About Provectus
Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits:
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDX; our delivery arc is Sprint → Enable → Realize:
Forward Deployed Executive (FDX) owns the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs — revenue growth, cost reduction, risk reduction.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) embeds with a client to change how that client operates. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. You map the client workflow as it actually happens, identify the business problem underneath it, build a working AI solution, present to the client in the language of outcomes, and transfer it. Provectus maintains industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a client in the same industry — so you begin from running code and tuning it to this client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. You will be measured on whether the Business Unit's number moved, not on hours or scope delivered.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; identify problems before they're handed to you
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams
Client Engagement
You are willing to spend time understanding and doing someone else’s job on the client's side before you write a line of code
Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO, presenting outcomes to them
You can produce a scoped, phased delivery plan with clear deliverables, dependencies, and risks — and estimate what it will cost to build and to run
Technical depth
7+ years building and running production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes
Designed and shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Experience in making and defending architectural trade-off decisions
Hands-on AWS production depth: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus
What you’ll do:
Take the seat
Sit with the client and the Forward Deployed Executive at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc, and redesign the function from first principles.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow.
Build
Design and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions). Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and maintainable after we leave. Hand the system over to the client.
Start from the blueprint, and feed the blueprint. What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards. Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Own the outcome.
Work in a pair with a FDX who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Own the technical direction of technical proposals and scoping. Drive adoption. Change management is part of the engineering job here.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers and their executives.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience as a founder, CTO, or engineering leader who has chosen to return to individual contribution
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust)
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engineering session is also possible

Insurance is one of the world's largest industries and one of the most painful to interact with
. Paper forms. Sluggish call centres. Three-week underwriting cycles. Claims that vanish into queues. We are rebuilding all of it on top of a modern platform and AI agents that actually do the work, not pretend to.
You will not be picking up tickets. You will be deciding what to build, prototyping it on Monday, shipping a draft to a real customer by Friday, and improving it from real usage. We expect you to push the product, the codebase, and the way we work.
Why This Role Exists
We are looking for someone who treats AI as a creative material, not a feature on a roadmap. The next year of insurance is being defined right now. What gets automated, what gets reimagined, what gets thrown out. We want builders who want to be in that room and ship the answer.
The team is small. The mandate is large. If your highest-energy work has historically come from solving real problems end to end, this is the seat.
What You Will Do
Own outcomes, not tickets.
Pick the biggest lever for our customers each sprint and drive it to live. Surface the next one yourself.
Build with AI as a primary tool, not a chatbot bolt-on.
OCR, document understanding, generation, agent loops, evaluation harnesses. You decide where each fits.
Ship prototypes fast, then make them production-grade.
A working demo on day three beats a perfect plan on day ten.
Work directly with customers.
You will see real claims, real underwriting screens, real broker workflows. You will watch users hit dead ends and decide what to fix.
Raise the bar on the codebase.
Reviews, refactors, testability, observability. Not as policy, as habit.
Push the team forward.
Skills, agents, internal tools, engineering standards. Propose them, build them, get them adopted.
Who You Are
You ship.
Ideas without execution do not count for you.
High agency.
You do not wait for a card to be assigned. You see what is worth doing and you start.
Strong opinions, loosely held.
You make calls with incomplete information and change your mind when the evidence shifts.
Curious about the domain.
Insurance is messy and full of weird incentives. That intrigues you, not annoys you.
Fluent with AI.
You have shipped something real with LLMs or agents. You know where the magic ends and where you have to engineer carefully.
Care about humans on the other end.
Insurance done right gives people peace of mind in their worst weeks. That is the point.
Your Toolbox
We use Node.js + TypeScript + Nest.js on the back end, Vue (and some React) on the front end, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, AWS. AI work spans OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, plus a growing set of in-house skills and agents. You do not need to have used every piece. You do need to be the kind of engineer who picks up a new tool and is shipping with it within the week.
What We Expect at This Level
6+ years building production systems.
Track record of complex, customer-facing software shipped, not just maintained.
Real AI experience.
You have built and shipped at least one substantive AI-driven feature. POCs that died in a notebook do not count here.
Strong fundamentals.
OO, design patterns, testing, web security, performance. You do not need a refresher.
Cloud comfort. AWS, Azure, or GCP.
At least one in depth, the rest enough to hold a conversation.
Communication.
You can explain a tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder in two minutes and to an engineer in one.
Not Suitable for the Role If…
You prefer tickets assigned to you over choosing what to build.
You measure your work in lines of code, not outcomes.
You see AI as a buzzword to put on your CV rather than a tool you have actually used in anger.
You want a process-heavy environment with detailed specs handed down from product.
You are looking for a maintenance role on a finished platform.
Why CoverGo
Insurance is the rare industry where AI can save people hours of their worst weeks. We are already shipping AI-powered claims, underwriting, distribution, and document automation to enterprise carriers across five continents. The platform is real. The customers are real. ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.

