What We Value:
We are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.
Seek Excellence.
Be Selective To Be Effective.
Be Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.
Disagree Transparently.
Encourage Independent Decision-Making.
Build Dream Teams.
Who You Are:
The TradFi/Settlement Principal Lead is the specialist voice on how traditional financial infrastructure actually works, and what it takes to rebuild it for digital assets. This is a deep-domain role, not a generalist PM function: you need hands-on experience on both sides — settlement, custody, and post-trade flows inside a TradFi institution, and the equivalent flows inside a digital asset or blockchain environment (tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody). You understand the full institutional trade lifecycle end to end, and how it maps — and doesn't map — onto digital asset rails.
You will partner directly with DIS leads on the vision and strategy for our custom build engagements, co-own product direction for those builds, and translate complex institutional requirements into specs that engineering can execute against without guesswork. You are comfortable challenging assumptions — client-side and internal — and pushing back when a requirement doesn't hold up against how the lifecycle actually operates, on either side of the TradFi/digital asset divide.
This is a client-facing role. You will run discovery directly with Tier-1 institutional stakeholders, from operations and engineering teams to senior executives, and you will be the person in the room who can tell the difference between a real settlement constraint and an assumed one — in both the TradFi world and the digital asset world.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with DIS leads on the product vision and strategy for custom build engagements, owning prioritization and direction as the work moves from concept to delivery
Serve as the team's specialist on settlement, clearing, and post-trade flows across both TradFi and digital assets — bring deep, current knowledge of the institutional trade lifecycle (custody, settlement cycles, corporate actions, reconciliation) and how it translates on-chain, into every requirement
Translate institutional and regulatory requirements into clear, buildable specs and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute against with minimal rework
Run discovery and requirements sessions directly with client stakeholders, from engineers to senior operations and technology leaders, and define success in their terms
Challenge ideas and assumptions — both the client's and the team's — pressure-testing every requirement against how TradFi infrastructure actually behaves today and where it needs to change for digital assets
Partner closely with the Architect and engineering leads to make sure product decisions hold up technically, and stay in the details when it matters
Serve as the voice of the client internally and the voice of the roadmap externally, keeping delivery and client expectations aligned as requirements evolve
Embrace and champion the thoughtful adoption of AI tools to improve team performance, decision-making, and output quality
What We’re Looking For:
Deep, hands-on TradFi experience with settlement systems, post-trade flows, and the full institutional trade lifecycle — custody, clearing, settlement, reconciliation
Equally deep, hands-on experience with digital asset or blockchain infrastructure — tokenization, on-chain settlement, digital custody. This role requires genuine fluency in both worlds; a TradFi background alone, or a digital-assets background alone, is not sufficient
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Lead who has shipped complex, regulated financial infrastructure, not just consumer or generic B2B products
Comfort operating as a specialist rather than a generalist — real depth in one domain matters more here than breadth across many
Client-facing experience with Tier-1 financial institutions; credible in working sessions with engineers and in briefings with senior stakeholders
A strong point of view and the willingness to challenge requirements, assumptions, and even senior stakeholders when the details don't hold up
Ability to translate ambiguous, cross-functional institutional requirements into structured specs engineering can build against
Experience partnering closely with technical leadership on vision and strategy, not just backlog execution
Bonus Points:
Background at a custodian, clearinghouse, prime broker, or other post-trade infrastructure provider on the TradFi side, or a digital asset custodian/exchange on the crypto side
Formal product management experience inside a regulated fintech or capital markets environment
Fluency in payments rails and trading systems alongside settlement
Experience having personally led a build that bridged a TradFi institution onto digital asset rails (e.g., a tokenization pilot, on-chain settlement project
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary and discretionary bonus
Hybrid/Flexible Working Arrangements
Flexible Time Off (paid)
3% 401(k) company contribution
Company-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents
Generous paid Parental Leave
Competitive family planning benefits for US employees
Opportunities to learn about the Crypto industry
Smart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues
Free daily snacks and weekly breakfasts/lunches
Employee Resource Groups
Free coaching and counseling sessions through Headspace

We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - TECHNOLOGY
Why this role?
