Work with established direct merchants and globally recognised digital businesses, helping them solve complex payment challenges across the UK and their wider markets.
- Be rewarded for both account growth and broader business impact through a competitive base salary, a meaningful base-to-variable incentive mix and generous commission upside.
- Make a visible difference in a high-performance, collaborative team where ownership, learning and commercial impact are valued.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management or a similar commercial role, ideally within FinTech OR payments.
- Strong written and verbal English is essential. German, Spanish or Italian language skills are a plus.
- A strong commercial mindset, with evidence of identifying growth opportunities, expanding existing relationships and delivering measurable customer or revenue impact.
- Experience managing strategic or complex accounts, building trusted relationships and navigating multiple stakeholders across different markets.
- Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to understand revenue drivers, discuss pricing and identify where value can be created.
- An analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data, forecasting and commercial modelling.
- Payments or FinTech experience is a strong advantage, but not essential; experience in a high-growth start-up or adjacent technology environment is also relevant.
- Clear, adaptable communication, strong collaboration skills and the ability to build rapport across cultures.
- The ability to prioritise across multiple accounts, manage risk and keep important work moving in a fast-paced environment.
HOW WE’LL WORK TOGETHER
You’ll join a team that takes a practical, customer-first approach to account growth. We care about the quality of the relationships we build, the rigour behind our recommendations and our ability to follow through. We challenge assumptions, share knowledge and work across boundaries to solve problems for our merchants.
If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands on execution and want to help digital businesses get more from their payments infrastructure this is an opportunity to make a visible difference at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com.
