Senior Paid Social Media Buyer

Location: United States; United Kingdom; Canada; Spain About Huzzle At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team. Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We are seeking a high-performance Senior Paid Social Media Buyer to take full ownership of ad performance for a portfolio of rapidly scaling insulation businesses. This is not a role for a generalist or a beginner; we need a specialist who understands the nuances of high-ticket lead generation within the home improvement sector. You will be responsible for driving qualified applications and booked inspections, managing high-level client relationships, and eventually transitioning into a leadership role as we expand. If you are an "extreme ownership" practitioner who can identify opportunities before they are flagged and scale accounts with precision, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for a portfolio of approximately 10 active client accounts. Build, test, and iterate on lead gen funnels, VSLs, and booked call systems to ensure maximum conversion. Own the client relationship directly, leading weekly reporting calls and providing clear, actionable insights. Collaborate with the founder to develop high-converting ad creative, hooks, and messaging. Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal ROI and funnel economics. Systematize and document your processes to facilitate the onboarding of junior support as your portfolio grows. Proactively identify underperforming metrics and implement creative solutions without the need for hand-holding. Requirements Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts. Direct experience in home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals. Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and lead quality optimization. Track record of scaling Meta campaigns profitably with a structured testing methodology. Ability to lead client calls independently and handle difficult performance conversations with confidence. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into concise executive summaries. Mentorship experience or a background in reviewing the work of junior media buyers. Availability for significant overlap with EST/CST business hours. Experience specifically within the insulation or HVAC niche. Advanced knowledge of CRM integration and lead-tracking attribution. Background in copywriting or creative direction for direct-response video ads. Benefits 💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams 🤝 Peer Community: Connect with high-performing sales professionals in our network 🧭 Ongoing Support: Receive guidance from Huzzle before and after placement 💰 Tailored Compensation: Salaries vary by client and candidate preference — we’ll match you with options that fit your goals 📈 Opportunity to work with a rapidly growing, specialized agency
