BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We're looking for a Data Analyst, Regulatory Analytics and Reporting to join our team remotely! The #1 goal of this role is to turn complex compliance and regulatory data into clear, actionable insights that protect the business, satisfy regulators, and support senior leadership in making high-stakes decisions. You'll work at the intersection of data engineering, regulatory reporting, and compliance operations in a fast-paced, high-scrutiny environment where accuracy and audit-readiness are non-negotiable.
Beyond technical expertise, success in this role depends on being a true business partner who combines data-driven insights with deep knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks. You'll own end-to-end data management from building and maintaining datasets and pipelines to designing dashboards and insights for compliance and leadership teams. You will also automate compliance processes and workflows to boost efficiency and minimize human error.
If you combine exceptional data analysis expertise with solid knowledge of compliance regulations, a keen eye for regulatory risk, and the drive to shape the future of crypto with a top-tier brand - this is your next mission!
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the design of dashboards, compliance metrics, and regulatory reports, turning data into actionable insights for stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and regional compliance officers
- Automate end to end compliance related data solutions, governance controls, and automations to boost efficiency and minimize manual intervention
- Dive into large, complex datasets to turn findings into scalable, audit-ready data models that facilitate regulatory reporting and analytics
- Translate regulatory and business requests into accurate reports and automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, DBT and Airflow
- Lead cross-functional projects with analysts, engineers, and compliance teams to build and maintain high-quality data pipelines and sources
- Coordinate client data quality monitoring by identifying issues, flagging remediations, and partnering with responsible teams to ensure timely resolution
- Support ad-hoc data requests for audits, exams, risk assessments, and day-to-day business needs
- Deliver insights that shape compliance direction through clear, data-driven storytelling
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within financial services or a regulated industry, with hands-on experience in compliance and regulatory reporting across frameworks such as AML, KYC, Sanctions, MiCA, or MiFID
- Solid understanding of regulatory risk and the ability to operate effectively in high-scrutiny, audit-ready environments
- Expert SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions, paired with proficiency in Python libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, and plotly
- Hands-on experience using dbt or similar tooling to model and organize high fidelity data for reporting and decision-making
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of data workflow orchestration
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Superset to build executive-facing dashboards
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Alignment with the values outlined in Kraken's Tentaclements document
NICE TO HAVES
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Passion for continuous learning and approaching problems with a beginner's mindset
- Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency space and how financial markets function

This role is fully remote from the states of Massachusetts, Virginia, NY, NJ or Florida.
We’re now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to make sure our GTM team scales just as fast - and just as effectively.
🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey.
You’ll be helping us build on early-stage existing foundations (onboarding, certifications, tooling) and take it to the next level as we scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct line to revenue outcomes.

- Design and deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.

- Collaborate with leadership to define what “great” looks like across roles and build onboarding paths accordingly.
📚 CREATE SCALABLE ENABLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE REVENUE
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific enablement initiatives to address them.
- Design certifications and training frameworks (e.g. demo, discovery, technical proficiency) to ensure consistency and quality across the field.
🎤 RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS
- Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.
📊 MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER
- Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
- Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.
- Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES

- 🧠 Sales enablement experience in PLG SaaS: You have 4+ years of enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally building enablement from scratch in a PLG environment.
- 💼 Deal complexity experience: You've enabled teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures).
- 🧑💻 Technical buyer fluency: You understand how to sell to technical personas (CTOs, engineering managers) and can translate that into training that resonates with a technical AE audience.
- 📚 Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels.
- 🗣️ Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams.
- 🧘 Organized and proactive: You’re structured, self-directed, and take ownership without needing hand-holding.
- 🤝 Customer-first mindset: You focus on enabling the team to better articulate our value and deliver better buyer experiences.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Passion for automation and AI: You’re excited by the space we’re building in — and it shows.
- 🔧 Familiarity with n8n: You’ve used the product (or are eager to start).
WHY JOIN US?
This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-moving, and collaborative team where enablement is viewed as a strategic lever, not a support function. Help us scale our product, our message, and our people.
Apply now and help us turn our GTM teams into a world-class sales engine.

