And by gradually rolling out new application components, they escape nightmare "big-bang" technology migrations.
The LaunchDarkly platform was built to guide engineers to the next frontier of DevOps by:
Improving the velocity and stability of software releases, without the fear of end customer outages
Delivering targeted experiences by easily personalizing features to customer cohorts
Maximizing the business impact of every feature through the ability to experiment and optimize
Coordinating the release and optimization of software to provide consistent experiences across mobile platforms and device types

An overview of this role
As Senior Manager, Total Rewards Operations, India, you'll lead a small team supporting GitLab's global benefits and compensation operations. You'll translate global program priorities into dependable execution, strengthen operational controls, and make processes easier to run and support across regions and time zones. You'll set clear priorities and quality standards while coaching your team to deliver accurate work. You'll support global programs in partnership with their functional owners, rather than set enterprise-wide compensation or benefits strategy.
What You’ll Do
Oversee, coach, and develop the day-to-day responsibilities for the local Benefits Analyst and Senior Total Rewards Operations Analyst, establishing clear ownership, goals, feedback practices, and coverage plans.
Prioritize global benefits support and compensation operations work, balancing recurring cycles, service requests, audits, and time-sensitive projects.
Oversee compensation operations support, including market-data workflows, compensation-cycle preparation, system transactions, equity grant data checks, and audit evidence.
Establish quality controls, review points, escalation paths, and records practices that protect sensitive compensation and benefits information and maintain appropriate access and confidentiality.
Monitor deadlines, dependencies, service trends, and risks, surfacing issues early and carrying practical process improvements through to adoption.
Partner with global program owners to coordinate execution across geographies, communicate local considerations, and support consistent team member experiences through clear written updates, decision records, and reusable documentation.
Work with People Technology and system stakeholders to clarify requirements, test process and system changes, and improve data quality and workflow efficiency, using artificial intelligence tools responsibly where appropriate.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in Total Rewards, benefits, compensation operations, or a closely related People function in a global organization, with working knowledge of benefits administration and/or compensation processes and their dependencies.
Demonstrated people-management ability, including setting priorities, coaching team members, and developing operational capability.
A record of delivering accurate work across multiple deadlines, stakeholders, and time zones, supported by practical controls, root-cause analysis, and process improvements.
Clear written communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to explain processes and escalate risks.
Sound judgment with confidential data and sensitive team member matters.
Ability to use spreadsheets, human resources systems, and collaboration tools to manage workflows and validate data.
Fluency in artificial intelligence tools and the ability to use them responsibly to improve Total Rewards work and team processes.
Helpful, but not required: experience supporting a distributed, multi-country workforce or working with benefits vendors, brokers, salary surveys, equity grant operations, or compensation review cycles.
About the team
The Senior Total Rewards Operations Manager supports global total rewards programs, working with Payroll, Finance, People Operations, People Technology, Legal, People Business Partners, brokers, and vendors. The team's tools include Workday, Google Workspace, Slack, and Claude. The role emphasizes accurate administration, team-member support, and practical process improvements, with opportunities to build deeper total rewards expertise.

At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives. Our wearable technology and analytics platform help individuals optimize recovery, training, and long-term health.
WHOOP is seeking a Product Designer II to join the Design Systems team and help shape the systems that power consistent, high-quality experiences across WHOOP products. As an individual contributor, you'll own and drive meaningful work across the WHOOP Design System, partnering closely with design, engineering, and product teams to build scalable, accessible, and beautifully crafted solutions. You'll play a key role in defining the strategy and architecture of our next-generation design system, driving adoption across teams, and enabling designers and developers to create exceptional member experiences more efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and evolve key areas of the WHOOP Design System, designing and governing foundational elements including design tokens, styles, UI components, patterns, and layout templates with a high degree of craft, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Help define the strategy and architecture for the next-generation WHOOP Design System, collaborating with engineering and design partners to build scalable solutions that support web, iOS, Android, and Figma while accounting for platform-specific and localization needs.
- Own and maintain Design System Figma libraries, ensuring alignment with production code and established system architecture, while driving education, adoption, and effective use of the Design System across design, engineering, and product teams.
