We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is rapidly building the leading ecosystem of generative models, bringing the best models from AI labs around the world to our users alongside our own. We are looking for an IC to source, activate, and scale relationships across Runway's growing portfolio of model partners. This is a role for someone who wants to own whatever needs owning, take new models from first conversation to launch, and write the playbook where none exists yet. You will work closely across Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a broad portfolio of model partners end to end, across modalities
- Track the model landscape relentlessly: spot new labs and releases early and bring the strongest ones to the team as candidates for integration
- Take new partners from zero to launched: source, structure and negotiate commercial terms, then close with Legal and Finance
- Be the partner's main point of contact through launch, working closely with our engineering team
- Build deep, trusted relationships with founders, BD leads and research teams at our partners, and turn those relationships into early access, better terms and joint launches
- Run the portfolio with rigor: set check-in cadences, monitor relationship health, and spot and escalate risk early
- Track usage, spend and margin by partner and model, and use that data to decide where to invest, renegotiate or step back
- Partner with Marketing and our partners on co-marketing for model launches
- Build the frameworks and tools that let the function scale as the ecosystem grows
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 5+ years of experience across some combination of partnerships, business development, GTM, consulting, or founding/operating, with a track record of having owned outcomes end to end
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements, ideally usage-based, API or platform deals
- Genuine obsession with generative AI: you know the labs, you try new models the day they ship, and you have opinions on what makes one good
- Demonstrated range: you've done the deal and the integration and the launch
- High technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies, tools, systems, and issues
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn usage and spend data into a clear recommendation
- Ability to manage many relationships and priorities at once in a fast-paced environment without dropping threads
- Clear, concise communication, from a startup founder to a big-lab partnerships team to a Runway engineer in the same day
- A strong bias towards action and belief that no task is too small for you
- Highly resourceful, with the ability to create structure and work autonomously amid ambiguity
- New York-based preferred
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position
The National Malaria Control Program (NMCP) is responsible for the national coordination of malaria prevention, case management, and malaria supply chain activities in Niger.
In recent years, the national supply chain management system has undergone significant evolution, characterized by:
The progressive strengthening of quantification and supply planning mechanisms;
The increasing use of logistics data from DHIS2;
The progressive strengthening of the Quantification Analytics Tool (QAT) as the national reference tool for supply forecasting and planning;

Logistics data analysis;
Data validation and triangulation;
Supply forecasting and planning;
Supply chain performance management;
Stockout risk anticipation;
Use of digital logistics management tools;
Monitoring of warehousing and distribution performance;
Pharmaceutical waste management.
To support this transition, the NMCP wishes to benefit from technical support through the recruitment of a Technical Expert in Logistics Intelligence, forecasting, and Supply Chain Performance. The goal is to sustainably strengthen national capacities, not to create functional dependency on external expertise.
The Advisor will support the NMCP in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
General Objective
Support the NMCP in strengthening its institutional capacities in logistics intelligence, quantification, data analysis, and supply chain performance management to sustainably improve the availability of malaria commodities.

Supporting the monitoring of warehousing and distribution performance carried out by National Office of Pharmaceutical Products and Chemicals (ONPPC).
Developing supply chain performance dashboards and indicators.
Supporting the NMCP in monitoring pharmaceutical waste management.
Sustainably strengthening the technical capacities of national teams through skills transfer and process formalization.
Nature and Principles of Position
The position is structured around:
Strengthening institutional capacities;
Transferring skills;
Developing sustainable tools and mechanisms;
Providing analytical and strategic support.
The position does not constitute a permanent organic function within the NMCP and is not intended to replace the statutory or hierarchical responsibilities of national staff.
The Advisor shall:
Not hold any hierarchical authority over NMCP staff;
Not replace NMCP human resources;
Not exercise the program's sovereign (regalian) functions;
Act within a framework of technical support, accompaniment, systems structuring, and skills transfer.
The Advisor will work closely with:
The NMCP's Supply and Stock Management (GAS) team;
The NMCP pharmacist;
The NMCP monitoring and evaluation teams;
The Directorate of Pharmacy, Medicine, and Traditional Medicine (DPH/MT);
ONPPC;
Technical and financial partners.
Main Responsibilities:
Logistics Data Governance and Analytical Intelligence
Support the NMCP in analyzing and leveraging logistics data from DHIS2 and eLMIS/Open mSupply as it is progressively deployed, as well as planning tools;
Develop cross-validation mechanisms for logistics data;
Support the identification and correction of data inconsistencies;
Develop Analytical Dashboards and Visualization Tools
Strengthen the NMCP's capacity to analyze consumption trends and stockout risks;
Develop early warning mechanisms;

Develop logistics performance indicators.
The Advisor shall build on work already carried out regarding:
DHIS2 data completeness (and eLMIS data as it is progressively deployed);
The identification and correction of inconsistencies;
Monthly stockout monitoring;
Analysis of district performance in their capacity for regular monthly resupply of health facilities.

