ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion.
This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. Help the team identify the wedge, target segment, table stakes, differentiators, and highest-leverage problems to solve.
- Find product-market clarity. Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
- Own the product narrative. Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story. Translate technical and operational complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
- Design the zero-to-one GTM. Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
- Lead launches end to end. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications, Support, and other partners around one launch strategy, readiness bar, and set of measurable outcomes.
- Build commercialization, not just awareness. Create the programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
- Work deeply with Product and Engineering. Understand the product's architecture, data, constraints, and trust model well enough to influence tradeoffs and explain it credibly to both technical and business audiences.
- Create the customer learning system. Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, run structured discovery, capture objections and product gaps, and turn what you learn into product and GTM decisions.
- Own the business scorecard. Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, diagnose what is moving or stuck, and recommend the next intervention.
- Build proof and competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market that improve both product decisions and GTM execution.
- Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
- Create the new-products playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function, including significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line—from early customer discovery through launch and adoption.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
- Strong customer instincts. You can run discovery, identify the real workflow and buying problem, and separate a loud request from a durable market signal.
- Technical and operational fluency. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and explain how it works to different audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a sharp product narrative, an executive recommendation, a launch plan, and a sales story that survives contact with customers.
- Strong data literacy. You can define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and product-usage metrics and turn the findings into a decision.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, make tradeoffs, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, payments, accounts receivable, accounting, developer tools, data infrastructure, AI, or another technical and workflow-heavy category.
- Experience taking a product from incubation through product-market fit and scaled commercialization.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Experience as an early or founding PMM, product manager, founder, or operator in a fast-moving product area.

Your subject matter depth in open source software licensing and cloud services will directly impact how Docker builds, licenses, and delivers its products to millions of developers and thousands of enterprise customers worldwide.
Your work will be instrumental in helping the Company reach its growth objectives while protecting its intellectual property and managing product and licensing risk. This position will be a core member of the extended Legal team, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, GRC, Sales, and Deal Desk, with exposure to Docker's senior executives and the opportunity to grow beyond the initial responsibilities and role based on expanding company needs.

- Counsel on AI-enabled product features, including training data provenance, output ownership, third-party model licensing, and evolving AI regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with GRC on the intersection of product design and regulatory obligations, including software supply chain security expectations and emerging regimes such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
- Support IP strategy, including trademark usage guidelines, brand protection in product and marketing contexts, and coordination with outside counsel on IP matters.
- Monitor and analyze legal and regulatory developments affecting developer tools, open source, cloud services, and AI, advising the organization on necessary updates and adjustments.
- Help build scalable playbooks, templates, and self-service resources that allow Product and GTM teams to move quickly within well-defined guardrails.

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
Quality is our competitive advantage. Every member of our fully remote team is a maker at heart, caring deeply about the quality and feel of our work. While the industry optimizes for speed and metrics alone, we believe that craft and quality have lasting value. Quality creates gravity — it pulls people toward our team and product rather than requiring us to push. This philosophy drives everything we do, from product decisions to hiring choices.
For this role, we expect robust design skills, sharp product thinking, and the ability to engage in technical discussions. We work in small, autonomous project teams, where engineers are paired tightly with designers to explore ideas, build prototypes, deploy internal builds, and ultimately ship to customers. You will be a key element of projects from beginning to end.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you'll do
- Own the experience of our iOS and Android mobile apps, including guiding the adaptation of desktop features to mobile
- Pair closely with mobile engineers and product leads to initiate and complete mobile-specific projects, no hand-offs
- Take opportunities to redesign or refine key screens and flows, as well as smaller quality issues and “paper cuts” as you use Linear
- Create mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate ideas and describe their execution
- Guide and inspire fellow designers through collaborative critique of work-in-progress across both mobile and desktop platforms
- Use and improve our lightweight design system components
- Help with hiring new teammates that can elevate our team and product
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years experience designing software, with mobile-specific emphasis
- Courage to ask questions, experiment, and advocate for what you feel is right
- Humility to accept feedback, adapt your thinking, and iterate toward the best solution
- Experience with prototyping directly in code, or with tools like Figma, Origami, etc
- Ability to distill problems and feedback, then design clear, focused solutions
- Effective written and verbal communication skills — much of our work is async
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows
- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)
- 5 weeks paid vacation, plus local statutory holidays
- 4 months paid parental leave
- Paid month off after 4 years & every 2 years thereafter
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Remote-first with no required commute

Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
We are looking for a deeply technical, pragmatic Product Manager to help shape and deliver products for developers and the AI agents working alongside them.
