ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring Executive Assistants to partner with senior leaders across the company. Our EAs play a critical role in helping executives operate at their best—creating focus, removing friction, anticipating needs, and ensuring important work moves forward.
This is more than calendar and logistics management. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to your executives, using strong judgment, operational rigor, and modern tools to create leverage in a fast-moving environment. The work is highly visible and constantly evolving, offering exposure to some of Ramp’s most important teams, priorities, and decisions.
We are currently hiring two Executive Assistants to support leaders across Finance and Legal. We generally look for the same core qualities across our EA team: exceptional judgment, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to build trusted partnerships. During the initial conversations, we’ll learn more about your experience and preferences and discuss where there may be the strongest mutual fit.
This role is based in our New York City office. We default to being in the office at least three days a week.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner closely with senior leaders to manage their time, priorities, and day-to-day execution
- Own complex, high-volume calendar management across multiple executives, navigating frequent changes and competing priorities
- Manage executive inboxes as needed, including triaging communications, drafting responses, flagging urgent matters, and ensuring important items receive timely attention
- Coordinate domestic and international travel with close attention to efficiency, executive preferences, and changing business needs
- Plan and execute leadership meetings, offsites, team events, customer or partner engagements, and cross-functional working sessions
- Draft, organize, and manage communications on behalf of executives when appropriate
- Serve as a central coordination point across internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and follow-through
- Track action items, deadlines, and commitments, proactively prompting executives and partners to keep work moving
- Manage budgets, expenses, and vendor relationships on behalf of executives
- Handle sensitive business, financial, legal, customer, and personnel information with exceptional discretion
- Identify inefficiencies and build lightweight systems, documentation, and workflows that improve speed and organization
- Use AI, automation, and modern tooling to eliminate repetitive work and create greater leverage for yourself and your executives
- Continuously look for ways to anticipate needs and improve how work gets done
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars, shifting priorities, and multiple high-priority workstreams
- Strong organizational instincts and exceptional attention to detail—you anticipate what’s needed and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Sound judgment about when to act independently, when to seek context, and when to escalate
- High discretion and comfort handling sensitive or confidential information
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- High EQ and the ability to build trust quickly with executives, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders
- A proactive, ownership-oriented approach—you identify what needs to happen and move it forward without waiting to be asked
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting as priorities evolve
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and other modern collaboration tools
- Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or tooling to streamline work and reduce manual effort
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Experience supporting leaders in GTM, Finance, Legal, or another externally facing or highly confidential function
- Background in a high-growth or scaling company
- Experience coordinating with customers, investors, partners, advisors, or external counsel
- Experience managing executive inboxes and drafting communications

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Who We Are
Global Marts builds the technology behind DoorDash's own grocery and retail operations across DashMart, Wolt Market, and Deliveroo Hop.
Our systems decide what products our stores stock, how much inventory to purchase, which vendors to source from, how warehouses execute orders, and what prices customers see.
We build everything from forecasting and replenishment systems to vendor management, warehouse execution, labor scheduling, space optimization, and pricing. Our in-house forecasting platform has replaced third-party solutions and now powers production globally.
This isn't a traditional CRUD backend environment. Much of our work involves designing new systems that solve complex operational problems at global scale.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll work primarily with Go or Kotlin and take end-to-end ownership of production systems and complex technical initiatives.
You'll:
Design, build, and operate backend systems that support inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, pricing, and fulfillment.
Own technical solutions from problem definition and design through implementation, deployment, monitoring, and production operation.
Work on data-heavy systems where software engineering meets forecasting, optimization, and operational decision-making.
Turn complex and sometimes ambiguous business problems into pragmatic, scalable technical solutions.
Make and influence architectural decisions, balancing scalability, reliability, development speed, and long-term maintainability.
Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and operations teams to shape solutions and technical direction.
Improve the reliability, observability, scalability, and operational excellence of the systems you own.
Support and raise the engineering standards of the team through technical discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively while applying strong engineering judgment to validate their output, improve development velocity, and identify opportunities where AI can create additional leverage.
How We Work
Autonomy & Ownership:
Engineers have end-to-end responsibility for their services, from design and implementation to production and on-call.
