WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is building the connected AI workspace where teams and agents think together, bringing knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools into one place. Joining Corporate Accounting means helping build the financial foundation for a business shaping how work gets done in the AI era.
In this role you’ll be a key player on the Corporate Accounting team, working across global accounting areas with a focus on close activities, related reconciliations, and international statutory reporting. You’ll collaborate with teammates to strengthen the accounting processes that support Notion’s growth into new countries. At Notion, you’ll help build the repeatable operating practices that let a growing global business scale with confidence.
This role is based in San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Be a key team player across monthly, quarterly, and annual close: Prepare accurate journal entries and adjustments with clear supporting documentation; support AP and cash reconciliations, including flux analysis and commentary; and complete close work on time.
- Help establish reliable, repeatable global accounting processes as Notion expands into new countries.
- By your 90th day, contribute meaningfully to close activities and take ownership of clearly defined global reconciliation work.
- By your 90th day, organize and track open items, requests, and timelines across international statutory audits, coordinating with Tax and cross-functional partners.
- By your 90th day, use Claude thoughtfully to improve reconciliation analysis, audit support, documentation, or quality checks—while applying appropriate data safeguards.
- By the end of your first year, become a trusted partner, strengthen controls and accounting processes across your areas, supporting accurate financial statements and statutory filings.
- By the end of your first year, raise the bar on documentation and process quality so recurring work is easier to execute, review, and build on.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Working knowledge of core corporate accounting processes, including close activities, AP, and cash reconciliations; this is central to the role’s day-to-day work.
- Foundational knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting, with some familiarity with IFRS.
- Experience in public accounting or audit, or in corporate accounting; candidates early in their careers, including new graduates with relevant experience, are welcome.
- Ability to organize and track work across multiple international statutory audits with accuracy, clear follow-through, and attention to deadlines.
- Curiosity to learn country-specific requirements as Notion expands.
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, or a similar ERP is a plus; experience with BlackLine, tax, or close management is also helpful.
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including explaining fluctuations and their business drivers.
- Ownership, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset: you look for ways to make the work more accurate, scalable, and easier for others to build on.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 per year.

From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
What if the busy work just got out of the way?
Behind every great employee experience is a quiet system: the onboarding that feels effortless, the leave handled with care, the paycheck that's right the first time. It's craft most people never see, and we think it deserves the same care we put into the product. We want People Ops that feels like a great mechanical watch: you never think about it, and it's never wrong.
Imagine the first day at a company where every laptop, login, and handshake worked on the first try. That's the bar.
We're looking for a Head of People Operations to lead that work. You'll shape the strategy across People Operations and Total Rewards operations, making everyday work simpler, more reliable, and increasingly agent-enabled.
This is a player-coach role. You'll develop the team, set direction, and stay hands-on, especially as you learn Notion. You'll combine operational craft with thoughtful automation, keeping care and human judgment at the center of every sensitive decision.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Be customer zero for AI-enabled operations. Prototype and scale agents on real workflows, with trusted data, the right access, and human review built in. (Yes, we run our own People Ops on Notion. Yes, it's a little meta.)
- Build the experience behind the experience. Every hire, change, leave, and farewell runs through the systems you design.
- Lead a team that wears many hats. You'll coach, set the roadmap, and still get your hands dirty. No boredom guaranteed.
- Join at a moment of growth. Notion is scaling, and there's a real green field to build something simple and lasting.
- Work across the whole company. Partner with People, Finance, Payroll, Legal, IT, and BizTech to make handoffs smooth and change stick.
- Put agents to work, thoughtfully. Test and scale useful workflows with validation and human review. (Automate the busy work, never the judgment.)
- Lead the team and set the roadmap. Clear ownership, clear priorities, and room for people to grow.
- Build reliable lifecycle workflows. Onboarding, employee changes, leaves, and offboarding, with clear intake, service standards, and escalation paths.
