We are looking for a Compliance Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of traffic and content compliance across one of our digital platforms.
You will develop and operate a scalable compliance framework for monitoring affiliate partners and digital traffic sources, identifying prohibited or risk activity, investigating incidents, and continuously improving preventive and detective controls.
This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who can independently assess risks, establish effective processes, and turn compliance requirements into practical operational and technical solutions. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Risk, and commercial teams.
Job Responsibilities
Own, develop, and update the traffic and content compliance framework, policies, SOPs, and risk-scoring mechanisms.
Audit digital traffic channels, landing pages, and promotional materials to detect prohibited content, cloaking, redirect manipulation, and suspicious attribution patterns.
Lead root-cause investigations into compliance violations, coordinate corrective actions, enforce partner restrictions, and track remediation.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define requirements for automated risk-scoring, internal compliance tools, and external monitoring solutions.
Track compliance metrics, analyse recurring risk trends, and deliver clear, decision-ready reporting to management.
Ensure documentation remains audit-ready for payment partners and regulators; stay updated on payment-network and industry regulatory shifts.
Provide functional direction and quality standards for compliance analysts, and deliver internal training on monitoring and enforcement processes.
You’ll thrive here if you have
5+ years in Compliance Operations, Risk, Fraud Prevention, or Traffic Quality (hands-on experience in traffic compliance, affiliate marketing, and ad networks required).
Solid understanding of tracking signals (URLs, redirects, referrers, cookies, device fingerprints) and ability to assess risk using incomplete attribution data.
Proven background conducting operational audits, implementing SOPs/compliance policies, and managing root-cause incident investigations.
Experienced in team leadership, managing cross-functional initiatives, and translating compliance needs into Product, Engineering, and Data requirements.
Ability to define compliance KPIs, build clear executive reports, and make sound, analytical decisions under pressure.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of payment provider, acquiring bank, or card network compliance standards.
Experience detecting cloaking, brand misuse, redirect manipulation, and prohibited content.
Familiarity with OSINT, web scraping, SQL/Python, BI tools, or LLM-based automation.
Relevant professional certifications (compliance, auditing, risk, or fraud prevention).
What Success Looks Like
A risk-based traffic and content compliance framework is actively implemented and enforced.
High-risk traffic sources and compliance incidents are quickly identified, audited, and resolved.
Automated and manual monitoring controls effectively reduce repeat violations.
Management receives clear, data-driven visibility into traffic compliance risks.
All processes, evidence, and records remain continuously audit-ready for external partners.

adjoe is redefining the future of mobile ads. Powered by advanced AI, first-party data and world-class engineers, we’ve perfected the offerwall experience for monetizing and scaling app publishers with solutions like Playtime and Arcade – now the fastest growing rewarded advertising channel globally – driving incremental engagement, retention, and revenue.
At the same time, we’re breaking into programmatic advertising with the intelligent bidding system of adjoe Ads. Together, this ecosystem connects app developers to over 600 million users worldwide for scalable growth. Backed by a $100 million investment from Bertelsmann and operating from offices in Hamburg, Boston, Singapore, and Tokyo, adjoe is defining the next stages of app and ad experience – right now. Join us.
YOUR MISSION & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven track record owning a regional event program end to end. You come from a senior event/field marketing background within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a fast-paced agency environment. You have owned a full regional program, including roadmap, budget, and outcomes, rather than executing against someone else's plan. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, US, you will build the US event strategy together with leadership and lead its hands-on execution, ensuring events drive business growth and strengthen adjoe's brand positioning in the market.
- Events are a pipeline engine, and you own that outcome. This role is pivotal in driving meaningful pipeline across both of adjoe's lines of business: supply, where app publishers monetize and scale with Playtime and Arcade, and demand, where advertisers grow with adjoe Ads. You align regularly with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership to ensure events ladder up to strategic priorities, and you track performance and follow up with internal teams so that pipeline and lead goals are genuinely owned and delivered rather than assumed.
- You lead execution across a range of event types and audiences. You build and evolve the US event roadmap in close collaboration with leadership, choosing the right formats, audiences, and channels to drive measurable results. That spans industry trade shows and conferences where adjoe needs presence and share of voice, owned events that put our brand and perspective at the center, and executive hospitality events built to move specific accounts and relationships forward. You ensure flawless execution across all of them, from logistics and branding to experience design and post-event impact reporting, and you are as comfortable running the floor plan as you are presenting the roadmap to leadership.
