ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
THE ROLE
ElevenLabs runs a deliberately lean finance team across 10+ legal entities and 40+ countries. The stack is built around NetSuite, Stripe, Ramp, Deel, HiBob and Pigment, with a BigQuery/dbt warehouse underneath. We want a close where people review exceptions and agents handle the rest. You'll own that stack, from architecture and integrations to controls and vendors. This is a builder role, not a ticket queue.
- Run NetSuite end to end. That covers multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, and roles and segregation of duties as we build toward public-company controls.
- Own the integration layer: Stripe, Ramp, Deel and HiBob into NetSuite, and NetSuite into the warehouse. Month-end should reconcile by design instead of by hand.
- Lead selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration. You'll also handle the finance setup of every new entity.
- Build with AI, alongside our Automations and Data teams. Examples include agents and automations for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations and accounting requests.
- Be the systems voice in finance decisions on new pricing models, new geographies and audit readiness.
REQUIREMENTS
- You've administered a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance yourself, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles and releases.
- You've owned an ERP or billing implementation or migration end to end, and you know how Stripe data flows into the ERP and into revenue recognition.
- You build integrations, through iPaaS or code, that reconcile and alert when something breaks, and you're comfortable in SQL.
- You understand R2R, P2P and O2C and the controls behind them, and you can work with accountants, engineers and auditors in the same week.
- You work AI-first: tools like Claude Code or Cursor are part of your day, and you automate a workflow before you staff it.
- Bonus: experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or another usage-billing platform, Deel/HiBob, or n8n, or dbt/BigQuery; SOX or ITGC work at a pre-IPO or public company.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Lead a Finance Systems & Automation team as the company scales.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe, with the ability to operate in CET timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Warsaw and London.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

MANAGER, COMMERCIAL SALES - EAST
Location: US East (remote), strong interest for New York City
THE ROLE
Our commercial segment is one of the more technically demanding sales environments in the industry. Our buyers are data engineers, platform architects, and technical founders — and the AEs who succeed here do so because they can meet those buyers as peers, not vendors. Building and leading that team requires someone who has done it themselves and knows what great looks like.
As Manager of Commercial Sales at ClickHouse, you'll own the performance, development, and culture of our Commercial AE team. You'll be expected to live in the details — reviewing pipelines, sitting on calls, pressure-testing deal strategy, and knowing every meaningful opportunity in the book. The best managers in this role won't be directing from a distance; they'll be the person their reps turn to when a deal gets complicated. This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from a dashboard. It's a role for someone who wants to build something.
You'll inherit a team that has real momentum, as our Commercial segment represents a significant % of our overall business.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Commercial Account Executives selling into the sub-250 employee segment — helping them close faster, think more technically, and operate with greater autonomy over time.
- Own the Commercial segment number. You're accountable for team attainment, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy — and you'll be expected to have a clear point of view on both at any given moment.
- Spend time in deals. Review deals, join customer conversations when it matters, and help your reps navigate the technical and commercial complexity that defines this segment.
- Hire exceptional people. The Commercial AE profile is rare: technically credible, commercially hungry, and able to operate without hand-holding. You know how to find and close that person.
- Build the playbook. Document what's working, codify best practices, and create repeatable frameworks for technical discovery, objection handling, and deal progression that the team can scale.
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing to ensure the Commercial team has the support, enablement, and feedback loops they need to win.
- Identify patterns across the pipeline — where deals stall, where we lose, and where we consistently win — and use those insights to improve team performance and inform product and GTM decisions.
- Contribute to the broader Commercial strategy, including segmentation, coverage model, and how we evolve the motion as the team scales.
WHAT YOU BRING
- A track record of success as a quota-carrying AE in a technical sales environment — you've sold data infrastructure, developer tooling, or a similarly technical product to engineering buyers and you know what that motion actually requires.
- Experience leading or mentoring other sellers, whether in a formal management role or as a senior IC who took ownership of team development. You know how to coach, not just direct.
- Technical credibility. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to earn respect in rooms full of them. You understand the modern data stack, can hold a conversation about architecture, and know enough to identify when a deal is stalling for technical reasons vs. commercial ones.
