ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Global Onboarding & Enablement Operations Program Manager at ElevenLabs, you’ll help keep our global GTM onboarding and enablement programmes running smoothly as we grow. You’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of onboarding, making sure every new GTM hire gets a consistent, engaging start, while building the structure and processes that help the wider Enablement team work more effectively and scale its impact.
You’ll bring structure to how we plan, deliver and measure enablement, from tracking OKRs and roadmaps to coordinating the enablement calendar, launches and certifications. You’ll also help keep the team aligned on priorities, manage cross-functional dependencies and use reporting to understand what’s working and where we can improve. Working closely with the Sales Enablement lead and partners across GTM, RevOps, Product Marketing and People, you’ll help turn priorities into well-run programmes that meet the needs of the business.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex projects, delivering engaging training and finding practical, creative ways to solve problems.
- Own GTM onboarding: Manage onboarding cohorts end to end, from scheduling and communications to facilitating live sessions, coordinating speakers and gathering feedback. Ensure new hires across regions have a consistent, engaging experience.
- Develop and maintain learning content: Create training materials and e-learning modules, and keep existing content across WorkRamp and Enablement OS accurate, relevant and easy to navigate. Work with subject matter experts to turn complex topics into practical learning experiences.
- Coordinate certifications and enablement launches: Own the launch and certification calendar, keeping new programmes, certifications and learning initiatives moving and tracking milestones, completion and follow-up actions.
- Measure programme performance: Maintain dashboards and reporting on onboarding, certifications, ramp metrics and team OKRs. Use the data to highlight progress, identify gaps and help the team understand where to focus.
- Own Enablement operations: Run OKR and roadmap tracking, the enablement calendar, and the team’s operating rhythms (planning, check-ins and reviews). Track dependencies across RevOps, Product Marketing, People and Product, flag risks early, and keep clear ownership, timelines and follow-through on every workstream.
- Support major enablement events: Help plan and deliver events such as Sales Kick-Off (SKO), including session coordination, timelines and the run of show.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience running onboarding, training or enablement programmes in a fast-moving GTM, sales or commercial environment.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the confidence to lead live sessions, engage different audiences and make complex topics clear and actionable.
- Experience developing training materials and e-learning content that help people understand and apply new skills.
- Experience building and running team operations, such as OKR and roadmap tracking, and operating rhythms, with the ability to coordinate dependencies across teams and keep many stakeholders aligned..
- Experience building or maintaining dashboards, trackers and reporting processes, with the ability to use data to measure progress and inform decisions.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), such as WorkRamp, and an understanding of how to manage learning content and track completion.
- A strong passion for using AI tools and agents, with hands-on experience applying them to automate repetitive tasks, improve processes and find smarter ways to work.
- A creative, curious approach to problem-solving, with the initiative to question existing ways of working and explore better solutions.
Bonus
- Experience supporting a company-wide event, such as Sales Kick-Off.
- Experience working at a high-growth technology or AI company.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong or other GTM reporting tools.

We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. An overview of this role
As a Senior Product Manager for Switchboard, you'll shape how customers manage their GitLab Dedicated infrastructure and how our engineering teams operate a growing fleet of customer instances. Switchboard is the control plane for Dedicated: it helps internal teams scale upgrades and maintenance, while giving customers a place to configure their infrastructure, understand the health of their environment, and receive critical updates.
You'll own the product vision and roadmap, balancing technical and operational needs with a clear, useful customer experience. Dedicated is GitLab's fastest-growing deployment option, and your work will help the business support more customers efficiently. You'll have the autonomy to identify the most important problems and decide where Switchboard should go next, with support from your manager and engineering partners.
What you’ll do
Set the vision and roadmap for Switchboard, connecting customer needs and internal operational challenges to priorities for the engineering team.
Work with engineering and site reliability engineering teams to improve the tools used to operate Dedicated instances, including upgrades and maintenance.