In this role, you will have ownership of the full sales cycle - from identifying leads to closing deals with Global 2000, large enterprises within the Technology sector. We're looking for an approachable and compelling communicator who loves working with prospects to uncover their needs and feels comfortable developing tailored value propositions around how Cohere's platform can help them achieve their business goals. You'll lay the foundation for Cohere's growth by owning your territory and collaborating with teammates across customer success, sales development, marketing, and solution architecture. You'll be the voice of the field and help our product and engineering teams prioritize the Cohere roadmap with customer-centric care. It's a highly self-directed role, so you should be someone who thrives in an unstructured and quickly evolving environment. And your opportunity for impact will be astronomical — Cohere has skies-the-limit potential, and you'll help us reach it.
As an Account Executive focused on the Technology sector you will:
- Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity and relationship building with key stakeholders while also bringing a strong network of key decision-maker and influencer contacts and relationships in the vertical to accelerate engagements, drive strategic partnerships and win sales opportunities
- Work closely with customers and prospects as a consultative, trusted advisor who deeply understands their challenges and goals, their technology ecosystem, and will tailor solutions to drive measurable impact for their businesses
- Work in close partnership with channel partners to find opportunities to scale outreach and customer satisfaction in your region
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams as well as customer success on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach through proof-of-concept, deal close, and deployment; this is not a transactional sale that you can walk away from after the contract is signed but rather requires ongoing oversight of the project to ensure success
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 8-12+ years of previous B2B sales experience with Global 2000, large enterprises in the Technology sector, negotiating and closing transformational multi-year (2-5 year) SaaS deals in the 7 figure range, and a track record of high performance and exceeding quota
- Previous experience as a technical consultative salesperson, selling complex products, such as developer tools, API products, or AI / NLP solutions, are a plus, with a focus on applications in the Financial Services sector
- Previous experience working with customers during the deployment phase of the engagement, aligning on how best to configure and customize the solution that supports success in production and builds trust to set up for expansion and growth
- Previous experience working with channel partners such as cloud hyperscalers and system integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - as an early sales hire, you'll have to be a self-starter, doer and a strategist who is capable of wearing many hats and doing what it takes to figure out a path to success
- Curiosity - you want to go deep on NLP and become an expert on our technology while considering how to fit into a large organization's technology landscape with a focus on its applications in the Financial Services sectors
- Fantastic communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others, build strong relationships, can speak to the c-suite, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical audiences in the Financial Services sector
Additional Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the Technology industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Ability to articulate the value of AI and NLP solutions in the context of Financial Services operations.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is becoming the AI layer inside the platforms where enterprises already work. Our partnership with Salesforce — anchored by Claudeforce — is the first and largest example, and a growing roster of strategic technology partners is following the same path: making Claude the front door to their products for millions of users.
As Marketing Manager, Tech Partnerships, you will own the ongoing comarketing relationship with these strategic tech partners. You will be the single marketing point of contact for each partner’s marketing organization, build and run the joint marketing plan, manage shared marketing funds, and turn large partnership agreements into pipeline-generating field programs — exec summits at partner flagship events, joint workshops, enablement moments, and co-branded activations around the world.