- Strong commercial instincts. You can read a pipeline, spot sandbagging, identify risk early, and have an honest forecast conversation with leadership without needing a week to prepare.
- A builder mentality. The playbook is still being written. You're comfortable operating in that environment and energized by the opportunity to shape it rather than frustrated by the ambiguity.
- Genuine investment in people development. Your reps' growth is your growth. You give direct feedback, create space for people to fail safely, and take accountability for the development of everyone on your team.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
The Commercial segment at ClickHouse is technically differentiated, growing fast, and still finding its ceiling. The person who leads it will have a direct hand in shaping how one of the most important data infrastructure companies in the industry goes to market — and will build a team that reflects their own standard of excellence.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We're looking for a Partner Solutions Architect to own the global technical relationship with Snowflake and Databricks.
Snowflake and Databricks are two of Fivetran + dbt Labs’ largest platform alliances. This is a global role scoped to those two partners. For each, you will own the technical alliance plan worldwide, the joint technical narrative, and our joint integration and roadmap priorities with each partner to drive cosell revenue. You will also own our technical presence at major milestones such as Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, our two largest partner events.
Functionally, the role sits at the intersection of field engineering, product management, partnerships, and partner marketing. Your closest counterparts are the global alliance managers for Snowflake and Databricks, the regional partner sales managers who run the Snowflake and Databricks motions in AMER, EMEA and APJ, the geo partner solutions architects, and product managers across both product lines. You will report to the global head of partner solutions architecture.
This is a full-time position, which can be either remote (US) or hybrid depending on location. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Own the global technical alliance plans for Snowflake and Databricks. Build each plan with the partner's alliance and product leadership, agree it with our own, and drive it through both field organizations.
Own the joint technical narrative and the capability messaging for the combined dbt + Fivetran platform on Snowflake and Databricks, including reference architectures, integration patterns, and the joint value story that partners and sellers use with customers.
Build reusable collateral, playbooks and enablement assets for the broader partner solutions architecture team and for the partners delivering on Snowflake and Databricks.
Maintain a single, current view of integration state, gaps and opportunities across the combined platform on Snowflake and Databricks, covering ingestion, transformation, Fusion, the semantic layer, catalog and metadata, open table formats, and agent and MCP interfaces, and collaborate with our Product organization to drive the right outcomes.
Serve as the primary technical counterpart to the partner engineering and partner product teams at Snowflake and Databricks, and run the standing technical cadence with each.
Own our technical presence at Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data + AI Summit, including hands-on labs, sessions, demos, and the technical readiness of the team who staff each event.
Partner with the regional Partner Solutions Architects and Partnerships organization so global alliance strategy turns into regional execution, and so they can run the motion without you in the room.
Travel approximately 30% for alliance planning, technical workshops, executive meetings and partner events, including international travel.
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, technical product management, developer relations, or another customer-facing technical role in data and analytics.
Fluency across the modern data stack (ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses and lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, BI, and the emerging agent and MCP layer) and the ability to explain how the pieces fit.
Hands-on knowledge of Snowflake and/or Databricks, plus strong SQL and data modeling fundamentals, with genuine technical credibility in front of partner engineers.
Sound product and strategic judgment and reasoning
Strong presentation and facilitation skills for workshops, hands-on labs, keynote-adjacent sessions and large partner technical audiences.
Proven ability to drive outcomes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders
Bonus Skills
Experience owning a technical alliance, with a track record of shaping what a partner built and how the two products fit together
Experience with partner-facing APIs, SDKs, drivers, or integration certification programs
Background in product management or technical product marketing alongside a field engineering career
Familiarity with cloud marketplace motions and co-sell programs

An overview of this role
As Staff Product Manager, Test & Code Coverage, you'll build product capabilities from initial discovery through launch and adoption. You'll help engineering teams understand why pipelines fail, improve test automation, and use code coverage to make better decisions about software quality and risk.
You'll turn a technically complex problem space into a focused strategy, roadmap, and developer experience. Working closely with Engineering and Design, you'll explore how agents can diagnose failures, recommend next steps, and help teams recover safely. The goal isn't to add artificial intelligence (AI) for its own sake. It's to reduce manual work and help developers get back to a safe, shippable state without losing trust or control.
At GitLab, our mission is simple: to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. You'll contribute to that mission by making testing and coverage insights more useful across the software development lifecycle.
