ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp's Accounting Channel is a key growth driver for the company, and we're looking for a founding Channel Partner Manager to help build our UK accounting-partner motion from the ground up. As an early member of the team in London, you'll have the opportunity to shape how Ramp partners with accounting and advisory firms across the region; building the relationships, go-to-market strategy, and repeatable motions that fuel long-term growth.
This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and takes ownership without being handed a playbook. You'll acquire and grow relationships with accounting and advisory partners, enable their teams, and generate revenue through client referrals. You'll also help us adapt Ramp's partner strategy to the commercial and cultural nuances of the UK markets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Source, qualify, and conduct deep discovery with net-new accounting and advisory partners across the UK
- Sign partners and build comprehensive go-to-market plans that create a scalable referral motion
- Drive revenue for Ramp by generating and converting client referrals from accounting firms
- Build relationships with multiple stakeholders within partner firms, from firm leadership to client-facing teams
- Educate partners on Ramp's offering and clearly articulate the value we deliver to both their firms and their clients
- Enable and onboard partner team members so they can confidently identify, position, and refer Ramp
- Hold monthly and quarterly business reviews with key partners; use performance data and feedback to identify new growth opportunities
- Adapt your approach to the cultural, commercial, and regulatory nuances of the UK accounting landscape
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, growth, direct sales, and product and engineering to develop co-marketing opportunities, onboard referred clients, and inform the product roadmap
- Become an expert in Ramp's product, features, and workflows
- Build new (and improve existing) workflows, sales motions, and partner programs that contribute to the team's continued success
- Own partner activity, pipeline, forecasts, and revenue targets with disciplined follow-through and CRM hygiene
WHAT YOU NEED
- AI fluency as a daily habit. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment
- 4+ years of experience in partner sales, business development, partnership management, full-cycle sales, or channel partnerships
- Strong discovery skills and a consultative approach to uncovering partner pain points and growth opportunities
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A strong bias for action, with a dedication to tracking performance and improving efficiency every day
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong listening and stakeholder-management skills
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior and day-to-day stakeholders, both externally and across the company
- Ability to work five days per week from our London office, with willingness to travel across the UK
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience partnering with accounting firms in a consulting, sales, or partnerships capacity
- Knowledge of the UK accounting and advisory ecosystem
- Background or proficiency in accounting
- Experience launching a new territory, vertical, or partner program
- Experience in a direct sales closing role
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
- Fintech or financial-services sales experience

XUND is a medical technology company that builds AI-powered digital health assistants to digitize the patient journey from the first symptoms to treatment.
Work format: Remote or on-site in Vienna, Budapest, Berlin.
Location: Anywhere in France, Belgium, Spain
HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of interactions.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python/Flask, Typescript, React, React Native on the coding side. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Terraform/Terramate, Datadog, Cloudflare, GitHub Actions on the platform side, all in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE INFRA CREW - WITHIN THE TECH FOUNDATIONS AREA
🎯 Mission:
- Tech Foundations - enables product crews and creates the environment to thrive, combining world-class infrastructure, intuitive developer experience, exquisite operational excellence, and built-in security to make shipping exceptional products effortless.
- Infra - is one of its crews. Its mission: operate and evolve the foundations Alan runs on (multi-cloud infrastructure, data platforms, observability, and the operational practices around them) so that product crews ship safely and quickly, members never feel the platform underneath, and the business can expand to new countries without re-inventing how we run.
🔭 Scope:
1. Cloud foundations & multi-cloud architecture: own and evolve Alan’s cloud footprint, Infrastructure-as-Code stack (Terraform, Terramate), and the architectural decisions enabling international expansion.
2. Data & application platforms: operate and evolve the foundations product crews build on: PostgreSQL/Aurora, our events pipeline, async workloads, and database migration tooling, without leaking complexity into product code.
3. Reliability, observability & on-call: own Alan's platform uptime and latency SLOs end-to-end. Evolve our observability stack (Datadog), the incident response process (Incident.io http://Incident.io), and the shared on-call rotation across the area to keep it sustainable as we scale.
4. Governance & compliance enablement and FinOps: own the cross-cutting concerns no single domain holds, infrastructure cost (FinOps), IAM posture, backup and disaster recovery, exit strategy, with automation and reporting that scales beyond the crew.
5. AI-augmented infrastructure operations: make AI assistants a first-class citizen for incident investigation, runbook execution, and toil reduction, so engineers spend their time on high-leverage work.
👀 Focus for 2026:
In 2026, we're growing the team significantly to step up impact across four bets:
- Multi-cloud expansion: revisit our cloud strategy as we go international, and launch new geographies.
- Decoupling for scale: evolve service architecture to carry Alan 2.0 from 1M members today to 10M.
- Operational excellence: raise the quality bar end-to-end by overhauling observability, on-call, and cost management practices.
- AI-augmented infra ops: make AI assistants a first-class part of investigation, troubleshooting, and toil reduction, so engineers spend time where leverage is highest.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- 3+ years in Platform engineering, DevOps, Site reliability engineering or equivalent roles.
