MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
MinIO is looking for a senior partnership and business development executive to own a flagship strategic partnership end-to-end—commercially, operationally, and strategically—as it scales from initial agreement into a multi-year, multi-workstream engagement across the region's sovereign AI infrastructure landscape.
This is a high-visibility, single-account-depth role. You'll sit at the intersection of enterprise sales, channel/reseller strategy, and executive relationship management, with the credibility to operate comfortably at C-level on both sides.
What You Will Do
Own the day-to-day partnership relationship.
Act as the primary point of contact between MinIO and the partner's business and technical teams, keeping both sides aligned on commitments, priorities, and delivery milestones across the joint platform engagement.
Expand the commercial scope of the partnership.
Identify and negotiate opportunities to grow the relationship — new use cases, new regions, upsells, renewals, and expanded terms — building on the existing agreement.
Manage contract renewals and amendments.
Own the negotiation of contract renewals, amendments, and expanded commercial terms as the partnership evolves.
Build and maintain executive relationships.
Serve as the primary business point of contact for partner executives; keep leadership on both sides engaged and aligned on the health and direction of the partnership.
Drive partnership-sourced pipeline and revenue.
Own quota or targets tied to pipeline and revenue generated through the partnership; work with sales to convert the relationship into closed business.
Run joint go-to-market execution.
Partner with marketing and sales to execute co-selling motions, joint offers, and campaigns — including reseller/channel activation — that activate the partnership commercially.
Manage ongoing partner operations.
Run recurring cadences with the partner — QBRs, roadmap syncs, escalation handling — and keep internal stakeholders informed of partnership status, risks, and commercial health.
Navigate reseller and channel dynamics.
Manage complexity across the partner ecosystem, ensuring commercial terms remain consistent with MinIO's broader channel strategy.
Translate partner needs into internal priorities.
Bring partner feedback and requirements back to product and engineering, and advocate for the resourcing needed to keep commitments on track — without owning the product roadmap yourself.
Track and report on partnership performance.
Define and report on KPIs for the partnership — pipeline generated, revenue closed, deployment milestones hit, and overall partnership health — to regional and global leadership.
Represent MinIO externally.
Represent MinIO alongside the partner at industry events (including flagship regional events such as LEAP), conferences, and executive briefings to strengthen the partnership's visibility in the market.
Your Skills and Experience
15–20 years of collective experience across sales, presales, channel/alliances, and business development, ideally within infrastructure, data, or AI/ML companies — with a meaningful portion of that in a strategic partnership or key-account ownership capacity.
Deep, demonstrated familiarity with the Saudi Arabia enterprise technology and sovereign-AI/government-adjacent ecosystem — national AI infrastructure initiatives and the broader Vision 2030 digital infrastructure landscape.
A track record of managing and growing an existing strategic partnership at scale — expanding scope, renewing and amending contracts, and increasing revenue over multi-year horizons.
Comfort owning commercial terms and contract negotiations directly (MSAs, NFRs, exclusivity, revenue share, reseller structures), with support from legal as needed.
Strong working knowledge of object storage, data infrastructure, or AI/ML ecosystems — enough to speak credibly with technical stakeholders on topics like sovereign AI infrastructure, inference/training data pipelines, and platform architecture, even though this is not a hands-on technical role.
Demonstrated success managing a partner relationship that drove measurable pipeline or revenue growth over time.
Excellent relationship-building and executive communication skills — fully comfortable in the room with C-level partners and government-adjacent stakeholders.
Experience with co-selling motions, joint go-to-market execution, channel/reseller management, and partner enablement.
Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with a professional communication style suited to the Gulf enterprise and government context.
Based in Riyadh; willing to travel regionally to partner sites, conferences, and industry events as needed.
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

Attio is the CRM for agentic revenue. Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Support team is at the heart of Attio’s customer experience — maintaining an exceptional 98% CSAT average over the past six months. We hold ourselves to an incredibly high standard at every stage of the customer journey, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to clarity, care, and quality.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you’ll be the trusted voice of Attio to our customers — helping them solve problems, unlock value, and feel supported every step of the way. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, share product best practices, and act as the customer’s advocate across teams.
