A little bit about us:
We are Belvo, an open finance API platform with the bold vision of democratizing access to financial services in Latin America. We enable any financial innovator to access and interpret financial data, as well as initiate payments from their end-users accounts. We’re turning the messy complexities of the Latin American financial ecosystem into a modern set of tools to access and interpret data and move money in a seamless and secure way.
We’re a highly-technical, passionate, and driven team. We are more than 90 people and our team currently represents 20 nationalities. We have offices in São Paulo and Mexico City – while a large portion of us work remotely.
We are tackling a very stimulating problem: connecting fintech innovators with legacy financial infrastructure. We strive to go beyond the limits of what is possible today and to do so in an elegant and developer-first way.
Since starting our adventure in May 2019, we have raised $71m from the leading VC investors globally.
You can read more about our company here https://belvo.com/about/ and about our team and culture here https://belvo.com/careers/. Also, head to our blog https://belvo.com/blog/ for more news about what we’re building and how we work https://belvo.com/blog/category/working-belvo/.
About the team:
- We work in cross-functional, autonomous teams. We follow continuous delivery best practices executed on top of a modern technology stack.
- Our products are built for developers, by developers. Technological excellence is at the heart of what we do.
- We are pragmatic and customer-focused. We strive to find the right set of trade-offs in order to validate our hypothesis as early as possible, iterating on our products based on customer feedback.
- We communicate transparently. We do weekly all-hands where we get together to discuss company performance and goals.
- While we are global and remote-friendly, we also operate from our vibrant offices in CDMX and Sao Paulo. To accommodate the various time zones in which we are based, we ensure we’re always synced up for at least 3 hours per day.
- Also, we are backed by some of the leading investors in Silicon Valley and Latin America, including Founders Fund, Kaszek Ventures, and YCombinator.
The challenge
The Intelligence Squad is Belvo's AI enabler team. One part of the squad builds the platforms and patterns that let every team at Belvo ship AI. This role sits in the other part: turning the financial data and payments we aggregate across Latin America into models that make real decisions, who looks creditworthy, which transaction is fraudulent, what category a payment belongs to, whether an income statement checks out. That data drives real financial outcomes for the people and businesses on the other end, so the bar for rigor is high.
You'll be the data science reference in the squad. We're not hiring someone to execute a modeling backlog someone else wrote. We want someone who decides which problems are worth modeling, defines how we know a model is good enough, and raises the data science bar for everyone they work with. You'll be deep enough in statistics and ML to defend a modeling choice to anyone, whether this is a set of rules to simplify a problem or a complex model that you build. You'll be close enough to the business to turn a commercial problem into a modeling roadmap and a business case. And you'll be a strong enough engineer to take your models from notebook to production and own them there.
Responsibilities
- Model development and selection: Lead the design of statistical and ML models (classification, regression, ranking, NLP or LLM-based) for problems like risk scoring, fraud detection and transaction categorization. Choose approaches on their merits and defend those choices with data, not habit.
- AI-leveraged delivery: Use agentic coding and research tooling as a core part of how you work: exploring data, generating and testing feature hypotheses, scaffolding pipelines, writing the service around the model. We care about the decisions you ship, not hours at the keyboard, and we expect you to keep compressing the gap between the two.
- Feature engineering with business context: Work with Product and the business teams to figure out which signals in Belvo's financial data actually explain the outcome you're modeling, and translate an ambiguous business question into a well-scoped modeling problem.
- Productionization and ownership: Take models past the notebook. Build or shape the pipelines, APIs and services that run them reliably in production, and own them once they're live: monitoring, drift, retraining, and retirement when the evidence says so.
- Experimentation: Design and run experiments (A/B tests and offline evaluation) to confirm that a model change actually moves the metric it's meant to move.
- Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Engineering, Data Research, Product, and the rest of the Intelligence Squad to ship end to end, and with stakeholders across the business to keep your models grounded in what actually matters to them.
- Business and customer partnership: Work directly with stakeholders and, when needed, customers. Translate ambiguous business questions into well-scoped problems, and explain trade-offs and impact clearly to non-technical audiences, executives included.
- Staying current: GenAI moves weekly. We expect you to be genuinely plugged in: model releases, papers, and tooling, to hold an opinion on what's real versus hype, and to bring the useful parts back to the squad as a demo, a doc, or a session for our company-wide AI Chapter.
- Framing the problem: Decide what's worth modeling. Push back when a rule, a heuristic, or a better data pipeline solves the problem without a model, and be willing to kill or retire your own model when the evidence says so.
This position may be for you if
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, Applied Scientist, or in a similar hands-on modeling role.
