ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
The Revenue Strategy & Growth Senior Associate is an operator position at Clipboard, suited to an “all-around athlete” who can do it all and wants to own a revenue stream.
You’re someone who has an analytical mind and is both deeply competitive and entrepreneurial. Unlike traditional S&O or consulting roles, you are responsible for both the inputs and the outputs of your work. You will take on an area of the business and push it to the local maximum. You must be comfortable owning an outcome.
You will:
- Take a vague or open ended problem and structure it into a plan
- Own a recurring workstream or initiative end to end, including its metrics and outcomes
- Build durable systems and automation that create leverage beyond their time (i.e. you can “fire yourself” from them because the systems work without you needing to be directly involved)
- Drive cross functional execution and hold partners accountable to commitments
- Validate that the work converts to intended business outcomes before scaling it
What you bring:
- Strong analytical and system building skills. You can design as well as analyze
- Comfort with ambiguity. You can frame problems with limited direction
- Influence without authority across functions
Outcome orientation. Create impact and close loops rather than just measure activity
Experience
- 4+ years in S&O, analytics, consulting, or a comparable analytical role.
What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary
- Insurance benefits and 401k options
- Unlimited PTO and flexible holidays
- Remote-first flexibility
The salary range listed reflects total compensation (base + variable) for this role. Final offer will vary based on geographic location

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
dbt Fusion is building the next generation of data execution and connectivity infrastructure, enabling dbt workloads to run efficiently across diverse compute engines and data platforms. As a Senior Engineer on the Fusion Adapters and Connectivity team, you’ll design and ship core abstractions powering how dbt communicates with execution systems — leveraging Rust, Go, Arrow, and emerging open standards. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of systems programming, database internals, and high-visibility open-source development. Your work will shape a foundational platform leveraged across the dbt ecosystem and the broader data community.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain Rust-first connectivity layers, execution APIs, and adapter scaffolding.
Partner with teams building the dbt compiler, semantic layer, and runtime to evolve adapter interfaces and system boundaries.
Contribute to Arrow/ADBC and other open-source specifications or implementations, strengthening the data ecosystem.
Own CI, testing frameworks, profiling, error reporting surfaces, and release readiness for Fusion adapters.
Debug complex interoperability and performance issues across drivers, engines, and compute domains.
Collaborate with internal and community maintainers to review PRs, write RFCs, and evolve public code architectures.
Mentor engineers on systems best practices and contribute to shared patterns around resilience, debuggability, and API clarity.
Skills We’re Looking For
Strong programming background in Rust, Go, C++ or similar performance-oriented languages.
Experience designing or maintaining SDKs, libraries, connectors, or compute/data integration codebases.
Exposure to data warehouses, query engines, Arrow/columnar ecosystems, or execution runtimes.
A desire to build foundational platform components that other teams and community members rely on.
Comfort working in public code review loops, async-first communication, and collaborative RFC processes.
A mindset grounded in debuggability, reliability, and ownership in ambiguous problem spaces.
You’ll have an edge if you have:
Contributed to or interacted with Arrow, ADBC, DuckDB, Presto, DataFusion, Spark, ClickHouse, or similar engines.
Experience shaping adapter/plugin standards, driver contracts, or architectural interfaces used by others.
Familiarity with Rust async ecosystems (tokio, tower, tracing) or Go concurrency practices.
Prior OSS governance experience — triaging issues, reviewing PRs, or working with community maintainers.
An interest in building developer-experience layers or scaffolding frameworks for adapter authors.
Qualifications:
6+ years experience in software engineering, with strong systems-level skills.
2+ years working in open-source, SDK, runtime, or low-level integration environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / related field or equivalent experience through industry OSS contributions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Positioning & Messaging: Develop clear and differentiated messaging that articulates the value of Baseten’s Training platform to developers and enterprise customers.

REQUIREMENTS
- Experience owning positioning, launches, or customer storytelling, gained through product marketing or related work.
- An interest in AI infra and post-training with a proven aptitude to learn quickly.
- Excellent writing: You can turn complex product capabilities into clear, accurate, compelling narratives. We’d love to see some of your work.
- Fast learning: You get up to speed on unfamiliar technical concepts, ask thoughtful questions, and work with engineers and researchers to get the details right. You can operate at the right technical altitude when talking to different stakeholders.
- Competitive judgment: You proactively research customer alternatives and develop a clear point of view on differentiation.
- Hands-on ownership: You prioritize in ambiguity, navigate cross-functional trade-offs, and drive work through to launch.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot

Our Story
At thinkcell, we create powerful software solutions that help professionals be more efficient and productive. Founded in 2002 and based in Berlin, our tools integrate seamlessly with Microsoft Office to help users create presentations, charts, and diagrams with ease. Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence.
What You Will Do
thinkcell is hiring a Customer Success Manager for our North America Account Management team in Denver. This is a new, program-building role focused on creating deeper engagement across roughly 20 of our largest customers, each with thousands of thinkcell users. You will build user communities and champion networks within those organizations, establish and maintain executive relationships, and expand the breadth of teams we reach. You will work in close partnership with the Account Manager who retains full commercial ownership of each account—you build the engagement and relationships that help create future commercial opportunities.
This is not a quota-carrying or account ownership role. You will not own renewals, revenue targets, or a book of business; your success will be measured by the strength of the customer programs you build, including active communities, developed champions, executive access, and broader engagement across each organization. You will be part of the North America Account Management team and collaborate closely with Customer Enablement and Solution Consulting in a tech-driven, startup-style environment backed by an established product.
Key Responsibilities
Stand up user communities inside assigned accounts: user groups, internal champion networks, practice-area forums
Find power users and develop them into champions through content, recognition, early access, and a direct line to our product team
Run the recurring programming that keeps a community alive between renewal cycles, from roundtables and showcases to office hours and onsite events
Map the executive landscape in each account and maintain the relationship plan with the Account Manager
Broker executive conversations: connect thinkcell leadership to the right customer executives and help orchestrate those meetings
Take us beyond the primary contact: map departments, find teams not yet using thinkcell, and open doors the Account Manager then works commercially
Track engagement depth per account and flag where we're single-threaded
Coordinate onsite engagements, workshops, and training programs with Customer Enablement and Solution Consulting
Keep stakeholder maps, engagement plans, and activity current in Salesforce
Your Profile
You have built customer programs: a user community, a customer advisory board, a champion program, or an executive engagement program.
6+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, strategic customer success, or field engagement, ideally at an enterprise software company.
Bachelors degree
Proven ability to create outcomes in accounts you do not own: you influence and orchestrate, working through account owners rather than around them.
Strong executive presence, with the ability to build credibility with senior customer stakeholders and set up conversations for others to lead.
Strong program management skills, with the ability to run parallel workstreams across roughly 20 accounts without dropping threads.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills in both virtual and in-person settings.
Comfortable using go-to-market tools such as Salesforce and Gong.
Willingness to travel periodically for onsite customer engagements, workshops, and executive meetings.
Appreciation of our product and a willingness to develop a strong understanding of thinkcell's capabilities and customer use cases. Previous experience with thinkcell is a plus.
Based in Denver with the ability to work on-site at least three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
We believe in a human hiring process, every application is personally reviewed.
Our Values
As part of our team, you will embody and help shape the following principles that define us:
Forward Thinking:
We embrace change and challenge the status quo.
Ownership:
We take pride in our work and learn from our mistakes.
Customer First:
We prioritize delivering lasting value.
Unified Team:
We foster collaboration, respect, and integrity.
Strive for Excellence:
We set ambitious goals and pursue quality.
Why is thinkcell the right place for you?
We empower over 1.3 million users across 35,000 companies, including top consulting firms and major global enterprises. With offices in Berlin, Denver, Boston, London, Tokyo, and Dubai, we’re a diverse team of over 220 people, committed to innovation and excellence.
thinkcell is more than a job – it's a chance to be part of an innovative, inclusive team that values collaboration and growth. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds to apply. Together, we can shape the future of productivity software. We can’t wait to see what you’ll bring to the team!
Join Our Journey
We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet every requirement. At thinkcell, we celebrate diversity because it drives creativity and excellence. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds who are passionate about making a real impact.
Joining us means more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to be part of an inclusive, innovative, and supportive team that values collaboration and growth. Together, we can push boundaries and achieve great things.
Compensation: thinkcell believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture. For this role, we anticipate paying an OTE of $130-$155k per year. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be dependent upon the key aspects of each case, which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any thinkcell variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. thinkcell provides comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability leave, parental leave, paid time off and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Provide line management to the Office & Procurement Manager and Human Resources Manager, while supporting them to build high-performing, appropriately specialised teams.
Create clear roles, responsibilities, and standard operating procedures that enable the team to operate independently and at a high standard.
Build the team's capacity over time, driving best practice and coaching managers to develop operations management excellence.