Key responsibilities
Own the day-to-day comarketing relationship with strategic tech partners, starting with Salesforce: be the one consistent Anthropic marketing voice your partner counterparts plan with, and keep both sides working from a single joint plan
Build joint marketing plans with each partner, with goals and success metrics agreed before any shared funds are committed
Manage joint marketing development funds (MDF): allocation across programs, spend tracking, compliance with partnership terms, and reporting on what the investment returned
Design and execute flagship joint moments — executive summits and sessions at partner events (e.g., Dreamforce, World Tours), joint customer workshops, partner sales kickoff enablement, and co-hosted executive dinners
Extend partner programs through the broader ecosystem, including joint activations with shared systems-integrator and consulting partners
Measure what matters: partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, program-level attribution, and a partnership marketing health scorecard built with Marketing Ops
Protect the brand: apply comarketing guidelines, run messaging and asset approvals in both directions, and know when to say no to a partner ask
Operate as connective tissue across Anthropic: Partner Marketing, Partnerships/Business Development, segment field marketers, Product Marketing, Events, and Comms all touch these relationships. You keep them coordinated and the partner experience coherent
Minimum qualifications
Ownership of a comarketing relationship with a large strategic partner: a hyperscaler, a major SaaS platform, or an equivalent, including joint planning and MDF management
A track record of executive-level field programs: summits, flagship-event activations, C-level dinners, and roadshows, with the pipeline to show for them
Strong relationship-building skills: able to earn trust with partner marketing leaders while holding Anthropic's line on brand, messaging, and spend
Comfort building in ambiguity: the playbook for this motion is being written now, and you'll write much of it
Rigor on measurement: fluent in pipeline attribution with sales and ops counterparts
Preferred qualifications
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in field, partner, or alliance marketing at a technology company
Experience on both sides of a platform partnership (at the platform and at the ISV/partner)
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and how enterprises adopt AI products
Experience running programs at global scale across multiple regions and event series
Experience working with or marketing through global systems integrators
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$255,000
—
$320,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
AI is changing both sides of the security equation, and Anthropic is focused on putting frontier AI capabilities in the hands of defenders. Cybersecurity is a fast-growing area for Anthropic, spanning enterprise security teams that adopt Claude for their own security work and security companies that build their products on our models. The buyers are demanding and data-driven, from CISOs to hands-on practitioners in security engineering, application security, security operations, threat intelligence, and incident response.
As Field Marketing Lead, Cybersecurity, you will lead Anthropic's field marketing for the cybersecurity audience around the world, helping position Claude as the trusted AI partner for security teams. You will align closely with the sales organization, develop the marketing strategies and tools the field needs, and partner with Anthropic's cybersecurity experts in product marketing, solutions marketing, and across the business to turn their positioning and messaging into programs and campaigns. You will be the cybersecurity lead that our campaigns and regional field marketing teams draw on, working with customers in every segment and with a focus on expanding within existing accounts. You will make sure that how we show up to CISOs, practitioners, and the buying committee is credible, consistent, and tied to revenue, whether in a global campaign, an executive roundtable, or a flagship industry event.
Location: this is a global role, with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco or New York.
Key responsibilities
Own the global cybersecurity field marketing plan: define how we reach CISOs, practitioners, and the buying committee in every customer segment, the annual program calendar, and the goals and success metrics agreed with sales leadership before budget is committed
Align with the sales organization worldwide: agree on target accounts and buying committees, build programs that expand Anthropic's footprint in existing accounts and open new opportunities, and make sure account teams have what they need to invite, follow up, and convert
Partner with product marketing, solutions marketing, and Anthropic's cybersecurity experts: build on their positioning, messaging, and enablement, and work with them to turn cyber use cases into the programs and campaigns that build awareness and demand
Develop the marketing strategies and tools the field needs: playbooks, program kits, speaker guidance, and event recommendations that let regional field marketers in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC run cybersecurity programs locally without starting from scratch
Design and run flagship cybersecurity moments in the field: executive roundtables, CISO dinners, practitioner workshops, and Anthropic's field presence around major industry events such as RSAC, Black Hat, Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit, and Infosecurity Europe, in step with the launch, content, and thought leadership plans led by product and solutions marketing
Serve as the cybersecurity field lead for integrated campaigns: bring audience insight, field feedback, and program ideas, and extend global campaigns into regional programs so they land with CISOs, practitioners, and the rest of the buying committee
Bring the voice of the security buyer back into Anthropic: share what you hear from customers, analysts, and the field with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership
Measure what matters: sourced and influenced pipeline, expansion within existing accounts, program-level attribution, and a clear read on which programs earn more investment, built with Marketing Ops
