At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life.
As WHOOP continues to scale, North America remains our largest and most strategically important commercial market. The AVP, Sales — North America will be responsible for accelerating growth, expanding distribution, strengthening strategic partnerships, and building the commercial organization required to take WHOOP to the next level.
The AVP, Sales — North America is responsible for leading the sales and distribution strategy for WHOOP across the United States and Canada.
This leader will own the North American commercial plan across retail, wholesale, strategic accounts, and other third-party channels, with a clear focus on driving profitable revenue growth and membership acquisition.
The role requires a leader who can operate at both the strategic and tactical level: setting the commercial vision, developing executive relationships with our most important partners, negotiating major opportunities, and ensuring outstanding execution in stores and across channels.
The successful candidate will be a builder; someone who can scale a high-performing organization, create new growth engines, and continuously raise the standard for commercial execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
NORTH AMERICA COMMERCIAL STRATEGY
- Develop and execute the North America sales strategy and annual operating plan for WHOOP.
- Own regional sales targets, forecasts, channel strategy, and commercial performance.
- Identify and prioritize the largest opportunities to increase distribution, market share, and membership acquisition.
- Balance near-term revenue delivery with long-term category development and brand building.
- Partner with the WHOOP leadership team to shape the broader WHOOP commercial strategy.
RETAIL & DISTRIBUTION
- Lead the strategy to expand the WHOOP presence across national, regional, specialty, sporting goods, electronics, and other relevant retail channels.
- Build a distribution network that makes WHOOP increasingly accessible to mainstream consumers while protecting its premium positioning.
- Develop channel strategies that maximize productivity rather than simply maximizing doors.
- Establish standards for merchandising, retail execution, product demonstration, inventory availability, and member acquisition.
- Identify opportunities to create new retail experiences and points of presence.
- Continuously evaluate distribution gaps relative to competitors.
STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS
- Build and maintain C-suite and senior executive relationships with the most important WHOOP retail and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations for major commercial agreements, launches, exclusives, promotions, and strategic partnerships.
- Establish joint business plans with key accounts and hold partners accountable for agreed growth objectives.
- Develop relationships that go beyond transactional selling to create long-term strategic value for both WHOOP and its partners.
- Represent WHOOP externally with major customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
SALES PERFORMANCE & COMMERCIAL EXCELLENCE
- Deliver the North American sales target.
- Be accountable for sell-in, sell-through, inventory productivity, revenue, and membership acquisition.
- Establish rigorous sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance-management processes.
- Develop channel-level economics and ensure commercial decisions are grounded in contribution margin and lifetime value.
- Establish clear targets and KPIs for the sales organization and individual account teams.
- Identify and address performance gaps quickly.
- Build a culture of data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
GO-TO-MARKET & LAUNCH EXCELLENCE
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver major product and membership launches.
- Develop channel-specific launch strategies that maximize awareness, distribution, availability, and conversion.
- Ensure sales organizations and retail partners are fully prepared for launches.
- Establish best practices for retail training, merchandising, demos, sampling, and consumer education.
- Ensure WHOOP maintains a consistent and premium brand experience across all channels.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Build and lead a high-performing North American sales organization.
- Define the appropriate organizational structure across key accounts, retail, channel development, sales operations, and strategic partnerships.
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional commercial talent.
- Establish a culture of high standards, accountability, urgency, and collaboration.
- Ensure the organization remains highly connected to global WHOOP commercial and functional teams.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Membership, and Customer Experience.
- Create a single North American commercial plan across functions.
- Ensure sales priorities are aligned with company-wide strategic objectives.
- Bring market, consumer, competitive, and retailer insights into global decision-making.
- Act as the voice of the North American customer and retail ecosystem within WHOOP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED
- 15+ years of experience in sales, commercial leadership, or general management within consumer technology, consumer electronics, wearables, fitness, health technology, or another relevant premium consumer category.
- 8+ years leading large-scale sales or commercial organizations.
- Proven track record of delivering significant revenue growth in North America.
- Deep experience with national retail, specialty retail, wholesale, and/or omnichannel businesses.
- Demonstrated success negotiating and managing relationships with major US retailers.
- Strong understanding of both physical retail and e-commerce.
- Experience building and scaling high-performing sales organizations.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing forecasts, budgets, and commercial economics.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively with C-suite executives, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
PREFERRED
- Experience scaling a premium consumer technology or connected-device brand.

