ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Finance teams need a dependable way to turn everyday spending and payments into accurate books. Ramp's Accounting team builds the systems that carry accounting context across our products, help customers categorize and reconcile activity, and keep their records in sync. When those systems work well, finance teams spend less time correcting data and more time understanding their business.
We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to build across that accounting experience. You could work on the services behind accounting rules and data models, the flow of transactions into the books, or the reliability of sync and reconciliation workflows. You'll own complex projects from design through production and work with product, design, and engineering partners to make accounting workflows simpler and more trustworthy for customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and build backend services, APIs, and data models that support accounting workflows across Ramp's products
- Make financial data accurate, traceable, and resilient as transactions move through coding, reconciliation, and sync
- Improve the reliability and visibility of workflows that span Ramp and customers' accounting systems, including how they handle failures and changes
- Partner with product and engineering teammates to understand finance teams' needs and turn them into practical technical designs
- Own substantial projects from design and implementation through launch, monitoring, and iteration
- Raise the engineering bar through thoughtful design reviews, code reviews, and mentorship
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Experience designing, building, and operating production backend systems, including APIs, data models, and asynchronous workflows
- Strong system design judgment, especially around data correctness, reliability, and keeping complex systems understandable
- A track record of independently owning complex projects and shipping high-quality software
- The ability to investigate problems across services and data flows and turn what you learn into durable improvements
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach to technical decisions and feedback
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with accounting, payments, spend management, or other financial data products
- Familiarity with accounting concepts such as coding, reconciliation, or the general ledger
- Experience building integrations or data workflows that keep information consistent across systems

Document results, track nonconformances to closure, and approve units for shipment within delegated authority.
5. Vendor Research and New Technology
Engage OEM product roadmaps, evaluate and qualify new products and suppliers, including modular and prefabricated mechanical plants and liquid cooling equipment, and run pilots and first-of-kind tests.
Recommend standard product families and approved alternates that enable dual-sourcing and faster, repeatable campus delivery.
Track regulatory and market drivers, such as low-GWP refrigerant transitions, tariffs, and lead-time shifts, and assess their impact on specifications and budgets.
6. Cross-Department Coordination, Turnover, and Process Building
Serve as the mechanical and plumbing OFCI point of contact for Procurement, Finance, Legal, Construction, Operations, design teams, commissioning agents, and tenant technical teams.
Provide Finance with committed cost, forecast, and payment-milestone data for OFCI purchase orders.
Deliver a complete turnover package to Construction with each delivery, including a commercial terms summary, warranty terms and start conditions, OEM storage and maintenance requirements, factory test reports, serial numbers, approved submittals, O&M manuals, spare parts lists, and vendor startup contacts.
Build the team's foundational tools and processes, including the OFCI tracker, bid leveling templates, factory test protocols, vendor qualification criteria, and a commercial terms checklist, and capture lessons learned across sites.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
8-10 years of experience in mechanical equipment engineering, procurement engineering, MEP construction, OEM application or project engineering, or owner-side capital delivery, with at least 5 years supporting data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
Hands-on experience running RFPs and technical and commercial bid leveling for mission-critical mechanical systems, including cooling plants, air handling systems, pumps, heat rejection equipment, piping, valves, controls, and redundancy configurations.
Experience coordinating equipment submittals with an Engineer of Record, cross disciplinary design teams, and managing production tracking, expediting, and factory witness testing expectations.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent equipment packages across multiple sites and schedules.
Advanced Excel skills, with experience building trackers, bid leveling models, and cost forecasts.
Experience reviewing mechanical drawings, equipment submittals, sequence-of-operations documents, commissioning scripts, test reports, O&M manuals, and maintenance documentation.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to site operations, leadership, vendors, design teams, construction teams, and commissioning partners.
Bonus Points:
10+ years of experience, including multi-site hyperscale, AI/HPC, or wholesale colocation programs that use an OFCI delivery model.
Professional Engineer license or Engineer-in-Training certification.
Liquid cooling experience, including CDUs, FWS/TCS design, fluid quality, wetted materials, and leak detection, and familiarity with ASHRAE TC 9.9 and OCP liquid cooling guidance.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to build one of n8n’s most predictable Enterprise sales teams. You’ll develop high-performing Enterprise AEs, instill forecast and pipeline discipline, and create a repeatable operating model that wins complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
To make that happen, you’ll be hands-on in coaching, deal inspection, and team development day-to-day, while staying close enough to strategic deals and customer executives to raise the bar on how we qualify, forecast, and win:
DEVELOPING A HIGH-PERFORMING, PREDICTABLE TEAM
- Coach and develop a team of Enterprise AEs through structured 1:1s, field coaching, and deal reviews, raising both the floor and the ceiling on individual performance.
