About Flosum
Flosum is a leading Salesforce-native DevOps platform that enables enterprises to manage and accelerate their Salesforce development lifecycle with security, compliance, and efficiency at scale. Built entirely on Salesforce, Flosum empowers teams to streamline releases, improve governance, and drive faster innovation.
Role Overview
We're looking for a driven, relationship-first Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You'll be the primary point of contact for a set of high-value customers — responsible for renewal, expansion, and long-term success. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure our customers see measurable impact from our platform and grow with us over time.
Requirements
Own a portfolio of accounts, managing the post-sale lifecycle including QBRs, renewals, and expansions.
Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships across economic buyers, executives, and champions within each account.
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive net revenue retention above 120%.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure product adoption, time-to-value, and health scores are on track and gross revenue retention above 93%.
Lead executive business reviews and translate platform data into business-relevant insights for C-suite stakeholders.
Forecast renewal and expansion revenue accurately in Salesforce on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally — surfacing product feedback, risks, and opportunities to Product and Leadership.
Navigate complex contract negotiations and procurement cycles with legal and finance stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
6+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a quota-carrying role in B2B SaaS
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding GRR, NRR, upsell, and renewal targets on enterprise accounts ($100K+ ACV).
Strong executive presence — comfortable engaging VP and C-level stakeholders in strategic conversations.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trusted advisor relationships.
Strong commercial acumen — able to construct ROI narratives and business cases for expansion.
Experience working with SaaS platforms, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem
Strong understanding of Salesforce (Admin, DevOps, or development lifecycle concepts preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools or release management processes
Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, or agile development practices
Background working with enterprise customers
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.)
Location: New York; San Francisco
ABOUT US:
AI NEEDS A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE LAYER. WE'RE BUILDING IT AT MODAL.
Every era of computing brought new workloads that previous infrastructure couldn't support: mainframes, databases, and the cloud. Each time, the company that rebuilt the layer underneath defined the decade. AI is no different, except it touches everything instead of one slice, and the window to build the layer underneath it is open right now.
Our customers include category-defining companies like Ramp https://modal.com/blog/how-ramp-built-a-full-context-background-coding-agent-on-modal, Cognition, DoorDash, and Suno. They rely on Modal for instant GPU access, sub-second container starts, and native storage, so it's simple to serve low-latency inference, fine-tune models, and access production-ready sandboxes at scale.
We've passed $1B in annualized run rate, up 15x from a year ago. In October 2026 we raised a $750M Series D led by Accel at a $15.75B valuation.
Our team includes creators of popular open-source projects (e.g.,Seaborn https://github.com/mwaskom/seaborn,Luigi https://github.com/spotify/luigi), academic researchers, international olympiad medalists, and experienced engineering and product leaders with decades of experience.
THE ROLE:
We’re building a platform that covers the whole life of an LLM: training it, deploying it, and observing it in production. We already run multi-node training, elastic inference, sandboxes, and distributed volumes, and we control the infrastructure underneath. We’re looking for research depth in post-training to sit alongside our systems and product work.
We are looking for research scientists with a strong track record in reinforcement learning, machine learning, and foundation models, including large language and multimodal models, to join our research team.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Improve existing methods and develop new techniques for large-scale model training, optimization, and inference
- Extend models to long-context and long-horizon tasks
- Improve inference-time efficiency, reliability, and robustness in high-stakes real-world deployments
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have a PhD in computer science, machine learning, or a related field
- You have a demonstrated record of research accomplishments in reinforcement learning, machine learning, foundation models, or related fields
- You have experience with large-scale training and inference infrastructure, including distributed systems and multi-node GPU clusters
- You’ve developed, trained, optimized, or deployed state-of-the-art large-scale models
- You have first-author publications at leading venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CoRL, CVPR, UAI, JMLR, or TMLR
- You have a mission-driven mindset and a strong desire to translate research advances into meaningful product impact
- You have a collaborative spirit and can work effectively across research and engineering teams
Candidates with a master’s degree and significant research or industry experience will also be considered.

THE ROLE:
Most of the value of owning a model shows up at serving time. We’re building a platform that covers the whole life of an LLM (train it, deploy it, observe it), and inference is where teams feel the difference every day. We already run elastic inference, sandboxes, distributed volumes, and multi-node training, and we control the infrastructure underneath, so the serving stack is ours to shape rather than something we resell.
