About the Role
Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message. As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves.
What you'll do
Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery.
Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts.
Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy.
Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative.
Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel.
Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships.
Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next.
Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working.
Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing.
Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly.
Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression.
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time.
Nice to Have
Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences).
Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders.
You'll Thrive Here If
You Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem.
Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow.
Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a to file away.
Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset.
Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage.
Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups.
Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard.
Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing.
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $98,000 - $106,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
Perks & Benefits
Health, Dental, and Vision insurance covered at 100% for employees, 80% for employee plus dependents, and 70% for employees plus family.
FSA and HSA Spending Account.
20 days of vacation, 5 sick days, 11 company holidays plus an additional 1 floating holiday.

About Delinea:
Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization, empowering organizations to seamlessly govern their interactions across the modern enterprise. Leveraging AI-powered intelligence, Delinea’s leading cloud-native Identity Security Platform applies context throughout the entire identity lifecycle – across cloud and traditional infrastructure, data, SaaS applications, and AI. It is the only platform that enables you to discover all identities – including workforce, IT administrator, developers, and machines – assign appropriate access levels, detect irregularities, and respond to threats in real-time. With deployment in weeks, not months, 90% fewer resources to manage than the nearest competitor, and a 99.995% uptime, Delinea delivers robust security and operational efficiency without compromise.
What You Will Own:
— Price and packaging architecture across the portfolio: tiering, licensing metrics, add-on structure, bundling.
— Proposal quality into the monthly Price Committee: analysis, financial model, recommendation, and action register through to closure.
— Discount governance, including band policy and guardrails.
— Monetization for new categories: NHI governance, AI agent identity, StrongDM, consumption-based licensing.
— Commercial readiness at launch, ensuring packaging and pricing ship with the product.
— The single source of truth for pricing, packaging and quoting guidance, partnering with Product Marketing on seller enablement.
— Price realization, attach rate and competitive position, informed by competitor pricing, market benchmarks and win/loss data.
What We Are Looking For:
— 12+ years across pricing strategy, monetization, product management or product marketing, including 5+ years owning pricing as a named function.
— Experience building a monetization function where none existed: cadence, governance, documentation, analytical bench.
— Experience preparing and defending recommendations to a formal pricing committee or equivalent decision body.
— Demonstrated design of tiered packaging for enterprise software, strong financial modeling (pricing impact, ARR and expansion, discount optimization).
— Credibility with executive peers, holding a position on pricing under pressure without direct authority over sales or finance.
Strongly preferred:
— Cybersecurity or identity security (PAM, IAM, SIEM, endpoint); exposure to NHI, machine identity or secrets management.
— Consumption-, usage-, or outcome-based pricing models alongside seat-based subscription.
— Working knowledge of CPQ (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus); pricing through M&A integration or a major commercial model transition. MBA a plus.
Why Now:
Pricing at Delinea has been carried by people doing it well alongside a full portfolio, and the surface area keeps growing. The opportunity is to make monetization a professional discipline, with a decision forum that already works. This role is built for owning monetization end-to-end rather than managing an approval queue.
Why work at Delinea?
— Meaningful work, a culture of innovation and great career progression.
— Core values: Spirited, Trust, Respect, Ownership, Nimble, Global.
— Competitive salaries, meaningful bonus program, excellent benefits including healthcare insurance, pension/retirement matching, life insurance, employee assistance program, time off plans, and paid company holidays.

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Today, our SMB sales motion is dialed in. The majority of new customers find us; they visit our website, start a trial, or request a walkthrough of the platform. We’ve built a process that converts these visitors into customers at an impressive rate.
Over the past year, our product has become increasingly competitive for support teams at larger companies (100-1,000 employees), but those prospects don’t always arrive on our site ready to engage. That’s where you come in.
This is a true outbound sales role, designed for a rep with world-class prospecting skills. You’ll have the opportunity to not only craft our outbound sales motion, but lead the charge competing (and winning) new upmarket customers at a higher ACV.
Please note: For this role, we are only able to hire in the United States.
In this role, you will
- Build and own your pipeline. We expect more than 75% of your opportunities to be self-sourced through target account campaigns, account-based targeting, referrals, events. Inbound will support you; it won't fill your calendar.
- Run full-cycle deals. You'll land the first meeting, run tailored product demos, build compelling business cases, manage commercial negotiations and seal the deal. You own the sales motion (with support from our amazing team).
- Build a playbook. What works for you becomes the baseline of our upmarket sales motion. You're the first person running it, and will work with GTM leadership to set our strategy for the future.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. You'll give Product direct feedback on requirements on what mid-market support teams need from us, partner with Marketing to launch targeted campaigns & and work in lockstep with RevOps to ensure our operational process is dialed in.
- Own numbers. You'll own and report on pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and progress to target with enough rigor that leadership can plan around it.
ABOUT YOU:
- You've sourced the majority of your own pipeline — 75% or more — and you can be specific about your strategy and results
- You have 8+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, working mid-market accounts at companies of roughly 250–1,000 employees.
- You're at home in a 3-6 month cycle, closing deals with with an average size of $25-$75K
- You have a real point of view on account selection and engagement strategy
- You are comfortable managing a modern GTM tech stack and AI solutions for prospect selection, automation, enrichment — you can build a system that works for you
- You use AI daily to improve your output, and you can point to specific examples where AI changed the speed, quality, and scale of what you delivered.
- You’re a problem solver, and possess a strong ability to identify customer business needs, multi-thread with key stakeholders and position relevant solutions effectively
- You are comfortable being the first of something. There's no mid-market playbook here yet, and you'd rather write one than inherit one.
Compensation for this role is $100K base salary. OTE is $200K.

