adjoe https://adjoe.io/ is a leading mobile ad platform developing cutting-edge advertising and monetization solutions that take its’ app partners’ business to the next level. Part of the applike group https://applike-group.com/ ecosystem, adjoe is home to an advanced tech stack https://adjoe.io/company/adtech-stack/, powerful financial backing from Bertelsmann, and a highly motivated workforce to be reckoned with.
Meet Your Team: Fraud Operations
Our Fraud Operations team tackles one of adtech's biggest challenges: fraud. As a specialized operational force within Anti-Fraud, we actively investigate, reproduce, and mitigate abuse to prevent fraud from impacting our partners' business.
At the core of our day-to-day work is rapid exploit analysis and telemetry forensics across Android and iOS platforms, dissecting device manipulation, hooking frameworks, and emulator-driven abuse. Partnering closely with core SDK and Backend teams, we query billions of daily events across our distributed data stores (Trino, ScyllaDB, DynamoDB) to isolate suspicious traffic anomalies in real time, translate complex attack vectors into actionable detection heuristics, and deploy pragmatic mitigations directly across our Go-based services. This means working hands-on with cutting-edge tech and adversarial forensics to continuously outsmart even the most creative tactics.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- AdTech & Anti-Cheat Domain Expertise: You understand the mechanics of digital advertising (attribution, publisher monetization, traffic quality) or bring experience from adjacent anti-abuse environments like gaming anti-cheat. You will act as the escalation point for BI, Product, and Support, translating complex abuse patterns into concrete technical solutions.
- Reverse Engineering & Exploit Analysis: You have an adversarial security mindset. While our core SDK team develops production client libraries, you understand iOS and Android internals well enough to decompile binaries, understand and use hooking of APIs and work with frameworks to root/jailbreak devices (e.g., Magisk, Xposed, KernelSU, Dopamine), and reproduce emulator- or bot-driven exploits in a sandbox environment to find the root cause.
- Large-Scale Telemetry & Data Forensics: You can query and analyze billions of daily events across distributed databases (Trino SQL, DynamoDB, ScyllaDB). Using data analysis tools and LLM-assisted workflows, you quickly isolate anomalous clusters, model suspicious traffic patterns, and turn raw telemetry into actionable detection heuristics.
- Distributed Systems Observability & Profiling: You are comfortable working with high-throughput event pipelines. Leveraging Grafana, Kibana, and distributed tracing, you monitor system health, diagnose bottlenecks across Kafka and SQS queues, and verify that detection APIs maintain low-latency response times under heavy load.
- Technical Leadership & Team Enablement: You will serve as the technical lead for our new Fraud Operations unit within the Anti-Fraud Solutions team. Partnering with the Product Lead, you will drive technical strategy, conduct meaningful code and architecture reviews, and mentor engineers. We value clear communication and pragmatic decision-making over years of formal management hierarchy.
- Pragmatic Engineering & Rapid Mitigation: You are a hands-on engineer who can read, debug, and review Go microservices without needing to be a Go purist. Working alongside Backend, Mobile, and Data Science teams, you will prototype detection logic, deploy verified mitigation rules, and automate responses to emerging attack vectors.

About the Role
We are seeking an
Applications
Engineer
to support the development, improvement, and customization of Bradken's mining equipment product lines, with a primary focus on
Crawler Systems for Electric Rope Shovels and Hydraulic Excavators
.
This is more than a traditional design engineering role. While strong mechanical design capabilities are fundamental, this position also requires engineers who are comfortable working directly with customers, participating in technical discussions, presenting solutions, and supporting product evaluations in the field.
You will collaborate across Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, and end users to transform operational challenges into practical engineering solutions. The role offers excellent exposure to mining operations, customer problem-solving, and the performance of large-scale equipment operating in demanding environments.
Success in this role requires someone who enjoys both technical engineering work and customer interaction. You should be comfortable explaining technical concepts, presenting recommendations, gathering customer requirements, and building credibility through engineering expertise.
This is an outstanding opportunity for engineers who want to see their designs perform in real-world applications rather than working exclusively behind a desk.
While previous mining experience is beneficial, we are equally interested in candidates with strong machinery design fundamentals who are eager to learn the mining industry, develop product expertise, and immerse themselves in customer challenges and field applications.
Key Responsibilities
You will work across product design, reverse engineering, modelling, drafting, simulation, technical analysis, field evaluations and customer support activities.
You will:
Create and update 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation.
Support reverse engineering, product improvements, and new concept development.
Complete engineering calculations, analysis, simulations, and technical verification activities.
Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to ensure designs are practical, manufacturable, and cost-effective.
Participate in customer discussions to understand operational requirements and technical challenges.
Present engineering solutions, product recommendations, and technical findings to both internal and external stakeholders.
Support field evaluations, product inspections, and site investigations.
Conduct visits to customer and manufacturing locations to gather data and support product performance reviews.
Capture specifications, product data, and design updates within Bradken's Product Lifecycle Management system.
Provide technical guidance to Sales, Operations, and Customer Support teams.
Contribute to safety, quality, continuous improvement, and product innovation initiatives.
This role is primarily office/shop-based with regular interaction with customers and operational teams. Travel to customer, mine, and manufacturing sites is expected.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in mechanical design, product design, reliability engineering, or product development.
Strong proficiency in 3D CAD modelling, detailed drafting, and engineering analysis.
Experience working with manufactured products, design changes, and technical documentation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and operational teams.
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
Current driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
Spanish language capability is highly preferred.
French language capability would be considered an asset.
Ideal Industry Backgrounds
We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in:
Mining equipment
Mobile equipment
Heavy industrial machinery
Material handling equipment
Construction equipment
Power generation equipment
Rotating equipment
Industrial manufacturing
Structural mechanical systems
Crushers, conveyors, processing equipment, or similar industrial products
Machinery design experience is strongly preferred.
Candidates coming from industries involving large industrial equipment, heavy mechanical assemblies, mobile machinery, or power generation environments will likely find the strongest alignment with this opportunity.
While all engineering backgrounds will be considered, candidates whose experience is primarily focused on
building services, HVAC systems, commercial building design, or MEP consulting
may find the role less aligned due to the heavy equipment and industrial machinery focus of the position.
Technical Skills Valued
Experience with the following tools and technologies is highly regarded:
Siemens NX
ANSYS
Siemens Teamcenter PLM
3D Scanning Technologies
Product Lifecycle Management Systems
Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Reverse Engineering Processes