This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, loves getting into the details, and finds genuine satisfaction in turning a complex issue into a seamless experience. You’ll play a key role in maintaining the standards that make our customers love Attio — and help us set a new benchmark for excellence in B2B SaaS support.
This is Attio’s first hire in the APAC region, offering a unique opportunity to help establish our presence in Australia. As such, we’re looking for a self-starter who’s comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership, and navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the technical and operational processes that keep our customers successful. You’ll combine empathy, product expertise, and clear communication to deliver best-in-class support.
Customer support excellence: Provide fast, high-quality support across email, chat, and video, maintaining strong CSAT and meeting SLAs across APAC hours.
Advanced technical troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Attio’s API (REST payloads, authentication, error handling), webhooks, SDKs, and integrations — identifying root causes rather than surface-level fixes.
Multi-system debugging: Investigate issues spanning Attio and third-party platforms, interpreting logs, error outputs, and system behaviours to triage effectively before escalating to Engineering.
Automation & workflow support: Advise on and troubleshoot customer-built automations (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n), diagnosing failures and recommending improvements, while supporting equivalent builds within Attio’s native workflows.
AI & integrations support: Troubleshoot MCP server connections and support customers integrating Attio into AI-powered workflows and toolchains.
Autonomous regional ownership: Act as the primary technical support contact for APAC, independently managing a wide range of queries — from foundational product questions to complex technical investigations.
Customer advocacy: Surface recurring issues, patterns, and product feedback from the APAC region, acting as the voice of the customer to Support, Product, and Engineering.
Process and knowledge improvement: Contribute to Help Center content, internal documentation, and support workflows, continuously improving how we operate.
Product mastery: Build deep expertise in Attio’s product, APIs, and integrations, staying ahead of new features to support customers with confidence.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’re looking for a customer-obsessed problem solver who combines technical curiosity with empathy and a love for helping others succeed.
Proven experience: 2+ years in a technical support or customer support role within SaaS, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
Strong technical depth: Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, and workflows; comfortable working with logs, debugging issues, and understanding system behaviour.
Automation experience: Familiarity with tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n — either supporting customers or building automations directly.
AI & modern tooling curiosity: Experience with AI-powered workflows and emerging technologies.
Independent operator: Comfortable working autonomously, making decisions, and managing complex issues without constant oversight.
Excellent communication: Able to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both written and verbally.
Customer empathy: Strong instinct for understanding customer needs and delivering thoughtful, high-quality solutions.
Curiosity and initiative: Proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated to continuously learn and improve.
Collaborative mindset: Works effectively with Support, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless customer experience.

THE ROLE
ClickHouse is the fastest, most resource-efficient open-source database for real-time analytics, and ClickHouse Cloud is growing across every region and segment. Our Solution Architects (SAs) are the technical heart of that growth: They run the proofs of concept, defend the architecture, and win the room against the largest data platforms in the world.
You will be the single owner of global technical sales enablement and SA onboarding at ClickHouse. You are integral in deciding what a ClickHouse SA needs to know, say and do in order to be successful, and you wholly own the build out of the programs to get them there. You will measure everything, incorporate AI, and drive real results that time to revenue impact. You are the connective tissue between Product, Product Marketing, Sales leadership, SA leadership, and the field.
This is a Principal-level individual contributor role. You lead through influence, the systems you build, and the credibility you earn.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
GLOBAL SA ONBOARDING
- Design and run the end-to-end onboarding program for new SAs across AMER, EMEA, and APJ. These include but are not limited to: Technical foundations, ClickHouse architecture and internals, demo and POC craft, discovery and objection handling, competitive positioning, and our sales process.
- Define and certify ramp. Set clear 30/60/90-day milestones, build the certification and shadow-to-lead progression, and publish time-to-productivity as a metric leadership can see and trust.