Improve the customer-facing console so customers can manage infrastructure settings, configure private networking and authentication, and understand their instance's health.
Talk directly with customers to understand their needs, explain product decisions, and use their feedback to shape the roadmap.
Bring a strong user experience perspective to product decisions. Work hands-on with engineering to develop and refine workflows, including when a dedicated design partner isn't available.
Explore opportunities to improve the tooling and experience for customers migrating from self-managed GitLab to Dedicated, how we help manage incidents, and to extend Switchboard to support GitLab.com as its architecture evolves.
What you’ll bring
Experience owning a product vision and roadmap and working with engineering to deliver improvements for users.
Technical understanding that helps you discuss infrastructure and operational tradeoffs with engineers and translate them into clear product decisions.
A strong focus on user experience, with experience making complex technical workflows easier to understand and use.
Clear communication and the ability and interest to work directly with customers. Experience with internal tools is relevant, provided you're comfortable taking on customer-facing product work.
The ability to work independently, make sense of an evolving problem space, and prioritize across customer experience, operational efficiency, and business needs.
You may also bring experience with control planes, cloud management consoles, infrastructure products, internal operational tools, customer migrations, or incident management, but these aren't required.
About the team
We work across product management, engineering, and site reliability engineering to solve technical, operational, and user experience problems.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Compute is one of the most capital-intensive and strategically important functions at Baseten. Every inference request we serve runs on capacity we have sourced, contracted, and financed, and the deals behind that capacity are growing in size and complexity.
As a member of the Strategic Compute Investments team, you will work on some of the largest and most complex compute investments. Working directly with our Head of Supply, Finance, and company leadership, you will structure, model, diligence, and help negotiate the large compute, data center, and infrastructure transactions that determine how fast and how profitably Baseten can grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the analytical and structuring work behind major supply transactions, including multi-year capacity commitments, data center and powered land opportunities, and strategic partnerships
- Build the financial models that underwrite each deal, from unit economics and TCO through return, risk, and scenario analysis, and turn them into clear recommendations for leadership
- Design deal structures that balance cost, flexibility, and risk, including commitment terms, payment timing, prepayments, and financing options
- Lead diligence on counterparties and opportunities, coordinating across Finance, Legal, Engineering, and external advisors
- Track market pricing, capital flows, and financing trends across the compute and infrastructure landscape to inform strategy
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure or real estate investing, venture or growth investing, management consulting, or a comparable corporate finance or corporate development role
- Hands-on experience structuring, modeling, and executing complex transactions from first look through close
- Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, with the judgment to turn analysis into a clear recommendation
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior leadership and external counterparties
- High ownership and comfort with ambiguity: you want to build the process, not inherit one
- Genuine interest in AI infrastructure and the economics of compute
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience investing in or financing digital infrastructure, data centers, power, or energy
- Exposure to compute, cloud, or GPU markets, including capacity contracts or infrastructure financing
- Prior experience moving from a finance or investing seat into an operating role at a high-growth company
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America — we also have offices in NYC, London, San Francisco, Paris and Seattle.
We’re looking for a Creative with a focus on campaigns for Product Marketing. This is not a growth role. It’s a hands-on campaign creative role for someone who makes the work themselves, with AI as their primary medium. You’ll own full-funnel launch campaigns for Runway’s products, features and research: launch films, key visuals, landing pages, lifecycle emails, onboarding flows and everything in between. You’ll report to the Creative Director of Product Marketing.
We’re open to creatives who lead with art direction or with copy. What matters is that you make the work yourself and can move across both. Your work will directly shape how people discover, understand and adopt what Runway builds. That means work with real taste that stops people mid-scroll, makes new research feel tangible, and turns curiosity into first use. You’ll also help build the workflows and automations that let a small team ship at the pace of the product. You’ll partner closely with product marketing, design, research, growth and product teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build full-funnel launch campaigns end to end: the idea, the script, the boards, the generation, the edit, the finish.