- Run Total Rewards operations. Own routine compensation and benefits operations, from cycle readiness and data changes to Payroll handoffs, with accuracy and good judgment on exceptions.
- Measure what matters. Use service, quality, and adoption data to keep improving, with data integrity and audit readiness built in.
- Make change stick. Align partners across the company and drive adoption.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- You've led a People Operations team in a shared services model and built scalable processes in a growing company, while staying hands-on.
- You've built People programs and operational processes from the ground up.
- You know compensation administration and benefits well, with sound judgment on approvals and exceptions.
- You design great systems and processes across HRIS, case management, and lifecycle workflows. (Workday and global experience are a plus.)
- You've used AI and automation to improve real work, with privacy, quality, and oversight in mind.
- You communicate clearly, hold strong beliefs loosely, and lead people through change with kindness and directness.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
How we build software is changing. Designers are prototyping in code, engineers are shipping polished interfaces, and agents are starting to build directly into the product. More people and more things can create software than ever before. That makes design judgment more important, not less.
We're looking for a Staff/Principal Founding Design Systems Lead to build that judgment into Render's foundations.
This isn't about maintaining a component library. It's about enabling designers, engineers, and agents to build experiences that look, feel, and work like Render, without a designer making every decision or the design systems team reviewing every change. At a company whose whole promise is a platform that just works, the design system is how we keep craft scaling as the product and the team grows.
This role starts hands-on. You're a designer first, with the technical depth to get into the code. You'll partner with the Head of Design to set the vision, then do the foundational work yourself: decide where or whether our Figma library lives and how it operates, get deep into what an AI-ready design system really means, and prototype, test, and ship the system in code. As the function grows, you'll build and lead the team around it. You're energized by building from the ground up, not inheriting something finished.
Here's what makes this role urgent and specific to us: our users are developers, and they're increasingly building with AI agents. That cuts both ways. Inside Render, teams reach for an agent before they check the docs — so a system that isn't legible to AI quietly gets bypassed, and quality drifts toward generic output. And externally, we're building the platform where developers deploy AI-native apps and agents. The person in this role treats the design system as infrastructure for humans, machines, and velocity and has a point of view on what that takes: machine-readable documentation, system rules exposed where agents can read them, an architecture that keeps the brand and accessibility layers ours, and evaluations that catch drift before it ships.
This role reports to the Head of Design.
THIS ROLE IS FOR YOU IF YOU'RE EXCITED BY:
Making great design reproducible, by people and agents. Raise the quality of Render's product and encode what makes it good, so a designer, an engineer, or an agent can produce coherent, usable experiences by default. The system should make excellent work easier, not make every experience look the same.
Reimagining what a design system can be. Build beyond components and tokens into composition rules, interaction patterns, agent-readable guidance, and evaluations, so the fastest way to build is also a path to great quality.
Building and leading a team that multiplies everyone else's impact. Start hands-on, then create the direction, ambitious goals, and caring-but-demanding environment that let a team do the best work of their careers.
The opportunity is to raise the floor for everyone building at Render, human or agent, while giving designers more room to make the most important experiences extraordinary.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the system's vision and direction. Decide what to preserve, evolve, simplify, or replace based on what builders and customers need — and turn that into focused work, much of which you'll do yourself at first.
- Build the foundations hands-on. Early on, you are the team: setting the architecture, shipping the components, writing the guidance, and establishing the quality bar through your own work before there's anyone to delegate to.
- Build and lead the team that owns the system. As the function grows, hire and develop it — set priorities and ownership, give direct feedback, hold a high bar, and help people do the best work of their careers.
- Elevate Render's visual and interaction design. Raise the bar for typography, hierarchy, density, motion, responsive behavior, accessibility — and the states beyond the happy path, which is where developer tools earn their reputation.
- Make the system legible to AI, not just humans. Lead the work to make Render's design system AI-ready: machine-readable documentation, system rules and tokens exposed where agents can reach them (e.g. via MCP), and an architecture that shrinks the context an agent needs while keeping the brand and accessibility layers ours. The goal: agents building on Render produce on-brand, compliant work by default.
