OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

About the Opportunity
AI is not a feature at OKX. It is the next fundamental layer of how we serve users, operate at scale, and maintain trust in a regulated, global market.
We are hiring a
Senior Directort of Product, AI & Agent (Chatbot)
to own OKX's full AI product agenda — outward, through a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience our platform; and inward, through agentic systems that make our operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This is a single role with a unified mandate: building the AI layer that defines OKX's next decade.
What You’ll Be Doing
User-Facing AI
Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant — an experience that lets users onboard, trade, stay informed, and get support through natural language. You will define what this product is, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time.
Operational AI & Agent Systems
Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions — compliance, risk, fraud, and operations. You will identify the highest-leverage workflows, lead their systematic transformation into agent-driven systems, and ensure every output is traceable and regulatorily defensible.
AI Platform
Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers both mandates — orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and the governance layer that makes AI products configurable and auditable across all markets.
What We Look For In You
12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a contributor
Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin
Nice-To-Haves
Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
Graduate degree in a technical field
Experience with successful Conversational AI or Agentic AI products
Why this role
OKX operates at a scale where the gap between what AI can do and what we have built is still enormous. This role exists to close that gap — on both sides of the platform, simultaneously. If that is the kind of problem you want to own, we want to talk.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd Cloud, Infra, Data & Security is growing fast, and our architecture leadership needs to keep up. We need someone who can take an unclear problem, define it, design the answer, and make sure it ships. You'll set technical direction across cloud, infrastructure, and data. You'll shape engagements and roadmaps before they're committed. And you'll stay close enough to delivery that what we design is what gets built. We operate AI-first: you'll use AI as a daily tool to move faster and multiply what you and the teams around you can deliver.
There will be ambiguity. That's the job. The plans don't exist yet, and you'll help write them.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW:
- You'll help define the business, not inherit it. The Cloud BU is rapidly scaling. The patterns, standards, and team habits you set now become how we operate.
- The scope is broad on purpose. It covers cloud foundations, Kubernetes platforms, data, and AI workloads, so you won't be boxed into one layer.
- Decisions move quickly. You'll work directly with BU leadership, and decisions take days, not quarters.
- The problems are current. The work is getting AI workloads into production safely, building data platforms that are governed, and keeping cloud spend under control.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Architecture direction. You'll define reference architectures, landing zones, and standards across AWS and Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code. You'll decide what we standardize and what we leave flexible.
- Data and AI platforms. You'll design lakehouse and warehouse, streaming, and governance patterns. You'll also design the platform layer that moves GenAI and agentic workloads from prototype to production, covering access control, evaluation, observability, and cost guardrails.
- Solution shaping. You'll lead technical discovery, size and de-risk the work, and write the solution designs and technical scope that teams commit to.
- AI-accelerated delivery. You'll use AI tools across the architecture lifecycle: discovery synthesis, design drafts, IaC and code generation, review, documentation, and estimation. You'll turn what works into repeatable patterns and prompts the team adopts. You'll also set the guardrails for how AI is used with client and production data.
- Security and compliance by design. You'll own IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and logging. Your designs need to hold up to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulated-industry scrutiny without slowing delivery down.
- Cost and operability. Every design ships with a run cost, reliability targets, an observability plan, and a rollback path.
- Raising the bar. You'll run design reviews, mentor architects and senior engineers, and turn repeat solutions into reusable accelerators.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Have 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or data engineering, including several years as the accountable architect for production systems at scale.
Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, production Kubernetes, and Terraform (or an equivalent IaC tool). You can still review a pull request credibly.
- Have designed and shipped modern data platforms, such as [Databricks / Snowflake / Fabric / Redshift], including governance and data quality, not just pipelines.
- Think security-first. IAM design, zero-trust networking, encryption, and audit readiness are defaults for you, not afterthoughts.
- Use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty. You can show concrete examples of AI shortening your delivery timelines or expanding your output. You also know where it fails, and you verify what it produces before anything reaches production.