This will initially be the primary Product Manager supporting a small, fast-moving engineering organization. Rather than being embedded within a single team, you will work across several engineering teams to identify priorities, organize customer and product feedback, define requirements, guide products through the experimental, beta, and general availability lifecycle, and enable our Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to bring it to the world .
You will spend significant time working directly with customers, engineering leaders, and developers to understand their needs and translate them into clear product decisions. You will need enough technical depth to discuss implementation tradeoffs, evaluate developer workflows, and represent the product when an engineer is not in the room. You will also need the ability to crisply communicate with non-developers, internal and external, about the value that Sourcegraph delivers.
This is an opportunity to have an outsized impact within a small organization operating much like a startup, while benefiting from Sourcegraph’s enterprise distribution and access to customers with some of the largest and most complex codebases in the world.
📅 Within one month, you will…
Ramp up on Sourcegraph’s products, customers, technical architecture, go-to-market pitch, and product strategy.
Build strong working relationships with engineering leaders and the teams you will support.
Join customer conversations and develop an understanding of their workflows, pain points, and priorities.
Review and begin organizing existing customer feedback, product ideas, and active experiments.
📅 Within three months, you will…
Establish a clear process for gathering, organizing, and prioritizing product feedback across teams.
Translate customer problems into clear product requirements, specifications, and success criteria.
Help teams make pragmatic prioritization decisions across customer requests, product investments, and technical work including market research and competitive analysis.
Support the product lifecycle of experimental and beta features, including customer discovery, iteration, launch planning, and measurement.
Provide greater clarity beyond engineering on what we are building, why it matters, and how we will determine whether it is successful.
📅 Within six months, you will…
Own product prioritization and planning across the engineering teams, and act as the glue between EPD, revenue, and marketing.
Guide key products from early experimentation through beta and general availability.
Develop a strong understanding of Sourcegraph’s customers and become a trusted representative of their needs.
Establish scalable systems for product discovery, feedback management, specification, launch, pricing and packaging, and iteration.
Help define the broader product strategy for how developers and AI agents make changes across large and complex codebases, and represent that vision in public.
Improve the organization’s ability to make focused, evidence-based product decisions without introducing unnecessary processes.
Represent Product and Engineering across the company, supporting sales enablement and product marketing functions.
About you
You are a deeply technical Product Manager who is comfortable operating across several teams and product areas at once. You can move between customer discovery, strategy, product specifications, prioritization, and launch execution based on what the organization needs most.
You are energized by startup environments where roles are broad, context changes quickly, and progress depends on people taking ownership beyond narrowly defined responsibilities. You do not need a large product organization, extensive research support, or a mature operating process to make effective decisions. You are comfortable creating structure where it is useful while avoiding process for its own sake.
You are pragmatic. You know that the best product decision is not always the most ambitious or technically sophisticated one. You consider customer value, engineering effort, product quality, strategic importance, and speed when helping teams determine what to build.
You have meaningful experience with software development, whether through a previous engineering role or sustained hands-on coding experience. You understand how developers work and can discuss technical constraints and tradeoffs credibly. You can explain and defend product decisions with customers, executives, and engineers, even when the engineering team is not present.
You are comfortable spending significant time with customers. You ask thoughtful questions, identify the underlying problems behind feature requests, and distinguish between an individual request and a broader market need. You can turn fragmented feedback into actionable insights and clear product direction.
You are also an excellent communicator. You tell the story behind why a product or initiative matters, creating alignment across engineering and the broader organization. You bring clarity to ambiguous problems without pretending to have certainty where it does not exist.
Because this role will work closely with leaders in Eastern Time and with customers primarily located in North America, you must have substantial working-hour overlap with the Eastern Time zone.
5+ years of experience working in product management, including experience within an early-stage company, startup, or similarly small and fast-moving organization.
Previous professional software engineering experience or substantial hands-on coding experience.
Experience building technical products for developers, engineering teams, or other highly technical users.
Experience working directly with customers throughout product discovery, development, beta testing, and launch.
Experience translating customer problems and technical concepts into clear product requirements and specifications.
Experience prioritizing work across multiple teams, stakeholders, and competing customer needs.
Ability to operate as the primary Product Manager across several engineering teams rather than within one narrowly defined product area.
Strong understanding of software development workflows, Git, source control, and modern developer tooling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate credibly with both engineers and customers.
Demonstrated ability to use qualitative feedback, product data, and strategic context to make pragmatic product decisions.