Identify and implement opportunities to use AI and other digital solutions to improve the scalability of operations.
Leadership to procurement, logistics and administration
Oversee Procurement & Administration function through the Office & Procurement Manager, identifying bottlenecks and improving systems.
Develop and support implementation of a procurement strategy to ensure an efficient, responsive, high-quality, and resilient supply of goods and services.
Lead logistics and fleet management, ensuring efficient and reliable transport and distribution across Mozambique's operations.
Oversee budgeting and procurement planning to ensure needs are forecast and operations run smoothly.

Ensure operations meet GiveDirectly's global policy standards and local regulatory requirements, adapting for the Mozambique context.
Work with GiveDirectly's Corporate Audit function to support internal audits and build systems for a strong control environment across assets, inventory, fleet, procurement and office security.

Experience overseeing or working closely with HR functions (recruitment, performance management, learning and development, culture building).
Comfort in a fast-paced and changing environment that involves a degree of ambiguity and requires figuring things out with limited precedent.

Familiarity with INGO standards, donor compliance frameworks, internal controls, and audit processes.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience working effectively in matrixed organisations.
Experience and aptitude leveraging new technologies and AI to advance operational effectiveness. Comfort with an agile and iterative approach.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.

We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
Role Overview:
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within the Energy (oil and gas) and Utility sectors. We’re looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere’s platform can help them achieve their business goals. You’ll lay the foundation for Cohere’s growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You’ll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It’s a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you’ll help us reach it.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Strategic Account Executive focused on the Energy & Utilities industry, you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts and relationships in the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries to accelerate engagements, drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities

- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, pilot, deal close, and deployment ; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
Key Responsibilities:
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000, large enterprises in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors, negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus, with a focus on applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sector
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you’ll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization’s technology landscape with a focus on its applications in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences in the energy (oil and gas) and utility sectors
Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of energy (oil and gas) and utility operations, such as predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, and customer engagement
- Experience working with regulatory and compliance requirements specific to the energy (oil and gas) and utility industries
Cohere is committed to fair and transparent pay practices. The salary range listed for this role reflects the expected base compensation. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's engineers want to work in an AI-first way. What's missing isn't enthusiasm — it's the platform underneath it. Today everyone assembles their own agent config, context files, and MCP servers, so the good patterns stay trapped in individual setups instead of becoming defaults everyone inherits.
You'll build that platform: the agent configurations tuned to our monorepo, the context and tooling layer that makes agents competent in our codebase, the evals that tell us which approaches actually work, and the rollout mechanics that get a new engineer productive with agents in week one.
You are not here to mandate how engineers use AI — you're here to make the good path the easy path. Success looks like teams adopting what you build because it beats what they'd cobble together themselves, not because a policy requires it. Platform engineer, not AI evangelist. Ship infrastructure, measure it, kill what doesn't work, let adoption be the referee.
The playbook for AI-first SDLC doesn't exist at any company yet. You'll write ours.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
Agent substrate — Repo-level context infrastructure that makes agents competent in our codebase (CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md http://CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md conventions, architecture and domain context, and the tooling to keep it accurate as code moves). Internal MCP servers giving agents scoped access to CI, observability, incident tooling, deployment state, and docs. Shared skills, subagents, and hooks that encode Baseten workflows. Sandboxed environments where agents can build and test safely.
The golden path — Project templates and onboarding that ship with AI tooling configured and working. Self-serve infrastructure so teams build their own agents without you as the bottleneck. Gateway, auth, cost controls, and audit logging for internal model access.
The feedback loop — Eval harnesses that answer "is this config better than that one" against real Baseten tasks, not vibes. Instrumentation of AI tool usage and its downstream effects on cycle time, review latency, and change failure rate. Honest reporting, including on what you built that didn't pan out.
Agents in the SDLC — Automation where agents earn their keep: PR review triage, test gap-filling, incident context assembly, migrations and refactors, codebase Q&A. Integrating agents into CI/CD with guardrails that make it trustworthy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the internal AI developer platform end to end — architecture, build, rollout, operation, measurement.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and whatever ships next quarter), and build the context layer that makes them work against our monorepo.
- Build frameworks that let other engineers create their own agents without deep LLM expertise.
- Establish the evaluation practice for AI-assisted development at Baseten, and use it to drive investment decisions.
- Drive adoption through developer experience — good defaults, clear docs, low friction — not mandate.
- Embed with teams to find where AI genuinely unblocks them, then generalize those wins into platform capabilities.
- Own the safety layer: permissions, secrets handling, audit trails, cost management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have 4+ years of relevant industry experience building and enabling AI native SDLC
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Go, building tools other engineers depend on daily.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks — tool calling, MCP, context management, orchestration, failure handling. You've shipped something agentic that real people used, not just prototyped.
- Deep personal fluency with AI coding tools and well-formed opinions about where they break down.
- Platform mindset: you build for adoption and self-service, treat internal engineers as customers, and would rather ship a good default than write a style guide.
- Developer tooling, CI/CD, and Kubernetes/Docker fundamentals.
- Comfort with ambiguity — this space invalidates its own best practices every few months.
- Excellent written communication. Much of your leverage is docs, templates, and examples that scale beyond conversations you're in.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Your focus is the full testing stack: fast and reliable unit test tooling, integration harnesses that spin up realistic environments on demand, load and performance testing for GPU-backed inference workloads, and resilience testing that deliberately breaks things so our customers never have to find out what happens when a node dies mid-request. This is a builder role with org-wide leverage. You won't be writing tests for other teams — you'll be building the frameworks, harnesses, and feedback loops that make writing good tests the path of least resistance, and you'll set the standards for what "well-tested" means at Baseten.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own Baseten's testing strategy end to end — define the standards, the tiers, and the tooling that engineering teams build against.
- Build and maintain unit, integration, load and performance testing frameworks
- Design end to end test infrastructure that provisions realistic dependencies on demand — ephemeral Kubernetes namespaces, containerized service dependencies, etc.
- Build resilience and chaos testing capabilities: fault injection, network partition and latency simulation, pod and node failure scenarios, dependency degradation, and automated verification that our systems degrade gracefully and recover.
- Attack test suite reliability head-on — flake detection and quarantine, test impact analysis and selective execution, parallelization, and aggressive reduction of end-to-end CI wall time.
- Build observability into the testing layer itself: coverage reporting, test health dashboards, failure triage tooling, and clear signals about which areas of the codebase are under-tested.
- Create project templates and shared libraries so new services start with a complete testing setup on day one.
- Partner directly with product and infrastructure teams — embed where needed, understand their hardest testing problems, and turn one-off solutions into platform capabilities.
- Mentor engineers across the org on testing practice and raise the collective bar through code review, documentation, and internal advocacy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python, with hands-on experience building test tooling and libraries used by other engineers.
- Deep experience with testing frameworks and their internals — pytest, Go's testing package, testify, testcontainers, or equivalents — including the ability to extend them, not just use them.
- Experience designing integration test infrastructure for distributed systems, including ephemeral environment provisioning and dependency management.
- Practical experience with load and performance testing tools (k6, Locust, Vegeta, JMeter, Gatling, or similar) and the judgment to interpret results and drive action from them.
- Solid Kubernetes and Docker fundamentals — you can build test infrastructure that runs on and tests against real cluster environments.
- Advanced understanding of CI/CD, including how to keep large test suites fast, deterministic, and trustworthy at scale.
- A track record of measurably improving testing culture on an engineering team — you have opinions on what to test, what not to test, and where the ROI actually is.
- Are excited about building foundational infrastructure and are comfortable working independently on ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