- Experience in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.

The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $245,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Data Science organisation sits at the heart of Deliveroo, powering decision-making across product, commercial and operational teams through experimentation and causal inference.
We’re hiring multiple Data Science Managers across different areas of the business. All of these roles are at the same level. Rather than hiring for one fixed team, we use the interview process to understand your strengths, interests and development areas, and then align you to the right scope and team at the end of the process, based on your background, interview performance, preferences and current business needs.
We’re also advertising some opportunities separately where particular domain experience is especially relevant. You only need to submit one application, as we’ll consider your profile across all suitable Data Science Manager vacancies. Before an offer is made, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the proposed team, either virtually or at our London headquarters, and learn more about the role’s scope and priorities.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own the analytical direction and measurable impact of a product or business area, while leading and developing a high-performing team of data scientists or machine learning engineers.
Our Data Science Managers work across a range of consumer, product and commercial areas. Depending on the team you join, your work could focus on areas such as customer retention and loyalty, pricing and promotions, discovery and personalisation, or customer acquisition and engagement.
Across all roles, you’ll lead and develop your team, set the analytical direction for your area and decide which problems are worth solving. You’ll ensure data science work translates into better product and commercial decisions, not just analysis.
You’ll remain hands-on while managing a team, partnering with Product, Engineering, Ops, Marketing and Finance as a thought partner. You’ll set the bar for analytical rigour, prioritisation and impact across noisy metrics, real trade-offs and strong stakeholder opinions.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Experience line managing data scientists and supporting their career development
A strong background as a senior individual contributor, with hands-on experience in experimentation, causal inference or applied machine learning
Proven ability to identify high-impact opportunities and turn insights into clear strategy and execution
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where prioritisation and judgement matter as much as technical skill
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo, you’ll work on real-world problems at global scale, across a three-sided marketplace that is constantly evolving.
We’re food lovers, problem solvers, community organisers and more, united by a shared drive to make things better. Working here, you can expect:
High autonomy to shape strategy and deliver meaningful impact
Support to learn and grow through L&D programmes, mentoring and peer learning
A strong focus on wellbeing, with benefits that vary by country
A place to belong, with a diverse global workforce and active employee communities
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
At Deliveroo, we know that a great workplace reflects the world around us and that true diversity and inclusion make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do. We’re committed to fostering an environment where everyone can do their best work and feel they belong.

Senior Product Manager, Core People Technology
Location:
London |
Work model:
Hybrid |
Reports to:
Senior Manager, People Product
About the team
People Technology builds and runs the systems behind every hire, transfer, leave, pay change and offboard for our workforce across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt. Our mission is to make the operational backbone of People Operations invisible when it works — reliable, compliant, and scalable across dozens of markets — so our people teams can focus on people, not process. This role sits on the People Product team, working alongside Business Systems Analysts, engineers and delivery leadership to bring product thinking to one of our highest-volume, highest-consequence surfaces.
About the role
Core is the Workday and HR platform surface that nearly every People Operations process runs through — pay, leave, employment status, right to work, and multi-country compliance for a global workforce. Demand structurally exceeds capacity, and requests arrive from every direction without a shared shape. You'll be the first dedicated product manager for this space, responsible for turning that inbound chaos into a defensible, well-communicated plan — and, over time, for building the intake, frameworks and partnerships that let the space run on systems rather than on you.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role: you'll be shaping tickets and sizing work alongside analysts and engineers, not managing from above.