🤖 THE OFFER AREA
We’re the engine that decides what Alan sells, at what price, and on what terms.
Every Alan member, from a 3-person startup to a public administration body with 200K+ collaborators is covered by an offer that our area designed, priced, contracted and renews every year.
We own the whole offer lifecycle for several kind of services (health insurance, life & disability insurance, employee benefits) across 4 countries. We manage an incredible business complexity and diversity in a scalable way, and most importantly, we empower others to act autonomously on it:
- Offer creation: Enabling Sales to build compliant and relevant offers themselves in minutes, with a real-time pricer and AI assistance, without waiting days for an actuary.
- Contract Lifecycle: Not only signing a contract in one go and writing the settings that become the source of truth for the rest of Alan, but also providing Business Ops with the tools they need to pilot over the years a portfolio of 100K+ contracts
- Enabling growth: We’re at the root of Alan’s Insurance stack. Our technical decisions have a long reach: Claims, Billing and many other teams depends on us. We are key to lift blockers and enable the opening of new segments or markets.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
- 🌍 One insurance stack for every country. We're replacing country-by-country code with a shared "Core Stack": one set of shared rules, with room for local differences. Spain already runs on it, and we’re now tackling France. The architecture decisions you make will shape how Alan sells insurance for the next 10 years. (How we made our offer builder global https://medium.com/alan/how-we-refactored-one-of-our-most-used-data-models-33cadaf31313)
- 🤖 AI-native underwriting. Insurance is complex, and most insurers need actuaries on every quote. We empower our Sales to build compliant and relevant offers themselves in minutes. AI-assisted smart alternatives, price explanations, pitching and more are already in the Sales hands, and there’s much more to build.
- 🛡️ Life & Disability as a first-class product: We’re bringing this historically smaller product at Alan to the same level of maturity as Health, with first class member XP, Ops and enabling access to a much wider population.
- 🧑🚀 A growing team. You'll hire it, shape it, and decide what it works on. Talent density, onboarding, feedback, and the mix of skills the area needs are yours to own.
- 🛡️ Technical direction and operational excellence. Architecture calls, quality standards and shaping the organization and incident response as we scale to more countries. And you stay hands-on: at Alan, engineering leaders are expected to build.
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Dual impact: Shape both technical excellence and team growth, engineers become better while building better products
- Leadership growth: Influence engineering culture, mentor future leaders, and drive technical strategy that shapes the future of healthcare delivery
- Your users sit next to you: Hundred of Alaners use what your team ships every day. The feedback loop between building and impact is very short, which allows you to iterate and move quickly.
- Complex domain, simple software: Regulated domain, many countries, many segments… The job is to model a messy real world into a stack that stays simple and easy to extend.
- Direct business impact. We own pricing, contract lifecycle and Sales tooling. We have a direct impact on Alan’s margin and growth.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an engineering leader who gets excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years leading engineering teams, with a track record of building high performers.
- You partner with other product functions as a true equal: you shape the roadmap, name trade-offs honestly, and help the team commit to what it can actually deliver.
TECHNICAL FOUNDATIONS
- Experience establishing engineering excellence standards, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
- First-hand experience shipping AI or LLM products to production is a big plus.
- You're excited and eager to keep writing code. You still review it, and you still ship some yourself.

