We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — preferable to have someone near an office in NYC or San Francisco.
This is a rare PM role with true vertical ownership across the full product lifecycle; from early-stage research and pre-training through to post-training and UX buildout through to GTM strategy and pricing - giving the right person a GM-like mandate to drive product decisions end-to-end in a way that's unique for a company of our scale.
We’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to help us develop cutting-edge AI tools. This role is for someone who has a combination of strong technical or ML background and experience in product management. You have the ability to take the state-of-the-art AI systems our research team builds and turn them into impactful tools for our customers.
You’ll deeply understand what users want, what’s possible to build, and what’s strategic for our business. You’ll be a bridge between our users and our internal teams so we ship products that have the most value for Runway’s creators.
This role is a fundamental and critical part of the team for a market-defining company in its early stages.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work alongside our research team to define new AI applications that solve customer needs and drive business value
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design to productize research and continuously improve existing tools
- Define and analyze metrics, talk with users weekly, and conduct A/B tests to discover use cases, validate pain points, and prioritize features
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 1+ years of direct experience with SQL, python, code generation tools, and version control best practices
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Familiarity with the current state-of-the-art ML capabilities and ML products
- Experience working with fast-moving teams and building products from scratch
- Passion for seeing research through from initial conception to ultimate application
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Atlas gives teams a way to build and use internal software with AI, with the infrastructure to connect company tools, manage access, and share what they build.
We're hiring a Product Manager to help take Atlas from a new product to something teams rely on every day. You'll identify the most valuable problems to solve, work closely with engineering and design to ship, and figure out what turns early interest into adoption. This role spans product discovery, launch, and the work that comes after: learning from real usage and deciding where to go next.
The product team at WorkOS works closely with developers and technical buyers who have strong opinions and high standards. Our engineers bring sharp product instincts, and you'll be a close partner in deciding what to build and why. You'll have room to shape the product, make decisions with incomplete information, and move quickly as you learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own product direction and outcomes for Atlas, from identifying customer problems through discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Work directly with early users to understand what they're trying to build, where they get stuck, and what would make Atlas useful in their everyday work.
- Turn those insights into a clear roadmap, making deliberate choices about which use cases to pursue and what to ship first.
- Partner closely with engineering and design to turn technical capabilities into a product people can understand and use.
- Define success metrics for activation, adoption, and continued use, and use customer feedback and product data to guide your next decisions.
- Work with marketing, sales, and other go-to-market partners to bring Atlas to market and communicate its value clearly.
- Follow how people are building with AI and agents, and use what you learn to identify new product opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience building products for developers or technical B2B users, with the technical fluency to work closely with engineers and understand customer workflows.
- A track record of taking a new product from an early idea to launch and adoption. You can explain the decisions you made, what you learned from users, and how the product changed as a result.
- Strong product judgment: you can find a useful starting point in an ambiguous problem and decide what matters most.
- A habit of talking to customers and using what you learn to shape the product.
- The ability to move quickly, make decisions without perfect information, and adjust as new evidence comes in.
- Clear communication and strong partnerships with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
ESPECIALLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Shipping agentic products, or working directly alongside teams building them. Recent experience with how people use agents to get work done is a strong plus.
- Bringing a new developer tool or technical B2B product to market and building its early adoption.
- Working on pricing, packaging, or a product-led growth motion.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.
- 401k matching
- Competitive Equity
- Healthcare, dental and vision coverage
- FSA, ST/LT Disability, Voluntary Life
- Carrot fertility benefits
- 20 days paid vacation + 10 holidays + unlimited sick leave
- 12 weeks fully paid parental leave
- Fitness: Monthly stipend for gyms, yoga classes, race registrations or whatever keeps you active

Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in our GTM org. You'll own the systems that power how we identify, enrich, score, and engage prospects at scale: a custom built enrichment pipelines leveraging Cargo, the campaign sync tooling that feeds our events and outbound plays, and the code that ties it all together.
You'll work at the intersection of GTM strategy and software engineering by writing production TypeScript/Python, shipping PRs, designing schemas, and building internal tools that the whole GTM team depends on daily. Think of it as being the engineer who makes the rest of the GTM team unreasonably effective.
You don't need to have done this exact job before. You need to care about the craft. The best GTM Engineers at WorkOS are the ones who spot a broken workflow in Slack at 11pm, open a PR the next morning, and ship the fix before the standup. They're the ones who, when the sales team complains about bad data, don't just route it to RevOps, they dig into the Snowflake schema and find the upstream issue. If that sounds like how you work, we want to talk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enrichment infrastructure: You'll maintain and improve our core enrichment pipeline: the workflows that take a new signup or a conference attendee list and return a fully enriched, scored, and Salesforce-upserted record. Today that involves Cargo, Clay, Snowflake, and a growing set of data providers (Apollo, Linkup, Exa). You'll own the reliability, fill rates, and schema consistency of these systems.