Collaboration:
Architecture and technical direction are shaped together. Senior engineers are expected to contribute actively to decisions and help others arrive at strong solutions.
Scalability & Simplicity:
We value pragmatic solutions that solve today's problems while providing a sustainable foundation for tomorrow.
Impact:
We work closely with Product, Data Science, and Operations, connecting technical decisions directly to real-world retail and operational outcomes.
Our Tech Stack
Our primary backend languages are Go and Kotlin.
We also use Kafka, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Snowflake, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, gRPC, GitHub Actions, and modern cloud infrastructure.
You don't need experience with every technology in our stack. We're more interested in strong backend and distributed systems fundamentals and your ability to learn and make sound technical decisions.
Our Humble Expectations
We're looking for engineers who:
Have strong experience designing, building, and operating production backend systems.
Have professional experience with Go, Kotlin, or another modern backend language.
Have experience owning services end-to-end, including design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, reliability, and production operations.
Have strong knowledge of backend and distributed systems fundamentals, including APIs, databases, asynchronous processing, failure handling, testing, and observability.
Are comfortable working with data-heavy systems and technologies such as Kafka, Snowflake, or similar streaming and data infrastructure.
Can navigate ambiguous problems, break them into actionable steps, make appropriate technical trade-offs, and deliver incrementally.
Can influence technical decisions beyond their immediate tasks and collaborate effectively with engineers and cross-functional partners.
Communicate technical concepts and decisions clearly and concisely.
Use AI-assisted development tools effectively in their everyday engineering workflow while critically evaluating generated solutions and taking full ownership of the resulting code and technical decisions.
Look for opportunities to use AI to improve engineering productivity and solve problems more effectively, while understanding where human engineering judgment remains essential.
Nice to Have
Experience in one or more of the following is a plus:
Forecasting, optimization, scheduling, recommendation, or decisioning systems.
Grocery, retail, logistics, supply chain, or warehouse technology.
ERP, vendor management, procurement, or workforce management integrations.
Replacing third-party or legacy platforms with internally built systems.
High-throughput event-driven or streaming architectures.
Why Join Us?
You'll help build the technology that powers DoorDash's global grocery and retail business, solving complex operational challenges across inventory, forecasting, fulfillment, pricing, and supply chain.
You'll have significant ownership over the systems you build and the opportunity to influence technical direction while working closely with experienced engineers, product managers, data scientists, and operations teams across multiple markets.
📍 This role is based in our tech hub in Helsinki or Stockholm. We work in distributed teams, but may not be able to support fully remote work or relocation.
Next Steps
We're reviewing applications on an ongoing basis, so don't wait to apply. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE FINANCIAL SERVICES TEAM
- Our financial services customers span systemically important banks, neobanks committed to building more delightful banking software (1 in 3 of the world's leading banks use Sierra!), insurers that provide protection for life’s most challenging moments, vertically integrated ecosystems like Rocket Companies, and more. The decisions we make impact millions of end customers and billions of dollars in economic activity.
- Our financial services team partners closely with these organizations to set their AI strategies and build modern tools that carefully handle moments when a person’s private anxiety meets an institution’s procedural muscle - the instant before a family learns whether they are pre-approved for a mortgage; the claustrophobic half hour after someone notices a fraudulent charge; the frustrating experience of losing a card and needing to order a new one.
- Sierra’s Financial Services team is transforming the customer experience and building technology that makes the industry more accessible, human, and affordable for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents: As an Agent PM at Sierra, you will be responsible for partnering directly with our engineers and customers to build and ship AI agents that handle thousands of customer conversations a day.
- Engage with customers: In the role, you will engage with all levels of our customers’ businesses:
- Discover and assess their requirements.
- Prepare and present demonstrations of Sierra’s agent.
- Address and overcome technical challenges in the business process by working with technical counterparts.
- Develop and improve Sierra virtual agents to fit and anticipate our customers’ needs and business processes.
- Become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies for our customers.
- Shape the product roadmap: Work with Sierra’s engineering and product development teams to scope and implement new features essential to the success of your customers.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5-10+ years experience in product development of highly technical products.
- Past experience in Product Management or other similar product development roles at or above the level of Senior Product Manager.