- Make launch films, key visuals and campaign systems that hold up next to the best brand work in the world.
- Turn research breakthroughs into work people outside the field can feel, not just read about.
- Extend each campaign across every surface (landing pages, social, email, in-product) without losing the idea.
- Work at the pace of the product: several launches at once, fast timelines, quality never optional.
- Build the machine behind the work. Turn what you make into reusable prompts, workflows and automated pipelines, so every campaign starts further ahead than the last.
- Treat every new model as new creative territory, and show the team what’s now possible before anyone asks.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 4+ years making creative at an agency, studio or brand, with real campaigns shipped for real clients.
- A portfolio that proves taste first. AI-generated or AI-assisted work should be central to it.
- Fluency with image and video models, plus the craft tools to finish (editing, compositing, design).
- Art direction instincts: casting, styling, light, composition, type and pacing.
- A strong lead discipline (art direction, motion/edit or copy) and comfort across the others.
- A builder’s mindset. You’ve chained tools together, automated the repetitive parts, or built workflows others use.
- The range to move from a cinematic launch film to a single perfect frame in the same week.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience launching creative tools, AI products or research.
- You’ve already built something interesting on Runway.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
WORKING AT RUNWAY

As Legal Counsel, you’ll be an early member of the Mistral legal team in the US, which forms part of the global legal team. The core of this role is (a) drafting and negotiating commercial agreements to support the growth of our business in North America and (b) supporting the development of AI tools to scale Mistral’s legal operations. As part of a start-up legal team, you’ll need to be nimble enough to quickly ramp up on new areas of law, such as product matters (privacy, marketing, and regulatory compliance), intellectual property, and other matters, as needed. You should be comfortable with charting new paths and interested in designing the legal department of the future.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Refine and create templates to scale with the company as it grows.
- Provide solution-oriented legal, regulatory, and strategic advice and direction to teams across our company, from the initial stages of project development to launch and beyond.
- Efficiently manage and work with outside counsel to support projects you manage.
- Stay up-to-date and ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws and regulations that apply to AI technologies, including AI-specific regulations, privacy and data protection, competition, consumer protection, payments, and intellectual property.
- Build positive relationships across the company and with its external partners.
- Occasional travel to Paris headquarters is encouraged.
WHO YOU ARE
- JD from an accredited law school and member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
- 5+ years of law firm and/or in-house experience, including experience in project management. In-house experience at a technology company and/or in a fast-paced and high-growth environment is a strong plus.
- Experience managing technology implementation/solutions projects to meet corporate operational standards.
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including creating and refining form agreements.
- Fluency in common AI tools, and a track record of responsibly using AI technologies to drive efficiency and process improvement.
- Generalist skill set with the willingness to tackle problems outside your core expertise.
- Ability to balance an attention to detail with the requirements of a fast-paced company.
- Demonstrated business and pragmatic judgment, and the ability to analyze the costs/benefits of proposed resolutions to complex legal and technical problems.
- Proven ability to build solid, trusting, and credible relationships, including working closely with science, engineering, business, and marketing teams.
- Excellent writing, communication, and people skills.
- An understanding of AI technologies and their applications, including how they intersect with relevant areas of law, such as privacy and data protection, competition, and intellectual property, and related ethical considerations such as fairness, transparency, accountability, and bias mitigation

Workplace: Hybrid
Perplexity is looking for a senior commercial attorney to join our Legal team. We are looking for an independent, business-practical yet diligent-minded professional who can carry live deals, extend the infrastructure we have already built, and hold the line on the terms that matter as deal volume, complexity, and regulatory surface all grow.
You will negotiate directly with large enterprise customers across a large variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, government, and other regulated industries, partner daily with Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, Deal Desk, Security, Privacy, Product, and Finance, and advise on the legal questions that come with agentic, retrieval, and API products deployed inside enterprise environments. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who is genuinely a self starter.
