Understanding how to tailor AI output through the use of guidelines and skills to enrich context for MCP servers and LLMs
A background in frontend development or familiarity with design-to-code workflows
Delivered technical workshops, enablement sessions, or advisory services in past roles

If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You care about developer tools, clear technical storytelling, and helping software engineers do their best work. You know how to take complex product capabilities and turn them into clear narratives, launches, and campaigns that resonate with a highly technical audience. If you thrive on autonomy, take pride in your technical craft, and want to help shape how .NET developers worldwide view our tools, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Developer tools are changing fast, and how we talk about .NET tools needs to stay grounded, credible, and clear. We need someone who can take ownership of technical product marketing across Rider, ReSharper, and dotUltimate, ensuring our messaging cuts through industry noise and focuses on genuine developer needs.
In this role, you’ll dig into products and developer workflows yourself, identify the stories worth telling, and help determine how we bring them to market. You will work closely with Product Managers, software engineers, Developer Advocates, Research, Growth, and other Marketing teams. Decisions here live close to the work – you’ll have the autonomy to generate ideas, test new campaign approaches, and shape product messaging without needing permission at every step.
Day to day, you will:
Develop clear positioning, messaging, and product stories around Rider, ReSharper, dotUltimate, and related .NET developer experiences.
Turn complex technical capabilities and developer workflows into clear content, including launch stories, product pages, blog posts, case studies, video scripts, and campaign assets.
Own product and feature marketing for key capabilities, working from product priorities and product manager input to shape developer-facing stories.
Coordinate selected release marketing workflows, including planning and producing What’s New content and ensuring release stories are accurately represented.
Build a deep understanding of .NET developers, their workflows, customer needs, market trends, and community conversations to shape priorities and campaigns.
Develop and execute developer-focused campaigns around important product bets, defining the audience, message, channels, assets, and measures of success.
Extend product stories beyond release day through follow-up content, campaigns, customer stories, and amplification.
Measure the performance of launches, content, and campaigns, share what we learn, and adjust our approach when needed.
Help tell the evolving story of professional developer tools as AI changes how software is built, including workflows involving agents and code intelligence.
Contribute hands-on by writing articles, testing features, building briefs, editing landing pages, and capturing product visuals directly on demo projects.
What you’ll bring
High technical curiosity and a deep respect for developer workflows and software craft.
Comfort taking ownership, making decisions independently, and carrying ambiguous opportunities through execution.
A habit of asking good questions and challenging assumptions constructively before building a campaign.
Clear, direct communication style with an ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly and credibly.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate smoothly across distributed teams.
A pragmatic approach that balances strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and hands-on execution.
What you’ll need
Practical experience in technical product marketing, developer marketing, or a comparable role for a technical software product.
Ability to understand software development well enough to work directly with engineers and translate technical capabilities into developer benefits.
Proven track record of bringing software products, features, or releases to market within frequent release cycles.
Solid understanding of positioning, messaging, audience segmentation, channel selection, and campaign measurement.
Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to create compelling technical content and collaborate effectively with global teams.
We’d be especially thrilled if you:
Have worked on developer tools, IDEs, APIs, SDKs, cloud or developer infrastructure, DevOps, or another product built for software developers.
Have hands-on development experience or regularly work with code and developer tooling.
Know C#, .NET, Rider, ReSharper, Visual Studio, VS Code, or related developer ecosystems.
Have marketed AI-assisted development tools or are familiar with modern coding agents and AI developer workflows.
Have created technical content such as case studies, tutorials, product videos, demos, technical articles, or developer-focused campaigns.
Have experience working directly with developer communities or technical customers, including through webinars, interviews, or customer conversations.
What success looks like
Success means crafting clear, credible product narratives that help .NET developers understand the value of our tools, earning the trust of product and engineering teams, and continuously improving how we bring releases and campaigns to market.

