About the role
CertiK works with banks, regulators and regulated financial institutions that adopt digital assets. We build regulatory technology for these markets, and we are hiring a lead product manager to own what we build next for these clients.

What you'll do
Run discovery with clients and prospects, on site and remotely, and work closely with the solutions consultants to set the agenda for what they learn in the field

Convert client conversations and consultant findings into actionable, prioritized product and feature decisions, with the reason behind each request documented, and defend the ranking to leadership

Join Business Development and consultants on key client visits, primarily in the US, with occasional travel to Europe, the Middle East and other markets
Own the roadmap conversation with the CEO, Business Development and Engineering

5–8 years in B2B product management, ideally in fintech, regtech, compliance software or at a regulated financial institution
Domain experience in financial crime, AML or transaction monitoring, blockchain intelligence, or risk and surveillance products, whether as a product manager or from inside a compliance function
Has led complete product cycles from discovery to launch in a regulated or enterprise domain, with demonstrated ability to identify the underlying need behind a client's stated request and show how it changed what was built
Native or fully proficient English, with professional presentation skills to senior compliance, risk and regulatory audiences
Established prioritization framework and a record of turning customer input into shipped features
Sufficient technical fluency to challenge engineering decisions and hold a position under pushback
Directs discovery through others as well as first-hand: part of the customer input comes via consultants, and the role sets their agenda
Regular travel within the US and international travel as required
Bonus points
Prior product experience at a blockchain intelligence or crypto compliance platform
Familiarity with FATF, Travel Rule, sanctions or MiCA-type requirements as they apply to digital assets
Familiarity with US, UK or EU digital asset regulation
Experience working with regulators or on regulatory tenders

This is a hands-on role combining content strategy, production, distribution, community management, and growth. You will be responsible not only for reach and engagement, but also for turning social audiences into registered and paying users.

Content Strategy & Production
Develop content strategies for different audiences, platforms, and markets.
Adapt content to platform-specific formats, algorithms, and user behavior.
Translate complex crypto, financial, and technical products into clear and engaging stories.
Create and develop original content across short-form video, graphics, photos, threads, and other formats.
Work closely with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
Repurpose product updates, PR materials, and long-form content into platform-native social content.

Experiment with unconventional organic growth mechanics where relevant.
Align social activity with CRM, Retention, SEO, Performance Marketing, and PR.
Community & Brand
Monitor community sentiment and manage moderation across social channels.
Support crisis communication and respond to scams, impersonation, negative feedback, and reputational risks.
Work with Product, Design, Legal, and Leadership on large-scale multi-channel campaigns.
Ensure content complies with regulatory requirements for financial and crypto products, including geo-restrictions and communication limitations.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on social media and content management experience.

GoMining runs a portfolio, not a single product: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Wallet, Miner Wars, Academy, Travel, Launchpad and the VIP programme. Each of them ships, launches and promotes on its own rhythm — and today those messages reach the same user through the same channels without a single owner making sure they add up to one coherent story.
That owner is this role.
You'll sit at the centre of marketing as the connective layer between product go-to-market, brand, performance, content, CRM, community, design and PR. Half the job is orchestration: owning the communications calendar and running launches end to end, on time, across every channel. The other half is the message: making sure what we say about any product is clear, consistent, on-brand and worth a user's attention.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with company-wide visibility. You will not manage a team — you will manage the flow of work between several of them.
What you’ll do
Orchestration: own how communication gets made and shipped
Own a single, company-wide marketing communications calendar: every product launch, feature release, campaign, promo and announcement in one place, with owners and dates.
Build and fix the communications planning process so marketing can absorb a dense flow of product launches without things getting lost between teams.
Run launches end to end, covering both product and brand comms. Take the go-to-market input from product marketing leads and turn it into a channel plan: CRM (email, push, in-app inbox), in-product surfaces, community, social, website and blog, app stores, paid support assets, PR, out-of-home. Then drive it to delivery.
Write the briefs. Translate business goals into creative and content briefs that designers, motion designers and copywriters can actually execute against, with clear deliverables and deadlines.
Be the single window into the design and production team. Prioritise, sequence and unblock requests instead of letting every stakeholder queue separately.
Hold the timeline. Chase dependencies across product, legal, compliance and finance so assets are approved and live on the date we committed to.
Close the loop: pull post-campaign results with the analytics and CRM teams, run the retro, and turn what you learn into the next brief.
Campaigns and partnerships: take the brand beyond its usual channels
Plan and run integrated 360 campaigns: one message, the right channels, launched together, on time and to a high standard.
Drive special projects and integrations, from concept and partner selection through to production and results.
Coordinate ambassador, celebrity, influencer and KOL partnerships, including long-term ambassador programmes with a series of activations, not just one-off placements.
Manage the production side: external agencies, creative studios and production houses, timelines, budgets, contracts and usage rights.
Coordinate joint communications with partners, collaborations and sponsorships.
Support the Brand Director in rolling out the brand refresh across every touchpoint.
Message: own what we say and how it sounds
Build and maintain the messaging architecture across the portfolio: what each product promises, to whom, in what words, and how the products connect into one proposition.
Turn technical and financial mechanics such as mining rewards, tokenomics, cashback, yields and VIP tiers into copy a first-time user understands without a glossary.
Own tone of voice and message consistency in practice, not just in a deck: review outgoing communications against brand and messaging guidelines before they ship.
Maintain the shared toolkit (messaging docs, key-message one-pagers, FAQ and objection handling, launch templates) so other teams stop reinventing product copy.
Write and edit the high-stakes pieces yourself: launch announcements, product pages, campaign concepts, executive and partner-facing materials.
Work closely with legal and compliance within the advertising and financial-promotion constraints of each channel and jurisdiction, so approved copy is also compliant copy.
Track how competitors and the wider crypto and fintech market communicate, and bring back what’s worth noting.
What success looks like
First month:
the calendar exists and is trusted; every product’s messaging is documented in one place; the brief-to-delivery process is running without you being chased.
First 3 months:
launches ship on schedule with a full channel set as the default, not the exception; message consistency across channels is visibly better; each launch produces a documented result and a next-step recommendation; the first integrated campaign or partnership project beyond our core channels is live or in production.
Requirements
4+ years in marketing communications, integrated campaigns, brand communications or product marketing, either in-house at a tech, fintech, marketplace, consumer app or scale-up, or agency-side with comparable clients.
Hands-on experience running integrated 360 campaigns at national or regional scale.
Proven end-to-end ownership of multi-channel launches: you can walk us through campaigns you ran from brief to results, and say honestly what worked and what didn’t.
Solid understanding of how production works: timelines, external contractors, budgets, approvals and rights clearance.
Experience coordinating external agencies, creative studios or production houses.
Genuine project management ability: prioritisation, dependency tracking, and working to deadlines and budget across teams you don’t manage.
The ability to hold a high creative bar while saying no, moving a date, or telling a senior stakeholder their request is out of scope.
Comfort with complex products: you enjoy the work of understanding a mechanic properly before writing about it.
Data literacy: you read campaign performance and use it to change the next brief.
Strong writing and editing in English (C1+). You’ll be assessed on real copy, not on adjectives in a CV.
Fluent Russian.
A portfolio or case studies of campaigns and projects you’ve led.
Would be a plus
Both agency and in-house tech experience.
Experience with ambassador, celebrity or influencer partnerships, especially long-term contracts with a series of activations.