- You negotiate and build partnerships with confidence. You serve as the primary point of contact for key conference and co-marketing partnerships, managing negotiations, sponsorship agreements, and long-term opportunities as the owner of those relationships. You manage and optimize the US events budget, making high-impact decisions on where and how to invest for maximum ROI. Externally, you act as a senior voice for the brand, building lasting relationships with conference organizers, local networks, and industry peers that compound in value year over year.
- You are metrics-driven and turn data into action. You set success criteria before an event and track ROI across the full lifecycle, evaluating performance rather than activity. You use what the numbers tell you to reallocate spend, retire formats that don't return, and independently optimize processes and results without waiting to be asked.
- You think in systems. You build scalable processes, playbooks, templates, and workflows that improve event quality, efficiency, and attendee experience across teams and regions. You manage complex projects and relationships calmly when timelines are tight or priorities shift, you communicate strategy and expectations clearly across functions, and you lead with ownership and clarity, making things happen and keeping stakeholders informed as you go.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
At adjoe, we’re designing the organization behind one of the fastest-growing adtech platforms in mobile. The initiatives you build, the talent you develop, and the culture you shape will directly influence how adjoe scales globally.
- Go Big. Own programs that have real impact on how 250+ people across 7 offices join, grow, and perform.
- Move Fast. Operate in a high-velocity environment where you design, test, and iterate on people programs with the same mindset as a product team.
- Be Direct. Work in a culture where feedback is honest, collaboration is real, and your ideas get heard.
- Thrive Together. Grow alongside a diverse, global team of 250+ people from over 40 countries — and help make that experience better for everyone.
- Have Fun. Build meaningful programs, celebrate the people behind the product, and bring your energy to a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

About the role:
This is a 6-month contract position where you will own the day-to-day management of Travel & Expense (T&E) processes, working closely with the AP team. Responsibilities include coding, reconciling, and chasing exceptions to keep the T&E engine running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
— Own Ramp expense management end-to-end: review, code, and approve expense reports, chase missing receipts, and enforce policy compliance.
— Administer Navan travel: reconcile bookings and spend, flag policy exceptions, and support employees through out-of-policy approvals.
— Review AP bills for accuracy, coding, and approval routing, catching duplicate invoices and mismatched amounts before payment.
— Reconcile Ramp and Navan activity against the General Ledger and drive the exception queue to zero before every close.
— Serve as the responsive point of contact for vendors, confirming payment details, tracking status, and resolving disputes.
— Identify recurring T&E issues and propose and document process improvements.
What we're looking for:
— 3+ years of AP & T&E experience, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth environment.

— 30-minute video call with a Recruiter.
— 45-minute video call with the Hiring Manager.
— 45-minute cross-functional screen with a member of the AP team.

When that happens, we’re not only helping small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world. At Xero, we’re here to supercharge small businesses. By making small business more efficient every day, connecting them with big business technology and empowering a community behind them, their potential is limitless. When that happens, we’re not only helping small business, we’ll be building a stronger economy that can change the world.
THE ROLE & TEAM
Product Data Science & Engineering is a portfolio team within Product & Technology. Partnering across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Commercial leadership, we set Xero’s data science strategy across broad product areas and operate in an AI-native way—using AI to transform how we work, not just what we ship.
The team co-own Xero's metrics stack, experimentation strategy, and enterprise data architecture and builds AI-powered customer experiences including the Jax chatbot and agentic workflows—in partnership with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. They also lead AI measurement and productionisation. We work in an AI-native way. That means AI changes how data science itself gets done here, not just what we ship.
This is a new strategic leadership role created to scale Xero's data science and AI capabilities. You will take full ownership of the data science, analytics, ML, and AI strategy and execution across Accounting & Bookkeeping, Small Business, and AI products.
This role combines strategic product vision (including Jax, agentic workflows, and AI-powered features) with platform thinking across the metrics stack, experimentation, data quality, and governance, driving enterprise-level impact across every product team.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will translate company-level objectives into strategic sub-objectives across analytics, ML, AI products, and experimentation, elevating both the quality of decisions and the leverage Xero gains from its data and AI investments.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists, analytics engineers, ML engineers, and managers, scaling the function from ~12 to ~30.