This role is for you if you get energy from ambiguous, first‑of‑their‑kind problems and enjoy designing repeatable approaches that scale. You default to enabling the business, frame risk in practical terms, and focus on durable structures rather than one‑off fixes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently lead end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of Enterprise customer agreements across our suite of offerings: Enterprise Pro, Enterprise Max, Computer, and API product lines, including MSAs, order forms, SaaS and API terms, DPAs, BAAs, security exhibits, customer-paper redlines, product-specific addenda, and public-sector vehicles such as GSA MAS orders and federal RFP responses.
- Serve as a trusted legal partner to Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, Deal Desk, and Customer Success, providing fast, practical, business-aligned counsel that accelerates deal velocity, protects the terms that matter, and scales as the Sales organization grows.
- Extend and maintain the existing Enterprise negotiation playbook, DPA and Privacy Notice architecture, product-specific term libraries, and fallback positions as our product surface, customer mix, and regulatory environment evolve, so that positions compound into reusable precedent rather than being re-litigated deal by deal.
- Advise on AI-specific contract terms for enterprise deployments, including bespoke data postures; negotiate output ownership and liability, agentic-feature risk allocation and translate product operations into enterprise contract commitments.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Finance, and Compliance to surface and address legal risk early, particularly on customer-data flows, enterprise integrations, model routing, and customer-specific compliance requirements.
- Monitor the evolving regulatory landscape for enterprise AI, data protection, and public-sector procurement (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, DORA, EU AI Act, sector-specific frameworks) and translate emerging requirements into practical contractual positions and updated playbook guidance.
- Represent Perplexity Legal externally on customer negotiation calls with counterparty counsel at sophisticated enterprises.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Exceptional communicator who owns deadlines, proactively manages internal and external expectations, and escalates early and clearly to protect deal timelines and momentum.
- A proactive problem‑solver who defaults to “yes, and” when engaging with internal stakeholders: you look for ways to make deals work, frame risk clearly, and design long‑term, scalable solutions.
- A disciplined drafter who favors surgical, minimal‑footprint edits over wholesale rewrites, grounds positions in documented rationale, and preserves material legal meaning and risk allocation under time pressure.
- Someone who can articulate complex legal risk and concepts in the form of simple, actionable terms for non‑legal stakeholders, leads with practical “how to make this work” advice, and designs creative, long‑term solutions to novel, cutting‑edge challenges.
- Someone genuinely excited by novel, cutting‑edge challenges in AI products and the commercial and regulatory questions they surface, and who enjoys turning ambiguity into clear, reusable approaches.
QUALIFICATIONS
- JD and in good standing with an active U.S. state bar membership.
- At least 7+ years of combined law firm and in-house experience, with a substantial in-house component, and a demonstrated track record of independently owning complex enterprise SaaS or API deals from the vendor side, including work with regulated-industry customers (financial services, healthcare, or government).
- Experience advising on commercial terms and pricing structures for high‑growth SaaS/API businesses, including usage‑based and tiered pricing, pilots, and expansion frameworks.
- Familiarity with data protection and security frameworks (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, DORA, EU AI Act) and hands-on experience negotiating DPAs.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Deal Desk, Product, Security, and executive stakeholders on live deals under time pressure.
- Proven ability to triage and progress multiple concurrent deals under tight timelines while maintaining rigorous diligence, clear risk assessment, and high‑quality documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and extend durable legal infrastructure — playbooks, templates, precedent repositories, or self-serve tools.
- Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical audiences and to translate legal concepts into usable guidance for non-lawyers, including Sales and Deal Desk.
- Hands-on, can-do approach to tackle projects large and small, low-ego approach to working closely with the Director and across the organization, and judgment about when to escalate and when to close.
- Positive collaborative attitude, comfort with ambiguity and a fast pace, high level of integrity, and intellectual curiosity about AI technology.
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience with public-sector contracting or with on-prem deployment structures.