What you'll do
Define and communicate the Test & Code Coverage product vision, strategy, and outcome-focused roadmap, from discovery through a minimum viable product, beta, launch, and continued iteration.
Identify customer problems across pipeline failure diagnosis, test automation, test optimization, code coverage, and recovery. Build the case for investment, prioritize foundational and customer-facing work, and reshape or stop initiatives that aren't creating value.
Work with Engineering to understand pipeline failures caused by flaky tests, testing gaps, environment issues, configuration problems, and coverage blind spots. Connect code changes, tests, pipeline behavior, historical patterns, and risk to help developers find a diagnosis and an actionable next step.
Work directly with customers to understand how they author, maintain, select, prioritize, and debug tests. Connect test selection, test impact analysis, code coverage, and pipeline intelligence to reduce flaky tests, shorten feedback loops, and focus testing effort where it lowers the most risk.
Partner with Engineering and Design to prototype agent-driven workflows for failure diagnosis, test authoring and repair, optimization, coverage analysis, and recovery. Make actions reviewable through evidence, confidence, human approval, and safe paths to propose code changes and merge requests. Use AI tools in your own product work to investigate problems, explore code and data, prototype concepts, and accelerate learning.
Define and measure outcomes such as time to diagnose, time to recover, failure recurrence, test signal quality, and developer confidence. Validate problems and solutions with customers and learn from production usage.
Partner across Product, Engineering, Design, Quality, Developer Experience, Customer Success, Support, and Product Marketing to connect testing insights with code review, pipelines, and release decisions. Turn customer evidence into clear narratives that support adoption and future investment.
Lead through clear written communication, prioritization, and product judgment. Influence senior stakeholders, establish repeatable discovery and measurement practices, and mentor other product managers.
What you'll bring
Experience owning complex technical products, platforms, or developer workflows at Staff, Senior Staff, Principal, or equivalent scope, including building a new product or capability from initial validation through launch and adoption.
Strong product fundamentals in customer discovery, problem framing, prioritization, roadmap development, outcome measurement, and iterative delivery.
Technical fluency in one or more relevant areas, such as software testing, test automation, code coverage, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), developer tools, DevOps, developer experience, quality engineering, or software delivery.
An understanding of how engineering teams build, test, review, and ship software, and the ability to work with engineers on test architecture, pipeline behavior, code changes, data, integrations, reliability, and scale.
Experience diagnosing technical problems and turning complex, noisy signals into clear user experiences and actionable workflows.
Experience exploring AI or agent-driven solutions for developer workflows, with the judgment to distinguish useful automation from unsafe or low-confidence actions.
Experience using customer conversations to understand problems and inform product decisions, communicating clearly in writing and conversation, and influencing across functions with shared ownership. You can work directly with developers, quality engineers, platform teams, engineering leaders, and executives, and move between strategy and implementation detail.
About the team
Our work brings together Product, Engineering, and Design, with input from Quality, Developer Experience, Customer Success, Support, and Product Marketing. We work directly with developers, quality engineers, and engineering leaders to understand their testing practices, validate ideas, and learn from how they use the product.
We give Engineering and Design clear customer context and room to shape solutions. Our decisions draw on customer evidence and measurable outcomes, and we revisit approaches that aren't creating value. You'll contribute to how we discover problems, prioritize work, and measure progress, as well as sharing product management practices with other product managers.
As part of GitLab's all-remote organization, we collaborate asynchronously across regions. Our work emphasizes transparency, written communication, and clear decision-making.

ABOUT CANTINA
Cantina Labs is a social AI company, developing a suite of advanced real-time models that push the boundaries of expression, personality, and realism. We bring characters to life, transforming how people tell stories, connect, and create. We build and power ecosystems. Cantina, our flagship social AI platform, is just the beginning.
If you're excited about the potential AI has to shape human creativity and social interactions, join us in building the future!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re working on real-time video generation for interactive characters, spanning realistic humans, stylized characters, and non-human identities. We want these characters to feel present: to speak, react, and express themselves through their face, gestures, and body language.
This brings together a set of closely connected research problems. A character needs a consistent appearance, expressive and coherent motion, and a natural relationship between speech and movement. The model also needs to respond quickly and keep generating reliably as an interaction unfolds. Quality, controllability, and efficiency all matter.