- Build a rigorous forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes your numbers predictable quarter over quarter, not dependent on late-quarter heroics.
- Create a repeatable operating model with clear playbooks, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC-based deal inspection, and coaching rhythms, so execution doesn’t rely on you personally driving every strategic deal.
- Hire, onboard, and scale the team quickly, establishing career paths and succession plans as we grow.
SETTING THE STRATEGY FOR YOUR TERRITORY
- Prioritize and run your Enterprise territory with focus, balancing new logo pursuits with expansion plays where community signals are strong.
- Set the strategy for the team’s most complex enterprise cycles, from discovery to close, staying close enough to coach without taking the pen.
- Elevate sales methodology adoption (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC), ensuring meticulous qualification, mutual action plans, and disciplined inspection of technical and business wins.
BUILDING A STRATEGIC, MULTI-THREADED SELLING MOTION
- Build a strategic selling culture that shifts the team from “running opportunities” to multi-threaded, value-led enterprise execution.
- Orchestrate executive engagement across your accounts, aligning economic buyers, champions, and technical evaluators to keep momentum and unblock deals.
- Run high-quality deal reviews and QBRs that sharpen strategy, elevate coaching moments, and improve win rates, cycle time, and forecast accuracy.
PARTNERING ACROSS THE BUSINESS
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product to refine messaging for technical buyers, strengthen the enterprise playbook, and remove friction in the sales process.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-haves
- 🏆 Enterprise sales leadership: You have 5+ years in frontline sales management, leading ICs through complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals.
- 🔎 MEDDIC/MEDDPICC mastery: You have deep, practical command of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC and a track record of coaching teams to adopt it with real inspection.
- 📈 Forecast & pipeline rigor: You’ve run a disciplined forecasting and pipeline management cadence that makes revenue predictable, not reactive.
- 🧠 Strategic deal management: You’re fluent in qualification, mutual action plans, champion building, and executive alignment in longer-cycle deals.
- 🎙️ Executive presence: You confidently engage senior stakeholders, run tight meetings, and set a high bar for clarity, urgency, and outcomes.
- 🧑🏫 Coaching & talent development: You level up AEs through structured coaching, field observation, and actionable feedback.
- 🧩 Multi-stakeholder navigation: You’re skilled at aligning technical and economic buyers, de-escalating conflict, and maintaining deal momentum.
- 🇬🇧 UK location: You’re based in the UK and happy being on-site with customers once per week on average
- 🇬🇧 English: You’re a native or bilingual speaker of English.
- 🔧 Technical-buyer credibility: You have experience selling into technical stakeholders and navigating evaluation-heavy sales motions.
- 🖥️ Open-source / PLG experience: You understand how community and bottoms-up adoption influence enterprise outcomes and how to partner with that motion.
Nice-to-haves
- Additional languages: You're fluent in French or Spanish.
- 🌉 Developer / infra SaaS background: You’ve worked in DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops, data, infrastructure, or adjacent categories.
- 💡 Scrappy startup mindset: You’ve scaled in environments where playbooks are evolving, and you enjoy building structure without slowing teams down.
- 📊 Operational excellence: You have strong instincts for clean forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and turning data into coaching and better execution.
Why join us?
You’ll take a team of Enterprise AEs and turn it into a repeatable engine, in one of the fastest-growing open-source companies in Europe. The playbooks you build and the people you hire will shape how n8n sells to the world’s biggest technical organizations. You’ll work directly with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, RevOps, and Product, so your voice carries well beyond your own team. n8n is a remote-first company with a passionate community of builders, a culture of autonomy and experimentation, and a very high bar for talent. If you want to build something that lasts while the company scales, apply now and help us make n8n the default way enterprises automate.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work.
Our company language is English.

An overview of this role
As the Director of Dedicated Infrastructure Engineering & Platforms, you will lead the engineering organization responsible for GitLab Dedicated, GitLab's premium single-tenant SaaS offering for enterprise customers in regulated industries, and public sector.
You will lead a high-performing organization of managers and engineers who own the entire lifecycle of dedicated and cellular platforms, from orchestration, integrations, resilience, and incident response to switchboard APIs, public sector compliance, and enterprise customer migrations. Your mission is to scale GitLab Dedicated from its current trajectory toward an aggressive growth target, ensuring enterprise customers experience full platform capabilities with dedicated infrastructure, compliance certifications, and enterprise-grade SLAs in an isolated environment.
