ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring an IT Systems Administrator to join the founding IT team in San Francisco. You'll run most of our SaaS stack day to day, from maintenance and configuration changes to access and troubleshooting. You'll also build the automation that keeps that stack running as we grow.
This is a role for someone who does a bit of everything: helping an employee that’s locked out, shipping a terraform change, and building an automation that removes a manual task. The ideal candidate has startup experience, is comfortable with ambiguity, and heavily leans into automation.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
SaaS Administration
- Own the day-to-day administration of our SaaS stack, including maintenance, configuration changes, and license management
- Administer LangSmith, our product, and use APIs to automate admin work
- Administer identity and permissions across core SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Zoom, and Microsoft 365
Automation and Tooling
- Develop scripts, integrations, and reusable workflows using low or no code tools
- Connect systems through APIs and event-driven workflows to reduce manual work
Identity Management
- Administer Okta and user access
- Manage Okta group rules that help define our RBAC policy
- Establish repeatable standards and automation for employee lifecycle, group management, application provisioning, and access reviews
Client Platform Administration
- Administer our MDM platform, Iru, to enforce policy configurations, patching, zero-touch deployment, and custom desktop environment configurations
- Automate the hardware lifecycle from procurement, assignment, return, and recycling
Core IT Operations
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support to employees in the office and remotely across hardware, software, networking, and SaaS tools
- Build and maintain the harness for our AI ITSM agent, including the tools, playbooks, and knowledge it needs to resolve issues on its own
- Write documentation and playbooks, and use recurring support issues to guide what to automate next
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or IT engineering, ideally at a fast-growing startup
- Experience administering a broad SaaS stack that includes Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT
- Hands-on experience administering Okta, including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Okta Workflows
- Comfort with REST APIs, webhooks, and API authentication methods
- Experience using coding agents (e.g. Claude Code) as part of your day-to-day workflow
- Experience with a macOS MDM platform and endpoint security tooling
- Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, wireless)
- Clear communication, with patience for non-technical users
- Annual salary range: $120,000-$160,00 USD
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Patreon is a media and community platform where over 300,000 creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Strategy Lead to support our mission.
This role is based in San Francisco or New York and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Team
Patreon’s Strategy & Operations team drives decision-making on the company’s most important priorities. We tackle business-critical problems, shape initiatives that move the company forward, and make sure our growth levers, investments, and opportunities are clearly understood and acted upon.
We translate data into insights, insights into strategy, and strategy into action — partnering closely with the executive team and leaders across the business to turn ideas into business outcomes.
We’re a small, high-impact team known for our curiosity, clarity, and collaboration. Joining us means exposure to the full breadth of Patreon’s business and the opportunity to help shape its next phase of growth.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Lead major strategy workstreams: Own strategies like fan community, international expansion, and new monetization methods, from diagnosing what's working and where we're exposed to defining the strategy, then supporting teams as they execute and tracking progress against it.
- Ground every strategy in rigorous analysis: Size opportunities with models, desk research, and data, using AI tools to move quickly and work autonomously, and pressure-test quantitative work from Finance, Data Science, and Research.
- Drive alignment and delivery: Bring executives and cross-functional leaders to clear decisions on high-stakes questions, and keep large teams moving from strategy to shipped outcomes.
- Own company-level strategic narratives: Translate company performance and strategy into clear, decision-ready narratives, and shape recurring forums like All Hands, Business Reviews, and Board meetings.
What you'll need:
- Strategy Experience: 8+ years in consulting and corporate strategy, helping companies make high-stakes decisions. You're energized by untangling complex problems and turning analysis into real-world impact.
- Structured Thinking: You break down ambiguous problems with first-principles thinking, challenge assumptions, and land on well-reasoned recommendations, balancing speed and accuracy.
- Analytical Rigor: You can build and stress-test models (market and opportunity sizing), and you have a sharp eye for flaws in others' analysis. You're comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative data, and you use AI tools to move faster.
- Influence Without Authority: You build trust and drive outcomes across executives and cross-functional teams (Finance, Data Science, Research, Product, GTM), even when priorities compete.
- Executive Storytelling: You distill complexity into clear, compelling narratives for audiences from partner teams to the board.
- Execution: You connect strategy to shipped outcomes and keep large cross-functional efforts moving.
- Ownership: You thrive on a small team with a large scope, minimal structure, and real accountability.
- Mission Alignment: You are deeply energized by Patreon's mission to fund the creative class and our vision of building an internet that rewards human creativity.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with creator-economy, marketplace, subscription, or consumer platform businesses
- Background in strategic finance, FP&A, or data analytics
- Prior ownership of board or investor materials at a growth-stage company
- Experience with international expansion
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.