If you want to build and own the automated testing platform that powers a core piece of developer infrastructure, this is for you. You will focus on writing high-impact code, removing engineering friction, and setting the technical direction for quality on TeamCity.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
As our user base grows and enterprise pipelines become more complex, ensuring the highest quality for TeamCity is critical for the people who depend on us daily.
We are looking for a senior engineer to own the quality engineering platform behind TeamCity. This is not a manual testing role or a suite maintenance job. You will spend your time writing code, building the tooling and frameworks that enable dozens of product engineers to ship confidently, removing manual work surrounding releases, and making our developer experience measurably better.
You will lead the technical direction for quality on a large, feature-rich product, bring practical AI approaches into the workflow where they genuinely add value, and collaborate across teams to help product engineers own their tests.
Day to day, you will:
Evolve the automated testing platform, including frameworks, infrastructure, reporting, and CI/CD chains.
Identify slow, manual, or fragile parts of our engineering process – such as release automation, feedback loops, and test flakiness – and fix them at the root.
Integrate AI into the quality workflow for test generation with guardrails, automated failure triage, and self-healing tests.
Work directly with product teams to help them write and own their tests, review their contributions, and evangelize solid test design.
Investigate failures and flakiness across both tests and product code to drive them to resolution.
Participate in all stages of product development, from initial design through release, interacting with internal and external users.
What you’ll bring
An engineer’s approach to quality, preferring to build tools and automate processes rather than maintain legacy tasks.
Strong architectural judgment and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
Practical curiosity about AI, with a clear point of view on where it genuinely helps and where it falls short.
A habit of working independently without formal specifications, figuring out the product, and determining what matters most.
Clear, direct communication skills and the initiative to walk up to developers and persuade teams to improve how they work.
An interest in mentoring colleagues, setting technical standards, and sharing knowledge across teams.
What you’ll need
Advanced skills in Kotlin or Java, with a solid grasp of object-oriented design and design patterns.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation for complex, mission-critical backends, web services, or desktop applications.
Proficiency with testing frameworks (TestNG or JUnit) and browser automation (Selenium WebDriver, Selenide, or Playwright).
Experience with build automation tools such as Gradle or Maven, containerization using Docker or Podman, and reporting tools like Allure.
Command of Git and a solid understanding of software testing principles and concurrent programming concepts.
A proven track record of creating internal platform tools or developer-experience improvements that measurably speed up engineering workflows.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
What success looks like
Success in this role means transforming our quality infrastructure into a seamless, fast, and reliable platform that engineering teams love to use. You will have eliminated major sources of manual release work, reduced test flakiness, and established automated feedback loops that let developers ship code with total confidence. Product engineers will independently write high-quality tests using your frameworks, and your pragmatic integration of AI tools will have measurably improved failure triage and test creation.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp builds software that moves real money, from bill payments and corporate cards to reimbursements, accounting integrations, and travel. Our customers rely on us to keep their operations running: invoices get paid, books get closed, and finance leaders can trust the data behind every decision.
In this role, you will be the person who spots where customers are getting stuck and drives issues to a clear resolution. You will learn a complex product deeply enough to troubleshoot across payments, bank linking, accounting syncs, and card programs, then partner with teams across Engineering, Risk, Product, and Partnerships to get problems solved. This is not script-based support. You will triage, investigate, and make high-signal judgment calls throughout the day.
You will thrive in this role if you are a systems thinker and deeply customer obsessed. Support is the baseline. How you think about improving processes, tools, and outcomes is what sets you apart.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the voice of Ramp's Customer Support. You'll spend your day engaging with customers, primarily via live calls, email, and chat.
- Diagnose across a broad product surface. Ramp isn't one product — it's payments, cards, travel, accounting integrations, and more. You'll need to understand how they connect and where they break.
- Operate with an ownership mindset, managing escalations end-to-end. You take full accountability for every ticket you handle. When an issue crosses team boundaries — risk, engineering, product, partnerships — you route it correctly, follow up, and make sure the customer isn't left waiting. You'll work across Zendesk, internal tooling, and Slack-based escalation workflows.
- Build and shape AI tools, not just use them. Ramp is building AI into CX operations. You'll use AI-powered research tools and proprietary tools like Glass daily, provide direct feedback on what's working, and play an active role in how these tools evolve. You're not just a user — you're a builder. We are all builders at Ramp.
- Ship improvements, not just flag them. When you notice a process gap, a missing SOP, or a knowledge base article that's sending associates down the wrong path, you don't just raise it — you have the autonomy to roll up your sleeves and fix it. Leverage AI to solve problems, build automations, and improve the systems around you. The best people in this role make the whole team better.
- Communicate with precision and empathy. Our customers are financially sophisticated. You need to explain what's happening, what you're doing about it, and what they should expect — clearly and without filler.
WHAT YOU NEED
- You're a systems thinker: you don't just solve the ticket in front of you, you ask why the problem exists and how to prevent it from happening again.
- You actively use AI tools — Claude, Notion AI, research and workflow tools — and can demonstrate how you've applied them to get real work done. This is a hard requirement.
- You're fast-moving while holding yourself to a high bar for execution: you balance speed, accuracy, and thoroughness in every interaction.
- You can hold a technical conversation about how systems connect (APIs, bank integrations, accounting software) even if you're not writing code.
- You manage competing priorities without dropping things. When you have 15 open issues across 4 internal teams, nothing falls through.
- You write clearly and concisely. You can explain a payment reconciliation issue to a CFO without jargon.
- You're comfortable on the phone. Many interactions start there.
- You have a demonstrated track record of exceeding key performance standards, including CSAT, QA, and speed-of-service metrics.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building workflows or automations using AI tools, not just prompting
- Familiarity with accounting workflows (AP/AR, GL, reconciliation) or ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage)
- Background in payments infrastructure (ACH, wire transfers, card networks)
- Track record of working somewhere that shipped product fast and expected CX to keep up
WHY BE A CX ASSOCIATE AT RAMP
- Cross-functional exposure from day one. You work directly with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams — not siloed into a support queue.
- AI tools and unlimited access. Unlimited tokens, proprietary AI tools like Glass, and a culture that expects you to use them to move faster and build smarter.
- Career growth that you own. Grow within CX, explore other functions internally, or carve out a path that doesn't exist yet. If you're invested, we're invested.
- Culture that's different from a call center. Team events, in-person offsites, and a genuine commitment to building a team people want to be part of.