- Collaborate with design leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to make informed system decisions, balancing visual quality, technical constraints, accessibility, compliance requirements, product timelines, and the needs of designers, developers, and members.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual Design System roadmap planning, identifying opportunities to improve product quality and team efficiency while leveraging AI and emerging tools to accelerate workflows and streamline system development.
- Champion design excellence by ensuring Design System elements meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards, sharing expertise, incorporating feedback, and helping elevate the quality and consistency of experiences across WHOOP.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of professional experience in product design, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience contributing to and governing a design system.
- A portfolio demonstrating meaningful design system contributions, including examples of reusable components, system architecture, or improvements to designer, developer, and end-user experiences.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to create polished, accessible, and scalable UI solutions.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience building and maintaining component libraries, variables, styles, and design system documentation.
- Strong understanding of design system principles and architecture, with sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering partners across web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to independently drive design work from problem definition through execution, navigating ambiguity, incorporating cross-functional feedback, and balancing competing technical, accessibility, and product requirements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions, influence stakeholders, and support the adoption of shared systems and standards.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify https://www.e-verify.gov/ to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $170,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
Product marketing at Honeycomb is a small team with a wide surface area. We decide how Honeycomb is positioned, what we say at launch, what the sales team brings into a deal, and how an engineer who has never heard of us understands the product in the first two minutes. Because the team is small, the work is broad: in one week you might rewrite a product page, build a competitive one-pager, interview a customer, and run the launch checklist for a new feature.
This role is built for someone early in a product marketing career who wants to systematically improve the customer buying journey. As a product and messaging expert, you will partner with go-to-market teams to drive business impact through sales and marketing campaigns. You will get real ownership of real launches, and you will have senior product marketers, a technical field team, and engineers who like explaining their work close at hand. Our audience is engineers and platform teams, so the bar is accuracy first: we would rather be precise and useful than clever.
What you’ll do in the role:
You will support and execute product marketing across Honeycomb's core products, with a generalist mix of messaging, launches, content, enablement, and competitive work. Expect to start by contributing to pieces of each and to own more of them over your first year.
Responsibilities
Messaging and positioning:
Write and maintain messaging for features and product areas, from the one-sentence version an engineer reads on a web page to the slide a sales engineer uses in a technical conversation. Keep it accurate and grounded in what the product actually does.
Launches:
Run launch execution for small and mid-sized releases and support the larger ones. Build the plan, write the assets, coordinate Product, Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success, and report on how the launch performed.
Content:
Produce the practical material that helps people evaluate and adopt Honeycomb: blog posts, solution briefs, web copy, demo scripts, FAQs, and customer-facing one-pagers.
Sales enablement:
Equip the field with what they need to run a good conversation, including pitch narratives, objection handling, battlecards, and release updates. Join customer calls, listen to recorded ones, and fix the material that isn't landing.
Competitive and market intelligence:
Track the observability market and competitor moves. Maintain competitive assets and keep them current and honest, so the field trusts them.
Voice of customer and proof points:
Talk to customers and prospects, turn what you hear into case studies, quotes, and proof points, and bring the patterns back to Product and Marketing.
Measurement:
Help define what success looks like for your work, pull the data, and share what you learn, including the things that didn't work.
What you’ll bring to the role:
2 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, or in a closely adjacent go-to-market role such as content marketing, sales engineering, technical writing, developer relations, or product management, with at least some of it in B2B SaaS.
Strong writing. You can take a dense technical explanation and turn it into something short, accurate, and useful, and you can tell the difference between the two yourself.
Curiosity about technical products and the patience to learn how they work. You ask engineers questions until you actually understand the answer, and you are comfortable in a product that assumes a technical user.
Passion about the team winning: Sales, marketing, and product teams will depend on you to succeed. Their success is your success, but you’re not simply an order taker: you look for the smart solutions and don’t wait to be asked.
The ability to run a project across teams without formal authority: setting a timeline, chasing the open items, and telling people clearly when something has slipped.
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping. Our priorities move, the team is small, and the best work here comes from people who start rather than wait for a brief.
Willingness to use data to decide and to evaluate your own work honestly.
Demonstrated experience applying AI tooling in your work.
Nice to have
Exposure to observability, developer tools, distributed tracing, OpenTelemetry, platform engineering, or reliability and SLO practices. We will teach this, but a head start helps.