- Experience with AI-native contracting questions related to agentic products
- Experience with contracting with regulated entities (financial institutions or health care), especially in the EU/UK.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
The Role
As an IP Rights Manager on the IP & Licensing team, you will own the operational backbone of how Mistral manages rights, obligations, and restrictions across the datasets we license. This role sits at the intersection of copyright, data protection, and AI, and exists because the volume and complexity of our data agreements have outgrown manual processes. You will work closely with the colleagues who negotiate our agreements commercially and legally, translating their work into systems, workflows, and databases that keep us compliant and scalable.
The IP & Licensing team is responsible for all content and data licensing at Mistral. Your work will directly determine whether we can use the data we acquire, how we track what we are allowed to do with it, and whether our clients and partners stay within the rights we grant them. You will build the infrastructure that makes legal analysis repeatable, not just advisory.
Your scope spans the full lifecycle of data-related agreements: clearing inbound data usage requests, codifying contract terms into structured metadata, tracking ongoing compliance obligations, and automating reporting. You will also design and run AI-powered workflows that handle contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and renewal alerts, turning legal judgment into scalable operations.
What You Will Do
- Clear inbound data usage requests by researching rights status, scope, obligations, and restrictions before data enters Mistral systems.
- Review data-related agreements and codify their key terms into structured metadata, maintaining the team's template library and playbook alongside Legal.
- Determine whether specific AI use cases are covered by third-party agreements, identify gaps, and recommend contract amendments.
- Build and maintain a central database as the single source of truth for every signed data-related agreement, covering permitted uses, confidentiality, and re-use permissions.
- Track ongoing compliance obligations and automate reporting, including renewal alerts and master licensing partnership administration.
- Develop and run AI workflows for contract review assistance, obligation extraction, and compliance monitoring.
- Verify provenance, ownership, and consents for acquired data, flagging obligations that must be tracked.
- Monitor that Mistral clients and partners operate within granted rights, administering the approval system that enforces legal restrictions.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor's degree in law, publishing, information science, business, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in copyright, permissions, licensing, legal operations, or contract administration, ideally in an AI, tech, or data-driven environment.
- Solid working knowledge of EU and US copyright law and contract administration, with demonstrated ability to interpret contracts independently.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling confidential agreements.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal constraints to non-lawyers.
- A legal-ops mindset: you take initiative, anticipate needs through ambiguity, and think about how to operationalize legal analysis at scale.
- Comfort building agentic AI workflows in a complex enterprise environment; you are an AI power user, not just a consumer.
- Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or another European language is a plus, as is experience with CLM tools like Ironclad, prior work setting up AI workflows in a legal team, or contracting experience with publishing houses.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
About the role
We are looking for a versatile corporate and regulatory lawyer to join Cohere’s Legal team. Reporting to our Senior Governance Counsel, this role will support a global portfolio of corporate governance, entity and intercompany matters, together with cross-border regulatory, trade and compliance workstreams.
This role is designed for a lawyer with a strong corporate foundation who has also developed meaningful regulatory and trade experience. You should be comfortable moving between different types of legal work including:
- supporting global corporate governance and entity matters, including subsidiary governance, entity establishment and restructuring, intercompany arrangements and delegated authorities;
- supporting cross-border regulatory workstreams, including foreign investment and national-security reviews, regulatory diligence and filing coordination;
- helping the business navigate export-control, sanctions and related compliance requirements; and
- supporting legal and regulatory issues arising from public-sector and regulated-market opportunities, particularly where sovereignty, procurement, security or other market-access requirements come into play.
You will work closely with colleagues across Legal, Finance, Tax, People, Security, Government Affairs and commercial teams, as well as with specialist external counsel in multiple jurisdictions. The role requires sound judgment, curiosity and the ability to take ownership of a workstream, identify when specialist advice is needed, and turn that advice into practical action.
What you’ll do
- Support Cohere’s global corporate governance and entity matters, including subsidiary governance, entity establishment and restructuring, board and shareholder matters, corporate approvals, delegated authorities, signing frameworks and ongoing entity maintenance.