- Guide technical architecture with engineering. Shape everything from components and tokens to how agents discover guidance and check their work. Make sound tradeoffs between flexibility, coherence, performance, and ease of use — layered and headless where that scales better than rigid bundles.
- Define and measure quality, including AI output. Build repeatable evaluations grounded in real tasks — testing generated output against the system's standard, not just whether people use the tools.
- Earn adoption. Work alongside product teams, teach through examples, and turn recurring questions and exceptions into improvements. A system lives or dies on whether people, and their agents, reach for it.
- Keep moving as the ground shifts. Experiment as models and tools evolve, share what you learn, and change direction when the evidence calls for it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A track record of setting direction and delivering outcomes in design systems or design engineering — and the appetite to build a function from the ground up before leading a team. You create clarity in ambiguity, make decisions, give difficult feedback, and keep momentum without dropping the quality bar. Experience leading or developing designers/design engineers is a strong plus, as this role grows in that area.
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills. Your work shows a clear point of view, detail that borders on obsessive, and an ability to make complex experiences feel simple — the kind of craft other practitioners admire.
- Deep systems thinking, and experience building systems other teams actually adopt. You can show how your work improved both their speed and the quality of what shipped — not just that it existed.
- Strong technical fluency. You can prototype and build in code, understand front-end architecture (component API design, tokens, theming, layered/headless patterns), and work through implementation tradeoffs with engineers — not just hand off specs.
- Hands-on use of AI in your work, and a real point of view on AI-ready design systems. You understand where AI helps and where it fails, how to improve its output rather than accept it, and what it takes for a system to serve machines as well as humans. You don't need to have shipped all of it, but you should be able to say where you'd start and why.
- Strong product judgment and developer empathy. You stay close to the people who use what you build and connect system decisions to real workflows and outcomes. Fluency with developers and technical products is a strong plus — our users are engineers, and the system has to serve them and the agents they build with.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience building developer tools, cloud platforms, or infrastructure products where UX is a competitive advantage.
- Hands-on experience making a design system AI-ready: machine-readable documentation, MCP or similar agent access, layered/headless architecture, or evaluation frameworks for AI-generated output.
- Experience building developer or designer tools that became part of other teams' daily workflow.
- Experience leading a major design-system migration or a company-wide change in how teams build.
- Experience evolving a system across platforms, or connecting product and brand experiences.
- Founder or early-stage startup experience.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.

About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is the runtime control plane for the AI software development lifecycle (AI-SDLC). Thousands of engineering organizations, including more than a quarter of the Fortune 500, use LaunchDarkly to ship, measure, and control every change that reaches production, whether it is written by people or by AI. Feature management built the company. The next chapter is bigger: as the cost of writing code falls and the volume of change outpaces human review, the constraint is moving from writing software to controlling it. LaunchDarkly is building the critical infrastructure for the AI-SDLC. Customers build their own software factories. We build the rails they run on.
We are hiring the leader of Product Management for LaunchDarkly. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will own the product management organization end to end: the people, operating system, roadmap commitments, and commercial outcomes across every product pillar. You will sit at the technology leadership table as the Product Management peer to the heads of Engineering and Product Design.
The CPO sets the company’s product vision and strategic direction. You will build and run the product organization that turns that direction into a coherent portfolio, shipped outcomes, customer adoption, and revenue growth. This is a hands-on operating role for a product leader who knows how to build the machine, make the tradeoffs, and finish the work.
Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional product leadership.
Serve as the product counterpart to Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. Resolve cross-functional tradeoffs, establish shared commitments, and ensure LaunchDarkly presents one coherent product strategy to customers and the market.
Build and lead the product management organization.
Design the organization intentionally, allocate resources effectively, maintain a high talent bar, build succession plans, and establish clear ownership for every product surface a customer or sales representative may ask about.
Own the product operating system.