Protect the brand with a skeptical audience: hold a high bar for technical accuracy, keep the story focused on defenders and responsible deployment, avoid fear-based messaging, and know when to say no to a program that would not earn trust
Operate as connective tissue across Anthropic: Sales, Campaigns, regional Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Partner Marketing, Partnerships, Events, and Comms all touch this audience. You keep them coordinated and the customer experience coherent
Minimum qualifications
Working fluency in the cybersecurity landscape, across areas such as security operations, detection and response, threat intelligence, application security, vulnerability management, cloud security, and governance, risk and compliance, with enough technical depth to hold a credible conversation with both CISOs and hands-on practitioners
A track record of partnering with sales teams on pipeline and on expansion within existing accounts, including account-based programs and executive engagement, with results to show for them
Experience across both integrated campaigns and field marketing, and the judgment to know which one a given goal calls for
Experience operating globally: you have led programs across multiple regions and enabled local teams to run them well
Strong influence without authority: able to set direction for campaigns and regional field marketers who do not report to you
Comfort building in ambiguity: the playbook for this motion is being written now, and you'll write much of it
Rigor on measurement: fluent in pipeline attribution with sales and ops counterparts
Experience working alongside product marketing and technical experts, and turning their positioning and messaging into field programs and campaigns
Range across customer segments: you can adapt a program for a large enterprise, a mid-size company, and a fast-growing startup
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with significant time in field marketing or demand generation for cybersecurity buyers at a security vendor or an enterprise technology company
Hands-on background in security, such as time as a practitioner, sales engineer, or product marketer for a security product
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and how enterprises adopt AI products, including how AI is changing security work for defenders
Experience marketing trust-sensitive or dual-use products, where responsible deployment is central to the story
Existing relationships in the security community: CISO networks, analysts, industry groups, and event organizers
Experience marketing to regulated industries or public sector buyers, where security review shapes the deal
Experience working with security technology partners, managed security service providers (MSSPs), or global systems integrators

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Postgres Deployment Engineer to join our team and elevate our PostgreSQL offerings.
You'll work hand-in-hand with the PostgreSQL team and play an instrumental role in technical decision-making and refining internal methodologies.
The focus of this role is around owning stability and deployment of our products. This role involves ongoing contribution and co-responsibility for builds/deployments via our public supabase/postgres GitHub repository. This repository bundles an array of features/products into docker images and AWS AMIs, giving users the ability to run Supabase on our cloud and locally. This role will function has developed as a bridge between product and infrastructure teams to improve the reliability of product deployments and upgrades.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Packaging software into our supabase/postgres https://github.com/supabase/postgres repo to using either nix language with flakes, or debian packaging depending on our required target
- Supporting the expansion of knowledge in Supabase toward our platform release system so that developers can self service more and more over time.
- Expanding on our github actions, our team tooling, and our testing/release approaches
- Timely PostgreSQL major, minor, and extension upgrades.
- Engaging in proactive identification and resolution of production issues in customer deployments.
- Contributing to the creation/maintaining of best practices, tools, and tests to ensure enhanced stability and decreased deployment risks over time.
What we need

Your knack for spotting areas of improvement and commitment to realizing those enhancements will be key.

We're seeking an experienced Policy Communications Manager to help drive external communications for our security, governance, and responsible scaling programs, and associated work. This role offers the opportunity to help shape how Anthropic communicates about our approach to developing secure AI systems and products, our work to uphold and iterate on our Responsible Scaling Policy framework, and the unique corporate structure that keeps the company accountable to its mission, including our Long-Term Benefit Trust (LTBT) and our status as a public benefit corporation.
You'll partner closely with our security, product, legal, governance, and Responsible Scaling Policy (RSP) teams to communicate Anthropic's approach to building safe and secure AI models as the technology becomes increasingly capable across critical domains like cybersecurity. You'll also help lead communications about how Anthropic is governed: the role of the LTBT's independent trustees in overseeing the company and electing members of our board, the obligations that come with our public benefit corporation charter, and why we believe this structure matters as AI systems grow more powerful. As governments establish regulatory frameworks for frontier AI, you'll help articulate how Anthropic approaches its transparency obligations and public reporting commitments, translating evolving requirements into clear, credible external communications. This will include balancing proactive storytelling about product security updates and launches with thoughtful handling of reactive matters as they arise. We're charting new terrain communicating about fast-moving frontier model capabilities and threat surfaces, and about institutional structures few other companies have built. You'll bring strong communications fundamentals to the role but recognize that traditional approaches may not map cleanly to the novel issues we're tackling.