About the Role
You will be the person who makes our AI better at selling. You will read its conversations, notice what is working and what is not, and change the instructions it follows so the next thousand conversations go better.
You do not need to know everything on day one. We will teach you our tools, our playbooks and how to write and test prompts. What we cannot teach is the instinct for conversations, a feel for sales, and the curiosity to dig into the data and ask why.
What You'll Do
Review AI-drafted text messages each day, and approve, edit or rewrite them before they send.
Spot patterns across conversations, such as an opener that gets replies but no orders, and figure out the cause.
Update each brand's prompts and playbook to fix problems at the source, then test the change before it goes live.
Respond to brand requests and turn them into playbook updates.
Help launch new brands: deep research on their brand, write the persona and opening messages, and check that offers work.
Run and track A/B tests, and report what won.
Requirements
You read people well. From one text you can tell whether a shopper is ready to buy, has a question, or is done, and you reply the way a real person would.
You have sales instinct. You answer an objection and then ask for the sale, without arguing or pushing the customer away.
You are curious about data. You can open a table of conversations and ask the right questions: how many, compared to what, at which brand, since when. You notice when a number looks off and go find out why.
You fix the cause, not the symptom. When the AI says something wrong, you look for the reason (a missing fact, a vague rule, two rules that conflict) and fix the instruction so it does not happen again.
You are comfortable with AI tools. You use ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools regularly and understand that how you ask shapes what you get back.
You are online. These are live conversations. You are responsive during working hours and quick to pick things up in Slack.
You learn fast and like feedback. You pick up new tools quickly and want to get better each week.
Nice to Have
Experience in sales (SDR, BDR, retail or any role with a close rate), customer support, or live chat.
Experience at a DTC brand or ecommerce agency.
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript or similar tools.
Spreadsheet skills, or basic SQL.
Something you have built or automated with AI on your own.
What We'll Teach You
Our console, approval queue and playbook system.
How to write, test and ship prompt changes.
Shopify basics, discount codes and how they combine.
How we run and read A/B tests.