- Support Cohere’s intercompany legal architecture, including intercompany agreements and other cross-border operating arrangements, working closely with Finance, Tax, People and local counsel to ensure Cohere’s entities are structured and operated appropriately across jurisdictions.
- Support cross-border regulatory workstreams, including foreign investment screening, national-security reviews, regulatory diligence, filing coordination and the implementation of regulatory commitments arising in connection with acquisitions, investments, restructurings and other significant matters.
- Support Cohere’s export-control, sanctions and related compliance matters, including coordinating specialist external advice and translating regulatory requirements into practical internal guidance, controls and documentation.
- Support legal and regulatory workstreams arising from public-sector and regulated-market opportunities, particularly where sovereignty, procurement, security or other market-access requirements need to be understood and operationalised.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external counsel across jurisdictions, ensuring that legal and regulatory workstreams are appropriately scoped, progressed and implemented.
- Take ownership of matters within the role’s remit and help develop practical, scalable approaches as Cohere’s international footprint grows.
What we’re looking for
- A qualified lawyer with approximately 4–8 years of relevant experience, gained at a leading law firm, a sophisticated in-house legal team, or preferably a combination of both.
- A strong corporate and cross-border legal foundation, with experience across areas such as subsidiary governance, entity structuring and reorganisations, intercompany arrangements, delegated authorities, corporate approvals and other aspects of international corporate practice.
- Meaningful exposure to cross-border regulatory matters, particularly foreign investment screening, national-security reviews, export controls, sanctions, international trade or related corporate compliance issues. Deep specialism in any one of these areas is not required.
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, including coordinating local and specialist external counsel and bringing different legal, regulatory and business inputs together into a coherent internal position.
- Strong judgment, range and commercial awareness, with the ability to get quickly up to speed on unfamiliar issues, identify what matters most and distinguish issues that can be handled internally from those requiring specialist advice.
- The ability to take ownership of an internal legal workstream, ask the right questions of specialist counsel, digest complex advice and translate it into clear, practical next steps for the business.
- Clear and practical communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Tax, People, Security, Government Affairs and commercial teams.
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with comfort moving between different subject areas and working across functions, jurisdictions and time zones.
- Experience in technology, AI or another regulated industry would be helpful, but is not essential.
- Exposure to public-sector, government-facing or regulated-market matters is a plus but is not a prerequisite.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, AI, cloud or infrastructure, or another regulated industry.
- Experience supporting a multinational organisation with a growing international entity footprint, particularly where legal, tax, finance and operational considerations intersect.
- Exposure to public-sector, government-facing or regulated-market matters, including procurement, digital sovereignty, security, accreditation or related market-access requirements.
- Familiarity with North American, UK or EU regulatory frameworks relevant to cross-border technology businesses.
What success looks like
- You can move comfortably between corporate and regulatory matters, identify the core issue quickly and make progress even where the work does not fit neatly into a single legal category.
- You can take ownership of a complex cross-border workstream, bring together the right internal stakeholders and external advisers, and drive it through to a practical outcome.
- You know when specialist advice is needed, can frame the right questions for external counsel, and can turn complex advice into clear, actionable guidance for the business.
- You become a trusted execution partner across Cohere’s corporate governance and regulatory portfolio, taking meaningful ownership of workstreams and creating capacity for more strategic, cross-functional and government-facing work at the senior level.

Are you a health professional considering a career change?
Are you motivated by performance, accountability, and the challenge of building something within a defined territory?
If you have an allied health background — Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, Strength & Conditioning, or similar — and are hungry to learn the craft of consultative field sales, this Business Development Manager (BDM) role at VALD may be the next step in your career.
About VALD
VALD is the world leader in technology for the allied health industry, providing innovative human-measurement technology to over 10,000 clients in over 150 countries. If you have a favorite team in the NBA, EPL, or NFL, there's a good chance they use VALD Technologies.