Ability to work effectively with significant Eastern Time zone overlap.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience building products involving AI agents, coding assistants, code generation, or large language models, and a strong stance on how AI will change the way software is being built.
Experience with developer tools, code search, code intelligence, compilers, IDEs, or large-scale code transformation.
Experience working with enterprise customers and complex software development organizations.
You enjoy writing code and are comfortable exploring or contributing to a production codebase.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
Your main goal will be to make n8n's Core Platform ready for the company's next stage of growth: more scalable, reliable, secure, and flexible as customer usage and technical complexity increase. You'll own the foundations that everything else, including our AI and agent capabilities, is built on.
To do so, here are your responsibilities:
OWN THE CORE PLATFORM STRATEGY & ROADMAP
- Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for the Core Platform in partnership with Engineering and Product leadership.
- Prioritize foundational investments based on customer impact, enterprise needs, technical risk, and engineering effort, and make trade-offs between near-term customer needs, technical debt, and long-term architecture explicit.
- Lead product discovery for technically complex problems, engaging directly with enterprise customers and internal customer-facing teams.
SCALABILITY, RELIABILITY & EXECUTION ENGINE
- Drive work on the scalability and reliability of n8n's execution engine, including areas like worker pools and distributed execution.
- Improve the reliability of triggers and execution behaviour across complex deployment setups, from multi-main Cloud environments to self-hosted enterprise installations.
- Shape a more secure and flexible approach to executing code within n8n.
MAJOR RELEASES & CROSS-ORG ALIGNMENT
- Drive the planning and release of major or breaking platform versions, including migration strategy, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Establish clear success measures and keep the squad accountable for outcomes, not only delivery.
- Act as the bridge between the Core team and the wider org: Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Support, making platform trade-offs legible without oversimplifying them.
- Treat internal product teams as customers of the platform: proactively mine their roadmaps for implicit platform requirements and turn cross-cutting needs into explicit Core Platform work before they become blockers.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
- Platform product experience: You have 5+ years in Product, with at least 2 to 3 years on platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, or backend/API products.
- Technical depth: You're credible with senior engineers. You can reason about distributed systems, execution models, and reliability/scalability trade-offs, and hold your own in an architecture discussion. You're at home with non-functional requirements, where the details are the product.
- Complex delivery track record: You've led cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk, ideally including a migration or breaking change.
- Prioritization under ambiguity: You make trade-offs explicit and connect foundational or technical-debt work to customer and commercial outcomes.
- Ownership and autonomy: You grab problems without being asked, fix what you see broken, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction.
- Exceptional communication: You make complex platform topics understandable for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Enterprise platform reality: You understand what running software in customer-controlled environments means, including self-hosted, air-gapped, and restricted deployments
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on ability: You can read code or prototype, even if you're not shipping it.
- Enterprise exposure: You've worked with B2B SaaS requirements like security, compliance, or deployment complexity.
- Security partnership: You're comfortable working with security teams on code execution, isolation, or compliance topics.
- Domain familiarity: You know workflow automation, orchestration, or open-source / developer-community products.
- Writing culture: You default to writing things down to create clarity and alignment.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Product Designer to own the surfaces where Runway turns usage into revenue: pricing, upgrade paths, checkout, and the moments a creator decides Runway is worth paying more for. You'll partner with growth engineering, product, and data to turn goals like ARR growth, expansion revenue, and reduced churn into tested, shipped design changes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own growth-critical surfaces (pricing pages, paywalls, upgrade prompts, and checkout flows) from concept through shipped, tested experiments
- Turn business goals like ARR growth, expansion revenue, and reduced churn into design hypotheses and interface changes you can test
- Design and read A/B tests and other experiments with growth engineering and data, iterating fast on what moves the numbers
- Collaborate closely with growth engineering and product to ship experiments quickly and turn winners into permanent product surfaces
- Contribute to visual and interaction consistency between growth surfaces and the rest of the product
- Set the design direction for Runway's growth surfaces and mentor other designers working in the funnel
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience designing product surfaces tied directly to revenue and can point to what moved ARR, conversion, or expansion revenue in a past role
- Comfort running and reading quantitative experiments, not just shipping a single "best" design
- Experience designing flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI's for web products, with strong visual design skills
- Experience delivering and iterating fast in close collaboration with engineering, and product teams
- Ability and flexibility to iterate fast and often
- Comfortable picking up unfamiliar parts of the product rather than waiting to be assigned only what you already know
- Knowledge and understanding of the creative tool space
- Bonus points if you have experience creating functional prototypes using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- At Runway, it's always a bonus if you have artistic and creative potential (particularly skills with video/audio editing, icon/typography design, illustration, etc.)