Preferred qualifications
· Strongly preferred: experience supporting clinical trial design, protocol development, clinical development strategy, model-informed drug development, or regulatory-facing quantitative evidence.
· Familiarity with one or more trial-design topics, such as endpoint strategy, sample size or power assumptions, patient selection or enrichment, longitudinal outcomes, missing data, adaptive designs, or decision criteria.
· Knowledge of digital-twin architecture and validation, supported by expertise in causal inference, Bayesian modeling, survival analysis, longitudinal modeling, clinical trial simulation, or synthetic controls.
· Experience with clinical data standards and common clinical-development data sources.
· Experience with biomarker, imaging, omics, digital health, or real-world data and integration of multiple data modalities.
· Experience with scalable cloud-based analytical environments.
· Track record of translating analytical work into decisions, reusable capabilities, publications, presentations, or other measurable scientific impact.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Financial Data and Controls Lead to join our Billing Platform team. Billing Platform builds the systems customers use to transact with Anthropic: subscriptions, usage billing, quote to cash, invoicing, and payments. You'll be the dedicated owner of billing accuracy, reconciliation, and financial controls across those systems, making sure the right checks run, the right controls are in place, and the audit evidence exists.
Our billing systems and pricing change often, and each flow needs to meet SOX requirements. Accurate billing is what lets us launch products and pricing quickly and still close the books on time. The hard problems today include validating negotiated pricing from contract to invoice, handling the many forms of credits, app store billing, and keeping controls current while the systems under them are replaced.
This is a foundational role and the first hire of its kind on the team. You'll lead a working group of the reconciliation and controls owners from each billing engineering team, and you'll set the approach they follow. You'll work closely with Finance Systems, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Data Engineering.
The role sits in Engineering and works with Finance every day. Our Data organization builds the pipelines and owns the warehouse, and you'll use that data and partner with that team. We're looking for an engineer or data practitioner with strong accounting domain knowledge, who can talk to engineers about systems and to Finance and auditors about risk and materiality.
Key responsibilities
Own reconciliation and accuracy checks for critical billing data (quantity, price, discounts, and invoices) across our product platform, third-party billing and payment providers, app stores, cloud marketplaces, and in-house systems
Design and run detective controls that catch billing errors before they reach the accounting books
Partner with billing engineering teams to turn repeat checks into automated verifiers
Review billing changes that have financial impact, flag the ones that touch SOX or IT application controls (ITACs), and make sure functional test evidence is in place
Make SOX review a standard, lightweight step in how billing changes ship, treated like a security review, so launches are not delayed by it
Own the end-to-end test strategy and audit evidence for those changes, working with Finance Systems, Data Engineering, Accounting, and Internal Audit
Triage billing errors, prioritize backfills and fixes with the owning teams, and track materiality over time
Define and maintain the data contracts between billing and finance systems, so downstream teams can find and trust the data they need
Lead the working group of reconciliation and controls owners across billing engineering teams, through influence and not reporting lines
Act as the Billing owner, alongside Accounting and Finance Systems, for translating the product and pricing roadmap into financial impact, test strategy, and process updates
Minimum qualifications
Experience building or owning a financial ledger, billing reconciliation, or cash reconciliation system end to end, one that Accounting relied on to close the books
Hands-on SQL skills strong enough to take two messy datasets (for example usage events and invoices), match them, find the breaks, and explain the root cause
Accounting domain knowledge (order to cash, month-end close, and materiality) sufficient to tell which billing changes have financial impact
Experience working with SOX and Internal Audit teams on IT application controls, detective controls, transaction monitoring, functional test evidence, and auditor walkthroughs
Experience defining data contracts between billing or product systems and finance systems such as the ERP, general ledger, or revenue recognition
Track record of driving work across Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Audit without direct authority
Ability to explain technical issues to Finance and auditors in their terms, and financial risk to engineers in theirs
Interest in AI and a commitment to Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI systems
Preferred qualifications
Background as a backend, data, or analytics engineer who built a financial ledger or cash reconciliation system from scratch
Experience running these systems under public company reporting requirements, and scaling them as the company grew
Experience with usage-based or consumption billing
Experience with multi-party billing, such as marketplaces, or app stores
Experience turning manual checks into automated verifiers with engineering teams
Experience remediating a control deficiency, or standing up a controls program while the underlying systems were changing
A track record of using Claude or other AI tools to automate reconciliation, testing, or evidence collection, with checks that hold up to review
Experience with billing and finance tools such as Stripe, Metronome, Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday Financials
Python for data analysis or automation

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The ClickHouse PhD Research Internship Program offers doctoral students the opportunity to pursue ambitious research alongside ClickHouse Labs researchers and engineers working on some of the most interesting challenges in databases, systems, and data infrastructure.
Research interns join ClickHouse Labs for approximately 10-12 weeks to explore meaningful research questions, develop new ideas, and investigate technologies that have the potential to advance both the broader research community and the future of ClickHouse.
The program is intentionally designed around research collaboration. Interns are paired with experienced researchers and have the opportunity to pursue work that aligns with their academic interests, ongoing research, and areas of interest within ClickHouse Labs. In some cases, an internship may build on research, a prototype, or a system the student has already begun exploring at their university.
We believe the strongest research relationships extend beyond a single summer. Interns may continue their work after returning to their university through academic research, open-source contributions, publications, or other forms of collaboration. Where there is a strong mutual fit, an internship may become the beginning of a longer-term relationship between the researcher, ClickHouse Labs, and the broader academic community.
During their internship, researchers will have the opportunity to work closely with ClickHouse Labs, engage with ClickHouse's open-source technology and engineering community, share their findings, and contribute to the intellectual life of the broader research community.
Program length: 10-12 weeks, with flexibility based on academic calendars and research needs
Typical timing: Summer, beginning approximately June 1
Locations: Opportunities available across the US and Europe, subject to role and employment requirements. Remote first.
Research environment: ClickHouse Labs
Internship format: Research-focused, mentor-supported, and shaped around areas of mutual research interest

RESEARCH AT CLICKHOUSE LABS
ClickHouse Labs explores ambitious ideas at the intersection of databases, distributed systems, data infrastructure, and the broader systems research community.
We believe some of the most interesting advances in these areas happen through close collaboration between industry and academia. ClickHouse Labs brings together researchers and engineers to explore new ideas, investigate challenging technical problems, and connect academic research with real-world systems at scale.
Research interns are an important part of that community. Interns have the opportunity to bring their own research interests and perspectives into ClickHouse Labs while working alongside researchers and engineers who are deeply engaged with both the practical challenges and open research questions shaping the future of data systems.
PROGRAM GOALS
1. Identify exceptional PhD researchers working in areas directly relevant to ClickHouse.
2. Give researchers the opportunity to work on meaningful, open-ended problems with ClickHouse Labs.
3. Build long-term relationships with researchers and academic institutions.
4. Encourage continued research and open-source contributions after the internship.