You will do hands-on inference research at Modal, working with the research lead to pick high-impact bets and owning them end to end. The bets that matter most are the ones that move cost per token and tail latency on the workloads our customers actually run.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Own end-to-end inference research bets: speculative decoding, disaggregated prefill/decode, quantization (FP8, INT4), KV-cache and memory management, autoscaling for spiky serverless traffic, and whatever else the research agenda calls for
- Train custom speculators against real production traffic and feed what you learn back into target models; acceptance length is the metric that decides the win
- Work directly with customers alongside our Forward Deployed Engineers to deploy and tune models, and bring what you learn back into the research
- Carry and expand collaborations with outside research labs, for example:
- our work with ZLab on DFlash https://modal.com/blog/spec-is-all-u-need, a speculator design built on KV injection and blockwise parallel drafting
- our work with SGLang on specdec https://modal.com/blog/host-overhead-inference-efficiency and multimodal inference https://modal.com/blog/boosting-multimodal-inference-performance-by-greater-than-10-with-a-single-python-dictionary performance
- our work on Flash Attention 4 kernels https://modal.com/blog/flash-attention-4-faster
- Work with engineering to turn frontier serving techniques into products: primitives for disaggregation, fast weight refresh for models that keep training after deployment, observability for quality and latency in production, or even a next-generation inference engine
- Help shape the research agenda
None of the above is prescriptive; your work will help guide our future.
YOU MAY BE A FIT IF:
- You have a research-leaning or systems background in LLM inference, with work you can point to
- You’re fluent in the LLM serving stack, from kernels and quantization up to schedulers and autoscaling
- You have a record of shipping research or systems that other people build on, whether in a lab or in industry
- You have the drive to independently take a research bet from idea to result, working in the open with the rest of the team
- You’re able to work in person in our NYC or San Francisco office

THE ROLE
As a Code Data Annotation Quality Specialist on the Human Data Annotation team, you will play a dual role in ensuring the quality of code annotations and maintaining the tools that support annotators. This role exists to uphold the highest standards for data used in training and evaluating AI models, while also improving the workflows and tools that enable efficient annotation. You will spend most of your time reviewing and auditing annotations against rubrics, with the remainder focused on building, maintaining, and troubleshooting internal tooling. Your collaboration with annotators, technical program managers, and engineers will help refine the guidelines and processes that shape how our data is produced.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Generate and validate high-quality data annotations based on guidelines and continuous feedback.
- Surface systemic issues, edge cases, and gaps in guidelines to annotation operations and technical stakeholders.
- Produce annotations yourself to model the quality bar expected of the team.
- Build and maintain internal tools and automation to streamline annotator workflows, such as dashboards, scripts, and utilities.
- Troubleshoot environment, tooling, and version control issues for annotators, liaising with IT and engineering as needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine guidelines and processes for data production.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or 2 to 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, technical support, or tool development.
- Hands-on experience using code agents in your development workflow and a genuine interest in their evolution.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript), with the ability to read and reason about code across multiple languages.
- Ability to apply consistent judgment against a rubric and identify edge cases, ambiguities, or gaps in guidelines.
- Sustained focus and accuracy for detail-oriented, high-volume review work.
- Comfort working in a Unix-like terminal, including shell basics, package managers, environment setup, and version control workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot local development environment issues across common operating systems.
- Professional proficiency in English, with strong writing and comprehension skills.

About the Role
We are a Las Vegas based game studio born on the Roblox platform and built by people who genuinely love this community. As a community-first studio, we care as much about our worlds and players as we do about the people building them. That mindset has helped us grow into one of the most innovative teams on Roblox, pushing boundaries, shaping culture, and setting new standards across the platform. With over 8B game visits, 44M monthly players, and a 19M member community, our worlds have become a core part of the Roblox ecosystem. We’re a ten-time winner of the Roblox Innovation Awards and recognized as builders of the future of the platform. From Creatures of Sonaria and Dragon Adventures to World // Zero and Horse Life, we create experiences that players live in, not just visit.
What we are looking for
We're looking for a passionate, data-driven Product Manager to join our game teams. In this role, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for your game, partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Art, Marketing, and Commerce to ship features that delight players and drive long-term growth. You'll sit at the intersection of player experience, game design, and live-ops, working within the unique constraints and opportunities of the Roblox platform, where your players are vocal, your community is enormous, and your updates ship in weeks, not quarters.