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We’re looking for a
Sr Software Engineer
to join the Platform Ops team (Platform Engineering) and enable developer productivity by building and improving developer tooling and environments, and by improving other productivity tools around observability. Our team builds the shared systems and workflows engineers rely on every day—internal developer environments and self-serve tooling that makes the recommended way to ship changes the easiest way. This is a platform tooling role with a focus is on reusable capabilities and self-service workflows adopted across teams.
You’ll also help develop AI-based workflows for productivity and efficiency, including automation that improves infrastructure operations (for example, faster triage, automated runbook steps, and better self-service for common issues). You’ll prioritize the highest-impact problems by looking at where time is being lost today (slow builds, flaky tests, manual release steps, repetitive operational work) and turning that into concrete projects. You’ll set clear success metrics up front and use them to guide design decisions and rollouts.
Expect to partner closely with engineering teams to drive adoption, document changes, and iterate based on feedback. You’ll drive cross-team work across internal tooling, developer environments, observability, and reliability, focusing on measurable improvements (for example: shorter lead time, fewer incidents, and faster recovery). You’ll add automation and enable developer workflows across all three major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP).
Over time, you’ll own medium-sized projects end-to-end: identify the highest-friction workflows with partner teams, build and ship improvements, roll them out safely, and iterate based on adoption and measurable outcomes (for example: faster builds, fewer flaky tests, shorter time to debug, and less operational toil). You’ll collaborate closely with Platform Engineering, Release Engineering, Security, and product engineering teams to make improvements that are easy to adopt and maintain.
What You’ll Do
Build internal tools and services in
Python
and/or
Go
Build tooling for our internal developer platform (self-service workflows, shared patterns, developer-facing interfaces)
Add automation and enable developer workflows across all three major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, and GCP)
Develop AI-based workflows that improve developer experience and reduce repetitive manual work, including efficiency gains in infrastructure operations
Improve developer feedback loops through better observability (metrics/logs/traces), making failures easier to diagnose
Automate common engineering workflows (scaffolding, environment setup, releases, operational runbooks)
Improve observability for platform services (metrics, logs, traces) to make issues easier to detect and debug
Integrate tools into existing workflows (CLI, Slack, GitHub, dashboards) where it reduces time-to-resolution
Participate in on-call/incident response as needed and drive follow-up automation to prevent repeat issues
Skills We’re Looking For
Professional software engineering experience in
Python
and/or
Go
Experience building developer productivity tooling (CI systems, build tooling, developer portals, workflow automation)
Experience with at least one cloud provider (
AWS
,
Azure
, or
GCP
)
Strong fundamentals: testing, code review, debugging, and operating production services
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-team environment
You'll have an edge if you have:
Kubernetes experience
Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu), including reusable modules and safe state management

As a staff engineer on the team, you’ll lead medium-to-large initiatives end-to-end: define the problem with stakeholders, write a design and rollout plan, build and operate the solution in Python/Go, and measure results. You’ll work across Platform Engineering, Release Engineering, Security, and product engineering teams to make improvements that are adopted broadly and remain reliable over time.
What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end projects that improve developer tooling, environments, and operational workflows (speed, reliability, and safety)
Design and operate internal tooling/services in
Python
and/or
Go
Build tooling for our internal developer platform (self-service workflows, shared patterns, developer-facing interfaces)
Design/build and document “paved paths” and self-service capabilities so teams can ship without extensive platform expertise
Improve reliability through automation and observability (metrics/logs/traces), and drive incident follow-ups to reduce recurrence
Set technical direction (design docs, tradeoffs, sequencing) and drive delivery across stakeholders
Mentor engineers through design and code reviews
Skills We’re Looking For
:
Strong experience building and operating production services in
Python
and/or
Go
Experience with at least one cloud provider (
AWS
,
Azure
, or
GCP
) and core primitives (IAM, networking, compute)
Experience building developer productivity tooling (CI systems, build tooling, developer portals, workflow automation)
Track record leading ambiguous, cross-team technical projects to completion
Strong communication and engineering judgment
You'll have an edge if you have
:
Kubernetes/platform abstractions experience
Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/OpenTofu), including reusable modules, safe state practices, and modernization of shared platform foundations
Experience building internal developer platforms (IDPs) / developer portals / self-service tooling