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to own quality for our AI voice virtual agent. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable reasoning about a large language model's behavior and reading a SIP trace.
You should be interested in testing non-deterministic systems. A voice agent takes a live phone call, transcribes speech that may be accented or noisy, interprets intent, reasons over an LLM, generates a spoken reply, and decides whether to resolve the request or hand it to a human—all within a latency budget callers will notice. Nothing in that chain can be validated with a simple assertion of equality, so you will design the evaluation approach that makes it testable anyway.
You should also be interested in the underlying telephony. Testing this agent means placing real calls: provisioning SIP endpoints and softphones, driving calls programmatically, controlling media conditions, and distinguishing a model failure from a codec, jitter, or call-routing issue.
PLEASE SUBMIT CV IN ENGLISH.
ONLY ACCEPTING CANDIDATES FROM LATAM.
ADVANCED SPOKEN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
Embed fully within a Scrum team
, participating in all ceremonies and maintaining associated artifacts.
Own the end-to-end test strategy
for the AI voice virtual agent across the LLM, speech, and telephony layers.
Design test scenarios for complex conversational behavior
, including multi-turn dialogues, interruptions and barge-in, ambiguous or incomplete input, out-of-scope requests, human escalation/transfer, and failure recovery.
Build and maintain an evaluation framework for non-deterministic output
, leveraging golden datasets, semantic/rubric-based assertions, and automated regression detection for prompt, model, or retrieval changes.
Adversarially test the agent
against hallucinations, incorrect grounding, guardrail bypasses, prompt injections, and unauthorized disclosure of customer data.
Prepare and provision SIP devices
, endpoints, and call scenarios to automate call origination end-to-end.
Diagnose failures across the entire stack
, isolating issues down to the LLM, ASR (speech recognition), TTS (text-to-speech), media path, or call routing layer.
Extend automated coverage
and integrate test suites into the CI/CD pipeline to serve as release gates.
Define and track core quality metrics
, including task completion, containment, intent accuracy, transcription accuracy, response latency, and escalation correctness.
Maintain documented test coverage in the TMS
with full traceability to business requirements.
Communicate and escalate quality risks
to stakeholders backed by data and evidence.
Requirements:
5+ years in QA
, with recent hands-on ownership of a complex, integrated product.
Practical experience testing SIP/VoIP systems
, including call flows, SIP signaling, media handling, softphones, or SIP trunking, with the ability to troubleshoot using SIP traces or packet captures.
Demonstrated creativity in test design
(live scenario design will be a core part of the interview process and heavily weighted).
Proficiency in Python
, sufficient to independently build and maintain automation frameworks.
Experience testing non-deterministic or probabilistic systems
, with a clear approach to designing assertions for variable outputs.
Strong analytical skills
, including the ability to define quality metrics, justify their calculation, and use data to back release decisions.
Hands-on experience with formal TMS tools and Jira
.
Professional fluency in English
(spoken and written), with reliable overlap with US Eastern business hours.
We use the following technologies:
Python with pytest
for test automation.
Playwright
for browser and WebRTC-based call driving.
JsSIP / WebRTC
for programmatic call origination and media control.
SIP softphones and devices
for manual and exploratory testing.
Allure TestOps
as our TMS, linking automated runs to documented test cases.
Jira
for project management and issue tracking.
Jenkins & GitHub Actions
for CI/CD pipelines.
Grafana
for quality and delivery metrics.
LLM APIs and evaluation tooling
— currently in active development, and we are open to any effective approach.
Pluses:
Direct experience testing LLM-based or conversational AI products
, including evaluation frameworks and LLM-as-a-judge approaches.
Familiarity with speech technologies
, including ASR/transcription accuracy measurement (WER), TTS quality assessment, endpointing, and silence detection.
Experience with RAG or retrieval-grounded systems
, specifically in evaluating grounding correctness and context retrieval.
WebRTC and media-layer testing experience
, including codec behavior and performance degradation under jitter or packet loss.
Background in testing IVR, contact center, or conversational IVR platforms.
Multilingual testing capabilities
, with emphasis on Spanish/English code-switching.
Literacy in prompt engineering
, sufficient to analyze system prompts and identify potential failure modes
We are pleased to offer:
Remote work opportunity!
B2B Employment ($, gross).
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Really good hardware.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program: get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
Creativity is a core requirement for this role, not a nice-to-have. The defects that matter here are found by someone who imagines the caller who interrupts mid-sentence, switches languages halfway through, gives a partial account number, answers a different question, or deliberately tries to jailbreak the agent. Scenario design is the primary skill we are hiring for.
Current State: We have automated call testing built on JsSIP/WebRTC with Python and Playwright, alongside a growing body of test scenarios. The evaluation layer—how we score responses consistently, catch regressions when a prompt or model changes, and report quality metrics leadership can act on—is where this role will have the most impact.

OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.

We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;

Alongside this UK mandate, you will act as deputy to the Group Head of Risk (Digital Assets) and take primary ownership of building the Group’s financial and prudential risk framework, which will be applied across the Group’s regulated entities as they are onboarded. You will report to the Group Head of Risk (Digital Assets), set the local risk direction, maintain the risk appetite within Group boundaries, and ensure the business operates within approved limits while it scales.
This position carries regulatory responsibilities and is expected to be subject to FCA fit and proper assessment, with senior management accountability expected to formalise as the UK cryptoasset regime transitions into the FSMA authorisation framework. You will be accountable for risk governance, effective oversight of prudential and market risks, and ensuring growth is matched by strong controls, clear escalation, and Board level visibility

credit, liquidity, capital, cost, market, and concentration risk
. Lead the Group and entity ICARA (or equivalent) processes end to end, including capital planning and wind down planning.
Stress Testing and Scenario Analysis:
Design and lead the stress testing programme covering crypto market shocks, client behaviour, liquidity withdrawal, counterparty failure, and operational disruption.
Counterparty and Credit Risk:
Set and monitor risk limits for crypto liquidity providers, exchanges, custodians, and banking partners. Oversee counterparty due diligence, concentration risk, and contingency planning for counterparty disruption.

Oversee UK's critical third party arrangements, including custody, cloud, and blockchain analytics providers. Ensure robust due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and exit plans.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Maintain the UK risk register and KRIs. Deliver decision ready reporting to the UK Board and Audit and Risk Committee, including appetite breaches, emerging risks, incidents, and remediation progress.
Regulatory Alignment:
Maintain close relationships with the FCA and support regulatory submissions, inspections, and remediation of findings. Ensure audit readiness and disciplined evidence management.
Requirements
Crypto-Assets & Digital Assets (essential):
Proven, hands-on experience with crypto-assets and digital assets is required for this role.
Education & Experience:
Experience in risk management within regulated financial services, with required, demonstrable depth in financial and prudential risk — credit, liquidity, capital, market, concentration, and cost risk. Brokerage or trading platform experience is an advantage.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Strong expertise in FCA requirements, including the UK cryptoasset regime, prudential frameworks (IFPR, ICARA or ICAAP). Prior FCA approval or fit and proper clearance is a strong advantage.
Outsourced Service Management:
Proven experience managing outsourced or shared service risk functions: defining service requirements, monitoring delivery quality, and escalating shortfalls. This is a critical differentiator for this role.
Governance:
Proven experience engaging with Boards and committees, managing escalation processes, and supporting regulatory inspections and audits.
Technical Strength:
Strong command of capital adequacy, liquidity and market risk, stress testing and scenario design, wind down planning, and counterparty risk. Understanding of crypto market structure, custody models, and on-chain risk is highly valued.
Leadership:
Proven ability to build and lead an independent risk function in a fast-paced environment, deputise credibly at group level, and challenge senior stakeholders with clarity and discipline.

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and commercially minded person who is comfortable networking, meeting new people, and actively creating business opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in.
Tasks
Identify and approach new potential B2B partners across Thailand and Asia
Build and continuously expand a strong local and regional business network
Attend conferences, expos, networking events, and private industry events
Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential partners

Represent the company and our B2B solutions professionally in the local market
Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Work closely with the international Business Development team on negotiations, presentations, and partner onboarding
Share local market insights, competitor intelligence, and emerging business opportunities with the team
Requirements
3+ year experience in a Business Development role or similar in the B2B sphere
Strong communication and networking skills
Knowledge of the Thai business environment and the ability to communicate confidently in Thai and English are mandatory
Strong network within the brokerage, fintech, affiliate, trading, iGaming, payments, or related industries
An existing network of potential partners, brokers, affiliates, industry contacts, or relevant businesses in Thailand or across Asia will be a major advantage
We offer
Full-time remote role with long-term collaboration (service provider contract)
Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses (paid in EUR or USD directly to your bank account)
Flexible working hours
High autonomy in launching marketing campaigns and technical setups
All necessary tools for comfortable and efficient work