- Design team structures and operating models that preserve high throughput across multiple locations and time zones.
- Operate as an AI-native leader, driving how AI changes how data science operates and ships value across Xero.
- Act as the primary data partner to Product & Technology, advising C-suite and SLT on data utilization, retention strategy, new data domains, and AI investment decisions.
- Represent data science in executive forums and partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Privacy and Risk on strategy, prioritisation and governance.
- Own AI governance, model risk, data quality, privacy posture, and experimentation integrity across the portfolio, ensuring company-wide compliance and integrity.
- Drive behavioral, technical, and cultural standards across the vertical. Own and improve global hiring practices, build talent maps, and coach senior leaders and individual contributors to raise the bar across Xero.
- Proactively identify delivery and strategic risks, designing robust organizational processes that yield consistent, high-quality outcomes for Xero.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING WITH YOU
We welcome candidates from analyst, scientist, engineer, or AI/ML-focused backgrounds—a linear data science career is not required. What matters most is that you have operated, shipped, and led at scale within a fast-paced technology environment. As a self-starter and executive partner, you will shape and lead strategic agendas alongside C-suite and senior leadership, driving throughput across multi-location, global teams. You excel at bringing structure to complex cross-functional challenges, managing ambiguity, and maintaining a strong "Xero-first" mindset focused on delivering strategic value and accountable execution.
- Ability to act as a proactive self-starter and executive partner, shaping strategic agendas with C-suite and SLT, presenting to board-level leadership, and influencing key investment decisions.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, bring structure to complex cross-functional challenges, sustain throughput across multi-timezone teams, and hold stakeholders accountable to a "Xero-first" standard.
- Skilled in leading managers, coaching leaders into senior roles, developing high-performing teams, and constructively escalating strategic risks when necessary.
- Experienced in navigating teams through significant scale-ups, operating model transformations, and continuous evolution in fast-paced environments.
- Practical experience leveraging frontier-model platforms (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) to build agentic workflows, chatbots, and AI-powered products, as well as transforming team operating models using AI workflows.
- Substantial experience leading data science, ML, or analytics functions, with a proven track record of managing other people leaders across multi-team structures.
- Extensive experience building and running enterprise-scale data science functions, AI/ML productionisation, AI governance, model risk frameworks, and experimentation integrity.
- Deep technical fluency across applied ML, analytics engineering, instrumentation, eventing, and schema governance, with a strong engineering mindset focused on building scalable platforms and reusable architectures.
- Prior exposure to SaaS or small business segments, with a track record of driving scale, data quality, and privacy compliance.
- Technical bachelor's or master's degree (PhDs welcome for applied, high-impact organizational challenges), supported by public thought leadership or open-source contributions in data or AI.
WHERE AND HOW YOU CAN WORK
This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne with a flexible hybrid working setup, spending 1 to 2 days per week in the local office to connect and collaborate.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

Wormhole Labs builds Sunrise (sunrise.xyz http://sunrise.xyz), a platform that helps token issuers launch and list their tokens on Solana. To date, we've orchestrated the launch of 100+ assets on Solana, accounting for more than $10 billion in cumulative trading volume.
As a Trader, you'll develop and run strategies for tokenized equities, pricing and hedging risk across onchain markets and traditional brokerage venues. You'll be responsible for managing capital and writing the code that puts your strategies into production. This is a hybrid trading and engineering role.
What you will do
- Develop and run RFQ-based trading strategies for tokenized spot equities: set parameters such as buffers, spreads, and size limits, while optimizing for evolving business goals.
- Price instruments where reference prices are thin or stale, such as long-tail stocks and extended and overnight sessions.
- Measure execution quality: benchmark fills against references, analyze markouts, and turn what you find into strategy improvements.
- Monitor positions, inventory levels and P&L in real time; proactively flag risks, execute adjustments, and continuously improve tooling & monitoring.
- Integrate with traditional brokerage venues and onchain programs to fill trades and rebalance inventory.
What we're looking for
- 4+ years trading at a market maker, prop firm, DEX, or brokerage, with professional experience specifically trading spot equities.
- Experience developing RFQ systems.
- A rigorous approach to risk management: you track exposure, hedge thoughtfully, and escalate early when conditions shift.
- Self-directed and adaptable: you're comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote-first environment.
- Strong analytical and software engineering skills (e.g., Rust)
We provide
- Competitive salary and restricted token units, dependent on position type and location.