- Experience in financial services, such as banking, fintech, lending, payments, insurance, mortgages, or wealth management.
- A track record of taking products from ambiguous customer problems through launch and meaningful scale.
- Strong technical fluency and the ability to reason about APIs, data flows, system architecture, AI systems, integrations, and failure modes.
- Exceptional product judgment, including the ability to balance customer needs, speed, reliability, risk, and long-term platform leverage.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and communicating effectively with both executives and deeply technical teams.
- A builder mindset: you prototype, investigate, and work hands-on rather than relying solely on process.
- Clear, structured communication, with the ability to explain complex technical and AI concepts to diverse audiences and create alignment in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
EVEN BETTER...
- AI-related experience (experience with product development for AI agents a plus).
- Some coding experience with React, Typescript, and Go.
- MBA or equivalent professional experience (while this is a product management role, you will have the opportunity to lean into broader business roles).
- Past roles that interface with end customers to influence software development.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Why this role is important to Arcadia
Arcadia is building a direct-to–Life Sciences commercial function as a strategic growth pillar of the company. The Director, Business Development - Life Sciences is an individual contributor seller responsible for building and closing enterprise relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies within an assigned account territory.
This is a true end-to-end selling role. You will prospect and develop new opportunities, lead discovery conversations with scientific and commercial stakeholders, scope and price solutions, negotiate contracts, and partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
This role is designed for a life sciences seller with fluency in real-world data, analytics, and evidence-based solutions—someone who understands how pharma organizations buy across the development lifecycle and who wants to build a durable book of business inside Arcadia's growing direct Life Sciences sales organization.
What Success Looks Like
In 3 months
Build a deep understanding of Arcadia's Life Sciences data, solutions, operating model, and delivery capabilities
Establish credibility and working rhythm with Product, Data, Ops, Delivery, Legal, and Finance
Build a qualified pipeline within your assigned account territory, leveraging existing relationships and Arcadia's differentiated data assets
Complete onboarding on Arcadia's Life Sciences value narrative, competitive positioning, and pricing framework
In 6 months
Advance a meaningful, qualified pipeline aligned to pharma planning and budgeting cycles
Close at least one deal or be in late-stage contracting on priority opportunities

Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and deliver a reliable forecast to your manager
In 12 months
Consistently attain quota with a 3-5x quota, well-qualified pipeline across your territory
Close multiple deals with clear expansion potential, including at least one multi-year or enterprise agreement
Build strong relationships with scientific, commercial, and procurement stakeholders where Arcadia is viewed as a trusted partner
Provide market feedback that influences packaging, pricing, or roadmap prioritization
What You'll Be Doing
PROSPECT AND BUILD A QUALIFIED LIFE SCIENCES PIPELINE
Proactively build pipeline in a green-field or assigned Life Sciences territory using conference presence, publication monitoring, thought leadership networks, hunting via warm and cold outreach, leveraging of BDR Team, and CRO or consultancy partnerships
Identify and prioritize high-probability targets using a defined ideal customer profile: company size, therapeutic area focus, pipeline stage, and recent approvals
Map multi-threaded stakeholder ecosystems across R&D, HEOR, medical, market access, and commercial teams at target accounts
Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene using a defined qualification methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or BANT) to advance or deprioritize opportunities
LEAD SOLUTION SELLING ACROSS THE PHARMA DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE
Lead discovery conversations across early research, clinical development, HEOR/RWE, market access, and commercial analytics
Translate complex client needs into well-scoped solutions that balance data, analytics, services, and delivery realities
Guide clients toward use cases where Arcadia can deliver outsized value, not lowest-friction data transactions
Align solutions to client budgeting and planning cycles, including annual and multi-year funding processes
CONDUCT CONSULTATIVE, VALUE-BASED SELLING
Lead structured discovery that surfaces business problems and internal success metrics before any product discussion
Build ROI and business cases using the customer's own metrics and language, validated by the scientific or commercial champion
Adapt selling approach and content to the buyer persona and Use Case - modulating message and proof points accordingly
NEGOTIATE AND CLOSE COMMERCIAL AGREEMENTS