THE ROLE
Baseten is seeking talented and experienced Software Engineers to join our Platform team within the Infrastructure organization. As an early member of Baseten's Platform Team, you will be pivotal in building internal infrastructure to support our engineering organization. You will own the deployment platform, release pipelines, and rollout safety mechanisms that allow engineers across Baseten to deploy changes rapidly while minimizing operational risk. Our mission is to make production deployments fast, safe, and increasingly autonomous.
If you are passionate about elegant solutions—like streamlined monorepos, lightning-fast CI pipelines, and thoughtfully designed shared libraries—you'll thrive at Baseten.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and build continuous deployment infrastructure that safely rolls out changes across dozens of Kubernetes clusters and global regions.
- Develop systems for progressive delivery, including canary releases, staged rollouts, and automated rollback.
- Improve engineering velocity by reducing friction in the release pipeline and automating manual operational workflows.
- Work with product and infrastructure teams to ensure their services are deployable, observable, and resilient at scale.
- Implement and evolve deployment methodologies such as GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, and progressive delivery patterns.
- Build systems that automatically evaluate deployment health using metrics, logs, traces, and alerts to detect regressions and trigger safe rollbacks.
- Interest in building systems that support agent-assisted or autonomous deployment workflows using modern AI tooling.
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong-level proficiency in Go and/or Python.
- Have worked with Kubernetes-based deployment systems at scale
- Have experience building or operating continuous deployment platforms
- Are familiar with GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD or Flux
- Care deeply about safe production rollouts and minimizing blast radius
- Excellent developer tool culture with a focus on best practices. Bonus points if you have personally developed open-source developer tools.
- Are excited about building foundational infrastructure and are comfortable working independently on ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges
