Meet Arago and the Aragonians Arago is an AI and computer hardware company whose mission is to drive the course of history forward. We do so by accelerating breakthroughs at the intersection of AI and semiconductors. Founded in 2024 by AI researchers and physicists with deep expertise in photonics, electronics, software, mathematics, and machine learning, Arago brings together a lean team of engineers and scientists from the world’s top companies and research labs. Composed of nine nationalities and operating from hubs in France, North America, and Israel, we believe in great science and fast achievements. Our work is guided by these core principles: Do great things: we deliver work we’re proud to sign our name to. High velocity: speed matters. We move quickly, one step at a time. One unit: we’re all in this together, with relationships grounded in trust, respect, and camaraderie. Arago is backed by executives from Apple, Arm, Nvidia, Microsoft, and Hugging Face, as well as prominent US and European deeptech venture firms and exited founders.
What you’ll do
As a Senior AI/ML Scientist, you will work at the intersection of modern AI models, numerical precision, and novel computing architectures. Your mission will be to develop the methods that allow AI models to run accurately, efficiently, and reliably on Arago’s computing system. This position combines strong quantization and “digital twin” aspects: understanding how frontier models tolerate reduced precision, defining the right numerical formats and quantization strategies, and building software representations of the processor to model the physical effects that impact AI model accuracy. This role is both scientific and practical. You will help shape the bridge between AI models and Arago’s hardware.
Required Skills and Experience
Background in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related quantitative field. Strong interest and skills in applied mathematics and statistics. Strong experience with quantization of machine learning and AI models. Strong understanding of modern model architectures, including language models, diffusion models, video generation models, and/or world models. Experience studying the impact of numerical precision, noise, or approximation on model accuracy. Experience with inference performance optimization. Good knowledge of computer architecture, GPU architecture, or parallel computing. Ability to build rigorous experimentation pipelines and translate research insights into practical engineering decisions. GitHub profile with recent and relevant projects. Language: English at a proficient level. French is a plus.
Responsibilities
Develop Arago’s quantization strategy for modern AI models, including precision studies, numerical format exploration, and model-level techniques to preserve accuracy under constrained precision. Study the impact of analog noise on the performance and inference accuracy of machine learning models, including language models, diffusion, video generation, and world models. Develop simulation tools to model analog behavior with minimal computational overhead. Build and maintain Arago's internal experimentation pipelines for precision and performance studies on both physical and emulated prototypes. Act as a technical point of contact between clients and Arago: analyze, port, and optimize client models onto Arago hardware, balancing throughput and accuracy. Collaborate with the software and digital architecture teams to support architectural enhancements based on the operator content of frontier model architectures.
Pay and benefits
Competitive cash compensation, with final package based on location, experience, and the pay of team members in similar positions. Meaningful stock option plan offered at the earliest stage of the company (included in the majority of full time offers). Relocation bonus and coverage of moving expenses for relocation within 20 minutes of the company’s location. Healthcare coverage (including family-friendly options), pension contributions, professional development support, and 25 days of PTO, in addition to public holidays. Ownership of a key technical domain, with significant vertical and/or horizontal growth opportunities, based on performance and individual drive. Reimbursement of 50% of the public transport subscription fee. A high-paced, multicultural (with 10 nationalities), and engineering-led environment.

ABOUT YOU
Xsolla seeks a security engineer to join a new security team during a critical build-out phase. You work across application security and infrastructure security - reviewing code, hardening cloud environments, supporting incident response, and partnering with engineering teams to improve security posture across the company.
This is a generalist role well-suited to an early-team hire. You are comfortable working across domains rather than specializing in one, and you grow into deeper expertise as the team and program mature. You collaborate closely with the security program manager and work directly with engineering teams on secure design, findings, and remediation.
Our tech stack includes GCP, vSphere/ESX, Kubernetes and container workloads, MariaDB, CockroachDB, Go, PHP, and Python. You do not need expertise in all of these, but you are comfortable navigating a mixed environment and learning what you need.
As always true in job descriptions, there is an intangible value that is hard to capture. We look for a diverse set of perspectives and skills. Even if you don't match every requirement, we encourage you to apply if you think you can be highly successful in this role.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's researchers generate and depend on enormous amounts of data — training runs, evaluations, RL transcripts, annotations etc... The Research Data Platform team builds the systems that make that data easy to produce, find, query, and trust. We work in two modes: we build
platform components that other systems plug into
(for example, a metrics library that training frameworks integrate to record and retrieve run data), and we
own core datasets end to end
(for example, the data pipeline behind RL transcripts).
As the team's tech lead, your job starts with our users. You'll work directly with researchers — and with the engineers who support them — to understand how they actually work, where managing data slows them down, and where a well-built platform component or a well-curated dataset would change what's possible. You'll turn what you learn into technical direction for the team, in partnership with the team's manager, who owns priorities and people. A central ambition you'll drive: a small set of canonical, well-documented datasets — starting with the core data model for RL — that researchers trust and standardize on, rather than every team managing its own copies.
You'll spend your first few months close to the code and close to users: shipping improvements in our core systems, embedding with research teams, and building your own map of their workflows. As the team grows, this role has a natural path into formal people leadership for someone who wants it.
Responsibilities
Work directly with researchers and the engineers supporting them to understand their workflows, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and shape what the team builds next
Set the technical direction for the team across our platform and our datasets
Design and build platform components that other teams plug into — libraries, services, and interfaces such as the metrics library used by training frameworks
Own core datasets end to end: the pipelines that produce them, the schemas that define them, and the documentation and guarantees that make researchers trust them
Drive convergence toward canonical datasets — including the core data model for RL transcripts — that research teams standardize on
Lead complex, multi-quarter projects that span several systems and teams, staying hands-on in the code
Raise the team's technical bar through design reviews, mentorship, and the quality of your own work
You may be a good fit if you:
Have built and operated data-intensive systems at scale — pipelines, storage layers, query systems — with strong instincts for data modeling and schema design that hold up as usage grows
Have set technical direction for a team, or owned the architecture of a data platform that other teams build on
Treat internal users as customers: you do the discovery work, iterate with users, and measure success by adoption rather than by shipping
Understand that researchers aren’t typical internal customers — the work is exploratory by nature, workflows differ from team to team, and requirements are discovered through experiments rather than specified up front
Can build for that motion — keeping interfaces stable and data trustworthy while use cases change underneath you, and judging when a quick, disposable solution serves research better than a durable one
Lead through influence — aligning engineers and stakeholders without relying on formal authority
Are results-oriented and pragmatic, willing to do unglamorous work when it's the highest-leverage thing
Are excited about learning the fundamentals of machine learning research (deep ML expertise is not required)
Care about the societal impacts of your work
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with large-scale ETL and columnar or analytical storage (e.g., Spark, BigQuery, ClickHouse, DuckDB, Parquet)
Experience with metrics or experiment-tracking systems, or high-volume time-series data
Experience with dataset management, cataloging, or lineage tooling
Built developer tooling or internal data platforms for demanding technical users — including in domains like quantitative trading, where fast-moving, exploratory data work looks a lot like research
A working knowledge of machine learning
Worked in, or closely with, an ML research lab
Interest in — or experience with — people management and growing engineers

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Hex Trust
Hex Trust is a fully-licensed and regulated financial institution for digital assets. We hold licenses in Dubai (VARA) and Singapore (MAS), are registered in Hong Kong (TCSP), and operate 24/7 from offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, and Vietnam.
We are an integrated provider of custody, trading, financing, staking, and tokenization services. Our custody platform, Hex Safe, is one of the strongest in the market and serves 600+ institutional clients globally: investors and allocators (VCs, funds, family offices), Web3 companies (foundations, protocols, token issuers), and service providers (wealth managers, OTC desks, brokers, PSPs, corporates, banks). It stands out as the only platform offering regulated cold wallets with transaction signing under 1 second, compared to an industry average of around 2 hours.
As a pioneer in digital asset infrastructure, we are now expanding our ecosystem by strategically entering the payments’ business space. This expansion marks a pivotal milestone in our growth, aimed at bridging traditional finance with the digital economy through compliant, scalable and instant payment infrastructure.
Position Summary
We offer an attractive, formula-based, uncapped bonus structure tied directly to originated revenue, paid quarterly.
We are looking for a VP / Director Senior Sales for Cross-border Payments Solutions with a strong network across the payments and PSP ecosystem in APAC and the GCC. The ideal candidate has sold payment infrastructure into institutional clients, understands how PSPs and fintechs make integration decisions, and can speak credibly about stablecoins, on/off-ramps, settlement, and APIs.
As a Senior Payments specialist, you will help spearhead Hex Trust's strategic expansion, transforming our core enterprise capabilities into cutting-edge merchant solutions and global digital payment networks.
This role carries two mandates:
Scale our existing Convert-to-Pay business
by originating and closing PSP, acquirer, and fintech clients across APAC and the GCC — driving payment volume, recurring revenue, and stickiness from day one.
Secure a flagship design partner
to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — a strategic, build-the-future mandate at the frontier of where payments and digital assets are heading.
This is a pure origination role with high autonomy and direct impact on revenue. You will own the commercial cycle end-to-end: prospecting, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage. The platform is proven, the licenses are real, and we have the right to win.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own the full commercial cycle for Convert-to-Pay: prospecting, qualification, structuring, closing, integration coordination, and ongoing client coverage across APAC and the GCC.
Identify and win new PSP, acquirer, fintech, and payment-infrastructure clients to grow stablecoin payment volume, recurring revenue, and assets in flow — this is a hunting role.
Translate Hex Trust's regulated, API-first stablecoin payment capabilities into commercial wins with senior payments and treasury stakeholders.
Identify, qualify, and secure a flagship design partner to co-develop the next generation of programmable stablecoin payment infrastructure — shaping requirements, structuring a co-build relationship, and turning early collaboration into a long-term commercial anchor. This is a core responsibility and a key deliverable for the role.
Work closely with product, client operations, compliance, and legal to deliver smooth onboarding and integration.
Feed product, marketing, and leadership with market intelligence and client signals that shape the roadmap and our go-to-market.
Requirements
7–10 years of institutional or B2B sales / business development experience, with meaningful time in payments.
Proven track record of selling payment infrastructure — ideally cross-border, on/off-ramps, acquiring, or stablecoin/digital-asset payment rails — into PSPs, fintechs, or financial institutions.
An existing, active network in the PSP and payments ecosystem across APAC and/or the GCC. This is critical; we are not building your network from scratch.
Strong working knowledge of stablecoins, settlement, treasury workflows, and payment APIs — you do not need to be an engineer, but you must speak credibly on these topics to technical and commercial audiences alike.
Demonstrated ability to run the full sales cycle independently — prospecting through close — in a lean, fast-moving environment, including consultative, product-minded selling and co-creating solutions with early or strategic partners.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex products clearly to senior stakeholders.
Fluent English is required. Mandarin (for HK/Singapore) or Arabic (for GCC) is a strong plus.
Highly organized and self-driven, comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
Candidates who do not tick all the boxes are still encouraged to apply, those with less experience will still be considered for the position but with an adjustment to the level of seniority.