You’ll work across streaming generation, fine-tuning, distillation, inference optimization, and data. Some problems will call for a new training approach; others will come down to better examples, a more useful evaluation, or understanding a bottleneck in the implementation. Part of the job is figuring out which intervention is worth making.
You’ll have substantial freedom to propose directions, investigate unfamiliar ideas, and shape what we work on next. We’re looking for someone who enjoys that freedom and can turn it into a steady sequence of useful experiments.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Real-time and streaming generation. Develop models that support responsive interaction while maintaining visual quality and consistency over time. Investigate latency, continuity, and how model behavior changes during longer generation.
- Character expression and motion. Explore how appearance, facial expression, gesture, and body movement come together into a coherent character. Improve the relationship between speech and motion across different identities and visual styles.
- Fine-tuning and post-training. Adapt video models to new data, behaviors, and capabilities. Investigate training objectives and conditioning methods, and follow promising ideas through implementation and evaluation.
- Distillation and inference optimization. Make generation faster and more efficient. Work across model-level approaches and runtime improvements, measuring their effects on quality, latency, and memory.
- Data development. Spend meaningful time with the actual training examples. Identify missing coverage and recurring failure modes, improve curation and sampling, and develop data that helps models learn the behavior we want.
- Evaluation. Build comparisons that make progress visible and failures understandable. Combine quantitative measurements with careful inspection of generated video and the experience of interacting with the model.
- Research and collaboration. Read relevant work, reproduce and adapt useful ideas, and share early experiments, demos, and findings. Help the team decide what deserves more time and compute.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience training or fine-tuning video or related generative models.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar methods quickly and turn ideas into useful experiments.
- Good experimental judgment, ownership, and clear communication.
You’ll have freedom to explore new approaches. We expect fast iteration and early sharing of results.
COMPENSATION
When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered, including skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
Benefits for U.S.-based roles:
- Competitive salary and generous company equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance – 99.99% of premiums covered by Cantina
- 42 days of paid time off, including:
- 15 PTO days
- 10 sick days
- 15 company holidays
- 2 floating holidays

Recognized on the 2025 Forbes Cloud 100 list https://www.forbes.com/companies/clickhouse/?list=cloud100, ClickHouse is one of the most innovative and fast-growing private cloud companies. With more than 4,000 customers and $250M ARR https://clickhouse.com/blog/clickhouse-tops-250m-arr-and-4000-customers, ClickHouse leads the market in real-time analytics, data warehousing, observability, and AI workloads.
The company's sustained, accelerating momentum was recently validated by a $400M Series D financing round https://clickhouse.com/blog/clickhouse-raises-400-million-series-d-acquires-langfuse-launches-postgres. Over the past three months, customers including Capital One, Lovable, Decagon, Polymarket, and Airwallex have adopted the platform or expanded existing deployments. These customers join an established base of AI innovators and global brands such as Meta, Cursor, Sony, and Tesla.
We're on a mission to transform how companies use data. Come be a part of our journey!
We're hiring a Product Manager to own partner integrations at ClickHouse. This role owns how ClickHouse shows up inside the platforms our customers already use: embedded, native experiences across the hyperscalers and developer platforms, and deeper technical integrations with strategic partners like dbt, Fivetran, Hex, and Sigma. There is a growing surface of partner work already in motion, and this role shapes where we invest in co-innovation opportunities.
This is one of the most cross-functional roles at ClickHouse. You'll work across multiple engineering teams, our partnerships and solutions teams, and the partners themselves to deliver meaningful co-innovation and integrations with complementary technologies. You'll own the technical side of our House Mates partner program and be the person who navigates the multi-org reality of getting an integration certified, listed, and live. This is a hands-on role: you'll write the specs, run the partner calls, drive certification processes, and coordinate across teams to get things over the line.
YOU WILL
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for ClickHouse's Cloud integrations with strategic partners
- Seek out complementary innovation opportunities with partners. Define what a "better together" integration looks like with each strategic partner, and drive it from joint roadmap through launch.
- Navigate the trade-offs of embedded integrations: billing and metering, identity and auth, security and data residency, and coordination across ClickHouse and partner teams.