- You have strong experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS or GCP).
- You're comfortable writing code for automation and tooling (e.g. API, internal command line, developer portal) and willing to work in Python/Typescript (but you don’t need to have experience with those 2 languages!).
- You have touched observability, monitoring, alerting or incident management tools and practices.
- You are able to design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
- You can maintain our uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
- You’ve built and maintained internal or external tooling (e.g. API, web interface, internal command line, configuration as code, etc) for other engineers.
MINDSET WE VALUE
- You treat infrastructure and platform engineering as product work: engineers & members are your customers, and infrastructure should feel effortless.
- You’re hands-on: writing code is the bulk of the job (Python, TypeScript, Terraform). You ship what you write to production yourself, then operate it: rollouts, alerting, on-call, incident response.
- You're an enabler: you measure your impact by how fast product crews ship features without ever consulting you. The harder you've worked, the less they have to engage you.
- You build reusable patterns: guardrails, libraries, and reliable-by-default abstractions that prevent outages and runaway cost at scale.
- You’re fluent in English (French is not required).
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire above C1 level range https://medium.com/alan/a-new-iteration-of-our-engineering-career-path-at-alan-f46f7b229b2d.
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
🌍 HOW WE WORK
- Location: You must be legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.
- Remote work: We offer remote work flexibility, but we value in-person collaboration
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.
We'll be thrilled to receive your application!

If you want to build and own the systems that decide what JetBrains customers are entitled to use and bill them accurately for it, this is for you. You will focus on designing backend services, keeping complex commercial flows correct, and tackling hard distributed systems challenges on the critical path of every paid request.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
At JetBrains, the Cloud Platform department builds the underlying infrastructure that powers authentication, paid capabilities, usage metering, and accounting. Within this department, the Licensing & Billing team sits right at the center of our commercial model, turning what a customer buys into what they are actually allowed to use, and accounting for that consumption accurately enough to bill on.
The complexity of our entitlement, quota, and metering systems continues to grow. In this role, you will own the correctness and evolution of these backend services, take full ownership of end-to-end data flows, tackle distributed consistency across unreliable upstream systems, and ensure revenue-affecting data migrations happen cleanly without taking services offline.
Day to day, you will:
Design, build, and operate backend services that decide what a customer is entitled to and what their usage costs.
Own flows end to end, from ingesting licensing and purchase data from upstream systems to enforcing quotas and recording consumption.
Evolve our domain model to handle new commercial structures, combining seat-based plans and usage-based models.
Design integrations with external systems, ensuring correctness through idempotency, ordering, reconciliation, and eventual consistency.
Plan and execute live data migrations using feature flags, dual writes, backfills, and verification at every stage.
Build observability into our systems by defining invariants, metrics, and alerts to catch silent divergence before customers do.
Design internal APIs with explicit focus on versioning, backward compatibility, and developer experience for other JetBrains teams.
Improve system performance and reliability under continuous production load while decommissioning legacy subsystems.
Write integration tests against real dependencies and maintain reliable test infrastructure.
Investigate production incidents, find root causes, and follow through on lasting fixes.
What you’ll bring
An engineer’s dedication to accuracy, especially in domains where system errors have direct financial impact.
Pragmatic judgment when designing distributed systems where correctness under unreliable delivery is the main constraint.
A habit of trusting metrics, traces, and logs to understand production behavior rather than relying on assumptions.
Comfort navigating and simplifying large existing codebases containing legacy decisions.
Clear, direct communication skills to agree on API contracts across teams with different priorities.
A focus on testing as an essential design tool rather than an afterthought.
What you’ll need
A proven track record of building and operating backend services on the JVM platform using Kotlin or Java.
A solid working knowledge of relational databases, including transactions, isolation levels, locking, indexing, and live schema migrations (PostgreSQL preferred).
A deep understanding of distributed systems patterns, such as idempotency, retry strategies, eventual consistency, and data reconciliation.
Practical experience making live data migrations or system changes without downtime using feature flags and staged rollouts.
Experience designing versioned, backward-compatible APIs for other engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message brokers like Kafka.
The ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve production incidents in complex environments.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
What success looks like
Success in this role means building a bulletproof entitlement and metering foundation that product teams can trust without hesitation. You will have successfully migrated live commercial systems to support new billing models without downtime or data divergence. Silent errors will be caught automatically by system invariants before affecting users, and internal teams will integrate seamlessly with your clean, versioned APIs.

Do you care about building a user base from scratch, testing unproven acquisition channels, and implementing wild ideas beyond paid search? Are you enthusiastic about shipping now, preferring to go live with rough ideas today over polishing presentations for next month? If so, this is the role for you.
In this role, you’ll join the team building
Qure
, an AI copilot for web testing automation. This desktop app turns manual testing flows into production-ready automated scripts, saving hours of manual coding. We’re a seven-person team funded directly by JetBrains.
About JetBrains Innovation Hub
JetBrains builds software development tools used by more than 15 million people, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100. Innovation Hub is its internal startup incubator, where small autonomous teams build new products, funded and employed by JetBrains.