Experience marketing to engineers as the primary audience.
Hands-on familiarity with AI and LLM tooling, including coding agents and MCP-based workflows.
Experience with webinars, conference talks, or community programs.
Experience working in a fully distributed company.
Base Salary based on level of experience
$171,000
—
$261,000 CAD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...
Please note we cannot currently sponsor or support visa transfers at this time.
Additionally, in compliance with applicable law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work.

About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
As a member of the Teleport Customer Solutions Team, you will own the full post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers: implementation, technical support, ongoing business reviews, and identifying expansion opportunities. You will be responsible for implementing, supporting, evangelizing, and expanding Teleport at our top customers, and dedicated to proactively driving adoption so that they achieve the maximum value from all Teleport products and solutions.
This is a deeply technical role. Many of our customers run Teleport on Kubernetes, and you will be expected to operate comfortably at the cluster level: designing and deploying Teleport in customer environments, troubleshooting failing workloads, and debugging access, networking, and certificate issues alongside customer engineers.
You will work directly with customers to design solution architecture, deploy and configure Teleport hands-on, share implementation best practices, triage and debug technical issues, develop and maintain training programs, evangelize the solution to a wider customer organization, and plan and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts. You will act as a customer champion within Teleport and help prioritize product feedback by working with the Product team. As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary lead for identifying and providing initial triage of technical blockers via shared chat, ticket, and meetings.
As our company grows and we launch new offerings, the requirements of this position may shift. You should be comfortable with change and have an interest in continually learning and advancing your skillset.
What you’ll bring
- Deep, hands-on Kubernetes experience. You have built clusters with kubeadm (not just managed services), configured RBAC and certificate-based user access, and debugged failing workloads, networking, and control-plane issues. CKA certification is strongly preferred; CKAD is a plus.
- Experience with cert-manager and TLS certificate management, Helm, and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD or Flux)
- Demonstrable experience with the following security principles and technologies: SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO (SAML, OIDC), and RBAC
- Linux administration skills
- Hands-on experience with one of the major public cloud providers: AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications are a plus)
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding, software services, solution architecting, or system administration roles
- Exceptional hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills, with the tenacity to identify and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Outstanding soft skills and excellent verbal and written communication
- Project management experience and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
What you’ll be doing
- Design solution architecture for Teleport in customer environments
- Deploy and configure Teleport in customer environments, including Kubernetes-based deployments, and communicate implementation best practices to the customer
- Act as the point person for technical issues, troubleshooting Kubernetes-based customer environments (cluster, networking, certificate, and access issues) and escalating high-complexity cases to Engineering
- Work closely with Sales and Product to identify customer needs tied to tangible upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Plan and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews for customers, drive adoption within the customer organization, and plan and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts of Teleport
- Develop, maintain, and deliver customized training, and evangelize the solution to a wider customer organization
- Maintain strong working relationships with key client stakeholders and expand those relationships into other parts of the organization
- Document each customer’s business goals and challenges to align Teleport with the most value possible
- Serve as a subject matter expert on existing and upcoming Teleport solutions for customers and teammates, staying up to date on the latest releases
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to provide valuable feedback for product improvement
- Support our broader customer base seeking new solutions and best practice recommendations
Our interview process
Our interview process includes a hands-on technical assessment. You will build a kubeadm Kubernetes cluster, configure RBAC with certificate-based user access, deploy an application, present your design and its tradeoffs, and work through live Kubernetes troubleshooting scenarios. Candidates should be comfortable operating Kubernetes at this level without relying on managed-service abstractions. You are welcome to use AI tools for the take-home portion, with full disclosure of how they were used.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities

Who We Are
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto platforms — a regulated exchange, a self-custody wallet, and a growing ecosystem of decentralized applications used by millions globally. We move fast, ship constantly, and operate across trading, DeFi, payments, and social products — each with distinct users and design challenges.
Our design organization is in the middle of a meaningful transformation: raising craft standards, building tighter brand-to-product coherence, and embedding AI into how we work. We're backed by our core principles — We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done — and we take those seriously in how we hire, build, and ship.
About the Opportunity
This is a hybrid onsite position. Candidates must be in the Bay Area, CA.
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted.
This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions.
You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product.
What You'll Be Doing
Design product visual experiences.
Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable.
Contribute to visual systems.
Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual
Bridge brand and product.
Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand.
Design product campaigns and key moments.
Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand.
Use AI tools in your design workflow.
Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production. You’re expected to experiment with AI-assisted workflows and bring what works back to the team. This is a core part of how we work, not an optional extra.
Collaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure visual design decisions are grounded in user needs and technically feasible. Participate in design reviews, give and receive critique constructively, and communicate your rationale clearly.
Pitch and present.
Propose creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Articulate the reasoning behind visual choices, not just what you designed, but why it is the right solution for the user and the brand.
What We Look For In You
4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, a digital-focused role within a brand team, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail.
Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI. You understand how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences. Mobile-first experience is essential.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail. You have a clear point of view, make thoughtful design decisions, and care about the polish that separates good from great.
Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems. You understand tokens, components, patterns, and how to create a coherent visual language across a product.
Comfortable working at the intersection of brand and product. You can translate brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while leaving room for distinctive product expression.
AI-forward in your practice. You actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production, and are excited to experiment with new workflows. You use AI with strong creative judgment, refining outputs rather than relying on unedited generated assets, and look for ways to make visual work more scalable.
A clear, collaborative communicator who can articulate design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience creating light animation is a strong plus. Experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is also highly valued.
What Sets You Apart
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms — you understand the visual language of trust, precision, and data density.
Strong visual. illustration and interaction idea skills — you can create original visual assets, not just compose them.
An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy. You can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones.
Familiarity with how visual design integrates with front-end implementation. You understand CSS, design tokens, and component architecture well enough to collaborate effectively with engineers.

VP of Communications, Replit
Replit is changing who gets to build software. As an agentic software creation platform, Replit enables anyone, from individual creators to teams inside the world’s largest companies, to turn natural language into applications, internal tools, dashboards, workflows, websites, and software that solves real problems.
We are looking for a Director or VP of Communications to lead Replit’s next chapter of storytelling, trust building, and market leadership.
This is a senior communications role for a creative, strategic, and hands-on leader who can build and scale the communications function as Replit grows from a beloved developer platform into a defining company in AI, software creation, and enterprise transformation. This person will own Replit’s external and internal communications strategy, including strategic positioning and company narrative, media relations, analyst relations, executive communications, internal communications, crisis communications, customer storytelling, flagship thought leadership, policy-related communications, and global awareness.
The role requires someone who can push through the noise, make the Replit story heard, and keep it part of the conversation. The Director / VP of Communications will develop a compelling narrative that evolves with the company, the product, and the market, and deliver it across media, policymakers, partners, customers, prospects, and employees. The role will also support Replit’s international awareness, with a focus on key markets in Europe and Asia.
This person must be both strategic and execution-oriented. They should have built or helped lead a communications function at a fast-growing technology company, or led communications and positioning for a leading institution. This is not a traditional press office role of adopting another company’s playbook in its entirety.
The person must be creative, scrappy, maybe even spiky: able to take what they know works as a foundation and build on it to make Replit a unique player that punches above its weight in a crowded, competitive marketplace.
Role
- Lead and scale Replit’s communications function, including communications strategy, team structure, agency management, operating rhythms, and execution standards.
- Build an AI-native communications function, with agents running repeatable work so a lean team focuses on judgment, relationships, and creative leaps.
- Develop and evolve Replit’s corporate narrative as the company expands across AI, developer tools, enterprise, consumer, education, and global markets.
- Own Replit’s strategic positioning: the upstream frameworks and intellectual capital that make every launch, stage, and story land better.
- Lead communications programs across company announcements, product launches, enterprise momentum, customer stories, partnerships, policy-related issues, executive visibility, awards, events, and thought leadership.
- Shape how the market understands Replit as an agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language.
- Build clear, credible narratives around AI-powered software creation, developer productivity, enterprise adoption, security, governance, education, and the future of work.
- Develop flagship thought leadership, signature reports, and third-party validator relationships that build enterprise and institutional trust.
- Partner with the CEO, executive team, and functional leaders on positioning, reputation, media strategy, internal communications, and high-stakes company moments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with technology, business, AI, enterprise, developer, policy, and international media.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, sales, partnerships, legal, policy, people, and finance to create coordinated communications programs that support company priorities.