- Can explain a tradeoff to a CFO in the morning and debug it with an engineer in the afternoon.
- Act under ambiguity. You write the first draft of the plan instead of waiting to be handed one, then adjust it as you learn.
NICE TO HAVE
- You've put GenAI or LLM systems into production (RAG, evaluation, guardrails, agent orchestration).
- You have multi-cloud or hybrid experience at enterprise scale.
- You've worked in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
- You hold AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or CKA. These help but aren't required.
- You've built an architecture practice or center of excellence from an early stage.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a RevOps Systems Architect to design and build the systems behind a modern, AI-powered go-to-market engine. This isn’t a Salesforce admin role, and it isn’t a support function. You’ll be the technical owner of how our GTM stack fits together: Salesforce at the core, surrounded by the data, enrichment, engagement, billing, and AI tools our revenue teams depend on.
You’ll operate as an architect and a hands-on builder. You’ll set the technical direction for our CRM and GTM tooling, then ship it yourself with Flows, Apex, SQL, and custom services, including Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that make our CRM a first-class participant in AI-driven workflows. For larger efforts, you’ll partner with our engineering team, scoping, designing, and delivering together as a technical peer.
In this role, you will:
- Own the architecture of our GTM systems: the Salesforce object model and data architecture, how data moves between Salesforce and the rest of the stack, and the standards that keep it all healthy and scalable.
- Design and build integrations between Salesforce and adjacent tools (data warehouse, enrichment, sales engagement, billing/CPQ, internal apps), choosing the right tool for each problem, whether that’s native Salesforce, Apex, middleware, or custom services.
- Build and maintain automations using Flows, Apex, and custom services that power GTM processes end to end, with a bias toward solutions that are intelligent, observable, and maintainable.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI agents that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows, and define how AI fits into our revenue operations over time.
- Design and own SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting, making sure the numbers leadership relies on are trustworthy and traceable to source.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical strategy, from stakeholder conversation through design, build, rollout, and adoption.
- Raise the bar for the team: establish best practices for change management, testing, documentation, and technical debt, and mentor teammates on systems thinking.
- Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to prioritize the systems work with the highest business impact.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years in Salesforce administration and development, with a track record of owning a complex, high-growth org and its architecture, not just maintaining it.
- Strong Apex skills: you can design, build, debug, and maintain triggers, custom logic, and integrations independently, and you know when not to write code.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs, middleware, or custom services, and designing for failure modes, data integrity, and scale.
- SQL proficiency: you decompose ambiguous questions into well-structured queries and are comfortable with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- A systems mindset: you can hold an end-to-end GTM process in your head, trace a field from origin through every downstream dependency, and anticipate what breaks when something changes.
- Strong judgment and ownership: you scope problems yourself, make sound build-vs-buy and architecture calls, and drive projects to completion with little direction.
- Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and earn trust across teams.
- Excited by AI-native systems and curious about where Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersect. You’re already experimenting in this space.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Manager, Product Research
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $170,000.00 to
$185,000.00 base plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
Do you like getting into the weeds on all things technical, psychological, and educational, and have a desire to know how things work? Then this is the position for you. We are looking for that Swiss Army Knife that brings broad experience to each challenge presented. The Huntress Product team has the unique honor of waking up every morning knowing we’re going to make hackers regret targeting our partners and customers. As a Senior Product Researcher for our Security Awareness Training product, we’re looking for someone who wants to pour all of their creativity into building and implementing simple solutions that are disproportionately effective at countering these constantly evolving threats. One should have experience managing, deploying, and securing SMB environments utilizing a wide variety of security software, best practices, and automation tools. Familiarity with product management, incident response, social engineering, psychology, education, and managed service provider tools is an additional way to differentiate yourself.
Responsibilities:
Operate a proven industry-leading Security Awareness Training phishing program.
