About The Opportunity
We're looking for a hands-on product manager to drive growth across our platform's trading and asset business — spot, perpetuals, TradFi, and beyond. You'll ship the product features behind our growth programs, run the campaigns (including token-listing campaigns) that power them, and grow the trading volume and assets they generate — owning the full lifecycle from requirements and delivery through launch, execution, data, and iteration.
What You’ll Be Doing
Drive product feature delivery.
Own the end-to-end delivery of related product features — requirement grooming, UI/UX reviews, tracking dev and QA progress, and launch acceptance — to ship on time and at high quality.
Run campaigns end-to-end.
Set up, configure, and manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns — including token-listing campaigns, new-token Staking, and related Campaigns — ensuring each integrates smoothly with the underlying product features.
Grow trading volume and assets through campaigns.
Use campaigns and incentives to grow trading volume across the platform's asset categories (spot, perpetuals, TradFi); design and rapidly iterate growth mechanics with clear hypotheses, validate them against real data, and tailor the lever to each category's users and mechanics.
Own channel
attribution
and analysis.
Build and maintain channel attribution — breaking trading volume down by channel, campaign, and incentive — and use data analysis to run volume breakdowns, channel ROI, and user segmentation to find the highest-leverage opportunities and guide resource allocation.
Monitor and optimize.
Track real-time data during launches and campaigns — user engagement and conversion funnels — respond quickly to anomalies and risk-control alerts, and produce regular retrospective reports.
What We Look For In You
3+ years in product management, growth, or campaign operations — ideally with trading or fintech products.
Strong data analysis skills; able to reach conclusions independently from data and turn them into decisions.
Solid understanding of trading products (spot, derivatives, TradFi) and their users.
Comfortable driving execution across functions and keeping many moving parts on track.
Fast and decisive under ambiguity; a clear communicator who can turn complex data into recommendations leadership can act on.
Nice-To-Haves
Crypto-native or fintech background.
Genuine interest in trading, with hands-on trading experience.
Global market growth experience.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to boost output.
Perks & Benefits

About the Opportunity
As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Technical Accounting – M&A to join our Finance team at Anthropic. In this role, you will support the company's accounting for mergers, acquisitions, strategic investments, and other complex capital transactions. You will report to the Senior Director, Technical Accounting – M&A
As Anthropic continues to scale rapidly and deploy capital into acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and novel commercial structures, you will be a key technical resource on structuring alternatives, consolidation outcomes, and financial statement impact. You will partner closely with Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and leadership to ensure that deal economics are accurately reflected under US GAAP and that positions are defensible to external auditors, valuation specialists, and future regulators.
This is a builder role: you'll help operate and continuously sharpen the controls, valuation governance, and close-ready documentation expected of a large accelerated filer, working alongside the Senior Director as the function takes shape. If you thrive on being in the room when deals are shaped — and then making the accounting land cleanly — we want to hear from you.
In this role, you will:
Execute technical accounting for business combinations, asset acquisitions, joint ventures, and related financing/equity structures
Partner with and influence Corporate Dev to steer deal structures toward preferred terms and outcomes
Perform accounting due diligence on prospective transactions, advising Corporate Development and leadership on GAAP, control, and earnings implications before terms are finalized
Execute end-to-end purchase accounting — acquirer and acquisition-date identification, consideration measurement (contingent consideration, rollover equity, replacement awards), and recognition/measurement of assets, liabilities, and goodwill
Execute post-close integration accounting — conforming accounting policies, system/ledger onboarding, working capital true-ups, earn-out remeasurement, and push-down considerations
Assess and monitor consolidation and investment classification for investees and structured arrangements — VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, reconsideration events, equity method, measurement alternative, and fair value through earnings — and support impairment and observable-price-change reviews
Manage third-party valuation specialists; review PPA, intangible asset valuations, contingent consideration fair values, and impairment analyses
Author and defend technical accounting policies & memoranda; partner closely with external auditors on M&A, investment, and consolidation matters
Partner with Tax on deal structuring and ASC 740/basis-difference impacts; with Treasury and Legal on equity, SAFE/convertible, and other financing instruments
Help refine the deal-accounting operating model — diligence checklists, Day-1 close playbooks, opening balance sheet procedures, measurement-period tracking, integration workplans, and SOX-ready controls over non-routine transactions
Prepare and review transaction-related disclosures for quarterly and annual filings, including pro forma financial information and significance testing
Present transaction accounting conclusions and financial statement impacts to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in clear, decision-ready terms
Monitor standard-setting and SEC developments affecting business combinations, consolidation, and investments; support adoption and cross-functional education
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years owning complex M&A and strategic investment accounting transactions end-to-end
Hold an active CPA license
Bring significant Big 4 experience — ideally in a National Office, Transaction/Deal Advisory, or Capital Markets/Accounting Advisory group — paired with in-house experience at a high-growth or public technology company
Have contributed to multiple closed acquisitions and minority/strategic investments, including at least one transaction of meaningful scale or complexity
Possess deep command of US GAAP for business combinations, consolidation, equity method, and fair value measurement, with a track record of positions that withstand auditor and regulator scrutiny
Are fluent in valuation concepts and can direct and challenge third-party specialists on PPA, contingent consideration, and impairment models
Have operated within a deal-accounting or investments-accounting function, contributing to playbook and controls design
Communicate effectively with Corporate Development and Legal on structuring trade-offs, translating technical conclusions for cross-functional and senior stakeholders
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, translating complex deal accounting into clear business implications
Excel at hands-on technical execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, partnering closely with the Senior Director on strategic judgment calls
Are proficient with accounting systems (Workday preferred), consolidation tools, and advanced Excel/modeling
Curious about and quick to adopt new AI tools, including Claude and Claude for Finance
Strong candidates may also:
Have deep, practitioner-level expertise in one or more of the following:
Business combinations and asset acquisitions (ASC 805), including contingent consideration, replacement share-based awards, and step acquisitions
Consolidation and investment classification (ASC 810, 323, 321), including VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, basis differences, and the measurement alternative
Fair value measurement, acquired financial instruments, and goodwill/intangibles (ASC 820, 815, 825, 350, 360), including impairment testing and IPR&D
Have led accounting for carve-outs, divestitures, spin-offs, or legal-entity rationalizations, including standing up SOX-compliant controls over non-routine/complex transactions
Have prepared or reviewed pro forma financial information and registration-statement disclosures (Article 11 of Regulation S-X, S-X Rule 3-05/1-02(w) significance testing, S-1 processes)
Have experience with novel AI/technology deal structures — acqui-hires, IP/license-heavy transactions, data and compute arrangements, revenue-share partnerships, and strategic investor rights — and are passionate about leveraging AI to accelerate diligence, memo drafting, and close