- Make onboarding regionally real. Adapt the global program to how each theater sells, and coordinate cohort schedules, mentors, and live sessions across time zones.
TECHNICAL SALES ENABLEMENT STRATEGY AND EVERBOARDING
- Own the global technical enablement plan and its calendar. This includes the quarterly priorities, the programs behind them, and the communication that keeps SA and Sales leadership aligned on what is shipping and why.
- Run product-launch readiness for the field. Partner with Product and PMM so SAs have talk tracks, demo environments, hands-on labs, and competitive positioning before General Availability.
- Build the competitive and architecture curriculum. Deep dives, battlecards, and objection-handling playbooks against the platforms we meet most (cloud data warehouses, search and observability stacks, and incumbent OLAP systems).
- Extend enablement to adjacent technical roles as needed: Account Executives on technical fundamentals, Support on the sales motion, and partners on positioning.
DIAGNOSE, THEN PRESCRIBE
- Start from signals, not requests. Use call recordings, CRM data, win/loss, POC outcomes, certification results, and conversations with SA leaders to find the skill gaps that actually cost us deals, then classify and prioritize them with data.
- Pick the right modality for the gap: hands-on lab, self-serve path, live workshop, AI role-play, peer teaching, or in-the-moment coaching. Measure behavior change and deal outcomes.
- Close the loop. Systematically capture what is breaking in the field (friction, lost deals, recurring objections) and route it to Product, PMM, and Sales leadership as actionable recommendations.
BUILD AT SCALE
- Own the enablement toolchain: the LMS or learning hub, content repositories, certification tracking, and reporting. Keep a single source of truth for what is current.
- Activate SME communities. Identify and support the SAs who are already the best at something, and give them the structure to teach it peer-to-peer across regions.
STAY IN THE FIELD
- Spend roughly 10% of your time in customer-facing moments by joining POCs, account reviews, and live coaching.
- Facilitate. You will personally deliver live sessions, virtually and in person, at onboarding cohorts, regional kickoffs, and Kickoff events.
OPERATE LIKE AN OWNER
- Report on readiness. Define the KPIs (ramp time, certification rates, POC win rate, technical win contribution, workshop effectiveness) and present them in monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Manage the portfolio. Run multiple programs in parallel, protect the plan from ad-hoc drift, and say no with a reason and an alternative.
- Expand the charter. This role will grow, potentially into hiring and leading a team, owning SKO technical tracks, partner enablement, or a technical certification program for customers.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST YEAR
- Every new SA worldwide goes through one global onboarding program with a defined ramp, and time-to-first-solo-POC is measured and trending down.
- SAs are enabled on every major launch before GA, with demo environments and competitive positioning ready on day one.
- Technical enablement priorities are set from field data and reviewed with SA and Sales leadership on a fixed cadence, and leadership can point to the deals and metrics that moved.
- A living competitive and architecture curriculum exists, is current, and is used by SAs and, increasingly, by AEs.
- SA leaders describe you as part of their extended leadership team, not a service desk.
WHAT YOU BRING
REQUIRED
- 3+ years in a quota-carrying role. You have owned a number as an Account Executive, quota-carrying Solutions Engineer, or equivalent, and you know what it feels like when the quarter is on the line.
- 8+ years total across solutions engineering, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement at an enterprise software or data infrastructure company, including experience building and running enablement or onboarding programs.
- Deep hands-on data fluency: strong SQL, knowledge of OLAP/analytical databases, data warehousing architectures, streaming and ingestion pipelines, and at least one major cloud. You can run a demo, debug a lab, and read a query plan.
- You have been the engineer in the room. You have run POCs, handled objections live, and defended a technical position against a well-funded competitor.
- Proven program design and delivery: Needs analysis, curriculum design, facilitation (virtual and in person), certification, and measurement for a technical, global audience.
- A self-starter with a bias for building. You create the plan when there is none, you ship version one before it is perfect, and you improve it from evidence.