Qure
runs inside the Innovation Hub with its own roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and customers.
For you, that means a founding role without the runway risk. You build acquisition from zero, with the funding, benefits, and stability of an established company behind you.
What you’ll do
Qure is a fresh product, so the acquisition channel map is practically blank. Paid search, video, newsletters, marketplaces, paid communities, and content are all unproven for Qure. We need someone to determine how best to find its audience. With a high degree of freedom, a lean team, and no marketing bureaucracy, decisions you make on Monday go live by Wednesday.
Day to day, you will:
Run parallel channel experiments across paid search, video, communities, and organic traffic to discover what actually converts.
Shut down underperforming channels early using your own data to ground the decision.
Produce your own marketing assets, including ad copy, screen recordings, and landing pages.
Work directly with the product team to ship acquisition-focused product requirements, such as custom onboarding flows or free tools.
Build and maintain end-to-end funnel tracking, from a user’s initial click to aha moment to LTV.
What you’ll bring
Comfort operating without a playbook and deciding what to test when acquisition channels are entirely unproven.
Honesty about performance, with the discipline to cut underperforming channels based on data before anyone asks you to.
A bias for action that favors shipping functional campaigns quickly over prolonged polishing.
What you’ll need
Demonstrated success growing self-serve products with direct responsibility for user activation.
Experience managing marketing budgets across channels and reallocating spending based on user acquisition economics.
The capability to create your own creative assets – including copy, landing pages, and product demos – without relying on external agencies or designers.
Daily experience using LLMs in your own work for research, creative drafting, and data analysis, with the judgment to know when they help or hinder work.
Experience working inside a startup or a small, fast-moving product team.
Experience doing marketing for developer tools, QA products, or AI tools is a plus.
What success looks like
In your first three months, success means establishing a fully measurable acquisition funnel from a user’s first click to the aha moment. You will have run parallel channel experiments, determined the true cost per active user or B2B lead, shut down non-viable channels, and identified one or two channels worthy of significant investment.

This includes building a high-performing team, improving delivery standards and reusable technical assets, partnering with Sales, Product, CX, and Engineering, and turning lessons from customer deployments into product and platform improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Forward Deployed Engineers delivering complex enterprise customer engagements across EMEA.
- Create a high-performance team environment with clear expectations, strong technical standards, effective feedback, and meaningful career development.
- Own the quality and outcomes of engagements from technical discovery and requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, launch, and handover.
- Act as a trusted technical and delivery advisor to customer engineering, IT, security, and business leaders, helping them make informed architectural decisions and deepen their use of Notion.
- Guide the design, build, and operation of custom agents, integrations, automations, and data pipelines that connect Notion with customers’ systems and workflows.
- Oversee large-scale content and data migrations, including discovery, scoping, data modeling, transformation logic, validation, cutover, and post-migration optimization.
- Review technical designs and implementation plans, identify delivery risks early, and step in directly when an engagement requires senior technical leadership.
- Partner with Sales and Services leaders on qualification, feasibility, scoping, effort estimation, staffing, and delivery planning for strategic opportunities.
- Balance customer priorities, team capacity, and technical complexity to make sound staffing and sequencing decisions.
- Help define and scale the operating model for Forward Deployed Engineering, including hiring, onboarding, delivery methodologies, quality reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING
- 8+ years of experience in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, professional services, customer engineering, software engineering, or a similar hands-on technical role.
- 2+ years of experience managing, coaching, or leading engineers responsible for customer-facing technical delivery.
- A strong track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing technical teams.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, Node.js, SQL, or Python, with the technical depth to review production-quality code and guide implementation decisions.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations, authentication, data transformation, and production systems.
- Experience leading technical discovery, assessing feasibility, identifying risks, scoping work, estimating effort, and translating ambiguous requirements into executable plans.
- Strong architectural judgment and debugging skills, with the ability to isolate root causes across code, APIs, permissions, integrations, data quality, automation logic, system limits, and customer-specific environments.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple complex customer engagements while maintaining quality, team health, and clear stakeholder communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and business audiences from practitioners through executive stakeholders.
- A customer- and outcomes-oriented approach, with sound judgment about when to standardize, when to customize, and how to manage tradeoffs.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience building or scaling a Forward Deployed Engineering, professional services, or customer engineering function in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Experience deploying AI agents in complex coding or business workflows.
- Experience designing or implementing AI-powered workflows involving MCP, APIs, LLM applications, prompt engineering, retrieval or RAG systems, or workflow orchestration.
- Experience with ETL or ELT workflows, schema mapping, validation scripts, and large-scale content or data migration tooling.
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to influence roadmaps or architectural decisions based on customer implementation needs.
- Experience supporting pre-sales and early engagement phases, including technical discovery, migration scoping, feasibility analysis, effort estimation, prototypes, and custom scripts.
- Experience establishing technical delivery standards, quality review processes, discovery methodologies, or internal engineering tooling from the ground up.
- A strong track record of successful enterprise implementations across multiple industries or regions.