In 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast-forward to today, and we've transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. For seven years running, we’ve been the top appointment-setting agency, achieving amazing results across 50+ industries worldwide.
Our results speak for themselves: with over 1,000 clients and a global portfolio, we’ve set up more than 200,000 appointments, delivering a $10 return for every $1 spent. We’re experts in B2B appointment setting, providing essential services for companies ready to take their growth to the next level. By diving deep into lead research and using customized, omnichannel strategies, we turn opportunities into real success.
Joining Belkins means signing up for a journey of unstoppable growth and success, driven by curiosity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
We are looking for a results-driven SDR to join our intake pod - the team that runs new clients through their first three months at Belkins. Each pod is built around an Account Strategist who owns client strategy through the pilot, supported by a Delivery Lead, Content Strategist, Researcher, and Email Deliverability Specialist. This structure means the technical side of outreach is handled for you - your focus is on calling and converting prospect responses into booked appointments.
You will work across multiple pilot-stage client projects at once (typically 3-4), running high-volume cold calling via power dialer and personally managing all replies from automated email and LinkedIn campaigns. Because every account is brand new, the meetings you book in the first weeks carry extra weight - they're often a client's first real proof that the engagement is working.
Things You’ll Be Doing:
Cold Calling
Running outbound calling campaigns via power dialer (Koncert) across multiple (3-4) pilot-stage client projects at once - every account brand-new, so there's no history to lean on and no slow ramp-up;
Handling objections live, on the call, and steering each conversation toward a booked appointment, not just working through a script;
Tracking connect rate and call-to-meeting conversion, flagging performance issues to your Account Strategist before they become a pattern - with only three months on the clock, a slow week can't go unnoticed.
Reply Handling — Email & LinkedIn
Personally owning
every reply
that comes in from automated email
(Reply.io / Inbox AI)
and LinkedIn
(Expandi)
campaigns -responding within 4–8 working hours, handling objections in writing, and nurturing prospects until they convert into confirmed meetings;
Scheduling appointments and sharing meeting details with the team via Slack.
Campaign Oversight & Reporting
Monitoring key metrics across every project - connect rate, reply rate, conversion rate - as your own numbers, not someone else's dashboard.
Feeding structured feedback to Research, Content, and EDS so lead quality and messaging actually improve, not just flagging that something isn't working.
Keeping CRM hygiene tight in
HubSpot
and sharing a weekly recap your Account Strategist can actually use.
What You Bring:
2+ years
of outbound SDR experience with a strong
cold calling background
;
Fluent English - written and spoken - comfortable working across US and European time zones;
Metrics-driven:
you track your dials, connect rates, and conversion numbers and know how to improve them;
Strong objection handling and a consistent track record of landing next steps;
Comfortable working brand-new accounts with no track record yet, and able to manage multiple pilot-stage client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace;
Reliable
CRM hygiene
and disciplined follow-up across all open threads;
Self-starting and proactive - you hold your pace without needing external pressure.
How We Hire:
Recruiter Interview
(~30 minutes) — with Yuliia or Inna.
Practical Task
(~60–90 minutes) — a written exercise covering outbound thinking, objection handling, and lead prioritization.
Hiring Manager Interview
(~45–60 minutes) — a conversation with the SDR Enablement Manager covering the details of your work, performance analytics, and a live cold-call roleplay.
Final Interview
(~60 minutes) — with the Managing Director and HR Business Partner to assess company fit and explore your values and working style.
Offer & Onboarding
— if it's a yes, we move fast.
*We may use AI tools to support parts of the hiring process. Final decisions are made by humans. Contact us for information on data processing.
At Belkins, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:

Own ongoing platform health, including system updates, pricing launches, recurring bill-run troubleshooting, sync exception handling, and root-cause issue resolution.
Data Ingestion & Analysis:
Utilize SQL to perform data validation, rating engine auditing, and operational reporting while collaborating with Engineering to receive mediated usage data (e.g., via DigitalRoute or Kafka).
Integrations & API Management:
Maintain and optimize clean, API-driven integrations connecting BillingPlatform to upstream CRMs (e.g. Salesforce), downstream ERP/GL tools (e.g., NetSuite), and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe).