At Foxelli, we’re building more than e-commerce brands - we’re building a tribe of thoughtful humans: AI enthusiasts, curious builders, and ambitious minds who care about doing meaningful work together. Ten years in, our D2C brands reach millions and generate over $20M annually. Our focus stays simple: create products customers love and a team that actually enjoys building them.
If you love to learn, experiment, think boldly, make decisions, and build things that matter - you’ll feel at home with us.
WHY JOIN FOXELLI?
Foxelli is a place for people who think deeply, learn quickly, automate repetitive work, enjoy spending time together, and build things that matter. We work hard, joke often, and don’t take ourselves too seriously.
If you’re excited about AI, eager to learn, and want to create work that genuinely means something with people who care, you’ll feel right at home with us - no matter where you are in your career.
What You'll Do
We create premium AI short films and series that make people feel something. You'll be a key part of building this, producing daily episodes of dark romance, horror, thriller, and fantasy micro-dramas for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Each episode is 60-90 seconds of polished, character-driven storytelling that lives on someone's phone, often watched without sound.
You'll work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI tools and deliberate creative craft. This means:
- Striking visuals that stop the scroll and draw the eye
- Believable characters who feel real, episode to episode
- Natural-sounding voices and carefully placed audio that works whether the sound is on or off
- Purposeful editing where every cut serves the story and the viewer's emotional journey
- Style in service of story—the look and feel should match the world and tone of the series
You'll move fast, but never at the expense of craft. Every frame should feel intentional
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of professional experience working with AI tools for video, image, or audio generation
- Solid understanding of editing fundamentals: frame composition, pacing, visual flow, and how cuts guide audience attention
- Prompt engineering skills -ability to write precise, iterative prompts that yield the exact creative output you need
- Portfolio demonstrating completed AI-generated video work or traditional video edited to a high standard
- Ability to work independently and ship fast without constant creative direction
- Familiarity with vertical video format requirements and platform-specific best practices
It will be a plus:
- Experience in classic video production (films, TV series, shows)
- Understanding of dramaturgy and story construction
- The full cycle of AI video creation - from idea to final
- Experience working with short drama or creating AI content for TikTok / YouTube
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
1. Apply - A simple form that helps us know who’s stepping into our world.
2. Text Task - A small real-world challenge so we can see how you approach problems in action.
3. Hire - if we align, we'll invite you to join our team for a test trial period.
FIXED SERVICE FEE
Up to 2500 euros per month after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience, we'd be happy to negotiate your salary).
PERKS & BENEFITS
- Full flexibility with your schedule in a fully remote setting, while Hubstaff ensures transparency and fairness.
- Complimentary gym memberships and company-sponsored outdoor adventures for your strength and to keep your physical well-being in check.
- A personal development budget is at your disposal for your personal and professional growth to ensure you keep growing continuously.
- Generous paid time off, including parental leave and vacation days, to recharge and rejuvenate and ensure you’re well-rested.
- A budget for your home office setup so you’re comfortable working how you like and where you like.
- Strong company culture and a network of unique individuals that celebrate you.
ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
- Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
- For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy.
(This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
Currently, we are hiring in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Georgia, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Malta, Slovenia, Serbia, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Hungary, Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and South Africa.

- Partner with business units as a go-to support contact and communicate clearly, in writing and in person, across the organization.
- Support new-hire onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, access requests, and day-one readiness.
- Track hardware inventory and coordinate on device replacements and repairs.
- Assist with password resets, MFA, email, and common productivity-tool issues so employees can get back to work quickly.
- Provide hands-on support for printers, peripherals, and meeting-room technology when on-site help is needed
- Stay eager to learn, take on special projects, and grow into broader IT support responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in English, and Japanese or Korean.
- 5+ years of experience in help desk, internal IT support, or a similar technical support role. Experience in a fast-paced or global team is a plus.
- Strong experience with supporting user accounts, password resets, MFA, and SSO, specifically with Okta and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Iru (macOS) and Microsoft Intune (Windows).
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VPN), with familiarity supporting UniFi/Ubiquiti equipment a plus.
- Comfort supporting employees in Slack and other everyday collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office 365 (channels, apps, notifications, and common access issues).
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues across international teams.
- A patient, helpful, solutions-oriented approach to supporting internal staff, with a commitment to follow-through and a positive experience for every request.