- Account scoring: You'll work on the fit scoring pipeline: the logic that evaluates every company flowing through our stack against our ICP and writes results to Snowflake and SFDC. This includes batching optimization, retry logic, logging and observability, and continuously improving the underlying signals.
- Campaign and event tooling: You'll build and maintain the systems that sync event attendee lists (Luma, conference CSVs) through enrichment and into Salesforce campaigns. When a BDR asks "who came to our event last night?", your tooling answers that question automatically and routes the right records to the right owners. You’ll also propose and prioritize growth experiments, validate the approach, own implementation, measure results, and iterate.
- Custom Tooling integration: You'll build and maintain enrichment tooling accessible via Wallaby, WorkOS's internal AI agent that the GTM team uses to look up prospects, run ad-hoc enrichments, and surface account intel on demand. You’ll design the underlying tools so they’re clean, effective, and composable, using AI and automation across research, enrichment, routing, and engagement workflows.
- GTM data infra: You'll work closely with the data engineering team to keep our Snowflake schema in sync with the tools that consume it, track downstream pipeline impacts when schemas change, and ensure the data flowing into SFDC is accurate and up-to-date. Own and maintain lead and conversion tracking across the funnel, including lifecycle stages and campaign attribution. Keep the underlying data and tracking reliable so we can measure conversion and identify where prospects drop off.
- Code: You'll ship real code. PRs go through review. You'll debug production incidents (Salesforce API rate limits, Cargo timeouts, enrichment failures). You'll instrument logging, add observability, and think carefully about batching, concurrency, and idempotency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering foundation: You're a capable software engineer. You write clean TypeScript or Python, understand async patterns, know how to design a database schema, and can debug a production incident from logs alone. You don't need to have worked at a software company, but you need to be able to write and ship code.
- GTM domain knowledge: You've worked with the tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Cargo, Apollo, or equivalents. You understand how leads flow through a CRM, what enrichment providers actually return, and why data quality degrades over time. Ideally you've had a BDR or AE background that gives you intuition for what the sales team actually needs.
- Systems thinking: You think in pipelines, not one-off scripts. When you build something, you think about what happens at 10x volume, when an API goes down, or when the same company gets submitted five times simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a closely adjacent technical role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.

Role Overview:
We're hiring a Robotics Safety & Compliance Lead to own safety, risk, and compliance across our robotics operations — and to lead the function as it scales. This is a builder-leader role: you'll set the standard, establish the frameworks, and grow the program (and eventually the team) that keeps our labs and data collection environments safe, compliant, and audit-ready.
You'll be the senior voice on safety in the room with operations, engineering, and EHS — setting direction rather than waiting for it, and building practical frameworks that support both speed and control.
What You Will Do
Own safety and compliance end to end across robotics labs and data collection environments.
Set the safety strategy and roadmap as programs scale across sites, and define what "good" looks like for the function.
Develop and implement safety standards, SOPs, and risk mitigation frameworks.
Conduct risk assessments across different lab setups (humanoid, teleoperation, motion capture, etc.).
Serve as the escalation point and decision-maker on safety risk — including the authority to pause work when conditions require it.
Lead incident response processes, reporting, and root cause analysis.
Conduct regular audits and maintain audit readiness across sites.
Build and lead safety training, onboarding, and a safety champion network across lab teams.
Influence senior stakeholders and report on safety posture, risk trends, and program maturity to leadership.
Hire, mentor, and grow safety and compliance support as the program expands.
Partner with engineering on safe system design — cell layout, e-stops, guarding, interlocks, and operating envelopes.
Balance operational speed with safety and compliance requirements.
What Good Looks Like
Clear, practical safety frameworks that teams actually follow.
A safety culture the is owned by the organization, not one that depends on one person policing it.
Strong risk awareness without slowing down execution.
High audit readiness and clean compliance posture.
Proactive identification and mitigation of safety risks.
Credibility with engineering — seen as a technical partner, not a gate.
Strong partnership with operations and engineering teams.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in safety, compliance, or EHS roles (technical or lab environments preferred).
Demonstrated leadership experience — owning a program, leading cross-functional initiatives, or managing/mentoring others.
Experience developing and implementing safety programs or frameworks from the ground up.
Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident management.
Ability to translate standards into practical, operational processes.
Clear communication and proven ability to influence senior and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., ISO frameworks such as ISO 10218, ISO/TS 15066, ANSI/RIA R15.06).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in robotics, manufacturing, industrial, or lab-based environments.
People management experience, or experience building a function and its first hires.