Structure enterprise data agreements—licensing, DUAs, MSAs, usage-based pricing—that protect margin while delivering clear buyer value
Exercise strong commercial judgment on deal structure, pricing, and scope, with a clear negotiating position and walk-away point on every deal
Respond to procurement pressure by re-anchoring to validated scientific and commercial value rather than discounting immediately
Own the full lifecycle:
Opportunity qualification
Solution design and scoping
Proposal and SOW development
Pricing and commercial structuring
Contract negotiation and close
Partner closely with legal, finance, and leadership to finalize terms efficiently
COLLABORATE ACROSS TEAMS AND MAINTAIN FORECAST DISCIPLINE

Orchestrate internal resources without over-committing them, and manage a clean handoff to delivery and customer success to protect revenue
Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records and deliver reliable forecasts, distinguishing clearly between commit, best case, and pipeline
Contribute market and competitive feedback that informs product roadmap, packaging, and pricing decisions
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience selling into pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology companies, ideally in a quota-carrying, individual contributor role
Demonstrated success selling data-, analytics-, or evidence-driven solutions (RWD, RWE/HEOR, clinical analytics, or adjacent offerings)
Deep working knowledge of Life Sciences functional area—HEOR, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or Payer/Market Access—including how that function makes decisions and purchases data and analytics solutions
Proven ability to engage scientific buyers (PhDs, MDs, biostatisticians, epidemiologists) with credibility on
methodology
, study design, and data fit-for-purpose
Experience structuring and negotiating enterprise data licensing agreements, including DUAs, MSAs, and usage-based pricing models
A disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting, using a defined qualification
methodology

operating
in a build-mode commercial environment

Active presence in relevant industry conferences (ISPOR, ASCO, ASH, DIA, AMCP) and referral relationships with CROs or HEOR consultancies
MEDDIC or MEDDPICC certification, or equivalent formal sales methodology training
What You'll Get
Arcadia brings a rare advantage to Life Sciences: a
market-leading, scaled payer and provider platform
as its foundation
For more than a decade, Arcadia has been the trusted data and analytics partner to health systems, physician groups, and payers nationwide. That core business provides deep, longitudinal clinical and claims data, embedded clinical workflows, and durable relationships across the healthcare ecosystem
Building on this foundation, Arcadia has assembled a large, de-identified real-world dataset combining claims and clinically rich EHR data sourced directly from provider systems. The result is a longitudinal, research-grade asset with depth and clinical context that is difficult to replicate through aggregation alone
Life Sciences is a strategic pillar built on this foundation. Arcadia has made a deliberate, multi-year investment in:
Purpose-built real-world data assets
Clinically connected solutions that link insight back into provider workflows
A growing research and collaboration ecosystem to expand data use rights
Dedicated leadership, product, data, and operational resources
The opportunity is to sell—and help shape—solutions that connect
data, analytics, and real-world clinical activation
across the pharma development lifecycle, backed by enterprise credibility and executive commitment
This role is a
founding, hands-on commercial leadership role, accountable for building the direct Life Sciences revenue engine, and deeply involved in shaping deals, messaging, and market positioning
This role is not a
channel-only or account maintenance role, a narrowly scoped quota-carrying role with a fixed playbook, and insulated from product, delivery, or execution realities

At Ramp, people are the single biggest lever on our trajectory, and the bar for who joins this team gets higher every quarter, not lower. We are hiring our first dedicated Recruiter for GTM Expansion, based in London: someone who can map a market, identify the operators who will outperform their peers and run a full-cycle process that wins them.
The UK is the immediate mandate. You will partner with local and US-based leaders to turn an ambitious growth plan into a real commercial team, from first conversation through offer close. You will also help us build the recruiting approach, market knowledge and candidate networks that support Ramp's expansion into new GTM markets over time.
The recruiters who do this best combine craft on the front end, research, identification and calibration, with execution on the back end, closing, candidate experience and pipeline discipline. We are looking for both.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Own full-cycle recruiting for priority GTM Expansion hiring, starting with UK roles across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships and Customer Success.
• Build a sharp point of view on the UK market and future expansion markets: the companies producing strong talent, the people who outperform their peers and the communities that matter.