- Leads through influence. You can secure sponsorship from VPs, align cross-functional peers, and hold the field to a standard without a reporting line.
- Data-driven and operational: comfortable pulling your own CRM and call-intelligence reports, defining KPIs, and debating the numbers with stakeholders.
- Exceptional communicator. You make complex technical concepts accessible without dumbing them down, in writing and on stage.
- Global mindset. Experience working across AMER, EMEA, and APJ time zones, and willingness to travel up to ~25% for cohorts, kickoffs, and field time.
NICE TO HAVE
- Hands-on experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience at a high-growth infrastructure company through a major product launch or rapid SA headcount expansion.
- Background in both pre-sales and post-sales technical roles.
- Demonstrated use of AI tooling to automate content creation, build internal tools, or scale enablement beyond live delivery.
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or similar) and with adult-learning or instructional-design principles.
- Experience building SME networks, peer-learning cohorts, or technical certification programs.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, Industries - BFSI to pioneer Anthropic's enterprise AI adoption across India's banking, financial services, and insurance sector. You will build our presence from the ground up, securing transformative deals with leading banks, NBFCs, insurers, and fintechs, and establishing Anthropic as their trusted AI partner for digital transformation. You will navigate the complex, regulated environment of Indian financial institutions and position Claude as the AI solution that drives both efficiency and innovation while maintaining the highest standards of safety and reliability. As one of our first industry specialists in India, you will shape our BFSI go-to-market strategy and build the playbook for how Anthropic serves financial institutions, working closely with global teams while adapting our approach to local market dynamics. This position is based in Bangalore, Mumbai, or NCR, with travel across India.
Key responsibilities
Establish Anthropic's enterprise presence across India's BFSI sector, including public and private sector banks, NBFCs, insurers, asset managers, and fintechs
Develop BFSI-specific strategies that account for RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI requirements, data localization needs, and sector compliance standards
Build relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, Chief Risk and Compliance Officers, digital transformation leaders, and innovation heads at India's top financial institutions
Create the India BFSI playbook for enterprise AI adoption, documenting successful approaches that can scale across the region
Own end-to-end sales cycles for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals, often involving board-level decisions
Drive strategic expansion within lighthouse accounts that can serve as references for the entire BFSI industry
Navigate procurement processes unique to Indian financial institutions, including vendor risk assessments, rate contracts, empanelment procedures, and multi-year agreements
Collaborate with system integrators and consulting partners who often influence technology decisions at banks and insurers
Co-innovate with customers to develop BFSI use cases, from vernacular customer service and fraud detection to credit underwriting and automated compliance reporting
Understand sector-specific challenges such as financial inclusion, legacy core banking modernization, and data security in regulated environments
Position AI strategically within the context of Digital India initiatives and financial sector modernization programs
Ensure successful deployments that can scale from proof-of-concept to enterprise-wide implementation
Partner with global product teams to prioritize features critical for Indian financial institutions, such as multi-language support, data residency, auditability, and integration with local systems
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to navigate India's evolving AI and data protection regulations
Provide market intelligence on competitive dynamics, pricing expectations, and emerging BFSI use cases unique to India
Build internal alignment between Anthropic's global strategy and India's market requirements
Minimum qualifications
15+ years of enterprise sales experience in the Indian market, with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals, ideally across BFSI sector
Deep understanding of how Indian financial institutions operate, including decision-making processes, budget cycles, and stakeholder dynamics
Experience selling transformational technology (Cloud, AI/ML, Digital Transformation platforms) to Indian enterprises
Established relationships with senior executives across banks, NBFCs, insurers, or fintechs
Understanding of the Indian regulatory landscape, including RBI, NSE, IRDAI, and SEBI requirements, data protection laws, and sector-specific compliance
Consultative selling expertise, with the ability to position AI as a strategic business driver rather than just a technology solution
Complex deal structuring experience, including multi-year contracts, phased deployments, and outcome-based pricing
Technical acumen to engage credibly with CTOs, architects, and data science teams
Cross-cultural communication skills to work effectively with both Indian stakeholders and global teams
Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build a market from scratch with limited local resources initially
Patient yet persistent approach to long enterprise sales cycles, while maintaining momentum
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling directly into large Indian banks, insurers, or financial conglomerates
Relationships with Indian system integrators such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and HCL, particularly their BFSI practices
Familiarity with Indian business groups and conglomerates, and how decisions flow within these complex organizations
Track record of first-in-market roles or launching new products in India
Domain expertise in areas critical to Indian financial services, such as UPI payments, core banking systems, KYC/AML compliance, Aadhaar integration, or insurance underwriting
Knowledge of government initiatives such as Digital India and their impact on financial sector technology adoption
Experience navigating public sector bank and PSU sales processes is a plus

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We're looking for an experienced Game Designer to become an ambassador of fun for kids, create educational games and systems that can compete with Roblox and Brawl Stars for kids' attention. Your job is to make kids want to come back, and to build the systems that keep them coming back.