- You've owned models end to end in production, from framing the problem to monitoring it live, and you can point to the measurable business impact they had.
- You have a solid grounding in statistics and can explain how your models work at that level, not just how to call them.
- You've built and compared more than one type of model (for example tree-based methods, regression, deep learning) for the same problem and can justify why you picked the one you shipped.
- You're comfortable in Python for data science (pandas, scikit-learn, and at least one of TensorFlow or PyTorch) and in SQL for pulling and shaping your own data.
- You've taken several models you built into production yourself, not just handed it off to someone else to deploy. You http://deploy.You understand engineering fundamentals: testing, version control, CI/CD, and how to write code someone other than you can maintain.
- You've built with LLMs past the API-call level: tool use or agents, retrieval, structured outputs, and shipped at least one to production. You can explain how you knew it was good enough, which means you've built some form of evaluation, not just eyeballed outputs.
- Agentic coding tools are part of your daily workflow, not a novelty. You can walk us through a specific task that used to take you days and now takes hours: how you set it up, what you delegated, and where you still don't trust the output.
- You're proficient in written and spoken English.
Amazing if
- You've worked in fintech, financial risk, or another regulated data environment before.
- You have a business or strategy background alongside data science (an MBA, consulting, or a product/strategy role).
- You've worked in a customer-facing data science role, such as a forward-deployed engineer or a solutions/applied team at a data platform company.
- You've worked with MLOps tooling for model versioning, monitoring, and automated retraining.
- You've deployed models on AWS (for example SageMaker or an equivalent managed ML service).
- You've written evals or an LLM-as-judge harness for a non-deterministic system, and have opinions about where that approach breaks.
- You've used LLMs inside the data pipeline itself: labeling, extraction, categorization, and can say where they beat a classical model and where they quietly don't.
Tech stack
- Python is our primary language for data science and modeling (pandas, scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks as needed).
- SQL against a cloud data warehouse for data access and feature work.Claude deployed company-wide and Claude Code for every engineer. Agentic tooling is part of how we work daily, not a side experiment.
- Cloud infrastructure on AWS, favoring managed services so you can focus on the modeling problem rather than infrastructure plumbing.
- An experimentation platform for A/B testing and offline evaluation.
- We use Datadog for service observability across the company.
- We follow Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices.
Our tech stack:
- We’re building our platform using modern technologies, putting the focus on reliability and long-term maintainability
- We primarily use Python on the backend. We use battle-tested technologies such as Django, and we are heavy users of Python’s asyncio for some parts of our stack
- We use Javascript, Vue.js and Sass on the frontend. We are developing and leveraging our own design system and component library
- We run our infrastructure on top of Amazon Web Services, leveraging managed services. We tend to favor the use of managed services wherever possible, in order to focus on our business problems
- We observe and monitor our services using Datadog
- We follow Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery best practices

ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
Our Corporate teams support the company’s performance and growth whilst putting people at the core of everything they do. As a French tech leader and global successful company, our Corporate teams are constantly looking for ways to innovate and increase organization efficiency to keep Voodoo ahead of the market. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of three teams: HR, Legal and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
ROLE
We're looking for a Legal Counsel, AdTech Transactions to join our Legal team. In this role, you'll own the contracts and legal questions across Voodoo's advertising activity: selling ad inventory in our apps, buying user acquisition at scale, and the ad network we are now launching to connect third-party publishers and advertisers.
This position sits at the intersection of ad tech, commercial contracting, and data and privacy law, in a market where platform policies, ATT, GDPR, and consent frameworks change several times a year. Your work will directly shape how Voodoo monetizes its inventory, buys and measures user acquisition, grows its advertising network, and handles player data, while keeping us within legal and platform requirements and player expectations.
Your main responsibilities :
- Own ad tech transactions end-to-end for Voodoo's games and apps portfolio: draft, negotiate and close agreements with mediation platforms, ad networks, exchanges and SSPs on the sell side, and with ad networks, DSPs, direct advertisers and rewarded platforms on the buy side, including the incentive and rebate agreements (bonuses, UA credits, payment terms), that drive the commercial terms..
- Negotiate agreements with mobile measurement partners, attribution and analytics vendors, data providers and other partners
- Advise on SDK integrations and data flows together with the Privacy team, so contracts match what the tech actually does
- Build our advertising network's contract framework and advertising policies for third-party publishers, advertisers and programmatic partners; negotiate its infrastructure agreements and structure its commercial offers on the legal side
- Manage partner disputes with networks, mediation platforms and other ad tech partners, including reporting discrepancies, invalid traffic (IVT) and compensation claims, from first analysis through negotiated resolution.