- Lead or support internal communications, including company meetings, leadership messaging, employee announcements, change communications, and moments that help the company stay aligned as it scales.
- Manage proactive and reactive communications, including rapid response, issues management, crisis communications, and sensitive topics.
- Prepare executives and spokespeople for media interviews, podcasts, conferences, customer events, internal moments, and industry presentations, and earn premier stages for Replit’s leaders.
- Support Replit’s global communications strategy, with particular focus on expanding awareness in Europe and Asia.
- Track the AI, software, developer, enterprise, startup, and policy landscape to identify where Replit should lead, respond, or reframe the conversation.
- Build a communications culture that values speed, clarity, creativity, judgment, and proof.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of experience in communications, PR, media, corporate affairs, or related fields for Director level; 15+ years for VP level.
- Experience building, scaling, or significantly expanding a communications or strategic positioning function at a fast-growing technology company or leading institution.
- Proven experience working directly with founders, CEOs, executives, and senior cross-functional leaders.
- Strong relationships with technology, business, enterprise, AI, developer, and/or policy media.
- Experience managing external agencies and cross-functional communications programs on a global level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for users, developers, enterprise buyers, employees, policymakers, partners, and the press.
- Strong understanding of the AI landscape and how AI is changing software development, enterprise productivity, and the future of work.
- Hands-on fluency with AI and agentic tools, with a vision for AI-native communications operations.
- Track record of flagship thought leadership: signature reports, executive platforms, and ideas that shape an industry’s conversation.
- Experience earning third-party validation from leading institutions and policy communities for a scrutinized or emerging technology.
- Experience guiding communications through major inflection points: public-company transitions, landmark policy moments, category creation.
- Experience across several communications disciplines, including external communications, internal communications, media relations, executive communications, crisis communications, and strategic messaging.
- Ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, compelling stories without losing substance.
- Cross-functional leadership experience, with the ability to influence and collaborate across product, engineering, sales, marketing, legal, policy, finance, and people teams.
- Ability to see the big picture while operating in execution mode.
- Passionate about their craft and the impact they can have.
- Strong judgment in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
- A creative, resourceful, “do more with less” mindset.

This is a hands-on, high-volume role for a senior commercial lawyer who is energized by closing deals, comfortable as the single point of accountability for a contract, and fluent in the data privacy and regulatory issues that come with selling identity, biometric, and fraud-prevention technology into highly regulated industries. You will work daily with business stakeholders and counterparties, and partner with our Privacy, InfoSec, and Product teams to land agreements that protect Incode while keeping deals moving. Beyond the deal table, you'll counsel Product and Engineering on new products and features and go-to-market, keeping Incode's launches and customer commitments aligned.

Monitor evolving privacy, biometric, and AI-related legal and regulatory developments across the U.S. and Canada and proactively flag changes that affect Incode's products or contracting positions.
Review and approve product-related marketing and external communications, with a focus on consumer protection, unfair/deceptive practices, and privacy posture.
Act as the trusted, responsive legal partner to Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success setting expectations, communicating ETAs, and unblocking deals against quarter-end and go-live timelines.
Translate complex legal and privacy concepts into practical guidance business teams can act on and escalate novel or high-risk issues to the General Counsel with a clear recommendation.
Integrate emerging AI governance and AI-ethics frameworks into responsible product development.
Develop deep fluency in Incode's proprietary technology and product architecture to provide grounded, practical advice.
Commercial Negotiations
Own end-to-end drafting, review, and negotiation of the full range of customer commercial agreements across the North America market in addition to POCs, MSAs, and DPAs, you will negotiate OEM and reseller/partner agreements, NDAs/MNDAs, and amendments.
Serve as the single accountable owner (“hold the pen”) for assigned deals, driving them from first review through redlines, issue resolution, and final execution.
Review and negotiate third-party (customer) paper, quickly identifying material risks, deviations from Incode's positions, and the handful of points truly worth negotiating.
Lead customer-facing calls and direct negotiations, advising the business on key commercial terms — limitation of liability, indemnification, term and renewal, SLAs, fees and pricing interplay, IP and trademark use, and termination.
Provide clear, documented sign-off for signature and partner with Legal Operations on Salesforce and legal software intake workflows.