You will…
Lead game design in a small cross-functional team building an educational game for kids.

Own features end to end, from concept to release and post-launch iteration, and be accountable for retention and engagement metrics.
Design onboarding and first sessions that hook players and drive early retention.
Design and balance the game economy: currencies, sources and sinks, reward curves and progression pacing.
Plan live-ops: seasons, events, recurring loops and a sustainable content cadence.
Write build-ready GDDs, product specs and flows independently, detailed enough for developers, artists and designers to execute without back-and-forth.
Define success metrics before launch, predict feature impact, and read the results with the PM and analysts.
Work with the Product Manager on the roadmap and propose features that target specific metrics.
Make sure educational goals are met through gameplay by collaborating with academic experts.
Use AI tools to move faster, including prompting, voice features (TTS / speech-to-speech) and rapid prototyping.
Run and learn from playtests: propose hypotheses for UX research, deconstruct competitors, and turn insights into gameplay improvements.
Must have
3+ years as a Generalist Game Designer, preferably in F2P mobile, with a strong sense of fun and a focus on retention, engagement and onboarding.
Hands-on economy design experience: currency sources and sinks, reward curves and balancing.
Ability to write GDDs, product specs and flows independently at build-ready detail.
Analytics fluency: you know the core F2P metrics, can form hypotheses about a feature's impact, and can read the data after launch.
Excellent English (B2+ minimum), as all meetings and documentation are in English.
Strong advantage
Live-ops experience: seasons, events, recurring loops and content cadence.
Experience with EdTech or kids' products.
AI fluency: strong prompting skills, experience with TTS or speech-to-speech, and using AI for rapid prototyping.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- Own the data engineering function end-to-end: build and maintain production pipelines from Tennr's application into Snowflake, ensuring reliability and performance at scale.
- Lead EHR discovery and integration initiatives across ~5–10 healthcare systems. Understand what data is available, what integrations we have, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and build creative solutions to extract and ingest data into Snowflake.
- Own Snowflake as our strategic data platform: architect instance setup, implement security best practices and governance, manage vendor relationships, and ensure zero data exposure.
- Design and implement data models that transform raw data into usable assets. Surface and safely share that data across Tennr so internal teams can build their own analytics and tooling.
- Implement comprehensive monitoring and alerting to detect pipeline issues quickly and resolve them with minimal business impact.
- Explore innovative approaches to structure and extract insights from unstructured referral documentation, including potential AI-enabled models to unlock value from clinical text data.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, with a strong track record of building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure.
- Proven expertise with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP); hands-on experience with data pipeline tools and orchestration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data—claims, EHR systems, and data integration patterns—or demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex domain-specific systems.
- Healthcare-data security awareness and familiarity with best practices (e.g., HIPAA considerations, data governance, compliance) is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort with complex, ambiguous integration challenges—not just standard connector configuration.
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical and healthcare concepts to a diverse audience.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments and values diverse perspectives.
