Build, test, and iterate on sophisticated lead gen funnels, including VSLs and booked-call workflows
Take full ownership of the client relationship, leading weekly performance calls independently and providing clear, concise reporting.
Analyze performance data to drive actionable decisions, moving beyond surface-level metrics to focus on sales performance and lead quality.
Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and test new ad creatives, hooks, and messaging angles.
Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal scaling and client ROI.

Proactively identify underperforming accounts and implement solutions before they are flagged by leadership.
Requirements
Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
Extensive experience in the home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and how to drive qualified inspections/applications.
Demonstrated ability to scale Meta campaigns profitably with a structured testing methodology.
Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of junior media buyers.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead high-level client meetings without hand-holding.
An "Extreme Ownership" mentality; you are tenacious about getting results and are comfortable having difficult conversations when necessary.
Ability to work within or overlap significantly with EST/CST timezones.
Nice-to-Haves
Prior experience specifically within the insulation industry.
Advanced knowledge of funnel building and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Ability to stay ahead of Meta platform changes and implement shifts before they impact client performance.