What You’ll Do
CoverGo is looking for a
Product Solutions Consultant
to lead the solution-consulting and product demonstration experience across the sales cycle. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Delivery, you will run tailored platform demos, facilitate discovery and solution-design workshops, and translate insurer requirements into compelling, configured demonstrations of the CoverGo platform.
You are someone who actively uses AI tools as a force multiplier — to draft faster, research deeper, and operate at a pace that keeps up with a high-velocity sales environment.
You should be comfortable engaging both technical evaluators and C-level decision-makers, and confident owning the technical narrative that wins enterprise insurance deals.
Lead tailored product demonstrations of the CoverGo platform across health, life, and P&C use cases, adapting the story to each insurer's priorities
Design and facilitate discovery calls, solution-design sessions, and client workshops to understand, analyze, and clarify requirements and scope
Build and configure proof-of-concept insurance products in the CoverGo platform to showcase capabilities and features to clients
Use AI tools (e.g. LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted research) as a core part of the workflow — to generate demo scripts, draft RFP/RFI responses, produce proposals, and accelerate content turnaround across the presales cycle
Partner with the Sales team throughout the sales conversion process, providing solution consulting that advances and closes opportunities
Translate client requirements into solution overviews, value propositions, and techno-commercial proposals
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering/Delivery teams on feasibility, effort estimation, and the best solution approach for each client
Support the handover to the Delivery team once deals are closed-won, and help lead project kick-off meetings
Provide enablement and training to develop clients' usage of the platform through technical information and guidance
Build and maintain a reusable library of demo assets, templates, and a presales knowledge base to scale the function and reduce repeat effort
Any other task that may be assigned
What We Need
Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Technology, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
5+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales business analysis
Strong experience working in the insurance or insurtech industry is required
Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or equivalent LLM-based tools) and the ability to apply them practically to presales workflows such as demo prep, content creation, and proposal writing is required
Demonstrated experience delivering demos, workshops, and presentations to enterprise and C-level audiences
Solid understanding of insurance business processes across at least one line of business (e.g. product setup, underwriting, pricing, policy administration, endorsements, billing, renewals, and/or claims)
Experience configuring and demonstrating SaaS platforms; exposure to no-code or low-code platforms is an advantage
Exceptional presentation and communication capabilities in written and verbal English, proficiency in other languages is an advantage
Strong storytelling ability able to make platform value tangible and relevant to each audience
Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to engage an audience