Establish the cadence that turns strategy into shipped software and met goals, including quarterly commitments, leadership reviews, squad-level inspection, launch briefs, new product introduction (NPI), and the product-to-field handoff. Make execution predictable enough that the executive team does not have to ask whether something shipped.
Drive roadmap delivery across every product pillar.
Lead execution across Enterprise, Foundation, Observability, Experimentation, Agent Control, Automation, and the platform beneath them. Build a culture of doing what we say we are going to do.
Create portfolio discipline without slowing the company down.
Ensure new bets enter the portfolio through explicit decisions rather than hallway conversations, while preserving the flexibility to respond to market changes. Marketing dates should be commitments the product organization can confidently support.
Drive finishing.
A product is not done when version one ships; it is done when the team has iterated based on learning. A launch is not done when it ships; it is done when the field is amplifying it. A process is not done when it is written; it is done when it creates leverage for the team.
Own packaging execution and commercial outcomes.
Lead how pricing and packaging land in the product and in the field so every representative can sell the full platform and every pillar contributes to its commercial goals.
Stay close to customers and the field.
Spend time with the largest customers and most demanding evaluators, translate what you learn into product decisions, and build a process that brings customer and field insight into the roadmap at scale.
Use AI to increase product and engineering leverage.
Help the organization adopt AI-assisted development and product practices in ways that increase delivery speed while maintaining quality and judgment.
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year:
The organization is complete. The leadership model is in place, product lines have the right pillar leadership, spans and layers are intentional, decision rights are clear, succession risks are understood, and the organization can continue to scale.
Delivery increases every quarter. Shipped output per team rises quarter over quarter as AI-assisted development compounds, with quality holding.
The operating system runs without the CPO driving it. Reviews, check-ins, launch briefs, and NPI happen on cadence and at a consistent bar.
The portfolio is staffed. Every initiative in flight has an explicit staffing decision and plan behind it.
The numbers move. Activation, attach, activity, and expansion targets for each pillar respond to the organization’s inputs.
The team is stronger than you found it. Product managers have more leverage, complementary strengths are valued over a uniform mold, and every hire raises the bar.
About You:
You are direct, decisive, and high-agency. You identify a problem, propose a fix, and act unless someone tells you not to.
You are a relentless simplifier, not a caretaker. When you find friction, your instinct is to remove process rather than add it. You know how to run a company of this size like a small company that ships.
You are a builder of people and move quickly on people problems. Product leaders who have worked for you say you made them better and would work for you again. You raise the bar clearly, promote based on evidence, and do not allow known performance problems to persist.
You are comfortable challenging a strategy and turning it into a sequenced portfolio. You can tell the story of an idea you pushed back on, how you used evidence to make the call, and how you maintained the relationship.
You write clearly and make decisions. You use written argument to create alignment, expect strong writing from your team, and end meetings with a decision.
You are customer-oriented and commercially grounded. You can move from a conversation with a developer or data scientist to a discussion with an executive buyer or sales leader without losing the thread.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Product Management, including 7+ years leading Product Managers and product leaders across a multi-product B2B platform
.
Experience leading Product Management at the VP, SVP, or equivalent level across a multi-product B2B platform.
Experience leading a product management organization of 20 or more product managers at a company with approximately $100M to $500M in revenue.
A track record of building and developing a product organization, rather than simply inheriting one.
Demonstrated ability to turn company strategy into a reliable operating system that delivers roadmap commitments and measurable business outcomes.
Experience working with a founder or visionary executive and converting a high volume of ideas into a sequenced, resourced portfolio.
Experience building products for engineering organizations and selling to CTOs, platform leaders, and data science teams.
Strong commercial fluency, including experience owning or materially influencing pricing, packaging, attach, expansion, and go-to-market execution.
Experience balancing enterprise and self-serve motions, including an understanding of what drives a large enterprise expansion and what creates value for a developer on a free plan.
Practical experience using AI agents in your own work and applying AI-native approaches to product management or software development. You should have clear opinions about how AI changes product management, supported by things you have shipped.
Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, make decisions with incomplete information, and improve delivery speed without compromising product quality.

About LaunchDarkly:
Modern software delivery was supposed to be the foundation for a thriving digital business but reality has proven otherwise. Slow, inefficient development cycles, costly outages, and fragmented customer experiences are preventing developers from building their best software. The LaunchDarkly platform helps developers innovate on new features faster while protecting them with a safety valve to instantly rewind when things go wrong. Developers can target product experiences to any customer segment and maximize the business impact of every feature. And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types
Improving the effectiveness and productivity of engineering teams, by providing insights into engineering cadence and stability

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Beneficial Deployments team brings Claude to organizations doing some of the world's most important work across the nonprofit and education sectors. These organizations share a problem: mission-critical work, thin budgets, and little slack to figure out new technology on their own. Our Customer Success team helps them go from first login to Claude being part of how their teams work, but we cannot do that one organization at a time, nor should we. The sector already has trusted intermediaries these organizations turn to first: networks, capacity builders, funder technical assistance providers, community colleges, and fellowship programs. This role exists to make those intermediaries as effective at activating and training organizations on Claude as our own Customer Success team is.
As the Scaled Enablement Lead, you'll build the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program that qualifies intermediaries to onboard organizations and deliver Anthropic-designed workshops on our behalf. You'll own the kits, credentials, and quality gates that let them run the show without an Anthropic CSM in the room. You'll also own the enablement thinking behind scaling impact through
Claude Corps
: how what fellows learn and build serves every organization we support, not only the ones that host them.
The people you enable are not selling Claude. They are trainers, implementers, and program staff whose job is to help mission-driven organizations meaningfully adopt AI. Your job is to make sure these intermediaries can do that with Claude, to the same bar we hold ourselves to, and to help them evolve their offerings as we learn what these organizations need. The measure of success for this role is organizations activated and trained well without Anthropic delivering it.
You'll be half program builder, half facilitator. You'll design and deliver the first cohorts yourself, then make the system repeatable: kits, qualification paths, credentials, teach-back gates, and a refresh rhythm that keeps content current as our products change. You'll build on the operating model and certification infrastructure of Anthropic's Education team and own everything specific to this audience, working closely with Beneficial Deployments Customer Success, Partnerships, Claude Corps program leadership, and our Education teams.
This is not a partner account management or alliances role, and it carries no quota. It is not a book-of-business Customer Success role either, though you'll spend time with organizations to stay grounded in what these nonprofits truly need. The role reports to the Customer Success Lead for Beneficial Deployments, has no direct reports today, and may grow into people management as the program scales. Expect periodic travel for in-person cohorts and sessions.
Key responsibilities:
Own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program end to end: its tracks, the qualification path for each, the credential, and recertification
Build the kits intermediaries teach from: an activation playbook covering kickoff, admin setup, launch, and Day 30/60/90 reviews, and workshop-in-a-box modules starting with AI fluency and use case discovery, each with a deck, facilitator guide, demo scripts, sample data, and workbook
Recruit and qualify a pilot cohort of anchor intermediaries, then open a repeatable application process that routes each to the right track and the right home, whether the Claude Partner Network or a Beneficial Deployments credential
Design and deliver enablement for network intermediaries, adapting the program to how each reaches and supports its members, and help them evolve their offerings as we learn what organizations need
Build the connective tissue among intermediaries so they learn from each other: shared office hours, a facilitator cohort that stays together after qualification, and a clear path for bringing new intermediaries along
Support the enablement thinking for Claude Corps: how we extend the reach of fellows and the organizations around the program, and how what they learn feeds back into the enablement every customer receives
Hold the quality bar when Anthropic is not in the room through teach-back gates, graded mock sessions, shadowing, and session satisfaction and activation quality at or above Anthropic-led benchmarks
Run the program as one system: content intake and refresh calendar, production standards, resource hub organization, learning management system courses and assessments, and the agreement and attribution model for intermediaries acting on Anthropic's behalf
Own the program's numbers, including approved trainers, collaborator-led activations and workshops, the Anthropic effort required per organization activated, and quality against benchmark, and use them to decide where the effort goes next
Be the field voice for intermediaries inside Anthropic, bringing what they learn back into our enablement content, product feedback, and engagement model
Minimum qualifications:
7+ years of experience
in enablement, training, or program management
Train-the-trainer at scale.
You have built and run a program that qualified other people to deliver your training consistently without you in the room: a certified facilitator network, a partner or community education program, or an instructor credential.
Learning design and delivery.
You have designed adult learning experiences end to end, including curriculum, facilitator guides, and assessments, and delivered them live
Nonprofit ecosystem fluency.
You have worked with or inside the intermediaries that reach mission-driven organizations (networks, capacity builders, funders, technical assistance providers) and understand how they influence adoption
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools.
You use Claude and/or other AI tools in your day to day and understand their impact firsthand
Preferred qualifications:
Comfort being the single owner of a program while depending on teams you do not manage
Ownership of, or close partnership with, a certification or badging program, including assessment design and recertification
Experience with Skilljar or another learning management system, and with partner portals or resource hubs
Facilitation of change management or AI fluency programs for non-technical teams
Time at a capacity-building organization, an intermediary, or an edtech or technology company serving the sector
Experience leading work through contractors or vendors while keeping several programs coherent
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$265,000
—
$320,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.

Responsibilities include:

- Manage campaign briefs, creative deliverables, and timelines—ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment across stakeholders
- Integrate brand and performance media buying from planning through delivery and reporting
- Define and track KPIs for each campaign, analyzing and sharing results and applying insights to optimize future programs
- Ensure all campaigns maintain a cohesive Notion voice and brand expression, while adapting to audience needs and regional contexts
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build a structured onboarding program for new Account Executives and Sales Engineers, with role-specific tracks
- Deliver onboarding live and asynchronously: cohort sessions, workshops, certifications, and role-plays
- Introduce what AI Fluency means at Sierra and how to incorporate it into daily sales activities (account research, call prep, call recaps, pipeline updates, etc.)
- Make sure every seller can explain, demo and stand behind how Sierra uses AI, so they can speak credibly with customers who are learning to deploy AI themselves
- Establish baseline ramp metrics (time to first meeting, first deal, quota attainment, SE readiness) and set targets for reducing them
- Use AI tools to scale enablement itself: faster content creation, AI-driven role-play and call coaching, and self-serve answers to seller questions
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Sales Engineering to keep content accurate as the product and market change
- Recruit subject-matter experts, including top sellers and SEs, to teach and coach in the program
- Gather feedback from new hires and managers, and iterate on the program quarterly
- Build the global program so it can be adapted for regional teams, including our London office
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years in sales enablement at a high-growth B2B software company, with hands-on onboarding or training experience and experience managing cross-functional programs
- Experience designing and delivering onboarding for both quota-carrying sellers and technical sellers
- Track record of prioritizing competing requests from senior stakeholders and saying no with data
- Track record of tying enablement work to business outcomes, not just completion rates
- Strong facilitator, comfortable teaching experienced sellers and executives
- Willing to do the hands-on work in the early months, not just manage it, and comfortable building from scratch with limited process and few resources
- Able to learn a technical product ([AI agents / enterprise software]) well enough to teach it credibly
- Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work, and experience teaching others to adopt new tools and change how they work
EVEN BETTER…
- Experience running sales kickoff or product launch enablement
- Experience selling or supporting sales in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., [Highspot, Seismic, Salesforce, Gong])
- Experience running onboarding through rapid headcount growth, or handing a program to a successor
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

About the Role
Join Alvys, an early-stage company transforming the $800B US freight industry. As a DevSecOps Engineer, you'll help protect our platform and the customer data it holds. You'll close cloud security gaps, build security checks into how we ship software, run our penetration testing program, and stand up the infrastructure behind our internal security, IT, and AI tools. This role combines hands-on infrastructure work with coordination across DevOps, engineering teams, IT & Security, and outside security vendors.
Industry Insight
Freight companies run their business on Alvys: loads, drivers, carriers, payments, and financial records. As more of the industry moves to modern software, customers expect that data to be protected like any other business-critical system. Security is part of how we earn and keep their trust.
About Alvys
Alvys is building a multi-tenant SaaS platform that powers modern transportation operations. We combine deep industry knowledge with strong technical execution to bring clarity, automation, and reliability to one of the world's most essential industries. Security is a shared responsibility at Alvys, and this role helps every team meet that bar.
Our Principles
Engineering Principles
Build for Real-World Impact.
Our users rely on Alvys to solve real problems, not abstract ones. Every security fix should reduce real risk to our platform and the people moving freight every day, not just clear a scanner finding.
Extreme Ownership and Empowerment.
Ownership extends beyond building. It means being accountable for quality, reliability, and customer impact. If it's in production, it's yours: bugs, uptime, and results.
Technology Debt is Strategic, Not Accidental.
Technical debt is a strategic choice, not an oversight. We incur it deliberately when it unlocks speed, learning, or market advantage. Our architecture remains clean, maintainable, and scalable as we grow.
Simplicity Scales; Complexity Costs.
Logistics is inherently complex, but our technology shouldn't be. We prioritize simplicity in our architecture, leveraging modularity and well-defined service boundaries to reduce cognitive load.
Radical Transparency.
We democratize data and make it accessible across all functions to drive alignment and decision-making. Transparency also means feedback. We systematize constructive feedback loops to ensure growth.
Engineering Culture
Move Fast, Learn Fast.
Speed is our advantage, but we move fast intentionally. We bias for action, assume positive intent, and treat every mistake as a learning opportunity.
Own the Outcome.
Every engineer owns outcomes, not tickets. We take responsibility end-to-end, identifying problems, delivering solutions, and ensuring they last.
Partner, Don't Gatekeep.
Security works best when it's built with the teams who own the systems. We share context with DevOps and engineering teams, explain the risk behind each ask, and make the secure path the easy one.
Pragmatism Over Purism.
Perfect security doesn't exist, but reduced risk does. We choose fixes that scale, are maintainable, and address real threats, not theoretical ones.
People Over Heroics.
We don't reward burnout or always-on behavior. Sustainability is a feature, not a luxury. If someone needs to slow down, unplug, or take care of life outside work, that's expected.
Responsibilities
Cloud security architecture
Design and deliver infrastructure changes that strengthen our cloud security posture, including network isolation and identity-based access.
Make these changes through infrastructure as code, plan rollouts that avoid customer downtime, and work with service owners to update the applications that depend on them.
Build secure defaults into our infrastructure modules so new resources start out compliant.
Vulnerability management and pipeline security
Help run our vulnerability management program, driving remediation within defined SLAs.
Extend our existing security scanning with AI-assisted security testing, such as automated security code review and AI-driven penetration testing.
Tune and improve the automation we already use to process security findings.
Penetration testing
Manage our third-party penetration tests from start to finish: scoping and targeting, test environments and accounts, vendor coordination, findings intake, and retesting.
Help mature our internal, AI-assisted penetration testing tool into a dependable part of the security program, including deployment and scheduled runs.
Infrastructure for security, IT, and AI tooling
Deploy and operate internal applications in Azure, with identity, secrets, networking, and backups set up correctly from day one.
Build telemetry pipelines (OpenTelemetry into Azure Monitor) for our AI and internal tools, with dashboards and alerts that surface anomalous activity.
Working with others
Partner with DevOps, engineering teams, and IT & Security to plan and prioritize work.
Write clear runbooks and documentation, and produce evidence for our SOC 2 program.