The ideal candidate is an experienced issues handler with strong executive management skills, attention to detail, and the judgment to navigate sensitive topics with care. You should be able to move quickly under pressure and tight deadlines, write crisply, and distill complex security, governance, and technical topics for a broad audience while maintaining accuracy. This is a unique opportunity to help define how one of the world's leading AI safety companies communicates about the security and governance challenges that will shape the future of the technology.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute communications strategies for Anthropic's approach to AI security, governance, and responsible scaling
Drive external communications about Anthropic's corporate governance, including the Long-Term Benefit Trust and our public benefit corporation status, explaining how these structures provide independent oversight and accountability to our mission
Serve as a trusted communications partner to security, product, legal, governance, and RSP leaders on sensitive, fast-moving matters
Develop proactive communications around emerging regulatory frameworks and transparency obligations, including public reporting commitments, disclosure requirements, and Anthropic's engagement with oversight bodies
Manage reactive inbound media requests on complex security and governance topics
Build and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers covering security, corporate governance, and technology policy
Prepare executives for media interviews, speaking engagements, and public appearances, developing thought leadership opportunities that position Anthropic's leaders as credible voices on AI security, governance, and responsible development
Write blog posts, statements, talking points, and other communications materials that explain our security, governance, and responsible scaling work clearly and accessibly, maintaining accuracy
Support reactive communications efforts with speed, accuracy, and sound judgment
Minimum qualifications
Experience in policy communications, including managing communications around complex security or governance topics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical topics accurately for broad audiences
Experience in issues management and developing reactive communications under pressure and tight timelines
Strong executive management skills and a proven ability to work seamlessly across technical and non-technical teams
A track record of building media relationships
A results-oriented, high-agency working style, with a bias toward flexibility and impact
Comfort operating in new terrain, where the technology is evolving quickly and the right communications approach may not yet exist
A deep commitment to ensuring that transformative AI systems are developed safely
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of experience in policy communications, ideally at a high-growth technology company
Experience communicating about corporate governance, regulatory affairs, or oversight structures, and comfort explaining novel institutional arrangements to broad audiences
Existing relationships with security, governance, and tech policy reporters and influencers
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$265,000
—
$295,000 USD
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote, you can work from home, forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within +3 / -5 UTC.
We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and outcomes for a critical area of Oyster’s Employer of Record product. You will shape customer-facing experiences, internal tools, and operational workflows that help companies employ talent globally with confidence, compliance, and simplicity.
You will work across the full EOR system, not only individual features, to understand how customer needs, country requirements, policies, data, operational processes, and technology interact. You will start with the customer problem and desired business outcome, use direct discovery and first-principles reasoning to identify root causes, and decide whether the best intervention belongs in product, process, policy, Operations, or a combination.
You’ll operate independently, making and communicating difficult trade-offs amid ambiguity. You will constructively challenge requested solutions, align senior stakeholders, and connect product decisions to measurable customer, operational, and commercial impact. You will also identify where AI and automation create real value, and where risk or customer needs call for a human in the loop.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product vision, strategy, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for an EOR sub-domain.
- Build a systems-level view of customer journeys, internal workflows, policy constraints, data flows, and exceptions across the EOR lifecycle.
- Lead direct customer and operational discovery. Separate symptoms and feature requests from underlying problems, and evaluate product, process, policy, and operational interventions before choosing a solution.
- Translate strategy into outcome-based roadmaps with clear decisions, learning plans, and success measures.
- Work deeply with Operations and AI Engineers to improve scalability, exception handling, service quality, and cost-to-serve, not simply digitize existing processes.
- Partner with Engineering and Design from discovery through delivery, using prototypes and technical insight to reduce risk early.
- Constructively challenge and align senior stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Go-to-Market, and communicate strategy, trade-offs, and impact clearly in senior forums.