- Project-manage complex, multi-org launches: marketplace listings, certification processes, partner co-marketing, and GA timelines across multiple organizations.
- Own the technical standards and certification criteria for integrations submitted through the House Mates partner program.
- Measure and communicate co-innovation business impact, adoption and product strategy to executive leadership.
- Represent ClickHouse externally at partner events and in joint content.
YOU BRING
- Experience shipping integrations into third-party platforms before: hyperscaler marketplaces, embedded or native integrations, ISV partnerships, or OEM/white-label work.
- An understanding of the trade-offs that make or break a partner integration, billing, auth, security, cross-team dependencies, and have made those decisions in the past.
- A strong project management lens and are comfortable owning a launch that depends on five teams across two companies.
- Patience and resilience with partners who are unresponsive or have their own competing priorities, and you find creative ways to keep things moving anyway.
- Technical ability to understand an integration end to end, from provisioning and auth to billing and data flow, and to hold a credible conversation with engineers about APIs, architecture, and technical trade-offs.
- Energy and excitement for external-facing work: partner calls, customer conversations, and representing the product publicly.
- Hands-on and high ownership ability. You write the specs, run the partner calls, and stay close to the details.
- Comfort in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience building partner integrations with hyperscalers and modern technology companies.
- Experience running or supporting a technology partner program.
- Background at a database or data infrastructure company; familiarity with ClickHouse or peers like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Experience working in remote, multi-timezone environments.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.
- A USD$500 Home office setup if you’re a remote employee.
- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.
CULTURE - WE ALL SHAPE IT
As part of a rapidly scaling start-up, you will be instrumental in shaping our culture.

As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring Solutions Engineers to build Synthesia’s pre-sales function in France and Southern EMEA. This is a founding role: you’ll be one of the first SEs, shaping the playbook, tooling and best practices as we scale, not following an established model. If you’re someone who is excited by building whilst scaling, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Solutions Engineer at Synthesia, you will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs and design the technical solution for each deal. You will be a trusted advisor focused on the value customers get from Synthesia, and you’ll take what you learn in the field back to Product.
This is an incredible opportunity to join us as we become a multi-product company for the first time, and continue to scale across France and Southern EMEA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements, technical environment, and business challenges.
- Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, building Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product.
- Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Synthesia's platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across all product lines, so you can speak to the use cases that drive value
- Deliver demonstrations that speak to customer problems and tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution.
- Identify technical objections and integration questions as they come up, working with your AE and the broader ecosystem to find a path forward.
- Contribute your assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to help your AE shape account and deal strategy.
- Keep your deal team and manager informed on deal status, timeline, and technical dependencies.
- Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally.
- Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments, troubleshooting issues and validating integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems as they surface.
- Partner with Enablement to complete certifications, stay current on new releases, and keep your demo and objection-handling skills sharp.
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment (or equivalent technical customer-facing experience).
- Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda set with the AE, with a solid grasp of core demo technique (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell).
- Applies established solution designs and best practices to the customer's use case, working with core ecosystem functions (Product, Customer Success) as the deal requires.
- Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps based on what the customer tells you, escalating clearly to your AE so it gets actioned.
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and can articulate why Synthesia is a fit for the prospect.
- Resourceful: knows how to find the right person or tool internally, and is building their own network across the GTM organization.
- Comfortable with the technical fundamentals in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, compliance) and eager to build depth quickly.
- Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a growing book of POCs, demos, and customer conversations while hitting deadlines.
- Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed.
- You like staying ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development.
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and French
WE'D BE PARTICULARLY EXCITED IF
- Like working in a fast pace environment
- Can also speak Spanish and or Italian
- Based in Paris or London so you can spend time in our offices. This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days a week in the office.

An overview of this role
As Director, Analytics Engineering, you'll lead a team of 8 and report to the VP of Data & Insights. You set direction across the data organization, stay close enough to the work to guide technical decisions credibly, and partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, IT, and business leaders.
You will have three mandates:
Build trusted, AI-ready self-service.
Deliver a semantic model that answers business questions correctly, with the telemetry, evals, and model flexibility to prove it and keep costs in check.
Set the strategy for how GitLab accesses data.
Own the data models, BI tools, and AI access patterns (Claude, MCP servers, Slack agents) that put trusted data in everyone's hands.
Build data applications the whole company relies on.
Ship production-grade apps that combine trusted data, APIs, and AI to answer questions dashboards can't.
What you'll do
Build and own a trusted semantic model, with governed metrics and business definitions, that answers business questions consistently across every tool
Build evals and ground-truth datasets that measure answer quality, and use them to drive improvements and catch regressions
Instrument telemetry to see who uses the semantic model and AI tools, what they ask, and where they get stuck
Build a model-selection harness so GitLab can route work across LLMs and stay flexible on cost and quality
Own data modeling and curated datasets for self-service, with the ownership, data contracts, testing, and documentation that make them AI-ready
Define the AI data access strategy: when to use BI, Claude, MCP servers, or Slack agents, with the governance and security to keep access trusted and reliable
Own the enterprise BI and self-service tools strategy (e.g., Tableau, Omni), including evaluation, adoption, and cost
Build self-service capabilities, such as Claude skills, documentation, and guided workflows, that help people find and use data on their own
Build and own company-wide data applications, from Claude-built single-page apps to apps inside BI tools, that combine Snowflake data, API calls, AI-powered deep dives, and write-back to Postgres or Snowflake
Set engineering standards for data apps (security, authentication, testing, deployment, and monitoring) so they're reliable at company scale
Set a long-range roadmap tied to company strategy, and a lightweight operating model that balances urgent stakeholder needs with investment in reusable data products and tech-debt reduction
Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of 8: build career paths, develop leaders, distribute ownership, and recognize great work
Act as customer zero for GitLab and GitLab Duo in data workflows, sharing feedback with Product and Engineering
What you'll bring
12+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI, including 5+ years leading teams and 2+ years managing managers or senior leads
Deep expertise in data modeling and semantic layers (e.g., dbt Semantic Layer, Snowflake semantic views, LookML, Cube), and expert dbt, including testing and CI/CD across a multi-team project
Hands-on experience building LLM-powered data access (text-to-SQL, agents, MCP servers), including evals and telemetry for answer quality, and advanced use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code
Expert SQL and strong Snowflake experience; working knowledge of Python
Strong data governance experience: data quality, lineage, certified datasets, and access controls (RBAC, row access and masking policies)
Track record of leading cross-functional data initiatives from strategy through adoption and measurable business impact, including enterprise BI and self-service at scale
Systems thinker who sees how models, pipelines, and architecture decisions connect, and designs for second-order effects
Exceptional communicator who writes clear technical specs, sets a clear vision, makes trade-offs visible, and influences executives and peers across the company
Pragmatic in ambiguity: makes sound decisions on emerging technology and ships the right next version rather than waiting for the ideal end state
Able to use GitLab, thrive in an all-remote, asynchronous company, model GitLab's remote working competencies, and work in line with GitLab's values
Nice to Have
Experience with LLM routing or gateway tools and managing model costs
Experience with Tableau, Omni, or a BI platform migration
Experience with web app development (e.g., React, TypeScript) and Postgres
Experience owning finance or revenue-critical data (e.g., ARR, consumption) where accuracy and auditability are non-negotiable
About the Team
Analytics Engineering makes GitLab's data trusted, easy to find, and ready for anyone to use, whether they ask a dashboard, Claude, or a Slack agent. We own the curated data models, the semantic layer, the self-service tools, and the data applications that let teams answer their own questions.
AI is changing how people get to data. Questions that once went through an analyst now go straight to AI tools, so the answers are only as good as the data models and business definitions behind them. Our job is to make those answers correct, consistent, and measurable.

At Ledger, we’re proud to be the global platform for digital assets and Web3, with over 20% of the world’s crypto assets secured through our Ledger devices. With our headquarters in Paris, and offices in Vierzon, Grenoble, Montpellier, London, Portland, Geneva, Zurich and Central Singapore, we have a team of around 600 professionals developing a variety of products and services to enable individuals and companies to securely buy, store, swap, grow and manage crypto assets – including the Ledger hardware wallets line with more than 7.5 millions units already sold in 200 countries.