What you'll be doing
Own the prioritised order of work for Core — building a clear, ranked plan, explaining the reasoning behind it, and being explicit about what's being deferred and why
Turn vague or incomplete partner requests into documented problems, mapped current-state processes, and testable outcomes
Partner directly and regularly with People Operations, Compliance, Payroll, Total Rewards and Business Systems Analysts, including holding "not now" conversations without damaging the relationship
Work hands-on with analysts and engineers to shape, size, and write tickets, keeping an accurate and current picture of committed, shipped, and carried-over work
Build and evolve the operating model across the analyst and engineering pod — the mechanisms, documentation and intake processes that let the space run with less coordination overhead
Use AI tools to accelerate translation of messy, multi-format, multi-language inbound requests into structured requirements and plans, while applying clear judgment about what should never be automated (anything touching pay, leave, employment status or right to work)
Escalate proactively on statutory or audit exposure, cross-space dependencies, and any trade-off that would move a compliance date
Report progress and delivery against plan to partners and leadership, including clear communication when outcomes fall short
Requirements
Experience owning a product or systems area end-to-end, with real decision rights over scope and sequencing — not co-ownership of a feature
Hands-on background with Workday or a comparable HRIS as a product manager or technical program manager, with genuine understanding of configuration, business processes, and integrations
Demonstrated ability to prioritise when demand structurally exceeds capacity, including a repeatable method (not just instinct) for deciding what to do and communicating what won't get done
Proven delivery in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, comfortable starting when requirements are incomplete or undocumented
Experience translating a partner's requested solution into a well-defined problem, current-state understanding, and testable outcome
Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including compliance, payroll, or other regulated/audit-exposed functions
Practical fluency with AI tools for requirements drafting, documentation, and structuring unstructured information, paired with sound judgment about where not to apply them
Why Deliveroo
Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighborhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders. We are transforming the way the world eats and shops by making access to food and products more convenient and enjoyable. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, as they want it, when and where they want it.
We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.
Workplace & Benefits
At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. Benefits differ by country, but we offer many benefits in areas including healthcare, well-being, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave allowances, including time off to support a charitable cause of your choice. Benefits are country-specific, please ask your recruiter for more information.
Diversity
At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.
We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.

Our Product team defines how millions of people experience Deliveroo, turning complex marketplace challenges into simple, high-impact solutions.
Working at the intersection of data, design and engineering, we set direction, prioritise what matters most, and deliver outcomes that move the business forward.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our London team. This is a hybrid role. In this role, you’ll help us define and build purpose-built, highly differentiated shopping experiences across our growing portfolio of Retail categories.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Retail Categories team. Retail only wins category by category; a single, generic shopping experience cannot do justice to the unique ways people buy apparel, auto parts, or home improvement goods. This role owns the end-to-end category shopping experience for a defined portfolio, transforming broad customer promises into shipped surfaces and distinct emotional hooks that drive habitual buying behavior.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Define Category Strategy:
Formulate the category experience strategy and decide which categories and bets to invest in first, sequencing for maximum growth and impact.
Execute Signature Product Bets:
Translate each category's promise into concrete, testable product bets—such as personal-shopper features using doorstep returns for Apparel or fitment-accurate part lookup for Auto Parts—and ship them end to end.
Optimise Category Surfaces:
Own the category merchandising and storefront surfaces that differentiate one vertical from another while maintaining a cohesive and intuitive Retail experience.
Leverage Platform Capabilities:
Partner with shared platform infrastructure (such as doorstep returns or fulfillment) to build bespoke category experiences without rebuilding core infrastructure.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner deeply with BD, Sales, Catalog, and Search teams to ensure category surfaces are powered by accurate data and align cleanly with merchant relationships.
Measure Impact:
Use data, customer insight, and experimentation to prioritise initiatives, define success metrics, and directly move the needle on conversion and repeat purchases.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential
Proven Consumer Product Experience:
Demonstrated success in product management on consumer-facing products, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or multi-sided platforms.
Track Record of 0-to-1 Innovation:
Proven ability to ship brand-new or highly differentiated shopping experiences, navigating ambiguity to break broad opportunities into focused, testable bets.
Strong Analytical Capabilities:
Comfort driving data-informed prioritisation, establishing robust success metrics, and utilising experimentation to measure category-level impact.
Stakeholder & Business Partnership:
Experience partnering closely with cross-functional product teams (Engineering, Design, Analytics) as well as commercial teams like BD and Sales to align business needs with product strategy.
Customer-Obsessed Product Instinct:
A natural intuition for customer behaviour, understanding what makes a shopping experience feel right and how to design the emotional hook that drives retention.
Nice to Have
Specialised Retail Domain Knowledge:
Prior experience working with merchandising, category management, product detail pages (PDP), or specialised shopping flows.
Data Structure Familiarity:
Experience working alongside Catalog or Search product areas to power front-end surfaces with complex item data.

Improve our Payments Ecosystem
Partner with payment providers, acquirers, and card networks to improve payment performance, optimise dispute outcomes, and maintain compliance with scheme requirements.
Continuously improve operational processes through automation, tooling, and scalable controls.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong analytical skills and enjoys solving complex business problems.