Be the security expert designing and building phishing scenario emails & landing pages that simulate real cyber attacks for thousands of SAT learners. Every simulation is paired with coaching that shows learners the social engineering tells, how the learner can develop skills to identify social engineering tradecraft, the indicators, like hovering a link before clicking or receiving an unexpected email. Craft a growing library of common indicators and write new ones when a scenario calls for it.
Comfortable scripting and coding to build proofs-of-concept and tooling with a keen eye for creating pixel-perfect simulated phishing emails & landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, & React. Take pride in delivering simulations impossible to distinguish from real tradecraft. The details are the job.
Identify emerging social engineering tradecraft from attack patterns, email metadata, and web expertise. Today ClickFix attacks and variants dominate the threat landscape, but relentless hunger to get ahead of attacker tradecraft will mean translating the shifts in attacker tactics that matter into what the program teaches. Evolve deliverables with the tradecraft.
Automate by default, evolving + expanding phishing content generation as an AI-powered system using Claude Code.
Expand the program into new regions, more languages, more tailored content, and new kinds of learning experiences with the guidance of the Product Manager and Principal Product Researcher.
Triage reported phishing emails, internal and external security incidents surfacing threat insights and trend analysis in the Huntress Threat Report, threat advisories, social media engagements, webinars & conference talks, resulting in strategic security awareness outreach campaigns.
Align with the Principal Researcher to deliver unified Security Awareness Training and phishing program outcomes.
Proven organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and sense of urgency to deliver an exceptional product under tight deadline pressures.
Eagerness to engage, report, and be accountable to executive stakeholders.
Passion to translate your expertise in technical & nontechnical ways to deliver impactful security outcomes that protect the 99%.
What You Bring To The Team:
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Javascript & React, Angular, or Vue
Proficiency with Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor with impressive projects to prove it
Experience in manually building phishing simulation deliverables like emails and landing pages, simulating phishing attacks, then analyzing & reporting simulation results

We also offer private, useful, and optional AI, including Duck.ai https://duck.ai/, which lets you chat privately with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AIs, all in one place.
Our culture https://duckduckgo.com/how-we-work of trust, inclusivity, and empowered project management underpins everything we do, where each team member takes full ownership of their projects, from scoping and execution to postmortem. If you're seeking end-to-end ownership of your work, you've come to the right place!
YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
Working on the Data Science Functional Team, you'll drive product and business impact through statistical modeling, experiment design, Bayesian marketing analysis, and classifier implementation across our search engine, instant answers, AI, and revenue optimization, and work on related projects. Recent projects include:
- Defining core growth metrics for our products and building the infrastructure to monitor trends and anomalies
- Measuring the impact of major marketing campaigns for Duck.ai http://duck.ai, translating full-funnel data into actionable decisions
- Building monitoring pipelines to detect unexpected shifts in search traffic patterns faster and more reliably
- Expanding evaluation datasets for page context understanding across complex scenarios like multi-tab browsing and content reattachment
- Improving the trigger systems that determine when AI-assisted answers surface in DuckDuckGo Search, balancing quality and our privacy-first approach
Our data meets rigorous privacy standards and is necessarily sparse, so you'll need to think creatively to surface actionable insights in an evidence-first culture where quantitative rigor is the baseline, not the exception.
ABOUT YOU
- You have 7+ years of experience in Data Science and a track record of leading high-complexity projects from scoping to production with minimal direction.
- You can do 2 or more of the following:
- Deploy and iterate on ML in production environments
- Develop and deploy NLP solutions
- Apply knowledge of LLMs including fine-tuning, LLM-as-judge, and AI-assisted development
- Conduct marketing campaign analysis using Bayesian methods
- You write production-grade code in Python or a comparable high-level language.
- You have advanced SQL and query optimization skills, familiarity with columnar databases like BigQuery, Clickhouse, Redshift, or Druid; experience with a BI tool like Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
- You can design, implement, and analyze experiments across product surfaces, and are comfortable deriving insights from sparse or privacy-constrained data.
- You collaborate effectively with product teams and contribute to overall team throughput.