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the Vercel Dashboard, the control plane for every Vercel user, defining how developers and teams interact with Vercel from first login through daily use, across both individual accounts and enterprise organizations. You will lead the shift from what is a project listing page today to a personalized, agent-powered surface that proactively helps users ship and discover value. You will report to the Product Lead and will be located in San Francisco, CA (hybrid).
If you're based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday, even if the role is listed as remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
What you'll do
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Vercel Dashboard, the primary surface through which all Vercel customers interact with the platform
Define how agents operate within the Dashboard, from surfacing errors and suggesting fixes to updating code and config on behalf of users
Shift the Dashboard from a passive "pull" experience to a proactive "push" experience, surfacing insights, notifications, and recommended actions
Define the information architecture and design patterns that product area teams build within, and partner with those teams (Billing, CI/CD, Observability) to keep their experiences consistent and high-quality within the Dashboard shell
Collaborate with Engineering to hold an uncompromising performance bar. The Dashboard must be the fastest, most delightful surface at Vercel
Run experiments and measure onboarding funnel performance, feature adoption, and engagement across user segments
What you need
You've built and shipped developer-facing products
You have experience with control planes, dashboards, or console products at infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools companies
You have strong opinions on information architecture and how to organize complex products so they feel simple
You think about the product from both a human and an agent perspective. You use AI tools in your own workflow and have a point of view on how agents should interact with product surfaces
You have experience running experiments and working with product analytics to drive roadmap decisions
Bonus if you
Have worked on platform or horizontal product teams where you set patterns that other teams adopt
Have an engineering background or have built software yourself
Have worked on onboarding, activation, or growth loops in a product-led growth context
Have experience with personalization frameworks or systems that adapt to user segments and lifecycle stages
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Guide technical priorities and tradeoffs across AWS infrastructure, networking, multi-region Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, GitOps, datastore operations, and compliance-related infrastructure.
Build leverage through software, automation, and paved paths that help product engineering teams use infrastructure safely and independently.
Support migrations by providing guidance, patterns, and enablement while maintaining clear ownership boundaries with partner teams.
Establish team norms for effective AI-assisted engineering and identify opportunities to reduce operational toil through AI and automation.
Maintain team health and continuity through change, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and accountable environment.
Partner with Service Frameworks, Core Platform, Revenue Platform, Data Platform, and product engineering teams on shared infrastructure priorities and cross-team dependencies.
Communicate roadmaps, operational risks, investment needs, and progress clearly to engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Participate in hiring and team planning as the organization grows.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience managing an infrastructure, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering team at a product company, including people management of an on-call team.
Demonstrated ownership of incident response, on-call health, and service-level objective frameworks for critical production systems.
Experience leading at least one multi-quarter infrastructure migration or insourcing program from planning through completion.
Technical fluency with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code practices, with the judgment to guide discussions and tradeoffs with senior engineers.
Experience taking over an established team and maintaining engagement, performance, and retention through a leadership transition.
A clear point of view on team norms and practices for AI-assisted engineering.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and operational priorities to a range of audiences.
A thoughtful, calm, and accountable leadership approach, particularly during incidents and periods of change.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applicants from Canadian
EST time zones only.
Senior Software Engineer - Session Replay
The Opportunity:
The Session Replay squad is building a new Grafana Cloud product that helps our customers to understand what users actually experienced when something goes wrong.
Session Replay
connects frontend signals (errors, performance, synthetic checks) to concrete session-level evidence, enabling faster and more confident investigation of production issues.
This team works at the intersection of:
frontend observability,
backend data processing and storage at scale,
debugging workflows across products,
privacy and access control,
performance and cost constraints at scale.
Session Replay
is still early, which means you’ll help shape both what we build and how it fits into Grafana Cloud. A key part of our next phase is evolving the backend architecture of capturing sessions, including a migration toward columnar/analytical solution as a primary storage and query engine for high-volume session data.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who are passionate about working with data and providing seamless experiences for our customers to join our growing team! Our stack is Golang, Typescript and React, but we build tools for people using many other stacks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will operate as a technical leader and systems thinker, driving both product direction and architectural evolution, specifically, you will:
Own end-to-end technical direction for Session Replay,
spanning frontend, backend, and data systems
Drive the evolution of our backend architecture, including:
Designing systems around columnar/analytical data storage for large-scale session data
Defining data models, ingestion pipelines, and query patterns
Lead the design of investigation workflows,
connecting replay with logs, metrics, traces and other telemetry across Grafana Cloud
Make high-leverage architectural decisions
that impact multiple teams and products
Partner with teams across Grafana (Frontend Observability, Synthetic Monitoring, Core Grafana) to build
cohesive cross-product experiences
Engage directly with customers
- joining calls, gathering structured feedback, and helping customers instrument and adopt Session Replay successfully.
Improve engineering standards, patterns, and operational practices within the team
Mentor engineers and help grow technical leadership within the team
Technologies you'll work with:
Go (backend services and APIs)
Columnar/Analytical data storage (core data storage and querying)
Object storage (S3, GCS, Azure Blob Storage) and MySQL
TypeScript / React (user-facing workflows)
Grafana ecosystem (Mimir, Loki, Tempo, etc.)
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are
comfortable working in a remote-first company
; communication is key.
For us, working together means being
collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful
. We operate by consensus. You can contribute to a discussion, disagree constructively, and commit to the team’s decision. You are able to communicate design decisions clearly in written and spoken English.
Ability to reason about data-intensive systems
(ingestion, storage, querying, cost trade-offs)
You are
comfortable owning features in ambiguous problem spaces
. We are a small team, working remotely, on a product that will be used by engineers all over the world – the ability to work on your own is crucial.
You have a good understanding of
a software development process that takes a user-centered approach
. You easily build an understanding of the users’ context and goals which will help you build the right solution with the maximum value.
You enjoy
working on complex solutions
– Grafana is a highly technological solution and has avid followers who rely on it every day and who care deeply about their workflows. You value code maintainability, readability & automation.

ABOUT US
Since 2013, we’ve been building a CRM that gets out of your way and helps your team sell more, faster. Now we’re building AI into every part of it, so Close does the busywork and your team does the selling. No manual data entry, no 10-click workflows. Just communication-first, AI-powered sales software designed to help you succeed and scale.
We're bootstrapped and profitable which means we answer to our customers and play by our rules. We're proud of our 130-person, 100% remote team, focused on building Close so that no small, scaling business fails because it can't figure out sales.
ABOUT THE ROLE
One of our values is “Build a house you want to live in.” In this metaphor, Close.com http://Close.com is the front door. Our website is where people learn about who we are, what we do and, even more importantly, it’s a critical touch point on their journey to becoming a Close customer. We’re dedicated to making it best-in-class. We’ve recently migrated from Webflow to our own codebase (Astro, Sanity, Vercel) so a new and improved foundation is in place. We believe building in-house gives us the flexibility, creativity, and speed to make our website a competitive advantage - this is where our first Sr. Frontend Engineer - Marketing comes in. As the technical owner of the website, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and instrumenting Close.com http://Close.com. You’ll work closely with Marketing, including a Marketing Designer, but report up through Engineering.
YOU ARE
- A marketing website engineer. You’ve built beautiful, conversion-focused websites for a while now - probably 5+ years. You may have worked in an agency, but you’ve also had to build, own, and collaborate on websites long-term - seeing your work through impact and likely many iterations. Motion, ambitious CSS, and rich media are second nature, and you sweat page speed and how the site reads to both search engines and AI agents as much as how cool it looks. A modern stack like Astro paired with a headless CMS (Sanity is ours) is familiar territory to you.
- Fluent in measurement. The sites you build aren’t only beautiful, but they’re well-measured too. You understand cookies, conversion events, analytics, and experimentation tooling, and you've worked with tools like Segment, Amplitude, or Customer.io http://Customer.io.
- Focused on conversion and fueled by impact. We’re primarily a self-service SMB business and that means that Close.com http://Close.com isn’t just a brand experience. It’s a critical part of our acquisition funnel. This means that your work will have a direct effect on some of our most important business metrics - traffic, conversion, revenue. You’re the type who finds this motivating and is eager to partner with Marketing and Growth to move these numbers.
- Energized by empowering non-technical team members. You’ve built systems that allow Marketers or Designers to self-serve and solve problems quickly and independently. You’re comfortable thinking through guardrails, automations, and tooling.
- Already building with AI. You use AI to move faster and empower your team but are equally discerning about which moments require craftsmanship and taste.
- Resourceful and collaborative. You’ll bridge two teams (Marketing and Engineering) and will need to easily work with folks across departments and levels. No tweak or task is too small (or too big) for you to tackle.
YOU WILL
- Build and continuously improve a world-class marketing website. We want close.com http://close.com to be responsive, highly interactive, and polished. The kind of site that brings the product to life through animation and interactivity. You'll ship new pages and continue raising the bar on core site functionality.
- Make the site fast and findable. You’ll own performance, technical SEO, and how the site shows up to search engines and AI agents.
- Manage the infrastructure behind the site. The platform (Sanity), components, integrations, and deployment are for you to maintain and evolve.
- Own the technical integrity of site measurement and partner on experiments. Make sure tracking, attribution, conversion events, and funnel data are implemented correctly and reliably flow into our marketing and data systems.
- Build tools that let Marketing self-serve...and help the site self-improve. You’ll build automations and flows to help the team ship pages, campaigns, and experiments, but you’ll also help the website be a partner in its own development - be it catching regressions or flagging performance problems and SEO issues. The website of the future is a surface for collaboration between you, the marketing team, and AI agents.
- Stretch beyond the site and act as an engineering resource to marketing. The website is your focus, but there’s a lot of work to be done! You’ll be a resource for solving tricky problems, across the website and in other areas of marketing - sometimes that means hopping in yourself, or just knowing when to loop in the right person.
BENEFITS
- Compensation: Competitive pay plus an organization-wide goal-based bonus
- Paid Time Off: ~5 weeks of PTO to start. Plus a 1-week all-company Winter Holiday Break and paid US holidays. You'll earn 2 extra days for every year you're with Close.
- 80% Work Option: Work with your manager to choose between a standard 5-day week or a 4-day week at 80% pay
- Parental Leave: Paid leave for primary and secondary caregivers
- Sabbatical: A 1-month paid sabbatical every 5 years with the team
- Healthcare (US residents): Two medical plans with Close covering the majority of your premium, plus Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, and company-paid Long-Term Disability

OUR HIRING PROCESS
We ask a few role-specific questions as part of our application process. These questions are designed to help us learn more about you from the start, so please answer each one thoughtfully. We see this as an opportunity to get to know you beyond your resume.
We use AI tools daily at Close and expect candidates to do the same. In evaluating your application, we aim to get a sense for you - the way you think, how you communicate, the work you've done. Applications that read as fully AI-generated will not be considered.
Regardless of fit, you can expect to hear back from our team with an update on the status of your candidacy.
If you progress to the interview process, you'll receive a full outline of the role-specific steps in your first touchpoint with us. We do our best to make the hiring process clear and human.