Software or technical background as a plus — comfort with ROS, robot control software, teleoperation and motion capture systems, or scripting (e.g. Python) to analyze incident and sensor data.
Experience building or automating compliance tooling — audit tracking, incident dashboards, or safety checklists integrated into lab workflows.
Experience supporting high-growth or rapidly scaling operations.
Background working with cross-functional technical teams.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Onsite lab environment (robotics lab, warehouse, or similar setup).
Must be able to stand for extended periods during audits and inspections.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Fast-paced environment with evolving operational needs.
Why This Role Matters
As robotics programs scale, safety and compliance become critical to sustainable operations. This role leads how we operate responsibly, reduce risk, and build systems that scale without compromising safety.
Benefits Included in the Offer:
- Friendly Working Environment

- Employee Assistant Program
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
- HSA & FSA
- 401(k) retirement
- Short & Long Term Disability Insurance
- Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Insurance
- Telemedicine Benefit
- Annual Leave
- Paid Public Holidays
- Maternity/Paternity Leave
Hourly Pay: $65-$75/hr.

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a VP of AI Strategy & Transformation — a hands-on technical leader who combines deep AI expertise with the strategic vision and executive influence to drive AI adoption across every business unit. This is not a research role or a traditional engineering management position. We need someone who has personally built and shipped production AI systems, understands the frontier of foundation models and agentic AI, and can translate that expertise into company-wide transformation.
The ideal candidate is, first and foremost, a deeply technical AI practitioner — someone who has architected and deployed AI systems at scale, and who can channel that credibility into driving AI adoption across every function of the organization. Not a theorist, not a people-manager-only — a builder-leader who ships and who makes others ship.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Company AI Strategy & Transformation
Own the company’s AI roadmap end-to-end — from foundation model selection to business-unit-specific deployment plans:
Define and continuously refine the enterprise AI strategy, aligning it to revenue goals, product differentiation, and operational efficiency targets.
Conduct rigorous build-vs-buy-vs-partner analysis for foundation models, AI tooling, inference infrastructure, and data platforms.
Establish an AI governance framework covering model risk, data privacy, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
Serve as the primary AI advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team; translate frontier AI developments into actionable business implications.
Build and maintain a rolling 6/12/24-month AI transformation roadmap with clear milestones, investment thresholds, and go/no-go decision points.
Identify and evaluate strategic AI acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities.
2. System Building & Technical Execution
Architect and deliver production-grade AI systems that create measurable business impact — not just prototypes:
Lead the architecture of LLM-powered applications including RAG systems, agentic workflows, fine-tuning pipelines, and prompt engineering frameworks at enterprise scale.
Design and implement AI-native infrastructure: model serving, automated evaluation, A/B testing frameworks, version control for prompts and models, and continuous monitoring for quality and drift.
Build and optimize AI agent systems, multi-model orchestration, tool-use chains, and autonomous workflow engines that solve real business problems end-to-end.
Build robust evaluation and benchmarking systems for AI outputs — measuring hallucination rates, task completion accuracy, latency, safety, and end-user satisfaction.
Personally prototype and review critical AI system designs; maintain hands-on technical credibility with the engineering team.
3. Organizational AI Enablement & Adoption
Drive AI adoption across every business unit — making AI a core competency for the entire organization, not just the engineering team:
Design and execute a company-wide AI literacy program segmented by role: executive leadership, product managers, engineers, operations, customer-facing teams, and support functions.
Create internal AI tooling, templates, and playbooks that make it radically easy for every business unit to leverage AI capabilities (prompt libraries, no-code/low-code AI interfaces, internal copilots, AI-assisted workflows).
Establish an AI Center of Excellence that serves as the hub for best practices, reusable components, and cross-functional AI project incubation.
Implement a structured AI use-case intake and prioritization process: partner with each business unit to identify high-ROI AI opportunities, scope them properly, and execute with embedded AI support.
Build an AI talent strategy: define hiring profiles for AI engineers and applied AI roles, design technical interview processes, and develop retention programs for top AI talent.
Foster a culture of responsible AI experimentation: psychological safety to try and fail fast, coupled with rigorous post-mortems and knowledge sharing across BUs.
What We Look For In You
10+ years in AI / deep learning, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director+ or equivalent at a top-tier tech company, high-growth startup, or leading AI lab).
Demonstrated track record of shipping production AI systems that directly impacted business outcomes at scale (revenue, engagement, efficiency).
Deep expertise across the modern AI stack: large language models, transformer architectures, RAG, fine-tuning, RLHF/DPO, prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
Strong publication record, open-source contributions, or recognized thought leadership in the AI community (conference talks, technical blog posts, courses, or widely-adopted tools).