About Ledger
We’re a team of experts pushing the limits of what’s possible, united by our common goal to unlock true freedom through digital ownership, making technology accessible for all. We believe in a world where users, creators and enterprises manage their value with ownership and freedom. Our curiosity drives us to innovate, empowering individuals on a global scale. We believe change is constant and our team moves forward as one, with a culture of problem-solving where every employee is empowered and supported to challenge tradition and create solutions. Our mission is simple: to make self-custody accessible and give people the keys to their own financial futures. If you want to make a true impact, we want you to join us at Ledger.
At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
The team:
Ledger has secured digital assets for millions of people. Ledger Enterprise brings the same security to institutions. Banks, exchanges, custodians and stablecoin issuers use our platform to hold, move and govern digital assets on infrastructure they control: Vault for self-custody, HSM On-Premises for institutions that need keys inside their own perimeter, TradeLink for off-exchange settlement, and Multisig for on-chain governance.
You’ll work closely with Business Development, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal and Support, covering clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Join a young, international, driven team in one of Ledger’s fastest-growing areas.
What you’ll be doing:
You will own a portfolio of institutional clients from signature onward. That covers onboarding, integration, adoption, renewal and expansion. You will be their trusted advisor inside Ledger and their voice in our product roadmap.
- Own client relationships end to end. Be the primary contact for a portfolio of exchanges, banks, custodians and fintechs, and build relationships from operations teams up to C-level.
- Drive integration and adoption. Explain product features clearly, run workshops, and guide clients through technical integration together with our Solutions Engineers.
- Grow accounts. Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities such as new products, additional users, assets or entities. Own your expansion and retention targets.
- Negotiate renewals and contracts. Lead commercial discussions on renewals, amendments and pricing, working with Legal on terms.
- Shape the product. Turn client feedback into clear, prioritised input for Product and influence what we build next.
- Run the account rhythm. Lead QBRs, maintain account plans, keep the CRM accurate, and flag risks early.
- Represent Ledger. Meet clients on-site and at industry events across EMEA, with occasional travel.
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years in a similar account management or customer success role, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise infrastructure software.
- Proven experience managing financial institution clients such as banks, asset managers, custodians or payment providers.
- A track record of upselling and expanding accounts against targets.
- Experience negotiating contracts and renewals with enterprise clients.
- Comfort with technical conversations: you can explain APIs, integration flows and security concepts without needing an engineer in every meeting.
- Hands-on experience with digital assets, or a clear and demonstrable interest in the space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You can adapt your message for a CISO, a head of operations or a CFO.
- A structured, self-driven way of working. You manage a portfolio without being chased.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to EMEA clients, such as MiCAR, DORA, the Travel Rule, the Basel crypto-asset standards, FINMA requirements, or Middle East regimes like VARA (Dubai) and ADGM.
- Familiarity with custody and key management concepts like MPC, HSMs and cold/warm/hot wallet setups.
- Additional languages, especially German, French or Arabic.
- Experience at a crypto-native firm, a bank’s digital asset desk or a custody provider.
At Ledger, we are dedicated to continually investing in our employees which is why we offer more than just salaries; we provide comprehensive compensation packages that include a wide range of benefits. Here are some of the benefits you can look forward to:
- Flexible work options - Our hybrid policy allows employees to work from home up to 3 times per week
- Health & Wellness support - Health and Life Insurance.
- Financial growth opportunities - Employees can become shareholders in Ledger as well as other financial benefits depending on your country of work.
- Commuter allowance - Ledger offers a commuter allowance to contribute to your preferred means of transportation.
- Learning & Development - A comprehensive suite of training solutions providing a personalised learning experience for every employee.
For regionally specific benefits, your Talent Acquisition contact will be able to provide you with more information.
We’re committed to building an inclusive hiring process. If you need any adjustments or accommodations, just let us know, we’ll do our best to support you.