- Unlimited time off, healthcare premium reimbursement, and 401K.
- Top-of-the-line MacBook Pro laptop.
- Flexibility of working from wherever you have work authorization, as long as you can work 10-6PM US Eastern Time. We minimize unnecessary meetings, but building decentralized systems requires synchronous communication.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is working on frontier AI systems that handle sensitive information at enormous scale. How we protect that data, and how we build privacy into our systems rather than bolting it on afterward, is central to our mission of building AI that is safe and beneficial.
We’re looking for an experienced Incident Response Manager to own and evolve incident management within the privacy team. This is a senior-level specialization on the Technical Program Manager ladder, focused on how we detect, respond to, and learn from privacy incidents. These incidents involve personal data subject to GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA and similar laws, and to the contractual commitments Anthropic makes to its customers.
You’ll be the driving force behind maturing and scaling our incident response lifecycle, from detection and triage through containment, remediation, and post-incident review. Critically, some of the highest-impact work in this role happens after the immediate response: gathering data on incident trends, reporting on patterns and root causes, and working cross-functionally across engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure that broad fixes and systemic improvements are actually implemented. You will partner closely with Privacy Legal on notifiability and communications, and with the Privacy Program team on executive and board reporting; this role owns the engineering-side programme, its metrics and its follow-through.
You won’t just manage incidents: you’ll make sure we get meaningfully better after each one.
Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end privacy incident management program: detection workflows, response processes, escalation paths, communication standards, and remediation tracking.
Serve as incident commander for privacy incidents, driving clear coordination across executive, engineering, security, legal, and other appropriate stakeholders.
Establish and run incident commander rotations within privacy, ensuring clear ownership and effective coordination during incidents of varying severity.
Drive post-incident accountability by defining how action items are captured, assigned, tracked, and completed across teams, ensuring follow-through on both tactical fixes and strategic improvements.
Gather, analyze, and report on incident trends and patterns to surface systemic risks, recurring root causes, and areas where the organization is most vulnerable.
Translate trend analysis into actionable cross-functional initiatives: partner with engineering, infrastructure, security, and product teams to prioritize and implement broad fixes and preventive improvements that address root causes rather than symptoms.
Lead incident review forums (post-mortems, retrospectives) and ensure learnings are captured, socialized, and acted upon across the organization.
Partner with Privacy Legal on breach and notifiability assessments against regulatory timelines, coordinate customer and regulator communications when required, and keep privileged and non-privileged records appropriately separated.
Develop and maintain privacy incident response documentation, playbooks, runbooks, and training materials; keep them current as our products, data flows and obligations evolve.
Partner with detection engineering to improve alert fidelity, reduce noise, and shorten time-to-detection for privacy events.
Define, develop, and track incident management KPIs and report regularly to leadership.
Support broad cross-functional training and initiatives to uplevel privacy awareness across the company (e.g. Tabletop exercises, training, talks).
Minimum qualifications
Have led or built incident response programs at a technology company, ideally in a high-growth or security-intensive environment.
Have a demonstrated track record of turning incident data into organizational improvements: not just writing post-mortems, but driving the cross-functional work to implement systemic fixes.
Are comfortable participating in on-call responsibilities and leading incident response during high-severity privacy events, including off-hours.
Have experience building and scaling operational processes from the ground up in environments where structure didn’t previously exist.
Excel at driving accountability and follow-through across multiple teams without direct authority—you know how to influence, track, and close the loop.
Have strong analytical skills and experience with incident trend analysis, metrics reporting, and data-driven prioritization.
Are highly organized with a knack for bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
Have excellent communication skills, especially under pressure and when coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership.
Thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and you’re often working with incomplete information.
Preferred qualifications
Have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, incident management, or security/privacy operations, with significant time spent in an incident response context.
Are familiar with privacy regulation and breach-notification obligations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA or similar) and comfortable working with legal counsel under privilege, or have a legal background.
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$290,000
—
$365,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 7-10 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS (AI, vertical SaaS, or operational software preferred), with a track record of winning enterprise or high-ACV deals.
- A demonstrated hunter mentality, you generate and win deals rather than just manage what lands on your desk.
- Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and close high-ACV deals from first touch to signature.
- Strong discovery skills, you ask great questions and listen closely.
- Comfort selling to operators and executives at the enterprise level.
