ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:

- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.

Welcome to OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto, Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
We believe the future of our products sits at the intersection of AI and design. Our ambition is to become an AI-native organization, where intelligent systems and human-centered design come together to create faster, smarter, and more meaningful customer experiences. We’re rethinking how products are built, how experiences are shaped, and how teams deliver impact.
A key part of this transformation is creating the right foundations and infrastructure to enable high-quality experiences at scale - where design systems, patterns, and workflows are structured, scalable, and AI-readable, unlocking new levels of speed, consistency, and innovation.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Design System team, working across our Real Estate products. You'll play a key role in evolving our design system, helping designers and engineers across the business design and build with greater consistency, quality and pace.
You'll work day to day within a small, dedicated pod, spanning web and app. But the system serves designers across multiple tribes, each shipping their own product work. You'll work within our contribution model, helping teams outside the pod propose, adopt and evolve components without fragmenting the system.
We're looking for someone with strong craft, attention to detail, and curiosity about systems thinking and AI-assisted workflows. You'll help create a coherent product experience across our brands while developing your own design systems practice.
Key responsabilities:
Design and evolve reusable components, patterns and foundations within our design system, reducing duplication and improving consistency across tribes
Define component behaviour, states and variants, working directly with engineering to ship them
Run and improve the contribution model: the process and standards that let designers outside the core pod propose and ship components without breaking system coherence
Support design work from problem framing through to documentation and handover, using research and feedback from teams to inform decisions
Create clear documentation and specifications covering variants, edge cases and usage guidance
Collaborate closely with engineers on token strategy and the practical link between Figma and production code
Resolve conflicts between a tribe's local need and the system's long-term coherence
Work with product design teams to identify gaps and embed stronger systems thinking across products
AI-enabled Design Systems:
Use AI-assisted tooling as part of your daily workflow, from research through to prototyping and component definition
Contribute to making the system well-structured for AI-assisted workflows, including tokens, documentation and reusable patterns
Know when to override AI output with your own design judgment, and be able to explain why
What we're looking for:
Proven experience designing and maintaining a design system at scale, not just documenting one
Experience running or contributing to a contribution model, or a clear point of view on how you'd build one
Strong technical fluency: you understand how your decisions translate into code, and work with engineers as a peer, not a handoff
Sharp judgment on trade-offs: when to enforce consistency, when to allow exceptions
Strong communicator, able to justify design system decisions to stakeholders who don't share your priorities, and bring other designers along rather than dictate to them
Comfortable with AI-assisted tools, with an interest in applying them in practical ways to improve speed, quality and consistency
Required experience
A portfolio demonstrating strong product and systems thinking, with evidence of shipped impact, not just documented patterns
Experience working in Figma, including component libraries, variables and tokens, alongside experience with built or coded prototypes
Experience working closely with engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable outcomes
Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted design or development workflows

Yopeso
has been developing a diverse range of software products, from large-scale applications to smaller solutions, for 20 years. With a growing team of over 300 employees across five locations, we are dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, transparency, and professionalism.
At Yopeso, we value authenticity, curiosity, and ambition. These values drive us to build strong connections within our community and with our partners, ensuring trust, integrity, and transparency in all our business practices. We strive to maintain the highest professional standards and continuously challenge ourselves to develop high-quality, high-performance, and secure software solutions.
Our approach is rooted in efficient collaboration among passionate professionals working in agile teams. Guided by curiosity and ambition, we strive to create products that are meaningful and impactful, while remaining true to our authentic selves.
We’re looking for a commercial product-minded partner who can sell, design, and shape AI-first delivery outcomes - someone who thinks like a product leader, sells like a consulting partner, and closes like a top-tier enterprise dealmaker.
This role sits at the intersection of enterprise consulting, product strategy, and AI-enabled delivery transformation. You will originate and close complex engagements where we don’t just sell capacity - we sell outcomes, fixed-price transformations, and AI-accelerated delivery models.
Core Responsibilities
Own enterprise deals end to end, from origination to signature
Build pipeline with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and Digital and Product leaders in AI, software delivery and engineering scale-out
Turn business problems into productized, AI-augmented offers, shaping what we sell, not only how we deliver it
Structure fixed-price, milestone-based and outcome-based deals tied to speed, cost and impact, moving clients away from T&M
Advise executives on transformation and operating model redesign
Build long-term partnerships across multiple stakeholders on long-cycle, multi-service engagements in Europe and international markets
Work with the delivery and engineering leads from the start so what we sell matches what we can deliver
What You Bring
10+ years in enterprise B2B environments (consulting, IT services, digital engineering, or AI transformation)
Proven track record closing complex services / transformation deals
Strong ability to shift from staff augmentation → outcome-based + productized services
Deep experience in enterprise consulting-style selling
Strong commercial instinct for pricing and structuring deals
Ability to think in systems, operating models, and delivery economics
Why This Role
You are not managing a pipeline - you are creating commercial offerings
You are not selling hours - you are selling outcomes and transformation impact
You are not a vendor - you are a strategic partner in delivery design
You will shape how AI is embedded into real enterprise delivery models
You get full autonomy over commercial strategy and deal construction
High-trust, low-politics environment with real execution depth behind you

Established network of enterprise and mid-market decision-makers (CTO, CIO, COO, Heads of Engineering/Digital)
Deep understanding of outsourcing models, delivery economics and value-based pricing

About the role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, implement, and evolve product capabilities while solving high-scope backend problems and influencing the technical and product direction of our teams. You will move beyond "assigned work" to actively improve the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems. You will work across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security boundaries, making sound architectural trade-offs, communicating complex ideas clearly in an asynchronous environment, and helping define the standards for a high-scale, global product.
Why you’ll love this role
High Impact:
You aren't just shipping features; you are shaping the architecture of a global platform used by millions.
Technical Agency:
You will influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, helping us solve problems of high scope and complexity.
Innovative Culture:
You will get to experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, moving beyond simple prompt engineering to build resilient, AI-assisted systems.
Autonomy:
You will thrive in our remote-first, asynchronous organization, where clear written communication and self-direction are the pillars of success.
User-Centric Collaboration:
You’ll partner closely with PMs and designers to shape requirements, ensuring every technical decision delivers genuine value to our users.
What you’ll do
Drive Technical Direction:
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, making pragmatic choices between modular-monolith code, shared components, or independently operated services.
Raise the Bar:
Advocate for product quality, security, availability, and performance. You will define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, APIs, and operational readiness.
Mentor & Lead:
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve team delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Operational Excellence:
Diagnose and prevent performance/reliability issues at scale. Participate in incident response and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
AI Integration:
Use AI in production engineering work to improve outcomes, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible, high-judgment use.
What you’ll bring
Deep Backend Expertise:
A strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Adaptability:
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming. We value the ability to learn and adapt over mastery of a single language.
Architectural Judgment:
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Influence:
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear written communication, effectively bridging the gap between product needs and technical reality.
Agentic AI Expertise:
Proven experience building or operating agentic systems in production—moving beyond prompt engineering to architecting loops, tool-use, and error-handling strategies that ensure reliability at scale.

ABOUT US
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit.
