Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Senior Software Engineer, GenAI Platform
About the Team
Deliveroo's GenAI Platform team sits within Machine Learning Platform and builds the shared infrastructure that helps DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo teams safely bring GenAI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation to production. Our mission is to increase the velocity of business impact from GenAI. A central pillar of that work is running frontier open-weight LLMs and VLMs (such as GLM, Qwen, Kimi, and DeepSeek) ourselves — real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning on autoscaling GPUs — delivering large cost and latency wins (for example, a billion embeddings produced roughly 20× cheaper and visual models served roughly 72% cheaper). We also own core platform surfaces including the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
About the Role
You will join a small, high-leverage team building production infrastructure for Generative AI at Deliveroo and DoorDash, leading the design and architecture of our open-weights model platform spanning inference and fine-tuning: real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and model fine-tuning. You’ll set technical direction across model serving and inference engines, fine-tuning and training pipelines, GPU autoscaling and utilization, batch pipelines, backend services, and observability, and mentor engineers as you go. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact systems and pushing the cost/performance frontier of GPU inference and fine-tuning in a fast-moving technical area where product needs, model capabilities, vendor ecosystems, and cost/performance tradeoffs are evolving quickly.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead the design of infrastructure that helps teams move GenAI ideas from prototype to production, increasing the velocity of business impact from AI across the company.
Own and evolve our open-weights serving stack — real-time GPU endpoints, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning (SFT/DPO/LoRA) — alongside the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution.
Architect scalable, high-performance systems for model serving, batch inference, GPU autoscaling, and fine-tuning that power real customer and internal automation use cases
Push the cost and latency frontier of GPU inference — turning batch jobs that took days into hours and cutting inference cost by multiples — while giving product teams a clean choice across open-weight and closed-source models with reliability, fallback, observability, and cost controls built in.
Build platforms that support rapid experimentation while meeting production standards for latency, scale, monitoring, SLOs, playbooks, and operational excellence.
Partner closely with — and raise the technical bar for — ML engineers, product engineers, data scientists, and platform teams across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo to turn emerging GenAI capabilities into durable platform primitives.
Set technical direction for the future of the company's centralised GenAI platform — including emerging directions such as reinforcement learning (RLHF/RLVR), agent optimisation, and other post-training and agentic techniques — enabling the next generation of AI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalisation.
We’re excited about you because…

GPU performance work — multi-node/distributed inference, KV-cache/memory optimisation, quantisation (FP8/INT8/AWQ/GPTQ), or cold-start/throughput tuning
Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), GPUs, serverless/elastic GPU platforms (e.g., Modal), or high-throughput batch systems
Experience with LLM gateways, model routing, vendor abstraction, or cost attribution
Experience building developer platforms, internal platforms, or self-serve infrastructure
Experience building and deploying AI agents or MCP servers in production

Our Security and IT team keeps the 360Learning platform secure, compliant and auditable for the 1,500 organisations that learn on it every day. As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer, your mission is to make our infrastructure secure by design, detectable by default, and provable at audit time.
360Learning runs its learning platform on Azure and Kubernetes, certified ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. Over the past two years the technical security workload has grown on every front: a larger and more regulated customer base sending their own scans and security assessments, a wider detection and response scope, more infrastructure to keep hardened and auditable, and a growing backlog of security engineering projects that never reach the top of the queue.
We are creating this position to add real technical capacity on the infrastructure side of security, and to move part of our security posture from manual effort to automated guardrails. You will be the bridge between security and platform engineering: deep enough in infrastructure to fix things yourself, and close enough to security operations to know what to look for.
“Ours is a small, senior team with a broad scope: information security, compliance, infrastructure governance and internal tooling, with dual audit accountability on ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II. That means direct impact and no layers between you and the decision. Roughly half of this role is greenfield build work you will own end to end.” Guillaume Seigneuret, CISO and Hiring Coach.