- Track and apply platform policy changes and translate them into contract positions and business guidance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Monetization, UA, Ad Network, Publishing and other product teams, serving as a trusted legal partner who helps the business move with speed and confidence
- Build scalable legal infrastructure-templates, playbooks, fallback positions, contract tooling - that allows the business to operate efficiently as volume grows
PROFILE
- 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, with meaningful time spent on ad tech and mobile/programmatic advertising, ideally in-house
- Substantive familiarity with ad tech: you understand how mediation, in-app bidding, SDK-based data collection, attribution and device identifiers work at a technical level - not just a conceptual one - and you know who does what along the supply chain
- Transactional experience: you've negotiated agreements with companies across the advertising ecosystem, ideally on both the publisher and advertiser side
- Privacy law fluency: you handle the privacy side of a deal as comfortably as the commercial side
- Industry standards: you know IAB terms and the TCF inside out
- Risk tolerance and business judgment: you're comfortable making calls in the absence of perfect information, offering clear and concise risk framing that avoids unnecessary stalling of the business. You operate like a business partner, not outside counsel
- Strong communication skills: you translate complex legal requirements into plain language for technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and you're comfortable presenting your views succinctly and with confidence
- Autonomy and initiative: you take ownership of your portfolio, identify problems before they escalate, and propose solutions rather than waiting to be directed
- Master 2 in business law, IT/digital law or IP law from a French university or equivalent; avocat or in-house juriste profiles are equally welcome; an LL.M. or study abroad experience is a plus
- Full professional English required
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays
Location: New Jersey; New York; Pennsylvania; Connecticut; Massachusetts
Workplace: remote
About the role:
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
Requirements:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What We Offer:
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
No Visa sponsorship
We’re real:
A person reads your application.
We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification.
Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with.
We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
How we hire:
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
4. Soft skills interview.
5. Offer discussion.

About NRS
National Retail Solutions (NRS) is a leading provider of point-of-sale, payment, and digital solutions to tens of thousands of independent retailers across the United States and Canada. As a major player in the retail technology industry, NRS is expanding into next-generation cloud platforms, high-throughput retail ecosystems, and advanced analytics solutions.
We are building modern, highly scalable systems designed specifically for high-volume retail operations and real-time reporting. This project represents one of the most significant technical initiatives in NRS’s history and offers a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a major strategic expansion.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineer
based in Minsk, Belarus to join our distributed engineering team. In this role, you will help architect and build core components of NRS’s next-generation retail platform. You will focus heavily on robust backend services written in Golang, high-throughput query performance, and leveraging ClickHouse for real-time reporting and large-scale data modeling, alongside modern front-end architectures using Vue.js and micro-frontends
Experience with columnar/OLAP databases like
ClickHouse
is highly desired to support our analytical engine, but deep, hands-on mastery of SQL, data indexing, and database performance profiling is the primary requirement.
You will work closely with engineering leadership, product managers, and architects across Israel, Belarus, and the U.S., contributing meaningfully to the technical direction, data architecture, and scalability of our products.
This position requires
3 days a week in-office work
at our office in Minsk to collaborate in person with local engineering peers, along with regular remote collaboration across our global teams
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Architecture
Architect, build, and maintain high-performance full-stack applications—ranging from real-time analytics dashboards to reporting pipelines—with a strong focus on
Golang
for backend microservices and
Vue.js
on the front end.
Design, model, and optimize high-speed relational and analytical data stores—writing advanced SQL queries, materialized views, aggregation logic, and indexing strategies to power real-time reporting dashboards.
Leverage analytical data stores (ideally
ClickHouse
) to build ultra-efficient reporting engines and handle high-throughput data ingestion.
Design and implement modular micro-frontend architectures to support scalable, independently deployable UI components across team boundaries.
Take end-to-end ownership of core system components, high-throughput backend APIs, and event-driven microservices.
Drive architectural design, technical planning, query optimization, and engineering best practices across the team.
Ensure platform scalability, low latency, fault tolerance, and secure service design.
Execution & Delivery
Write clean, maintainable, highly efficient, and well-tested Go and JavaScript/TypeScript code.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams in the U.S. and locally to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Uphold code quality through thorough code reviews; we use AI-assisted tooling (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code) as part of our workflow.
Debug, profile, and optimize complex SQL queries, execution plans, database locks, and distributed backend microservices.
Collaboration & Culture
Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support continuous delivery.
Communicate effectively across time zones and collaborate seamlessly with global engineering leadership.