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Credit Engineering team builds the systems that enable Ramp to manage credit lifecycles for businesses end-to-end, from initial underwriting through ongoing portfolio strategy optimization. As an engineer on Credit, you’ll own systems that influence $100+ billion in annual payment volume through millions of decisions across our product stack in support of the most ambitious FinTech portfolio in the United States.
We are looking for a backend engineer to own the technical roadmap for underwriting, limit management, portfolio optimization, and agentic workflows. You will build robust systems, automate complex operational tasks, and maintain the high-frequency controls that power all of Ramp’s products. If you are obsessed with correctness, excited by ambiguity, and passionate about problems at the intersection of distributed systems and financial strategy, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Architect scalable, stateful systems for automated limit management to optimize Ramp’s charge card portfolio.
- Envision and build the next generation of agents and tools that automate manual credit decisions and increase operational efficiency.
- Develop high-volume, low-latency risk controls to support Ramp’s expansion into new products, customer segments, and geographies.
- Design and build real-time decisioning systems spanning the entirety of a business's credit lifecycle on Ramp.
- Partner closely with analysts, data scientists, and product to translate risk strategies into reliable software.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python or a comparable backend language.
- Experience working with distributed systems and async frameworks.
- Proficiency with converting abstract business problems into robust data models and technical specs.
- Experience building or operating systems with strict auditability, observability, and correctness guarantees.
- High ownership mentality – you care deeply about the systems you build.
- Ability to work closely with non-engineering partners (Risk Strategy, Ops, Sales) to create impact.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience leveraging AI/LLMs for development or for internal workflows.
- Interest in financial optimization problems.
- Willingness to learn and move fast while holding the bar on correctness.
- Defensive programming aptitude.
- Experience using feature stores, rule engines, and ML platforms in production.

Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDX; our delivery arc is Sprint → Enable → Realize:
Forward Deployed Executive (FDX)
owns the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs — revenue growth, cost reduction, risk reduction.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
embeds with a client to change how that client operates.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; Kraków, Poland; Wrocław, Poland; Budapest, Hungary

This person brings
deep health insurance domain knowledge
and the drive to change the industry. This is a hands-on, embedded role working closely with CoverGo's product and engineering teams to ensure what is built is accurate, compliant, and truly reflects how health insurance works in the real world.
1. Domain Expertise & Product Collaboration
Support the product team throughout the feature development lifecycle with deep health insurance expertise and operational insight.
Translate end-to-end health insurance processes — underwriting, policy administration, claims, renewals, billing — into clear product requirements and functional documentation.
Validate and define business rules, decision engines, and workflow logic to ensure all outputs are accurate, compliant, and usable in real-world scenarios.
Participate actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate functionality, workflows, and business logic.
2. STP, Automation & Workflow Design
Design for maximum Straight-Through Processing (STP) across product flows — minimising manual intervention through intelligent system design.
Define automation rules, decisioning frameworks, and exception handling flows that reflect real-world insurance operations.
Ensure the product accurately reflects how the business operates, embedding efficiency and scalability directly into the system.
3. Compliance & Risk Embedded in Product
Translate regulatory and policy requirements into system logic and product features.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify feature gaps, best practices, and emerging trends in global health insurance.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement
Act as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Business teams — translating business needs into product requirements into technical execution.
Contribute to product roadmap discussions and prioritisation from a health insurance perspective.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and insurers, to gather feedback and validate product direction.
Support GTM, sales, and pre-sales efforts with deep functional expertise when needed.
What We Need
12+ years of experience in the insurance industry
, with strong exposure to end-to-end insurance operations.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in health insurance
with deep understanding of the full health insurance lifecycle, with domain expertise inside and out.
Experience across 2 or more health insurance functions: product setup, underwriting, pricing, policy administration, endorsements, billing, claims, or renewals.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, technology, and business teams in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on, results-oriented, and passionate about translating domain knowledge into real product features.
Systems thinker with a natural ability to understand how processes connect, where automation can replace manual work, and how rules translate into logic.
Critical, analytical, forward-thinking, and innovative — able to identify gaps others miss and propose solutions, not just observations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills — able to explain complex insurance concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
Demonstrated client-facing capability to handle clients and stakeholders confidently, even without formal sales experience.
Nice-to-have (other advantages)
Experience with other lines of business such as life and/or P&C insurance.
Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance or equivalent.