• Use research, data and AI as part of your everyday craft to identify and qualify exceptional candidates. We expect a written market point of view, not just a slate of profiles.
• Run thoughtful, personalised outreach grounded in the candidate's actual background, commercial motion or recent work. We care more about quality, replies and conversion than send volume.
• Partner with GTM leaders to turn ambitious hiring plans into a clear profile, credible process and realistic compensation strategy. Surface hard market truth early and push back constructively when needed.
• Own the candidate experience from first conversation through offer close: fast follow-up, clear communication, strong process discipline and a tailored closing plan for the candidates we most want.
• Build real presence for Ramp in London through the right relationships, referrals and targeted community activity. The point is pipeline and credibility, not events for their own sake.
• Work tightly with the wider GTM Recruiting team on calibration, sourcing support, insight and operating rhythm, while bringing strong local judgment.
• Help improve how Ramp recruits for expansion by capturing what works in the UK and applying it thoughtfully as we enter new markets.
WHAT YOU NEED
• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company where quality and pace both mattered.
• Strong knowledge of the UK technology talent market and a credible local network, or clear evidence that you can build one quickly.
• A track record of finding and closing exceptional people, not simply running inherited processes. You can point to candidates you identified who became strong hires.
• Excellent sourcing and research instincts. You can explain why someone is genuinely differentiated, not only that they have the right title at the right company.
• Experience hiring across several GTM functions, such as AEs, Sales Leadership, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, Customer Success or RevOps.
• Strong candidate-closing judgment. You listen closely, understand what each candidate is weighing and can build conviction against serious alternatives.
• The confidence to influence senior leaders, challenge a mis-scoped search and make a hiring process better without creating unnecessary friction.
• Comfort using data to understand funnel health, diagnose problems and hold an honest conversation about what needs to change.
• High ownership. You book the next step while you have the candidate, chase what is stuck and do not wait for a detailed brief to get useful work moving.
• Specific, sharp written communication. Your outreach and candidate updates should never feel template-driven.
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience recruiting for a fintech, SaaS, infrastructure or similarly complex B2B product.
• Experience joining a company as the first recruiter in a new geography, or helping to scale an international business.
• Experience building an AI-augmented recruiting research workflow.
WHY THIS ROLE
You will have unusual ownership over one of Ramp's most important growth priorities, with the support of an established Talent team rather than the isolation of a one-person recruiting function. The work is practical and high impact: build the UK commercial team, help leaders make better hiring decisions and raise the bar for how Ramp recruits as it enters new markets.

Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Legal Specialist (Law Enforcement) to join our Litigation, Regulatory & Policy team at Anthropic. In this role, you will be a key player in building out our legal function and running how Anthropic responds to law enforcement and government requests for user data, while navigating the intricate regulatory landscape of the AI industry. We expect this role to flex beyond the law enforcement queue into legal operations to support the broader litigation, regulatory, and policy team. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, able to build positive relationships with colleagues and work collaboratively toward shared goals.
Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end response to law enforcement and government requests for user data, from intake and validation through production and closeout, including subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, preservation letters, and emergency disclosure requests from domestic and foreign authorities
Prepare and execute data productions: scoping, data retrieval, coordination with counsel, and eventual production
Handle foreign and cross-border process, including MLATs and letters rogatory, and manage escalations across jurisdictions
Handle civil third-party subpoenas and preservation demands
Maintain expertise in where user data lives across Anthropic's product surfaces and operate the internal data retrieval tooling
Run and improve the law enforcement response process and tooling
Partner with Trust and Safety, Security, Privacy, and Engineering on requests that touch user accounts, investigations, or safety escalations
Coordinate with outside counsel, alongside in-house counsel, on objections, challenges, and narrowing
Produce recurring reporting on request volume, deadlines, and queue health, and support Anthropic's periodic transparency reporting on government requests
Monitor legal developments in government access to user data and advise the team on their operational impact
Support litigation and regulatory matters and stretch beyond core responsibilities as needed to support the legal team's objectives
Minimum qualifications
Experience in a legal operations, business/operations manager, or paralegal role in an in-house legal department, or similar experience
Direct, front-line experience handling law enforcement or government requests for user data, including subpoenas, court orders, warrants, preservation letters, and emergency disclosure requests
Working knowledge of the legal framework for law enforcement access to user data, including the Stored Communications Act and the mechanics of foreign and cross-border requests such as MLATs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive legal matters, including under time pressure
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience owning an intake, queue, or docketing process end to end, including deciding what gets escalated and maintaining rigorous tracking
Comfort operating and improving the tooling a legal process runs on (trackers, spreadsheets, forms, aliases, and simple automations), with a willingness to make changes directly rather than route every change to someone else
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements within the legal department
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of experience in legal operations, business/operations management, or a paralegal role in an in-house legal department
2+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company, with exposure to the legal challenges and opportunities presented by emerging technologies
Experience building or scaling a law enforcement response process
Experience managing legal intake process within a growing company
Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively, adapting to new challenges and finding practical solutions to complex legal issues

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT MATTER LABS
Matter Labs builds private settlement infrastructure that lets regulated institutions settle directly with each other without exposing data, ceding control, or waiting days. Global finance moves $4 quadrillion a year on systems designed for paper and telex. The institutions that built them - from clearing houses to exchanges to the world's largest banks, institutions are now actively replacing them. We're building what comes next.
Our core product, Prividium, gives each institution its own private settlement environment (a Prividium Zone) with independent governance and built-in interoperability across counterparties, asset classes, and jurisdictions. Settlement happens through zero-knowledge proofs: one party proves a transaction is valid without revealing any underlying data to the counterparty. The only private settlement infrastructure built on zero-knowledge cryptography.
Founded in 2018. Backed by a16z and Union Square Ventures. A fully remote team of around 90 with eight years of production zero-knowledge infrastructure behind us, now pointed at the biggest problem in institutional finance.
THE ROLE
You will build Prividium's business across the United States. The pipeline you create and the strategic agreements you close will set the pace at which the US institutional market opens for us. The role owns target-account strategy, pipeline creation, deal execution, and closed agreements with US banks, asset managers, market-infrastructure providers, and payment firms. It is a hands-on individual contributor role with no people-management responsibility.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own US revenue. Deliver agreed pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes across the US institutional market, from first engagement through negotiation and close.
- Set the account strategy. Build a clear view of where Prividium can win: which institutions, use cases, and stakeholders to pursue, and in what order.
- Create pipeline. Originate opportunities through executive relationships, direct prospecting, and market knowledge. Inbound demand exists but will not carry the number.
- Run deep discovery. Understand customer workflows, constraints, and economics across tokenised deposits, payments, settlement, collateral, funds, and asset issuance.
- Navigate institutional buying. Coordinate long processes spanning business leadership, product, technology, architecture, security, risk, compliance, procurement, and legal.
- Close strategic agreements. Build mutual action plans, keep deal discipline, and lead commercial and contractual negotiation with support from Legal and the executive team.
- Feed the company. Bring structured customer, competitor, and regulatory evidence into product, positioning, and go-to-market decisions.
Over time, the role can grow into leadership of a US team as the market proves out.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
Each of these is a demonstrated capability, shown through work you have done:
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales or strategic-account work, with closed six- or seven-figure agreements.
- Selling software, data, SaaS, or infrastructure into banks, capital-markets firms, or other regulated financial institutions.
- Originating pipeline through executive relationships and direct prospecting, with named examples of accounts you opened.
- Leading multi-stakeholder buying processes across security, risk, compliance, procurement, legal, and executive approval.
- Discussing enterprise architecture, APIs, integration, deployment models, and data privacy credibly with senior technology stakeholders.
- Selling an emerging or category-defining product while the sales motion was still being refined.
NICE TO HAVE
Working knowledge of blockchain, tokenisation, or institutional digital assets. Proven institutional-sales performance matters more.
WORK MODEL & PAY
- Competitive base salary
- Performance-based variable compensation and a long-term token incentive are additional. Both are paid in ZK tokens. New-hire token grants vest over four years with a one-year cliff.
- Freedom & ownership culture: no time tracking, minimum bureaucracy-only results matter.

Join us in shaping the experience that millions of customers land on every time they open DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo. As part of our Core Consumer organisation, our Homepage team owns one of the single biggest levers we have on what customers find and one of the hardest surfaces in the app to get right.
Working at the intersection of ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML, you'll help decide what each customer sees and why, across three brands and dozens of markets. You'll be building on a global stack, and your roadmap will be a mix: global platform problems that apply worldwide, global capabilities we're accelerating into EMEA, and EMEA-specific problems worth solving properly rather than working around.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Homepage team. In this role, you'll shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes and products — and help define what discovery looks like as AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way people decide what to order.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be joining a team working on one of the most-used surfaces in the app.
Here's what your day-to-day might look like:
Building new end-to-end features and user experiences on Homepage that shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products.
Working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage domain, including how we decide what each customer sees and why.
Exploring where AI-driven and agentic experiences change the way customers discover what to order.
Making discovery work across three brands and many markets, without flattening into one-size-fits-all.
What You'll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong product judgment and curiosity to grow into the rest:
Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products - discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences are especially relevant.
You are a product manager more than a feature owner. Someone who finds the customer problems that matter most and makes the case for solving them.
You work backwards from the customer problem, and weigh it against what the business needs most right now.
You're comfortable holding several business objectives at once and making a call when they pull in different directions.
You work well with a wide range of stakeholders and build trust with people whose priorities differ from your own.
You think strategically and can move between long-term direction and what we should ship next.
You're comfortable with ambiguity and genuinely flexible (this industry is changing fast, AI most of all).
You're curious about what AI actually changes for customers, and can tell real value from hype.
Next steps
The position will be filled as soon as we find the right person, so make sure to apply as soon as you realize you really, really want to join us!
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Collaborative work management is a $14B category growing at 15% a year, and the enterprise competitive set is consolidating fast. Wrike is hiring a Director of Go-To-Market Operations to lead our global GTM Operations team across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
You will own Wrike’s revenue planning and operational architecture end-to-end driving annual planning, quota setting, territory management, and cross-functional alignment across our global revenue engine.
Reporting directly to GTM leadership, you will serve as a strategic co-pilot to executive leaders while leading a hands-on global team of 6–15 operations partners and analysts.
This is an action-oriented leadership role for an operational "athlete'' - someone equally comfortable steering C-level strategic decisions, designing enterprise sales workflows, coaching an international team across time zones, and diving deep into the details of compensation plans or GTM forecasting.
Your Impact:
Global Team Leadership: Build, scale, and mentor a global GTM Operations team (15 team members, including embedded business partners and visualization analysts across diverse time zones), fostering a high-performance, team-first culture.
Annual Planning & Execution: Lead annual planning, quota allocation, capacity modeling, and territory design across Sales, CS, and Marketing teams.
Retention & Growth PMO: Partner with executive leadership to program manage company-wide objectives focused on gross/net retention, bookings, and customer lifecycle optimization.
Executive Facilitation: Lead recurring operational cadences with executive stakeholders (Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance, Legal) to eliminate friction and accelerate deal velocity.
Commercial Support & Governance: Oversee non-customer-facing commercial execution, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Deal Desk to streamline order processing and contracting workflows.
Your Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations within B2B SaaS.
Proven People Leadership: Direct experience managing and developing global operational teams (6+ direct/indirect reports) across international time zones.
Core GTM Mechanics: Expertise in SaaS unit economics, quota setting, territory planning, retention/bookings metrics, and annual planning processes.
Execution Track Record: High proficiency operating as an executive-level partner to Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership without needing a massive administrative layer.
Location Preference: East Coast U.S. preferred (ability to align with global time zones and executive leadership).
Standout Qualities:
Core Traits: High curiosity (constantly seeking better ways to execute), unyielding commitment to follow-through, and rigorous attention to detail.
Sales Methodology: Familiarity with enterprise value selling frameworks (e.g., Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDPICC, or Challenger).
Target Background: Experience operating in high-growth, execution-oriented B2B SaaS environments
Team Dynamics: You will partner closely with executive leadership and lead a global team of GTM business partners and data visualization specialists. Your team acts as the central nerve center connecting field execution with executive strategy.
