Associate Product Manager

About the Role We are a Las Vegas based game studio born on the Roblox platform and built by people who genuinely love this community. As a community-first studio, we care as much about our worlds and players as we do about the people building them. That mindset has helped us grow into one of the most innovative teams on Roblox, pushing boundaries, shaping culture, and setting new standards across the platform. With over 8B game visits, 44M monthly players, and a 19M member community, our worlds have become a core part of the Roblox ecosystem. We’re a ten-time winner of the Roblox Innovation Awards and recognized as builders of the future of the platform. From Creatures of Sonaria and Dragon Adventures to World // Zero and Horse Life, we create experiences that players live in, not just visit. What we are looking for We're looking for a passionate, data-driven Product Manager to join our game teams. In this role, you'll own the product vision and roadmap for your game, partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Art, Marketing, and Commerce to ship features that delight players and drive long-term growth. You'll sit at the intersection of player experience, game design, and live-ops, working within the unique constraints and opportunities of the Roblox platform, where your players are vocal, your community is enormous, and your updates ship in weeks, not quarters. Responsibilities: — Own and drive the product roadmap for your game, from ideation through launch and post-launch iteration. — Analyze game metrics and player behavior to identify opportunities, diagnose problems, and measure the impact of shipped features. — Stay close to your game's community to understand what players love, what frustrates them, and what they're asking for next. — Collaborate with creative leadership to plan seasonal content, events, and monetization updates that resonate with your players. — Partner with design, engineering, and art teams to translate product vision into well-scoped, executable work. — Define and prioritize features based on player feedback, data, and strategic goals — Write clear product specs and briefs that give your team everything they need to build with confidence. — Run sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to keep the team focused and unblocked. — Communicate progress, risks, and learnings to stakeholders clearly and proactively. — Foster a culture of focus, momentum, and fun across your team. Requirements: — 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Producer in gaming. — Strong analytical mindset. You are comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes. — Experience owning a product roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, scoping, and shipping. — Familiarity with Roblox Studio. You don't need to write Lua, but you should be able to open a place in Roblox Studio, navigate a game hierarchy, understand how assets and scripts are organized, and speak credibly with developers about scope and feasibility. — Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can write a crisp spec and present a clear recommendation to leadership. — Experience with live service products and the cadence of ongoing updates, events, and seasonal content. — Collaborative by nature. You work well across disciplines and know how to build trust with creative and technical partners. — Comfortable using tools like Notion, Google Suite, Discord, or similar for roadmap management and documentation. Location: This is a remote-first role open to candidates anywhere in the world. Las Vegas-based team members work in-office Tuesday through Friday (Monday optional). If Vegas sounds fun, we offer relocation support for candidates interested in moving here. In-office perks include daily DoorDash credits to keep you fed, commuter credits to cover your ride in, and a monthly game stipend because we think playing games is part of the job. We are actively building a UK talent hub in anticipation of a dedicated UK office. Candidates across the UK are warmly encouraged to apply.