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

About The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on
Director of AI Enablement
to identify high-value business problems, deliver AI solutions in real operational environments, and turn proven approaches into reusable enterprise capabilities.
The role combines the business immersion and problem discovery of a
Deployment Strategist
, the technical delivery capability of a
Forward-Deployed Engineer
, and the product judgment required to standardize successful solutions. You will work directly with teams such as Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, and GBS, in partnership with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Infrastructure.
Success is measured by business impact and sustained adoption—not the number of pilots launched.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Find and Prioritize High-Value Problems
Embed with business teams and frontline users to understand their workflows, decisions, data, constraints, and pain points.
Separate root causes from symptoms and determine whether the right answer is process redesign, better data, automation, AI, or a combination of these.
Prioritize opportunities based on business value, user reach, risk, feasibility, time-to-value, and reuse potential.
Translate ambiguous needs into clear problem statements, target outcomes, success metrics, and executable plans.
2. Build and Deliver Solutions
Define the minimum valuable product and rapidly validate it with real users and data.
Personally prototype solutions such as copilots, agents, workflow automations, and internal tools.
For larger or higher-risk initiatives, partner with Engineering and Data teams on architecture, integrations, security, reliability, evaluation, and production readiness.
Own delivery from discovery and prototype through launch, adoption, measurement, iteration, and handover.
3. Drive Adoption and Business Impact
Design solutions with users and adapt workflows based on real operational behavior.
Lead pilots, enablement, training, and change management required for sustained adoption.
Track outcomes such as time saved, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, risk reduction, cost avoided, and active usage.
Ensure every initiative has a business owner, an adoption plan, and a sustainable operating model.
4. Productize and Scale What Works
Identify recurring workflows, data needs, integrations, and governance requirements across teams.
Convert successful deployments into reusable components, templates, reference architectures, or configurable products.
Decide when a need should remain bespoke, use shared components, or become a standardized product or platform capability.
Build practical playbooks and standards for opportunity assessment, prototyping, evaluation, productionization, and impact measurement.
Feed field learnings into shared Product and Engineering roadmaps, reducing duplicated and one-off solutions.
What We Look For In You
4+ years of experience across product management, technical delivery, solutions engineering, enterprise transformation, consulting, or software/data engineering.
Demonstrated ability to uncover high-value problems through workflow observation, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Hands-on experience building and shipping AI, data, or automation-enabled solutions used in real operational workflows.
Strong product judgment, including prioritization, MVP definition, trade-off decisions, rapid validation, and avoidance of over-engineering.
Sufficient technical depth to prototype independently and work effectively with Engineering on data, integrations, architecture, security, evaluation, and reliability.
Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, agents, tool use, prompt design, evaluation, observability, and human-in-the-loop systems.
Experience turning bespoke business needs into reusable products, shared services, or operating standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across frontline users, technical teams, and senior executives.
High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, financial services, or another regulated industry.
Experience working with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Customer Service, Operations, or other non-engineering functions.
Experience with enterprise data platforms, knowledge systems, agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, or MCP-based integrations.
Experience leading an AI enablement function, forward-deployed team, internal product incubator, or multidisciplinary delivery team.
Familiarity with Lark/Feishu and enterprise internal-tooling ecosystems.
Expected Outcomes
Within the first 6–12 months, the successful candidate will be expected to:
Establish a repeatable approach for identifying and prioritizing high-value AI opportunities.
Deliver production use cases with measurable operational impact and sustained adoption.
Create clear ownership and decision paths from prototype to production, scale, handover, or stop.
Turn selected deployments into reusable capabilities adopted by multiple teams.
Build a network of business champions and technical partners capable of scaling AI adoption across the organization.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