Responsibilities:
— Own and drive the product roadmap for your game, from ideation through launch and post-launch iteration.
— Analyze game metrics and player behavior to identify opportunities, diagnose problems, and measure the impact of shipped features.
— Stay close to your game's community to understand what players love, what frustrates them, and what they're asking for next.
— Collaborate with creative leadership to plan seasonal content, events, and monetization updates that resonate with your players.
— Partner with design, engineering, and art teams to translate product vision into well-scoped, executable work.
— Define and prioritize features based on player feedback, data, and strategic goals
— Write clear product specs and briefs that give your team everything they need to build with confidence.
— Run sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team focused and unblocked.
— Communicate progress, risks, and learnings to stakeholders clearly and proactively.
— Foster a culture of focus, momentum, and fun across your team.
Requirements:
— 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Producer in gaming.
— Strong analytical mindset. You are comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
— Experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, scoping, and shipping.
— Familiarity with Roblox Studio. You don't need to write Lua, but you should be able to open a place in Roblox Studio, navigate a game hierarchy, understand how assets and scripts are organized, and speak credibly with developers about scope and feasibility.
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can write a crisp spec and present a clear recommendation to leadership.
— Experience with live service products and the cadence of ongoing updates, events, and seasonal content.
— Collaborative by nature. You work well across disciplines and know how to build trust with creative and technical partners.
— Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Suite, Discord, or similar for roadmap management and documentation.
Location:
This is a remote-first role open to candidates anywhere in the world. Las Vegas-based team members work in-office Tuesday through Friday (Monday optional). If Vegas sounds fun, we offer relocation support for candidates interested in moving here. In-office perks include daily DoorDash credits to keep you fed, commuter credits to cover your ride in, and a monthly game stipend because we think playing games is part of the job. We are actively building a UK talent hub in anticipation of a dedicated UK office. Candidates across the UK are warmly encouraged to apply.
About Supabase
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution, including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
About the team
Management API, written in TypeScript, Nest.js and other JavaScript technologies, is a central part of every product in the Supabase stack. It allows all Supabase services and Supabase Studio to communicate with each other, programmatically manage your own Supabase projects and organisations, as well as integrate with 3rd party services like Vercel, Resend, or Lovable.
You will:
— Design, implement, and maintain both internal and public-facing APIs used across various Supabase products, including Studio, CLI, management APIs, and OAuth applications.
— Integrate with third-party platforms and partners, either by developing custom integrations or providing clear API points for them to connect with Supabase.
— Collaborate closely with various teams across Supabase (DevOps, Frontend, etc.) to ensure smooth integration and implementation of API functionality for the rest of the platform.
— Build and enhance testing, debugging, and monitoring tools to ensure public APIs' stability, reliability, and performance.
— Work with the dev-workflows team to enhance and improve the Branching experience, making it easier and more valuable for Supabase users.
You have:
— 5+ years of experience in backend API development, with strong expertise in TypeScript and JavaScript (Node.js) and familiarity with modern tools and frameworks (e.g., Nest.js, Express, Vitest, Zod).
— Expertise in designing robust, scalable, and maintainable APIs, and experience with API versioning, pagination, and error handling best practices.
— Experience with OAuth, JWT, and API security best practices (rate limiting, CORS, etc.) is a plus.
— Good understanding of PostgreSQL and relational databases.
— Proven ability to build scalable, maintainable APIs and develop tools for testing, debugging, and monitoring API performance.
— Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerized deployments to streamline API development, testing, and release processes.
What We Offer
— Fully Remote: We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
— ESOP: Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company.
— Tech Allowance: Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
— Health Benefits: Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are.
— Annual Off-Sites: Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun.
— Flexible Work: We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time.
— Professional Development: Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
About the Team
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love. 280+ team members, 55+ countries, 20+ languages spoken, $500M raised, 500,000+ community members. We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
Hiring Process
We keep things simple, async-friendly, and respectful of your time:
— Apply – Our team will review your application.
— Intro Call – A short video chat to get to know each other.
— Interviews – Up to four calls with: Team Leads, Future teammates, Someone cross-functional from product, growth, or engineering (depending on the role), Someone from our leadership/founding team.
— Decision – We may follow up with a final question or go straight to offer. All communication is remote and we aim to move fast.
Location: Remote - Canada
We’re introducing Rust where correctness, performance, and reliability truly matter.