You'll likely have experience in payments, fraud, fintech, marketplaces, financial services, or another fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Role
Deliveroo is on a mission to transform the way the world thinks about food delivery, and B2B marketing is central to how we grow our merchant business. We're looking for a B2B Demand Generation Manager to own paid demand generation across our operating markets and help us win in one of the most competitive categories in tech. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for a seasoned performance marketer who can own demand gen end-to-end — from strategy and channel mix through to creative, execution, and the leads that actually convert into live, revenue-generating merchants.
Deliveroo operates in a focused set of markets, which means local relevance is everything. You'll work hand-in-hand with country Sales and commercial teams to understand each market's strategy, adapt the demand gen playbook to local realities, and choose the channels and tactics that will move the needle in each one. Rather than running a single global template, you'll tailor your approach country by country while building the repeatable systems that let us scale what works.
You'll manage significant budgets across a broad channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and beyond) and you'll be equally comfortable crafting a sharp lead-gen campaign and a brand awareness push to win back share against multiple well-funded competitors. You'll partner with creatives to shape intelligent, well-positioned campaigns and testing winners, learning with data what works and can be scaled.
What you'll be responsible for
Owning end-to-end paid demand generation across our markets and B2B products, managing significant budgets across a broad channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and beyond), experimenting with locally relevant tactics and turning what works into scalable playbooks;
Partnering closely with country Sales and commercial stakeholders to understand local strategy and market dynamics, and adapting the demand gen playbook to each market;
Building a lead generation engine that converts, looking beyond raw lead volume to lead quality, merchants that go live, and the GOV (Gross Order Value) they generate
Partnering with creative on full-funnel campaigns and sharp positioning, from lead generation through to brand awareness that defends and grows share in a highly competitive category, working independently with country teams;
Driving automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort;
Supporting new product and feature launches with go-to-market demand generation campaigns;
Owning reporting and measurement, defining success from spend through to live merchants and GOV, and building strong relationships with Sales, Product and commercial teams to drive real business impact.
What you'll be able to demonstrate
Essential
A seasoned performance marketer with 5–8 years running high-budget B2B paid campaigns across multiple channels with real strength in Meta, TikTok and Google Search and across multiple countries, products or clients;
SMB B2B experience: you build lead generation pipelines that convert, thinking beyond the lead to good leads, merchants that go live, and the GOV they generate;
Strong local and commercial instinct: you work naturally with Sales, adapt to each country's strategy, and communicate clearly in English (other languages a plus);
Ability to plan and optimise media investment against business and campaign-level KPIs, and to do in-house media buying;
A spark of creativity and a sharp eye for positioning, you partner with creatives to craft intelligent campaigns and operate independently with country teams;
Analytical and data-driven: you define KPIs, form hypotheses, design tests for statistically significant results, and scale up what works;
Genuine interest in using AI and automation to improve how you work, with concrete examples to back it up.
Nice to have
Familiarity with the Food or Retail industries;
Experience aligning inbound and outbound motions, and knowledge of data enrichment and attribution (e.g. Clay, Cognism, ZoomInfo), ABM or intent-based tools;
Experience with content syndication, paid PR or retail media.

About the Role
Hybrid (3 days per week in the London office required)
Individual contributor role
Fraud is constantly evolving. As our business grows, so do the ways bad actors seek to exploit our products, promotions, and operations.
As the Senior Strategy & Operations Manager for Emerging Fraud & Abuse, you'll lead the discovery, investigation, and mitigation of new and evolving abuse vectors across our platform. Your mission is to identify risks before they become systemic, working across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Policy to design scalable solutions that protect our customers, partners, and business.
This isn't a role focused on running existing fraud programmes. It's about identifying what's next.
You'll combine deep analytical thinking with strategic problem solving to uncover emerging threats, quantify business impact, influence product strategy, and build new controls that keep us ahead of increasingly sophisticated fraudsters.
If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, following the data, and building solutions where no playbook exists, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Identify Emerging Abuse
Proactively identify new fraud patterns, abuse trends, and vulnerabilities across our products, customer journeys, and operational processes.
Investigate anomalies, understand attacker behaviours, and translate observations into actionable mitigation strategies.
Continuously scan for evolving risks, whether driven by organised fraud, policy loopholes, technological change, or new product launches.
Build the Strategy
Define the roadmap for emerging fraud prevention across the business.