About the VALD Business Development Manager Role
This is a FIELD SALES role with defined territory ownership.
While this position is considered “remote” in that VALD does not operate a local office in every territory, this is not an inside sales or work-from-anywhere role. Business Development Managers are expected to spend time in the field meeting clients, performing product demonstrations, and developing relationships across their assigned territory.
Location & Residency Requirements
• This role requires the candidate to temporarily support and fill a position in the assigned location for approximately 3–4 months.
• Applicants must be willing and able to reside in or regularly work from the assigned location for the duration of the temporary assignment.
• Candidates must be willing to relocate within 90 minutes of the assigned location with the ability to travel around 3–4-hour radius of where they live.

As part of a truly global team, you will attend conferences and perform product demonstrations (both in-person and teleconferences) in clinical, performance, and tactical settings. You'll set up and oversee product trials, nurture new leads and look for new opportunities for VALD.
With an education-based approach to sales, as a Business Development Manager, you must have an intimate knowledge of VALD's systems. You'll leverage your industry expertise and product knowledge to demonstrate how our clients can get the most out of our systems to provide value to their business.
Is this you?

• Approximately 50% travel, primarily regional.
• Frequent day travel by car, with occasional overnight stays depending on territory.
• Limited air travel may be required based on geography (all work-related travel is reimbursed)
• Standard working hours are expected, with occasional evenings or weekends required for conferences, events, or lead follow-up.
• Reliable personal vehicle required (all work-related mileage is reimbursed).
• Ability to transport and demonstrate VALD equipment; carrying demo equipment up to ~75 lbs is required. Vehicle suitability (to fit VALD systems) can be discussed during interviews.
Qualifications & Experience
• Background in allied health or performance (PT, ATC, S&C, Exercise Science, or similar)
• New graduates welcome; preferred candidates have 2+ years of field experience
• Strong communication skills across in-person, virtual, and written formats
• Comfort with cold prospecting (drop-ins, calls, emails)
• Confidence engaging with professionals at all levels (students to executives)
• Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft 365 tools
• Prior field sales experience is considered only if aligned with clinical background and having sold within subscription-based sales models
Who Succeeds in This Role
The strongest BDMs at VALD share two defining traits:
1. Lifelong learners — curious, coachable, and driven to improve their craft.
2. GRIT — able to handle rejection, fail forward, accept feedback without ego, and stay focused on long-term success.
This role is well suited for:
• Health professionals seeking a career change into sales
• Early-career BDMs
• Mid-career sales professionals with relevant clinical and industry background
Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage a defined sales territory across performance and health verticals
• Self-generate a sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and marketing driven inbound opportunities
• Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations & oversee client trials
• Work full-cycle sales opportunities in partnership with Contracts and Client Success
• Achieve monthly and quarterly quota targets based on quantity of systems sold
• Accurately manage pipeline activity using CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
• Represent VALD professionally at conferences, events, and industry meetings
Compensation & Benefits
• Commission and on-target bonus structure
• Home office setup or co-working allowance offered
• Full VALD equipment demo kit, iPad, and a work computer
• Monthly expense reimbursement
• Monthly fitness and wellness allowance
• Medical, vision, dental insurance, and 401(k)
It’s not expected that any single candidate would check every box here. If you meet just some of the requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application!
We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re at all interested. Show us how your experience could improve our team and widen our perspective. Our selection process includes assessing the requirements of the role vs the individual, and how well we think they will work in the VALD team.
Why VALD?
At VALD, you’ll join a global team redefining how performance and healthcare professionals measure and improve human movement.
We offer opportunities to learn from high-performing teams, collaborate across disciplines, and grow within a company that values curiosity, accountability, and impact. Semi-annual global team gatherings provide opportunities for professional development and connection, while our culture prioritizes inclusion, diversity, and long-term growth.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and embracing diversity, including gender, nationality, disability, age, marital/parental status, ethnicity, gender identity, socioeconomic background and sexual orientation.