Narvar
is Growing! Narvar is a multi-language platform, and we’re intentional about where we apply Rust. We’re looking for senior engineers to help us
bring Rust into the backbone of the system
— the parts that must be fast, safe, and correct under real-world scale.
This role is for engineers who want agency: people who enjoy identifying the right problems, choosing the right tools, and owning systems end-to-end. You won’t be handed a narrow ticket queue. You’ll help decide
what
gets built and
how
it should be built.
For this role, you should be located in Canada and able to work within EST/EDT or PDT/PST hours. We are fully remote.
Day-to-day
Design and build
high-correctness Rust services
that sit on critical platform paths
Introduce Rust into areas where safety, determinism, and performance are essential
Own systems from
architecture → implementation → rollout → operations
Make real decisions around concurrency, async boundaries, data integrity, and failure modes
Work across service boundaries in a
polyglot environment
(Rust alongside other stacks)
Collaborate with product, design, and frontend engineers to build systems that are technically sound
and
product-aware
Improve reliability, observability, and system behavior through design, not just patching
Mentor other engineers and raise the bar on system quality and ownership
What We’re Looking For
We care more about
judgment and ownership
than credentials.
You’re likely a strong fit if you:
Have built and operated
distributed systems
in production
Have
deep hands-on Rust experience
(not just experiments or side projects)
Understand where Rust shines — and where it doesn’t
Are comfortable reasoning about
concurrency, async systems, and correctness guarantees
Have experience designing APIs and data contracts that evolve safely over time
Have worked with
relational and/or NoSQL databases
at scale
Have deployed and operated services in
AWS or GCP
(We are a GCP Shop though!)
Take initiative naturally and are comfortable operating with ambiguity
Communicate clearly and make tradeoffs explicit
Bonus Points
These aren’t hard requirements, but strong indicators:
You’ve worked in
startup or high-ownership environments
You’ve owned systems in production, including on-call responsibility
You’re comfortable moving across the stack when needed (backend-first, full-stack aware)
You’ve influenced architecture by earning trust, not by mandate
You use modern tooling (including AI-assisted workflows) to
increase leverage
, not outsource thinking
(Note: we care about outcome and judgment, not how flashy your tools are.)
Why Rust at Narvar?
Because some parts of the system deserve stronger guarantees.
We use Rust where:
Bugs are expensive
Latency and throughput matter
Safety and correctness are non-negotiable
You’ll help define
where Rust belongs
, not just write Rust in isolation.
Why Narvar (From an Engineer’s Perspective)?
Real scale, real customers, real impacts
Startup-level ownership with platform-level impact
Teams that value
thinking, judgment, and responsibility
Low ego, high trust, and room to do your best work
Why Narvar?
We're on a mission to simplify the everyday lives of consumers. Post-purchase is a critical phase of the customer journey. That's why we created Narvar - a platform focused on driving customer loyalty through seamless post-purchase experiences that allow retailers to retain, engage, and delight customers. If you've ever bought something online, there's a good chance you've used our platform!
From the hottest new direct-to-consumer companies to retail’s most renowned brands, Narvar works with GameStop, Neiman Marcus, Sonos, Nike, and 1300+ + other brands. With hubs in San Francisco, Atlanta, London, and Bangalore, we've served over 125 million consumers worldwide across 10+ billion interactions, 38 countries, and 55 languages.
Pioneering the post-purchase movement means navigating into the unknown. Our team thrives on this sense of adventure while nurturing a mindset of innovation. We're a home for big hearts and we leave our egos at the door. We work hard but we always make time to celebrate professional wins, baby showers, birthday parties, and everything in between.
We are an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

Independent contractors are not eligible for health benefits or other benefits provided to employees. Compensation for services is provided to contractors by self-invoicing for services provided pursuant to the terms of our agreement with the contractor.
It is important to understand that, as an independent contractor, continuous work is not guaranteed. The client-contractor relationship is fundamentally project-based, meaning engagements may be temporary, periodic, or intermittent based on our organizational needs and project availability. As an independent contractor, you should anticipate fluctuations in workflow and, therefore, compensation for services when Cohere does not require as many hours of services in a week.
Prospective candidates, please be advised: this role involves working with human-generated and model-generated tasks that may involve exposure to not safe for work (NSFW) text content as part of data annotation tasks, including explicit, offensive, or other inappropriate material.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