Prioritise risks based on customer impact, financial exposure, operational complexity, and strategic importance.
Develop business cases that influence investment in tooling, automation, machine learning, and product improvements.
Turn Insights into Action
Lead complex investigations to understand how abuse occurs and where existing controls can be strengthened.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to design scalable prevention mechanisms rather than tactical fixes.
Establish metrics that measure both emerging risk and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution
Act as the central point of coordination between Fraud, Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Customer Operations, Legal, Finance, and Data Science.
Influence roadmaps to ensure fraud prevention is embedded into product development from the earliest stages.
Support major product launches by identifying potential abuse scenarios and recommending preventative controls.
Build Organisational Capability
Develop frameworks for identifying, prioritising, and responding to emerging threats.
Improve how intelligence is shared across teams to ensure new attack patterns are detected and mitigated quickly.
Help foster a culture of proactive fraud prevention across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving complex, high-impact business problems.
You'll likely come from fraud, trust & safety, cybersecurity, payments, marketplaces, fintech, consulting, or another analytical environment where you've been responsible for identifying and solving new risks.
You'll bring:
Experience investigating complex fraud, abuse, or operational risk problems
Strong analytical skills with SQL and the ability to work comfortably with large datasets
A structured approach to solving ambiguous problems with limited information
Experience influencing Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams without direct authority
The ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations
Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of balancing customer experience with risk mitigation
Experience in experimentation, machine learning, fraud detection, marketplace integrity, or trust and safety is advantageous but not essential
You'll thrive here if you...
Love solving problems that don't have an obvious answer
Are naturally curious and enjoy uncovering hidden patterns in data
Think like both an investigator and a strategist
Can connect technical detail with commercial impact
Influence through evidence rather than hierarchy
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and evolving fraud techniques

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the team
The People Technology Product team builds the internal tools and frameworks that power every employee’s journey across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. We combine a hybrid “build + buy” approach to deliver intelligent, scalable and people-centric experiences across hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, learning, performance and more — connecting our mission to transform the way the world eats and shops with the experience of the people who make it happen. We partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, People/HR and IT to build products that elevate the entire People Tech stack across all three brands.
About the role
We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the product experience for pre-boarding and onboarding — one of the highest-leverage moments in the employee lifecycle — across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on the cross-functional experience that begins the moment a candidate signs and continues until a new hire is fully ramped, spanning both the People and IT functions. You’ll be the end-to-end product owner for the systems, workflows and experiences that get equipment, access, accounts, paperwork and early enablement right from day one. Based in London and working with global teams, you’ll drive measurable improvements to the new-hire experience and help our new hires ramp up faster, at scale across regions, legal contexts, and brands.
What you'll be doing
Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt, from offer acceptance through to a fully ramped new hire.
Design and evolve cross-functional experiences that connect People and IT workflows — provisioning, access and account setup, equipment, documentation and early enablement — into a single, coherent journey for new joiners and their managers.
Define and track the metrics that matter — time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, day-one readiness and operational efficiency — and use them to prioritise work and demonstrate impact.
Build durable, modular product capabilities — task orchestration, status visibility, and manager and new-hire dashboards — that scale across geographies, orgs and brands and reduce reliance on manual, one-off processes.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR and IT to translate complex, cross-functional process needs into intuitive product capabilities.
Navigate the realities of a multi-brand, multi-region environment — varied legal and compliance requirements, regional differences and change management — without disrupting critical hiring moments.
Set the product vision and influence senior stakeholders across the People and IT functions, building alignment on a shared onboarding strategy across all three brands.
Model strong product judgement: define clear problem statements, scope MVPs intentionally and invest in foundations that compound over time.
Requirements
A track record of building and shipping products end-to-end — from problem definition and strategy through delivery and iteration — ideally in People/HR, IT or other complex, cross-functional environments.
Experience designing products and workflows that span multiple functions, systems and stakeholders, turning complexity into simple, usable experiences.
Comfort working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms, including integrating data across systems.
Strong analytical skills and the habit of using data and metrics to define success, prioritise and measure impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain product decisions clearly and influence senior leaders across functions and brands.
Experience operating across regions, legal contexts or multiple brands, building products that work in a global environment.
A bias for delivering high-quality products in a fast-moving organisation, balancing speed, risk and technical constraints.
Why Deliveroo
Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders.