safety-first culture
Competitive salary and
performance bonuses

Global career opportunities
Learning & development support
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Paid parental leave and wellbeing initiatives
Why This Role?
This role offers a unique opportunity to combine
mechanical design engineering
,
customer engagement
, and
field exposure
within the global mining industry.
If you enjoy designing large-scale machinery, solving complex engineering challenges, presenting technical solutions, learning directly from customer operations, and seeing your work applied in some of the world's most demanding mining environments, this role will provide an exciting next step in your career.
If you are interested in joining a team that is making a significant impact in the industry, we invite you to submit your application, along with your resume and a concise cover letter outlining why this position aligns with your career aspirations.
Shortlisting for candidates will commence immediately.
Everyone has a story... become a part of ours!

, you will be required to complete a psychometric assessment and a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.

Role Type: Full-time

About the company
Our client is an innovative AI-driven media agency at the forefront of the creator economy and digital marketing space. Specializing in cutting-edge generative technology, the team develops sophisticated AI digital twins for high-level business owners, coaches, and consultants. The team is driven by a mission to eliminate the friction of content creation through advanced automation and realistic synthetic media. Candidates will join a results-oriented, forward-thinking environment that thrives on innovation, technical excellence, and high-impact digital transformation for a diverse range of international industries.
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-caliber Client Success Manager to become the operational heartbeat of a rapidly growing creative agency. Our team is at the forefront of the AI revolution, producing hyper-realistic digital clones for high-profile business owners to scale their social media presence. As we expand, we need a seasoned professional to take full ownership of the client journey. This isn’t a support role; it is a leadership position where you will bridge the gap between clients and our production team, and build the processes that will define our future. If you are an experienced CSM who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and is excited by AI-driven content, we want to hear from you.

High-level organizational skills with the ability to track multiple deliverables across 20+ active accounts simultaneously.
Demonstrated reliability and a commitment to a full-time, dedicated role; we are looking for a long-term partner, not a freelancer with multiple projects.
Technical comfort and curiosity; you must be willing to dive into AI tools like HeyGen and ChatGPT as part of your daily workflow.
A "builder" mindset—the ability to take ownership of an operationally immature business and implement structure without constant direction.

About the Company
Our client is a results-driven AI marketing agency that specializes in local lead generation for high-stakes professional service firms, including legal, medical, and home services industries. Founded in 2014, the team bridges the gap between engineering discipline and strategic marketing to help local businesses outrank national brands. They provide an integrated suite of services, including AI-driven search engine optimization, adaptive PPC management, and sophisticated digital transformation tools designed to turn discovery into high-intent bookings and calls.
Operating as a forward-thinking scale-up, the company focuses on "Midnight AI" systems that optimize visibility across Google Maps, organic search, and emerging AI recommendation engines. The culture is built on transparency, measurable outcomes, and a calm, disciplined approach to innovation. Job Summary
This company is a performance marketing agency building the "Agency of the Future" by leveraging AI to dominate the Answer Engine era. While traditional agencies are focused solely on Google rankings, this team ensures clients are cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. We are looking for a high-performing closer to lead our revenue function. You will sell directly to business owners and managing partners of firms generating $1M+ in annual revenue. This is a role for a strategic thinker who understands that modern businesses need high-margin, AI-driven solutions rather than outdated agency deliverables.

+2 years of experience closing high-ticket services in a digital marketing, agency, or SaaS environment.
Proven track record of selling directly to business owners and managing partners in service-based industries (Law, Medical, Home Services).
Ability to speak fluently about revenue, leads, and ROI rather than just "deliverables."
Experience managing or coaching appointment setters to improve top-of-funnel health.
High level of self-discipline and the ability to operate in a remote, founder-led startup environment without micromanagement.
Availability to cover core US hours (8am–7pm CST) to support prospects from EST to PST.

🌎 Fully remote work environment
📈 Compounding commission structure on multi-month contracts
🚀 Opportunity to lead the sales function of an AI-first agency