Reinforcement learning is how Claude learns to reason, write code, and act autonomously over long horizons. At frontier scale, an RL run is a large distributed system: training, sampling, and environment execution run concurrently across a large fleet of accelerators and hosts. As an engineer in RL Engineering, you'll work on keeping that system secure as it scales.
This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll work in the RL codebase and the infrastructure underneath it, alongside the engineers and researchers who build and use it. The system is large and changes as fast as the research does, so security work here has to keep up with that pace without costing performance or velocity.
We're hiring from two backgrounds: security engineers who want to work on large-scale ML systems, and ML systems or research engineers who want to work on security. Strong candidates have depth in one and real interest in the other.
Key responsibilities
Design, build, and operate security controls for RL training systems and the infrastructure they run on
Work across the stack (orchestration, environments, training, inference) wherever the work is needed
Review designs and code across the RL stack, find security problems, and fix them
Build shared libraries and tooling that other RL engineers and researchers build on
Build the observability needed to understand what these systems are doing
Work with researchers and performance engineers to make sure security changes preserve training correctness and performance
Write clear design documents for what you build
Minimum qualifications
Strong software engineering skills in Python and at least one systems language such as Rust, C++, or Go
Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems or security systems in production
Strong understanding of security fundamentals
Working knowledge of Linux, containers, and cloud infrastructure
Experience debugging complex problems across many hosts and services
Ability to reason about tradeoffs between security, performance, and reliability
Strong written communication, including design documents
Preferred qualifications

As a Sales Development Manager for Enterprise at Anthropic, you will lead the team that opens our most strategic customer relationships. You'll build and manage a team of 6-10 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) who generate high-value pipeline inside complex enterprise organizations through account-based prospecting, multi-threaded outreach, and rigorous qualification.
Enterprise buying is long and involves many stakeholders. The work here is less about volume and more about depth: knowing an account well enough to reach the right people with the right message, and staying with it long enough to turn early conversations into real opportunities. You'll bring a strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and organizational dynamics, and you'll coach your team to develop strategic accounts over time.
You'll partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and with leaders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Strategy, and Marketing. You'll also develop the next generation of Anthropic's enterprise sellers, helping BDRs grow into Account Executive roles while they help the world's largest organizations adopt safe, frontier AI.
Key responsibilities
Build, lead, and scale a team of BDRs focused on the Enterprise segment
Drive strategic pipeline generation through account-based prospecting and targeted outbound campaigns to Global 2000 accounts
Coach your team on partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to develop account plans, coordinate multi-threaded outreach, and ensure high-quality opportunity handoffs
Establish and track KPIs focused on opportunity quality, deal size, and strategic account penetration
Coach and model for your team on enterprise prospecting, stakeholder mapping, and complex qualification
Build a deep understanding of enterprise buying processes, and coach the team on navigating procurement, legal, and security requirements
Own pipeline reviews with sales leadership covering enterprise pipeline health, account penetration, and competitive positioning
Build strong relationships with cross-functional leaders and partners across Sales, Revenue Operations, Strategy, and Marketing
Coach and mentor BDRs on strategic prospecting, executive engagement, and career development toward Account Executive roles
Minimum qualifications
Experience managing BDR, SDR, or new business Account Executive teams in an enterprise-focused sales organization
A track record of building teams that prospect successfully into complex enterprise organizations
Experience with account-based selling strategies, including account planning, stakeholder mapping, and multi-threaded outreach
Hands-on proficiency with a CRM and sales engagement tooling (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar), and the analytical skills to design prospecting systems and measure pipeline quality
Demonstrated ability to coach representatives on navigating complex organizational structures and multi-stakeholder deals
Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders
An understanding of Anthropic’s products, ecosystem, and hands on building experience with LLMs
Excitement about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Personal closing experience as an Account Executive, Account Manager, ideally in a management role
Experience managing teams that prospect into Fortune 500 or Global 2000 accounts
A track record of developing BDRs who move successfully into enterprise Account Executive roles
Experience building enterprise prospecting playbooks where none existed
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, or other AI prospecting tools, and with sales tools such as Apollo and HubSpot
Experience in API-first, consumption-based, or platform business models
Background in AI or machine learning, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms
Familiarity with enterprise procurement, security review, and legal processes