- Contribute repeatable product practices that strengthen discovery, decision quality, and outcome ownership across the Product organization.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in Product Management, including demonstrable experience owning a complex product area end-to-end.
- 3+ years in HR tech, payroll, benefits, hiring, compliance, or another regulated or operationally complex B2B domain.
- Strong systems thinking, with the ability to explain how policy, operations, data, and technology interact, including exceptions and edge cases.
- Proven first-principles thinking: the ability to separate the requested feature from the desired outcome and explain why one intervention (product, process, policy, or Operations) was chosen over the alternatives.
- Strategic judgment and independence: proven ability to make significant decisions under ambiguity, with explicit trade-offs and a clear view of what was deprioritized.
- Deep direct-customer discovery, with examples where conversations with customers and operational teams materially changed the problem definition or planned solution.
- Proven ability to constructively challenge, persuade, and align senior stakeholders with competing priorities, and to partner strongly with Operations, Engineering, and Design.
- Clear executive communication, with evidence of measurable customer, operational, or commercial impact (e.g. cost-to-serve, cycle time, retention), including the baseline, the change, and how the result was attributed to the decision.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- EOR, payroll, HR technology, benefits, compliance, fintech, healthcare, logistics, or another regulated and operationally complex domain. Transferable experience counts where the complexity is comparable (multi-country rules, compliance exposure, human-in-the-loop workflows).
- Scaling products or workflows across countries, customers, teams, or markets.
- Hands-on experience prototyping with AI tools or shipping responsible AI- or automation-enabled product experiences.
- Fully distributed and multicultural working experience.
YOU'LL ALSO NEED
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.
- High standards for quality, ethics, privacy, and compliance in products that affect people and employment.

Кардинальне спрощення роботи з ТЗД (Zebra UX/UI Redesign):
Переосмислення кожного сценарію на екрані сканера за принципом
«захисту від помилки» (Poka-Yoke)

(Industrial Mobility):
Реальний досвід проектування або налаштування інтерфейсів для терміналів збору даних на базі
Android / Zebra (серії TC/MC)
.

Soft Skills:
«Hands-on» підхід: це не кабінетний аналітик, а фахівець, який проводить 50%+ часу перших місяців у касці та спецвзутті безпосередньо в рядах складу.
Емпатія до кінцевого користувача (вантажника) та здоровий перфекціонізм у спрощенні складних речей.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Role Summary:
We’re hiring a strategic, hands-on Subregional Head of Account Management to lead and scale our account management function to support our Rx, NV and Commerce Platform teams. You’ll manage a layer of Team Leads (managers of frontline Account Managers) or directly manage Account Managers in several countries and be accountable for the overall retention, revenue growth, and operational excellence across the segment. This is a leader role — you’ll set strategy, build the playbook, run operations & forecasting, recruit and coach leaders, and partner cross-functionally to drive lifetime value for thousands of merchants.
What you’ll own:
Strategy & Vision:
Define and execute the account management strategy — segmentation, coverage model, lifecycle motions (onboarding, adoption, retention, growth), and long-term roadmap.
People Leadership:
Line manage Team Leads and frontline Account Managers. Hire, coach, develop and scale high-performing leaders; run regular 1:1s, calibration, and career planning.
Operational Excellence:
Build standard operating procedures, playbooks, KPIs, forecasting cadence, quota & incentive design, and capacity planning for the channel.
Revenue & Retention:
Own revenue retention, expansion (upsell/cross-sell), and churn reduction strategies — working to maximize Take Home Pay
Lead Ads & Promotions commercial motions:
define go-to-market and coverage for WoltAds, Promo & Campaigns, and venue marketing credits; partner with local Advertising teams to prioritise spend, co-funding and conversion playbooks.
Drive promo-funding strategy & efficiency:
create playbooks for promo funding/co-funding (local & Mx), set co-funding targets, ensure campaign efficiency and measurement (e.g., orders uplift per promo euro).