Within 1 month, you will:
Complete our onboarding and learn how we work through our own platform and our Convexity culture
Map our Azure and AKS environment, our detection and logging coverage, and our ISO 27001 and SOC 2 control scope with the CISO and the Security Engineer
Meet the DevOps, platform engineering and IT teams you will work with daily
Shadow alert triage and one customer security assessment end to end
Within 3 months, you will:
Be autonomous on our AKS and Azure environment and handle infrastructure related alerts end to end
Have shipped at least one concrete hardening or automation improvement in production
Own the infrastructure scope of vulnerability management, from triage to remediation follow up
Within 6 months, you will:
Have the honeypot live and producing high fidelity alerts
Have measurably widened SIEM connector coverage, with documented log sources and retention
Run infrastructure vulnerability remediation on a predictable cycle with SLA reporting
Within 12 months, you will:
Manage detection content as code, with reviewed and tested rules and documented runbooks
Have largely automated audit evidence on the infrastructure scope
Have eliminated long lived credentials on the critical paths, so engineering teams ship on secure defaults they did not have to think about
The Skill Set:
5+ years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering with a strong security focus, or in security engineering with hands on infrastructure practice
Production experience with Kubernetes: RBAC, network policies, admission controllers, secrets handling, workload identity, runtime security
Solid cloud experience, ideally Azure. Strong AWS or Google Cloud experience with a genuine interest in converting works too
Infrastructure as code: Terraform, GitOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines
Scripting and automation: Python or Go, plus shell. Comfortable reading and writing code, and opening pull requests on repositories owned by other teams
Log analysis and investigation: cloud audit logs, query languages, correlation across identity, network and application sources
Fluent English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).

We are looking for a
Senior SEO Specialist
to own product-related SEO tasks from idea through release. You will turn search opportunities into initiatives and tasks for product and engineering, and confirm that what is delivered works as intended.
Job Responsibilities
Identify technical and on-page SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site structure, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, templates, structured data) and initiate product-related tasks when they block organic performance;
Prepare implementation-ready tasks and recommendations: problem, solution, affected templates or URLs, risks, and acceptance criteria;
Validate proposed work with the Team Lead and SEO team before it reaches product or engineering;
Consult product and development on SEO implications of planned features, template changes, and site architecture;
Participate in estimations and groomings so work is sized, sequenced, and specified well enough to build;
Analyze search intent, SERP structure, and competitor behavior when it affects product or template decisions;
Optimize existing page types and templates for rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content;
Support content planning with SEO briefs, keyword maps, and optimization guidelines when work touches product surfaces;
Plan information architecture and landing-page structure for new product or content surfaces;
Specify and, where appropriate, implement structured data;
Test implementations after release against agreed acceptance criteria;
Monitor performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and in-house reporting tools. Track rankings, traffic, indexing, and trends tied to shipped work, not only site-wide averages;
Prepare concise updates: what moved, what did not, and recommended next product or content steps;
Stay current with SEO practices and search-engine updates that affect product implementation.
You’ll thrive here if you have
4+ years of hands-on SEO across on-page, content, and technical work;
Experience working with high-traffic international and multilingual websites;
Proven experience turning SEO findings into tickets or requirements that engineering or product teams can implement;
Comfort participating in agile delivery: grooming, estimation, clarification, and post-release checks;
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research;
Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, site architecture, and template-level changes;
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, crawlers, and other SEO tools;
Ability to analyze SEO data and turn it into a clear recommendation, with an expected effect and a way to verify the release;
Clear written communication: tickets, briefs, and short performance notes that non-SEO teams can act on;
Ability to work independently, manage several workstreams, and raise issues early rather than waiting for a fully specified brief.
Nice to have:
Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale template optimization;
Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, or another reporting stack;
Basic scripting (Python or similar) for crawls, log samples, or bulk URL analysis;
Familiarity with common CMS or front-end delivery setups;
Awareness of generative search / AI results as a measurement context;
Experience in SaaS, marketplace, media, or other product-led digital businesses.

Kiwitaxi is an international transfer service working in 100+ countries.
We're growing our strategic partnerships team, and we're looking for someone who can do more than run a B2B sales pipeline. We want a person who can take a big partnership from the very first conversation all the way to launch. This isn't about sending hundreds of cold emails, and it isn't a classic account manager job. You'll figure out which companies are worth partnering with, find the people who actually make decisions there, and get to know how their business works. Then you'll shape an offer that makes sense for them and guide it through every stage: negotiations, a pilot, the contract, and the launch. We are looking for a hunter mindset: someone who is motivated by difficult markets, complex deals, and the challenge of opening doors that are not already open.