Workplace: remote
Team: Sales Operations
Location: Fully remote, Spain
Reports to: Head of Sales Ops
The short version
Our sales, account management and partnerships teams deal with our most important customers and partners. Sales Ops is the team that builds, improves and maintains the tools and processes they use to succeed.
We are looking for a senior Salesforce developer who will fully own the platform and everything connected to it: the code, the architecture, the integrations, and the pipelines that move data in and out. This is the technical end of Sales Ops. You will decide how things are built, not just build what you are handed.
What you'll do
Own the Salesforce platform end to end. Over 100 users across 7 key teams, a data model that carries real weight, and a growing set of markets on top of it. You are accountable for how well the whole thing works and where it goes next.
Build in Apex and Flow, and know which one the problem calls for. Triggers, classes, async processing, test coverage, and declarative automation where declarative is the right answer. You write code the next person can maintain, and you leave the org better structured than you found it.
Own the integration layer. Connected tools, APIs and middleware. When data crosses a boundary, you know where it came from, what shape it should arrive in, and what breaks when it stops.
Own ETL and reverse-ETL. Getting data into Salesforce and back out to the warehouse and the rest of the stack. You design these pipelines, you run them, and you fix them when they drift.
Keep the connected stack healthy. Outreach, Modjo, Kubaru, Lusha, Clay, Hightouch and other tools. You don't need to arrive an expert in each, but you should become the person who understands how they fit together.
Set the technical standard. Architecture decisions, review of what gets built declaratively versus in code, and honest calls about technical debt. You work alongside our Salesforce Administrator and Data Ops Analyst, and you are the technical reference point for both.
Push the vision forward. We want all day-to-day sales work to happen in Salesforce: the data our teams need to see, the actions they need to take, and the AI and automation solutions that multiply their productivity. You are the person who makes the hardest parts of that possible.
This is an individual contributor role. As the platform and the function grow, there may be opportunities for it to develop toward technical leadership, depending on business needs and how the team evolves.
How we build
Three principles guide everything we ship:
Top user experience. Minimise admin work for our users, maximise their productivity. Their time is the point.
Build it right. Efficient, scalable, adaptable. We dislike technical debt and we don't pretend it isn't there.
Security and privacy. Customer and prospect data safety is not a checkbox at the end of a project, it's a foundational requirement in everything we do.
What you bring
5+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience supporting commercial teams.
Strong Apex development: triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, governor limits, testing. You can read an unfamiliar org and work out what is safe to change.
Strong Flow development, and the judgement to know when a Flow is the right tool and when it isn't.
Deep understanding of permissions, sharing models and data architecture in Salesforce.
Hands-on experience building and owning ETL and reverse-ETL processes, not just consuming them.
Experience using AI as part of how you work, preferably with Agentforce or Claude, including at least one project where you delivered clear and demonstrable value to a stakeholder team. You can walk us through what you built, what changed, and how you know it mattered.
You can turn a vague request into a spec, and you push back when the request is the wrong fix for the real problem.
An obsession with making your Salesforce users happy. This is not a back-office role. You will hear directly when something is annoying, and you should want to hear it.
Fluent English. Our team and company include people from many European countries, English is our common language.
You love independence and hold yourself accountable. This is a full remote position and micromanagement is not something we do.
Bonus points
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
Experience with Outreach, Clay or Hightouch.
Experience with Databricks, BigQuery or Snowflake.
Experience working in Fintech, banking or other highly regulated environments.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services is an enterprise infrastructure platform that enables companies to seamlessly integrate trading, payments, funding, and digital asset services through a single unified system. It provides coordinated liquidity, custody, compliance, risk management, and settlement capabilities, reducing operational complexity for fintechs, banks, brokerages, and payment providers.
Payward's Payments & Blockchain team owns the first and last mile of every dollar that moves in or out of its products. That means dozens of banking partners, PSPs and local rails powering deposits and withdrawals for millions of users.
The team is looking for a product manager to shape the future of this platform, from the architecture underneath to the API layer internal clients build on. At the center is Payward's in-house PSP: a scalable, multi-tenant payments backend with hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components and direct APIs, so any Payward business can plug in and reach pay-in and payout rails worldwide.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the Payward payments platform, covering both the shared backend and the integration surfaces internal clients build on (hosted pages, SDKs, embedded components and direct APIs)
- Map requirements across internal clients and use them to evolve the platform's vision and capabilities so it serves a growing range of use cases
- Partner with engineering to turn the target vision into a sequenced, high-impact roadmap, with milestones every client team can plan against
- Prioritize across competing client needs, make the trade-offs visible, and say no with a clear rationale
- Shape the client experience end to end, from first conversation to go-live, so teams can adopt the platform without heavy hand-holding
- Work with the banking and partnerships teams so each new PSP or bank integration is built once on the platform and reaches every Payward business
- Bring compliance, risk and legal requirements across Payward's entities and jurisdictions into the roadmap early, before they become launch blockers
- Set and track platform success metrics, such as time to launch a rail for an existing client, time for a new client to go live, share of rails available through the platform, and payment success rates
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a platform, API or infrastructure role where your customers were other internal teams or developers
- Working knowledge of payments: pay-ins and payouts, PSPs and acquirers, bank rails (ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT and local methods), and how money flows between them
- Strong technical fluency. You can read an RFC, challenge an architecture decision, and write an API spec that engineers respect
- Experience shipping developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, or embeddable UI components
- Clear, structured writing. You turn complex system designs into docs that product, compliance and business stakeholders can all act on
- Skill at managing many stakeholders with different priorities, and building alignment without direct authority
- Comfort working with data to set goals and measure platform adoption and performance
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a PSP, payment orchestrator or payments infrastructure company, or building one in-house
- Background with multi-tenant SaaS or B2B2C platforms
- Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins or on/off-ramps
- Experience working across multiple regulated legal entities or licensing regimes
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

Wrike is hiring a Director of Go-To-Market Operations to lead our global GTM Operations team across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. Location: Berlin
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Senior MLOps Engineer, ISR
- Location: Berlin, Germany
- Department: ISR Analytics
- Reports to: VP of ISR Analytics
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
ICEYE's Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) AI team builds models that turn satellite imagery into intelligence for defense customers. Your job is to work with data scientists to build sustainable infrastructure, workflows, and deployment practices for the AI models, both in the cloud and for on-premise systems. You sit with the AI team and work with them to build the infrastructure they train, evaluate and ship on. Like our platform work, every environment is temporary and must be reproducible from code; a model is only done when it runs, monitored, on hardware we don't control.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build training, evaluation and packaging pipelines that take a model from experiment to versioned, deployable release.
- Deploy and serve models on Kubernetes with GPUs, in the cloud and on-prem, including air-gapped sites.
- Package models, weights and dependencies so they install and upgrade offline.
- Manage GPU compute: scheduling, drivers, utilization and cost, across cloud and on-prem hardware.
- Track data, experiments and model lineage, so any result can be reproduced and audited.
- Monitor models in production for performance, drift and failures, without relying on outside connectivity.
- Write tooling in Python that the AI team uses every day, and work in the model codebase alongside them.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Senior hands-on engineer (not an engineering manager or architect role).
- Proven experience deploying ML models to production and running them there, not only training them.
- Strong Python, and comfort reading and changing ML code (PyTorch or similar).
- Hands-on Kubernetes and containers, including GPU workloads.
- Infrastructure as code and CI/CD for ML (for example Terraform, Helm, GitHub Actions).
- Daily use of AI tools in engineering work, beyond chat: generating and reviewing code, configuration and tests.
- High autonomy: you find problems, propose fixes and drive them through.
- Motivation to work in new defense: building technology used by defense forces.
Nice to haves:
- Deployed models to on-prem, edge or air-gapped environments.
- Model serving and optimization: Triton, TorchServe, KServe, ONNX, TensorRT, quantization.
- Computer vision or geospatial data (satellite, SAR, raster, PostGIS).
- ML pipeline and tracking tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Argo Workflows, DVC or Weights & Biases.
- Large-scale data processing for imagery (Dask, Ray, Spark, object storage).
- Strong IC track record in a startup or a fast-changing company launching new products.
- Clear communicator who works well with researchers and experienced engineers.

- Align Engineering, Design, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and leadership through clear strategy, specs, and communication.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES

- Thrive in ambiguity: You bring structure to fuzzy technical problems and prioritize clearly across many possible directions.
- Exceptional product sense: You anticipate edge cases, second-order effects, and enterprise-grade reliability needs without needing perfect information.

- Influence without authority: You align engineering, design, data, sales, solutions engineering, customer success, and docs through clarity and trust.
- Technical product judgment: You’re comfortable making tradeoffs across usability, scalability, security, reliability, and implementation complexity.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Git and source control experience: You’ve worked on or closely with products involving Git, branching, versioning, pull requests, or conflict resolution.
- Enterprise security experience: You understand secrets management, environment variables, access control, or secure configuration patterns.
- Observability experience: You’ve worked on products involving monitoring, usage insights, performance visibility, or operational dashboards.
- Coding or SQL skills: You can code, write SQL, or go deep enough technically to partner effectively with engineers on architecture-level discussions.
- Remote work experience: You’re familiar with remote-first work environments and can collaborate effectively across time zones.
- Entrepreneurial or early-stage experience: You’ve worn many hats and can navigate in many areas at once.

OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Security Engineering is a small team that answers one question: was it built right? We run our own AI-driven red team against Rain's code and cloud, gate pull requests before they merge, and write the baselines that say how every system should be configured. Our blockchain work is covered. This role owns everything else: the backend services, APIs, cloud, and edge that move real money for real customers.
We work closely with Security Operations: we give them high-quality findings to coordinate fixes for, and clear configuration rules they can build detections on.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Security Engineering makes sure Rain is built right. We run our own AI-driven red team against our code and cloud, gate pull requests before they merge, and set the baselines for how every system is configured. This role owns everything outside blockchain: the backend services, APIs, cloud, and edge that move real money. We give Security Operations high-quality findings to coordinate fixes for, and clear configuration rules to build detections on.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be Rain's application security expert and the quality bar for every non-chain finding we produce. The calls are yours: what's real, how bad it is, and what has to be fixed before launch. You'll hold the line with engineers when it matters, and make the case so they agree, not just comply.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review red team findings before they reach engineers: reproduce them, cut false positives, set severity, and write tickets clear enough to fix without a meeting. Improve the scoring that grades them
- Harden our backend services and APIs, especially the money-moving paths. You'll often write the fix yourself
- Own edge defenses: DDoS protection, rate limiting, WAF rules, and abuse controls
- Write secure configuration baselines for our cloud, code, and SaaS, and turn them into automated checks
- Grow our PR security gate so more bugs are blocked before merge
- Own attack surface coverage, and run architecture reviews on new and high-risk systems
- Find, test, and pick the best security tools, whether we buy, adopt, or build
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in application security, product security, or security-minded backend engineering
- You've owned security decisions. You can tell a senior engineer their design needs to change and keep a good working relationship
- You can read an unfamiliar codebase (TypeScript/Node.js) and find the bug that matters, and you know a scary-sounding finding from a real one
- Hands-on cloud security (ideally GCP), Terraform, and edge defenses like WAFs and rate limiting
- Experience with threat models or architecture reviews. You've run tool bake-offs and dropped tools that didn't earn their cost
- You'd rather ship a check than write a document, and you use AI tools heavily without trusting them blindly
BONUS ATTRIBUTES
- Fintech, payments, or card issuing background (PCI DSS a plus)
- Pentest, bug bounty, or red team experience
- Experience building security scanners, static analysis rules, or LLM-based review tools
- If you have the background: AI security for our agents and agentic payments, or corporate security alongside IT

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Employee Lifecycle team makes sure every Ramp employee has a great experience, from their first day through their last and through every change in between. As Sr. Analyst, Employee Lifecycle Data, you'll own and look after the employee data behind all of it. You'll keep our Workday data accurate and well structured, and you'll make sure it flows correctly into the systems that depend on it.
This is a new role in its current scope. You'll own employee data changes from start to finish, manage the data structure that shapes our org, and set up reconciliation and error reporting across our integrations. We're looking for someone who gets the details right, finds the root cause when data breaks, and builds processes that scale as Ramp grows.
We're moving to Workday on January 1, and we want this person on board before go-live so they can run our employee data changes from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Employee data changes
- Process and approve role changes like transfers, promotions, manager and title changes, plus relocations (using our comp calculator for basic geo adjustments and partnering with Global Mobility on more complex moves)
- Own intake and completion of one-off data changes through Serval (our ticketing system) tickets, meeting SLAs and giving employees a clear, helpful experience
- Review and approve data change transactions to protect data quality
- Support internal mobility cycles and position management in Workday (and Ashby)
Bulk changes
- Own bulk data changes from start to finish, including reorgs, comp cycles and mass updates: prepare and validate the data, run the loads and confirm the results
- Build review steps and checklists that make large changes repeatable and low-risk, and partner with HRIS on EIB templates and system-level controls
Data quality, reconciliation and stewardship
- Build and run regular reconciliation between Workday and downstream systems, including benefits providers and international payroll
- Monitor integration errors, find root causes and fix data and process gaps with HRIS, Payroll, Benefits and vendor partners, escalating system or integration fixes to HRIS with clear root-cause analysis
- Define and document data standards, ownership and controls for employee data, and run regular audits to find and fix issues in partnership with HRIS team
- Be the go-to expert on how employee data works at Ramp, and help teammates and partners understand it
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2-5+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HR data roles
- Experience with data changes in Workday HCM, including the ability to manage employee data throughout the full employee lifecycle - processing employee changes, organizational updates, job changes, and audits.
- A solid understanding of payroll and benefits data, and of how HRIS integrations feed those systems.
- A track record of building reconciliation, audit or error-reporting processes from scratch
- Strong attention to detail, a habit of checking your work before and after changes, and sound judgment with sensitive, confidential employee data
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis, validation and reconciliation, plus sound judgment when using AI tools—knowing when to rely on them and when human review is essential
- Clear communication with employees and stakeholders at every level
- A process-improvement mindset: you fix the underlying cause of what breaks repeatedly, and build scalable processes that uphold data standards while enabling the business
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience at a fast-growing company where the org structure changes often
- Experience with Serval, JIRA, or similar service desk tools
- Experience with Workday reporting
- SQL skills