Own ads revenue and adoption targets:
grow ad sales revenue within the book, drive adoption of evergreen campaigns and AutoBidding, and increase ARPA from advertising and promotional products.
Performance & Analytics:
Establish and monitor the right metrics, dashboards and reporting; use data to optimize coverage, productivity and targeting.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, Product, Finance and Operations to align acquisition to post-sale motions, surface product feedback, and improve customer outcomes.
Customer Advocacy & Escalations:
Represent customer needs internally, lead resolution for strategic/high-impact accounts and systemic issues, and steward voice-of-customer insights.
Headcount & Budgeting:
Lead workforce planning, staffing models, and budget recommendations for the account management organization.
Change Management / Scaling:
Lead change initiatives as you scale — tooling, process, CRM automation, and quality assurance.
What you'll be doing:
Must-have
8+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales leadership, with direct experience.

Track record of scaling teams (hiring, enablement, process, tooling) while improving retention and account growth metrics.
Strong operational and analytical skills — comfortable with forecasting, KPIs, dashboards, and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.).
Excellent people leader: coaching, running calibration, performance management, and building leadership bench strength.
Excellent communicator — able to influence senior leadership and partner across product, sales, marketing and operations.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-have
Experience in marketplace, logistics, SaaS or commerce platforms that serve s.
Experience with subscription / recurring revenue business models and designing incentive plans.
Experience with scaling teams across multiple markets/countries and managing distributed teams.

is a technology company building large-scale entertainment products for a global audience. Our platforms serve millions of users worldwide and rank among the top-50 most visited websites globally. For more than 10 years, we've been creating reliable, high-performance solutions at the intersection of product, engineering, and entertainment.
We are looking for a
Senior SEO Specialist
to own product-related SEO tasks from idea through release. You will turn search opportunities into initiatives and tasks for product and engineering, and confirm that what is delivered works as intended.
Job Responsibilities
Identify technical and on-page SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site structure, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, templates, structured data) and initiate product-related tasks when they block organic performance;
Prepare implementation-ready tasks and recommendations: problem, solution, affected templates or URLs, risks, and acceptance criteria;
Validate proposed work with the Team Lead and SEO team before it reaches product or engineering;
Consult product and development on SEO implications of planned features, template changes, and site architecture;
Participate in estimations and groomings so work is sized, sequenced, and specified well enough to build;
Analyze search intent, SERP structure, and competitor behavior when it affects product or template decisions;
Optimize existing page types and templates for rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content;
Support content planning with SEO briefs, keyword maps, and optimization guidelines when work touches product surfaces;
Plan information architecture and landing-page structure for new product or content surfaces;
Specify and, where appropriate, implement structured data;
Test implementations after release against agreed acceptance criteria;
Monitor performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and in-house reporting tools. Track rankings, traffic, indexing, and trends tied to shipped work, not only site-wide averages;
Prepare concise updates: what moved, what did not, and recommended next product or content steps;
Stay current with SEO practices and search-engine updates that affect product implementation.
You’ll thrive here if you have
4+ years of hands-on SEO across on-page, content, and technical work;
Experience working with high-traffic international and multilingual websites;
Proven experience turning SEO findings into tickets or requirements that engineering or product teams can implement;
Comfort participating in agile delivery: grooming, estimation, clarification, and post-release checks;
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research;
Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, site architecture, and template-level changes;
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, crawlers, and other SEO tools;
Ability to analyze SEO data and turn it into a clear recommendation, with an expected effect and a way to verify the release;
Clear written communication: tickets, briefs, and short performance notes that non-SEO teams can act on;
Ability to work independently, manage several workstreams, and raise issues early rather than waiting for a fully specified brief.
Nice to have:
Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale template optimization;
Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, or another reporting stack;
Basic scripting (Python or similar) for crawls, log samples, or bulk URL analysis;
Familiarity with common CMS or front-end delivery setups;
Awareness of generative search / AI results as a measurement context;
Experience in SaaS, marketplace, media, or other product-led digital businesses.
Conditions
We know that great talent deserves great conditions, so here's what you can expect when joining us:
EU-based employment contract and a 3-year Cyprus work visa with full support for your relocation and visa processes, including assistance for your family.