Задачи:
— Build new strategic partnerships with travel companies, agency networks, airlines, OTAs, travel platforms, loyalty programs, fintech companies, travel-tech players, and other distribution channels.
— Identify the right decision-makers and find ways to reach them through your network, LinkedIn, industry events, associations, mutual contacts, and other channels.
— Build a specific partnership hypothesis for each account rather than sending a generic company presentation.
— Lead discovery calls and meetings.
— Negotiate with senior decision-makers and functional leaders.
— Discuss and structure commercial models including commission, net rates, revenue share, white label, API integrations, and pilot programs.
— Manage long sales cycles and consistently move opportunities forward.
— Initiate and launch pilot partnerships.
— Attend travel industry events and conferences with a clear target list and pre-arranged meetings.
— Bring in Product and Development teams when an opportunity requires technical integration or product changes.
— Hand over signed partners into implementation and make sure partnerships actually go live and start generating business.
Требования:
— 4–7+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
— Experience in travel, mobility, OTA, airlines, hospitality, travel tech, TMC, tour operating, or a closely related industry.
— Experience with complex B2B deals and multi-month sales cycles.
— A proven track record of partnerships you personally initiated and helped take through signing or launch.
— Ability to independently identify decision-makers and create access to them.
— Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
— Ability to quickly understand the other side’s priorities and adapt the proposition accordingly.
— Experience creating tailored commercial proposals and business cases.
— Understanding of common B2B partnership models: commission, net rates, revenue share, affiliate etc.
— Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
— Comfortable discussing integrations, implementation timelines, constraints, and requirements with Product and Development teams.
— English at C1–C2 level, both spoken and written.
— Conversational Russian for communication.
— Willingness to travel for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
— High level of independence and ownership.
— Strong pipeline discipline and follow-up skills.
— Ability to work through objections, existing supplier relationships, slow-moving deals, and long periods without immediate results.
— Preferably based in the European Union or Asia, with flexibility to travel internationally and obtain visas when needed.
Преимущества:
— An existing professional network in travel, mobility, airlines, OTA, hospitality, or travel tech.
— Experience working with agency networks, host agencies, consortia, cruise, loyalty.
— Experience launching API, white-label, or co-branded partnerships.
— Experience entering new markets or building a new B2B channel from scratch.
Не подходит, если:
— Most of your experience is in high-volume cold outreach;
— You are used to working mainly with inbound leads;
— Your background is primarily in managing existing accounts;
— You expect to receive a ready-made lead list and detailed instructions on whom to contact;
— You are uncomfortable starting from a blank page and figuring out how to create an opportunity yourself.
Условия:
— A high-impact role with significant growth potential.
— You will join at a stage where our strategic partnerships function is being actively reshaped, with the opportunity to grow together with it and take on broader responsibility over time.
— Work with international travel companies and strategic partners.
— The ability to influence not only sales, but also the B2B product itself.
— Participation in international travel industry events and conferences.
— Significant room for your own ideas, hypotheses, and initiatives.
— Remote format.
— A competitive fixed salary, reflecting the seniority and impact of the role, plus a performance-based bonus.
Задачи:
— настройка и поддержка серверной инфраструктуры;
— работа с Linux-серверами;
— участие в настройке и поддержке CI/CD-процессов;
— работа с Docker и Docker Compose;
— развертывание и обновление приложений на тестовых и production-серверах;
— настройка и поддержка Nginx;
— мониторинг состояния сервисов и анализ логов;
— участие в автоматизации процессов разработки и развертывания.
Требования:
— студент 4 курса бакалавриата или выпускник бакалавриата 2026 года;
— базовые знания Linux и командной строки;
— понимание основ Docker и контейнеризации;
— понимание принципов CI/CD;
— базовые навыки работы с Git;
— понимание основ сетей: HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, IP и порты;
— базовое понимание работы Nginx;
— наличие учебных или pet-проектов будет преимуществом;
— желание развиваться в направлении DevOps, Cloud и Infrastructure.