CONTEXT & PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Total Rewards team is entering a high-intensity period: a year-end compensation review cycle, active benchmarking work, custom bonus plan reviews, and a rising volume of analytical deliverables supporting executive and board-level reporting. To protect bandwidth and quality, we are bringing in a mid-level contractor to work closely with and under the supervision of our Paris-based Compensation & Benefits Expert, reporting directly to the Head of Total Rewards. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone with genuine C&B grounding who can work with light direction once context is set, and who understands what makes compensation data credible.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Year-End Compensation Review
- Support data preparation and validation for the annual merit, performance, and bonus review cycles: building and maintaining population files, tracking timelines, and flagging data quality issues before they become problems.
- Work closely with the C&B Expert on modelling and scenario analysis (budget impact, distribution curves, outlier identification), producing clean, auditable outputs.
- Contribute to salary budget modelling and refresh of salary structures using latest market data, including updates to merit matrices.
- Coordinate with HRBPs and People Ops on data collection and sign-off workflows to keep the cycle on track.
Analytical Work for Board & Executive Reporting
- On direction from the Head of Total Rewards, carry out the underlying data pulls, analysis, and cross-checks to populate compensation metrics and summaries used in board and executive slides.
- Produce clean, presentation-ready tables and data panels with accurate footnotes and sourcing, so outputs can be directly incorporated into slide decks.
Bonus Plan Design Reviews
- This contractor may provide support to the C&B Expert and Head of Total Rewards during bonus plan reviews, including
- Preparing and updating slide decks to support design discussions.
- Running employee data analyses and refreshing payout range modelling for plan redesigns.
- Using AI tools to update bonus plan rules documentation in Word as designs evolve, ensuring plan write-ups accurately reflect agreed changes ahead of final review.
Ad Hoc C&B Support
- Support the C&B Expert on operational tasks: Workday data uploads, equity grant list preparation and validation, and patent premium tracking.
- Support the C&B Expert and Head of Total Rewards on ad hoc projects. Examples may include aspects of job architecture and related market benchmarking analytics, pay equity & equity grant modelling.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Requirement
Experience
4 years+ in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards. C&B-specific experience is required; broader HR analytics backgrounds without meaningful C&B exposure will not be considered.
Education
Degree in a quantitative discipline preferred (e.g. Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent).
Excel & Modelling
Advanced Excel is non-negotiable: pivot tables, scenario modelling, audit-proof workbooks, and confident handling of large datasets.
Benchmarking Tools
Hands-on experience with Radford or Mercer Comptryx strongly preferred. Familiarity with the mechanics of job matching and market data interpretation is expected.
Workday
Experience using Workday for compensation cycle management is a strong plus.
Stakeholder Exposure
Experience working with or supporting stakeholders outside France — whether across European markets or globally — is a plus.
Autonomy
Able to work from a defined brief with minimal hand-holding. Asks the right clarifying questions early; doesn't need ongoing supervision once context is clear.
Languages
Fluent English required (working language of the team). French strongly preferred — most day-to-day collaborators are Paris-based.
Tools
Comfort with AI tools (e.g. Claude, Gemini) for document drafting and workflow efficiency is welcome.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS (AND ISN'T)
This is not a strategy or design role — Ledger already has senior expertise in-house for that. What we need is someone who executes cleanly and independently at the analytical and operational level, and who brings enough C&B literacy to produce outputs that don't need to be re-done. You will be working on real, high-stakes deliverables from day one.

Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Partner with Accounting on monthly close: deliver commission accruals, reconcile commissionable bookings to billing and revenue, and support commission capitalization.
- Keep employee changes (hires, transfers, leaves, and exits) accurate in the commission system, and manage role-based access so pay data stays confidential.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years in sales compensation systems, commissions operations, or a related RevOps or finance systems role.
- Hands-on experience administering a sales compensation platform such as CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Spiff or Varicent, including building plans and calculation logic from scratch.
- Strong Salesforce knowledge: objects, fields, reports, and how opportunity and booking data flows into commission calculations.
- Working knowledge of commission accounting, including accruals, month-end close, and reconciling payouts to the general ledger.
- Experience integrating an HRIS (e.g., Workday) with a commission platform, and sound judgment handling sensitive employee and pay data.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience managing a commission platform at a fast-growing company.