Tech Stack
Cloud: Azure (AKS, App Service, Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Cosmos DB, VNets, Microsoft Entra ID)
Infrastructure as code: Terraform
CI/CD: GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps pipelines
Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Registry
Observability: Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, OpenTelemetry, Grafana
Security: Aikido, Cloudflare
AI tooling: Cursor, Claude, Claude Platform (managed agents), Grokbot
Application code: .NET/C#, TypeScript, Angular, React
Minimum Qualifications
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
3+ years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or security engineering.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including networking, identity and access management, and secrets management.
Production experience with infrastructure as code, preferably Terraform.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Working knowledge of containers and Kubernetes.
Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Understanding of common security risks in cloud and web applications, and how to fix them.
Ability to explain technical risk clearly to engineers and non-engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Azure specifically, including private endpoints, VNet integration, and Entra ID managed identities.
Experience with application security testing (SCA, SAST, DAST), and interest in applying AI to security testing.
Experience coordinating penetration tests or working with external security firms.
Experience with OpenTelemetry, Azure Monitor, or similar observability tools, including writing alert queries (KQL is a plus).
Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, or CIS Benchmarks.
Interest in AI tooling and how to deploy and monitor it safely.
Security certifications such as AZ-500, Security+, or similar are a plus.
Background in logistics or transportation is a bonus.

Preferred qualifications
Experience writing or editing safety or security reports, postmortems, transparency reports, or similar public disclosures
Experience as a technical writer or editor at a technology company or research lab
Comfort working in a content management system (CMS) and publishing web content
Experience using AI tools like Claude to streamline editorial processes

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking an Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team. You will be a hands-on member of the close: owning a defined set of accounts and entities from transaction through reconciliation, and making sure what lands in the financial statements is accurate, supported, and explainable.
This is a role for someone who likes getting into the detail and also asks why the process works the way it does. You will work closely with partners across Finance, Procurement, Payroll, Legal, Tax, and Finance Systems, and you will help us build a close that scales with the company, with a lot of room to improve how the work gets done as we grow.
Key responsibilities
Own month-end and quarter-end close activities for an assigned set of accounts and entities, including journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules, delivered on the close calendar
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and flux analyses, investigate variances to root cause, and write clear explanations for reviewers and business partners
Maintain US GAAP supporting schedules and documentation for your areas of ownership, such as prepaids, fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany balances
Draft accounting memos and process documentation for routine and recurring transactions, and escalate non-routine items to Technical Accounting with a clear summary and a proposed treatment
Execute internal controls for your areas and prepare audit support, including schedules, evidence, and responses to auditor requests
Partner with business owners and finance colleagues to understand new transactions, resolve issues at the source, and reduce adjustments after close
Review work from contractors and team members, and give feedback that helps the team raise its quality bar
Identify and implement process improvements and automation, including using Claude and other AI tools, and check the output carefully before anyone relies on it
Support system and process changes in the accounting function, including testing, data validation, and documentation
Minimum qualifications
Working knowledge of US GAAP, applied hands-on to the monthly close: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement support
Experience preparing account reconciliations and flux analyses in an ERP or general ledger system (for example, Workday, NetSuite, or equivalent)
Strong spreadsheet skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and reconciling large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience supporting external audits and operating internal controls
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain accounting results to colleagues who are not accountants
Sound judgment on when to resolve an issue independently and when to escalate it
Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, in public accounting, in industry, or a combination of both
CPA, ACA, ACCA, or CA qualification, or progress toward one
Experience in a fast-moving environment where processes were still being defined, with a track record of improving them
Familiarity with technical areas such as ASC 842, ASC 718, ASC 606, fixed assets, or multi-entity and intercompany accounting
Experience with close management or reconciliation tooling, or with SQL or Python for data analysis
Experience with an ERP migration, SOX readiness, or public company reporting
A track record of using AI tools to speed up accounting or finance work, with checks that hold up to review
Genuine interest in AI and Anthropic's mission to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems