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of full-stack development experience
, with at least
2 years in a senior or lead capacity
.
Solid Backend Expertise in Go:
Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling Go-based microservices, concurrent applications, and REST/gRPC APIs.
Deep SQL Mastery & Data Modeling:
Expert-level knowledge of SQL, including writing complex joins, subqueries, query execution plan analysis (EXPLAIN), indexing strategies, schema normalization/denormalization, and performance profiling for large-scale reporting datasets.
Modern Frontend & Micro-Frontend Mastery:
Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks—specifically
Vue.js
(Vue 3 / Composition API).
Demonstrated experience designing or working within micro-frontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation, single-spa, component isolation).
Experience building end-to-end SaaS products, microservices, or complex distributed web platforms.
Proficiency with Linux/Unix environments, Git, and CI/CD automation workflows.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead technical initiatives independently.
Excellent English communication skills with experience collaborating with remote/U.S.-based stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
ClickHouse / OLAP Experience:
Direct hands-on experience with ClickHouse or other columnar/analytical databases (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) is a
strong plus
.
Working knowledge of
PHP
(legacy service integration/migration).
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (
Docker, Kubernetes
).
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (ideally
AWS
).
Knowledge of real-time communication technologies (
WebSockets, gRPC, Kafka, or NATS
).
We are pleased to offer:

Location: New York City Office
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Director of Growth, you'll own the plan for how Tennr generates pipeline: where we invest, what we stop doing, and how we know it's working. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask AI assistants which vendors to consider. We sell several products into each of them, including referral intake, prior auth, AI voice, and patient onboarding, and every new vertical, product, and channel multiplies the ways we could spend the next dollar. Your job is to pick the few that matter most and make sure the team executes on them.
You'll lead Growth Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance. You'll set the targets, work backwards from them to operating milestones, and run the cadence that keeps the team accountable to the number. This role suits someone who thinks like a general manager: you'll act as strategist, analyst, systems builder, and partner to Sales in the same week. The scope will grow to cover new problems as Tennr grows.
You'll know you're right for this if you've been the person leadership hands its hardest growth problem, you're as comfortable building the model as running the review, and you want to build a team around this work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Goals & Metrics: Own Tennr's marketing-sourced pipeline target and set the channel goals that roll up into it. Break it into its drivers: CPL, CPQL, conversion to opportunity, and pipeline contribution by segment and channel. Own the model that explains what moves each one, and make sure progress is measured the same way every week.
- Roadmap: Diagnose the biggest opportunities and constraints across verticals, products, and channels. Form a clear point of view on where Growth should invest and what it should deprioritize, and defend that call with data.
- Planning: Turn the roadmap into a short list of initiatives with owners, success metrics, budget, and headcount. Run annual and quarterly planning for Growth, allocate budget across channels, including direct programs, and partner with Finance on spend and payback.
- Operating System: Design the cadences, dashboards, and decision forums that surface performance gaps early and turn them into action. Partner with Sales on pipeline reviews, keep conversion signal clean from first touch to closed deal, and make changes in our systems of record yourself rather than filing a ticket.
- Strategic Projects: Lead the high-stakes growth questions as they come up, such as how to enter a new vertical, how to take a new product to market, or how to position against a competitor, and bring the analysis that settles them.
- Direct Programs: Own the programs that put Tennr in front of buyers and customers directly. Decide which ones earn investment, run them against a fixed budget and date, and hold them to the same pipeline standard as every other channel.
- Experimentation: Set the bar for which experiments get run, funded, and scaled across new channels, AI tools, and Clay workflows, and cut the ones that don't earn their spend.
- Team: Lead Growth Marketing across paid, search, AEO, and direct programs. Hire and develop the team as it scales, while staying hands-on in the work yourself.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Sales on target segments and pipeline, Content Marketing on offers, Brand and Design on creative, Product on launches, and Finance on budget. Create clarity and drive decisions across teams you don't manage directly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience, mixing strategy work (management consulting at MBB or similar, investment banking, or private equity) with at least 3 years at a high-growth startup in strategy, business operations, growth, or revenue operations. At least 1 year personally owning a business outcome, such as a P&L, quota, pipeline, or retention number.
- First-principles thinking. You can take an ambiguous problem, identify the outcome that matters, break it into its drivers, and design a practical path forward.
- Quantitative fluency. You build your own models, write your own SQL. and can use imperfect data to find performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and tell whether a strategy is working.
- Operator instincts. You move between setting direction and getting into the details required to make something work, and you keep multiple workstreams moving without losing the important details.
- Program execution. You've delivered high-stakes programs with hard dates, outside partners, and fixed budgets, and you know what has to be true weeks before the day.
- Presence. You can represent Tennr with senior operators and customers, and earn their trust quickly.
- Cross-functional leadership. You create clarity, establish accountability, and drive decisions across teams you don't manage.
- Ownership. You own the outcome, not just the inputs, and you follow up until the work is done. You've rebuilt a playbook from first principles before and want to do it again.
- Clear writing. You can put a recommendation, the reasoning, and the tradeoffs on one page and get a room to a decision.
- Judgment you can show. You can walk us through growth plans you've built, the bets you made, and what happened to pipeline.
- An informed view on AI, backed by real examples of how you've applied it to your own workflows or a team's, and a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.
- Experience managing people, or a track record that shows you're ready to build and lead a team.
A PLUS IF YOU…
- Have healthcare or healthtech experience, especially selling to provider organizations.
- Have worked at a vertical SaaS company that sells to operators rather than software buyers.
- Have built a customer community or advisory board.
- Have taken a new product or a new vertical to market.
- Have built go-to-market workflows in Clay, Salesforce, or similar tools yourself.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

You’ll also help drive acquisition of our technical, self-serve customers by creating and presenting engaging content online and in-person, especially at developer meetups and conferences across the globe.
This role is perfect for someone who can create compelling technical content and is energized by connecting with developers face-to-face.
REQUIREMENTS

- You're able to tailor messaging for different audiences and build strong networks with developers, startup accelerators, and VCs alike.

- The ability to come up with great ideas for tutorials, build working demos, and create high-quality blog posts, videos and talks.
- A passion for writing engaging technical content.
- A product-minded approach to content: you understand metrics, speak to users, decide what to build/write based on needs, and double down on what works.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions. Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a
Principal Product Designer
to join our
Ventures
team in London. You’ll be the senior design voice on an early-stage product, taking it from first concept to a test-market launch and shaping it for global scale.
About Ventures
Ventures is DoorDash’s internal incubator, where we build the next generation of businesses adjacent to our core. We fund small teams with a strong sense of ownership and grow the investment as they hit clear milestones. Early on, teams build a Minimum Lovable Product and prove product-market fit in a single country. Successful initiatives graduate to new resources and new markets, with the chance to become the next billion-euro businesses at DoorDash. Ventures teams are scrappy and ambitious, chase goals that almost feel too ambitious, and thrive on a startup mentality and a high tolerance for ambiguity. We’re now placing bigger and more diverse bets than ever, and we need people with equal ambition and drive to build and scale, or sunset, some of our biggest experiments yet.
What You’ll Be Doing
Vision & Influence
Define the design vision and strategy across several Ventures products, deciding what to build at product-area level and sequencing work across teams.
Become an expert on local market dynamics, ensuring each product is shaped by how people behave in each place.
Partner with product-area leadership as a trusted advisor, shaping roadmaps and priorities.
Build like a founder: set success metrics, share weekly updates, present at key business reviews and partner with your cross-functional team leads to build the case for further investment.
Craft & Leadership
Deliver differentiated, step-change improvements to customer journeys in crowded markets.
Design scalable foundations across complex journeys, and turn regulatory constraints into simple experiences with legal, finance and operations.
Build systems, prototyping frameworks and AI-enhanced workflows, setting the standards that drive adoption.
Establish critiques and planning practices, mentor senior designers and emerging leaders, and hire senior designers and first-line managers.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Product-Area Leadership:
Proven experience leading design initiatives across multiple products, including taking more than one from 0-1.
Product Judgement:
A track record of spotting opportunities that improve long-term outcomes, backed by exceptional craft.
Strategic Influence:
Credibility with senior leaders and the ability to connect customer research, business goals and feasibility into one strategy.
Developing Leaders:
A history of coaching designers and managers and recruiting talent that wants to join you.
Systems and AI Fluency:
Experience building tools and standards that scale across teams.
Bias for Action:
Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.

What You Will Do
- FSI/ PE / VC ecosystem research & outreach: conduct deep-dive research across private equity/venture capital and financial services industry providers to identify data partnership opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
- Background: final-year Master 2 / Grande École student in Corporate Law, Business/Finance, Private Equity, or Tech Governance (hybrid legal/business profile strongly preferred).
- Tech fluency: strong AI curiosity and hands-on tech fluency (comfortable configuring AI agents, building prompt workflows, adapting demos). Software engineering degree not required.
- Interests: passion for VC, PE, financial services innovation, and corporate restructuring.
- Fluent French (required) and professional English