Our Work Style: We run Wrike on Wrike. You will use our collaborative work management platform daily to run annual planning, manage operational portfolios, and track team execution. We value intellectual curiosity, data-backed decision-making, and swift cross-functional execution.

Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is expanding its reseller program in Japan and Korea. As our Reseller Operations Manager for Japan and Korea, you'll own how resellers in both countries get onboarded, transact, get paid, and get supported, across both of our resale motions: hyperscaler resale, where partners resell Claude through the cloud marketplaces (AWS Bedrock today, Google Cloud Vertex AI and Microsoft Foundry to follow), and direct resale, where partners resell on Anthropic paper through our own quote-to-order and billing systems. The global team builds the program; you make it work for Japanese and Korean partners and feed back what has to change.
This is an operator role, not a partner manager role. In the first months you'll be validating deal registrations and answering partner tickets yourself; by the end of the first year the volume should be running on documented process, service levels, and vendor or system coverage that you set up.
Key responsibilities
Own reseller onboarding for Japan and Korea end to end: application intake, screening coordination, agreement execution, marketplace authorization, entitlement setup, and activation, and keep the partner record in Salesforce decision-grade for both regions.
Run hyperscaler (3P) reseller operations: deal-registration intake and validation within SLA, marketplace authorizations and private-offer processing with the cloud alliance teams, and end-customer reporting on every reseller transaction so partner-sourced revenue can be attributed.
Run direct (1P) reseller operations: partner quotes and order forms, order booking and provisioning, and commit tracking and true-ups with Deal Desk, RevOps, and Accounting, and work with Finance and Tax on local invoicing, currency, and consumption-tax handling for each transaction route.
Run the regional side of reseller incentives: eligibility, validation of quarterly payouts, and partner disputes, in partnership with the global incentive operations team and Finance.
Stand up first-line operational support for resellers in Japanese and Korean during local business hours, inside the global partner support queue rather than alongside it, and localize the onboarding, deal-registration, and ordering content partners depend on.
Manage any outsourced or contracted operations capacity used in region (scope, quality, service levels) and coordinate with Enablement on the logistics of local-language certification and training.
Own reseller reporting for Japan and Korea: registration volume and cycle time, activation, attach, and attributed revenue by partner and by motion, and use it to tell the regional teams and the global program what to fix next.
Adopt the global Partner Operations playbooks where they fit, write the in-region variants where they don't, and represent Japan and Korea requirements in partner systems and automation work so manual volume doesn't grow with partner count.
Minimum qualifications
Several years in channel, reseller, distribution, or partner operations at a technology company, ideally touching both a cloud-marketplace motion and a direct or contract-based resale motion.
Working proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and English. You'll run operational relationships with partners in both countries and work daily with a US-based team; proficiency doesn't need to be identical across all three, but you need to be able to work with partners in both regions.
Practical knowledge of how at least one major cloud marketplace's reseller program works (authorizations, private offers, deal registration), or deep experience in one motion and a track record of picking up the other quickly.
Hands-on experience with quote-to-order, order management, or partner billing, and the Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal coordination that comes with it.
A track record of taking a manual process and turning it into documented workflow, service levels, and reporting, including managing vendors or contractors who execute part of it.
Hands-on Salesforce experience (reporting, data maintenance), and comfort being the only operations person in the region while working with a team many time zones away.
Preferred qualifications
Experience inside the Japanese or Korean enterprise reseller and systems-integrator ecosystem, including local invoicing, credit, and consumption-tax conventions.
Experience with partner incentive or rebate operations, or with a partner program during its launch phase.
Experience with PRM or deal-registration tooling, or building automations with Claude or similar tools to run operational workflows at volume.
How this role works with the team
You'll report into Partner Experience and work day to day with two groups. The global Partner Operations team in San Francisco owns the reseller program's systems, and playbooks; our reseller operations owner there is your direct counterpart, and you'll split work along a simple line: they own the global process, you own its execution and adaptation in Japan and Korea. The Japan and Korea go-to-market teams own the partner relationships and the commercial conversations; you're the operational layer underneath them, and the person they come to when something about a partner's onboarding, order, or payout needs to move. You'll also be the regional voice into Finance, Deal Desk, RevOps, and the cloud alliance teams on anything that has to work differently in these markets.

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