EU passport. Opportunity to obtain an EU passport after 4 years of residence
Full relocation package: flights to Limassol for you and your family, a company-covered apartment for the first month, and full relocation support to make your move smooth and hassle-free.

At Anthropic, we're building AI systems that are safe, beneficial, and transformative. Our mission is to develop AI that benefits humanity, and we believe the most powerful capabilities emerge when we thoughtfully bridge the gap between research breakthroughs and real-world applications.
Claude is getting good at research. Given a well-posed problem, it can read the literature, write and run simulations, analyze results, and iterate on a design across physics, materials, chemistry, and engineering. But most of the hardest problems in science and engineering aren't well-posed. They live inside companies and labs with their own data, tools, constraints, and experts, and progress depends on turning all of that into work a model can actually do and check.
Our Applied AI, Science & Engineering team takes Claude to the scientists and engineers working on hard problems in energy, materials, hardware design, and other physical-world fields. We build the tools Claude needs to do real research and engineering work. Mostly that means software: the agent harnesses, integrations, evaluations, and working processes that turn a partner's problem into something Claude can make progress on and validate. We find real-world problems and test what we build through partner engagements, then feed our learnings back to our research and product teams. It's early, and the engineers who join now will shape how Claude gets applied to science and engineering.
This is an engineering role first. You'll spend real time with domain experts, become the person who knows how to get Claude working in their field, and prototype quickly alongside them. Most of your time, though, goes into building and hardening the systems that make that work repeatable, not into writing recommendations or configuring someone else's product. A science or engineering background is a big plus, but what matters most is that you can earn the trust of expert researchers, turn a fuzzy problem into something concrete and checkable, and ship.
Responsibilities
Build the agent harnesses and research loops that let Claude carry a problem from literature review through hypothesis generation, simulation, analysis, and design iteration
Connect scientific computing and simulation tools (finite element, CFD, electromagnetic, or molecular modeling codes, for example) so Claude can drive them reliably and at scale
Design and build evaluations that tell us whether Claude's work is actually right, and be honest about where it isn't
Sit with scientists and engineers at partner organizations to learn their problem, data, tools, and constraints, and turn open-ended questions into well-specified, verifiable tasks with clear success criteria
Prototype with partners, ship pilots into their workflows, and cut anything that doesn't move the problem forward
Turn what works in one engagement into shared tools, reusable components, and documented processes the next one can start from
Be the technical voice on how Claude performs on science and engineering work, explaining results, limits, and tradeoffs clearly to researchers, engineering leads, and non-technical stakeholders alike
Partner with our research and product teams to share where models fall short on science and engineering work, and help shape what comes next
You may be a good fit if you
Have 8+ years of experience building software, with strong engineering fundamentals and comfort across the stack, from data pipelines to tooling to quick interfaces
Have built real systems with large language models, including agents, tool use, or evaluations
Have worked on technical problems in a science or engineering field, such as physics, materials, chemistry, or electrical or mechanical engineering
Have a track record of zero-to-one work in startup or startup-like environments\
Can work directly with expert users, understand their workflows deeply, and still keep the focus on building the right system rather than the one first requested
Have good judgment about what can and can't be verified, and are comfortable saying a result isn't good enough yet
Bring high agency, pick up new domains quickly, and hold strong opinions loosely
Communicate clearly with researchers, engineers, and external partners, and care about the societal impacts of your work
Strong candidates may also have
An advanced degree or research experience in a physical science or engineering field
Hands-on experience with scientific computing and simulation, numerical methods, or optimization
Experience in industrial R&D, a national lab, or a deep-tech company in areas like energy, materials, manufacturing, or hardware
Experience building alongside customers or technical partners, for example in forward-deployed, applied AI, or solutions engineering roles, ideally where you also owned the software that came out of it
Experience with ML research, RL environments, or evaluation design
Candidates need not have
100% of the skills listed above
Formal certifications or education credentials
Expertise in every scientific domain we work in
Direct machine learning or AI research experience

Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