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Gather technical and operational requirements directly from Accounting, Finance, Sales Ops, and Product teams, translating their vision into sustainable platform configuration.
Data Integrity & Migration:
Maintain billing data continuity and manage subscription data updates or migrations without disrupting ongoing financial operations or revenue recognition flows.
What you bring
Q2C Platform Experience:
Proven hands-on experience configuring and administering enterprise Quote-to-Cash or billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ, NetSuite Billing, Aria Systems, or BillingPlatform).
Data & Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency with SQL for querying and auditing billing data, alongside a solid grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and ETL workflows.
Modern Pricing Expertise:
Experience supporting complex SaaS or infrastructure pricing models—such as PLG, hybrid commitment-plus-usage, tiered rates, and consumption-based/metered billing.

Cross-Functional Communication:
Ability to bridge technical language and financial business logic, effectively collaborating with engineering teams and accounting stakeholders alike.

A methodical approach to diagnosing system sync errors, rating anomalies, and integration edge cases to ensure operational continuity.

We are looking for a Director, Product Finance and FP&A to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! This role spans our Product Finance and Corporate FP&A functions. You'll own two of the highest-leverage areas on the team: the unit economics and monetization strategy across every product we ship, and the financial architecture of the company—model, budget, and Board reporting. The work you do will directly shape how we price, how we allocate capital, and how we support executive decision-making through financial insights and planning.
This represents a truly unique opportunity to join one of the country’s fastest-growing startups as we scale toward a potential IPO. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Accounting, and executive leadership to drive some of Ramp’s most important financial decisions.

Social at Ramp exists to make the company more visible, culturally relevant, and useful to the people we want to reach. We are looking for a highly strategic Social Media Lead to turn that ambition into an operating system.
Your central job is to build the strategy and operating system for Ramp social. You will bring a clear point of view, make the right calls about where and how Ramp shows up, and ensure our biggest moments have real distribution behind them. You will help more Ramp employees credibly tell the stories closest to their work. You may also be hands-on where it matters, but strategic leadership and operational ownership are what will define success in this role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set Ramp’s social strategy, raise the creative bar, and focus the calendar on fewer, more consequential moments.
- Decide when Ramp, an employee, executive, creator, customer, or partner should lead the story, then build the right distribution plan around it.
- Help more Ramplings and executives post credibly about their work, with clear guidance, coaching, and amplification.
- Build a reliable approach to community management and social support, including the right contractor bench.
- Bring together producers, influencer, Brand, Comms, Growth, Support, and visibility teams to execute the highest-priority work.
- Establish a clear scorecard and use social insights to improve the work over time.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Ramp has a clear social point of view, distinct roles for each channel, and a calendar built around high-conviction moments rather than constant posting.
- The social function is a strategic driver of visibility and demand, not an internal posting service.
- Employees and executives have an easy, trusted way to share their work, and the strongest posts receive coordinated amplification.
- Product questions and customer issues found on social are handled with dependable ownership and follow-through.
- Social has data driven goals and learnings, including reach, awareness, demand, campaign lift, and market insights.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 2+ years leading strategic social, or related marketing programs at a top-tier technology, consumer or media company.
- A demonstrated ability to build social strategy and the operating model behind it: prioritization, agency management, workflows, measurement, and executive alignment.
- Excellent editorial judgment and an instinct for what will feel credible and native on each platform, especially LinkedIn, X, Meta, YouTube, and emerging community channels.
- Comfort with performance and brand measurement, including how to distinguish correlation from impact and how to run disciplined tests.
HOW WE WORK
We make finance teams cool. That means taking ideas further, choosing fewer bets with more force, and creating work people genuinely want to talk about. We value sharp taste, clear thinking, generous collaboration, and the willingness to say no when a moment does not meet the bar.
Ramp is committed to supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

- Ability to travel to in-person events in Canada frequently
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building a new partner motion, market, or vertical from an early stage.

- Presence in the Canadian accounting, advisory, private equity, venture capital, financial-services, or technology partner network
- Familiarity with finance & accounting workflows and solutions