As a high-impact executive leader, you will define the strategy for single-tenant and public sector SaaS platforms, drive critical infrastructure investments, ensure FedRAMP/compliance operational readiness, and build the switchboard and migration capabilities that allow enterprise customers to seamlessly transition to and scale on Dedicated. You will succeed by cultivating a culture of operational excellence, closing key business and roadmap gaps, and leading distributed engineering teams to deliver high-availability, highly secure platform experiences.
What you'll do
Own the strategy and roadmap for GitLab Dedicated, and ensure the platform scales with customer growth and converges with GitLab's cellular architecture.
Partner with Product and executive leadership to deliver on growth targets, with a focus on platform reliability, faster customer onboarding, infrastructure cost efficiency, and self-service administration.
Lead the engineering teams that build and run the platform: tenant orchestration and integrations, resilience and incident response, the Switchboard control plane, public sector platforms and compliance, and enterprise migrations and import tooling. Uphold enterprise-grade SLAs across every tenant.
Deliver GitLab Dedicated for Government: AWS GovCloud infrastructure, FedRAMP operations and audit readiness, air-gapped isolation, and public sector feature delivery.
Make enterprise migrations to Dedicated predictable, repeatable, and low-disruption through self-service tooling and guided workflows.
Hire, coach, and scale engineering managers across distributed teams, and bring practical AI-enabled workflows into how the organization works.
Partner with Product, Security, and Customer Support to keep customer commitments, architecture, and investments aligned.
What you'll bring
You have led engineering organizations that run enterprise single or multi tenant SaaS infrastructure and cloud platforms at scale.
You have measurably improved production reliability, reduced toil, or lowered infrastructure cost on a platform you owned.
You have deep expertise in cloud-native and cellular architectures, Infrastructure as Code, and modular services that deploy and scale independently across cloud environments.
You have delivered and operated enterprise offerings under strict compliance regimes such as FedRAMP and AWS GovCloud.
You have led organizational changes, including adopting AI enabled workflows that raise engineering system efficiencies.
You translate financial targets into engineering investments, headcount plans, and execution roadmaps.
You lead with ownership, speed with quality, and a focus on customer outcomes.
About the team
The Dedicated Infrastructure & Platforms organization builds and runs GitLab Dedicated, our single-tenant enterprise SaaS offering, for GitLab's most strategic enterprise and public sector accounts. It is organized into five focus areas:
Platform Orchestration & Integrations: orchestration, deployment, and environment automation for Dedicated tenants and cellular environments, plus integrations with external products.
Core Features, Resilience & Response: compliance and operations driven features, disaster recovery, automated failover, rate limiting, and incident response automation.
Switchboard & Control Plane: the APIs, tenant change automation, and operator and customer interfaces that make Dedicated self-service.
Public Sector Platforms & Compliance: AWS GovCloud infrastructure, FedRAMP compliance operations, air-gapped isolation, and Geo replication for GitLab Dedicated for Government.
Enterprise Migrations & Import Tooling: customer migration programs and playbooks, Geo-based migration tooling, Direct Transfer, and self-service guided import workflows.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
We are hiring a Workplace Coordinator to join Anthropic as the sole workplace team member in our Zurich office. You will own everything that makes the office run and everything that makes it a place people want to be — from building operations and vendor management to employee experience, events, and food and beverage programming. If you thrive as the person everyone counts on and love wearing many hats, this role is for you. We have a strong in-person presence at Anthropic, and we care deeply that every office is a place where employees feel welcome, supported, and set up to do their best work.
Responsibilities
Office Operations & Building Management
Coordinate with and manage vendors who handle day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Zurich office, including janitorial services, deliveries, office supplies, and building repairs
Address workplace issues promptly (elevator down, restroom flood, HVAC failure, refrigerator not cooling, etc.), engaging the right vendor and keeping colleagues informed until the issue is resolved
Conduct minor repairs and hands-on maintenance tasks; coordinate vendors for more complex work
Support HVAC, preventive maintenance schedules, and building system upkeep
Manage workstation setups for new hires and team changes, including monitors, monitor arms, and ergonomic equipment
Support office moves, restacks, furniture reconfigurations, and space planning as the team grows
Partner with Security on emergency response support and help maintain compliance with local safety codes, permits, and inspections
Employee Experience & Hospitality
Own the day-to-day employee experience for the Zurich office — you are the face of the office and the first point of contact for how things work
Ensure new hires have a seamless first-day experience: desk ready, equipment set up, office tour, and a warm welcome
Manage food and beverage programming, including snacks, coffee, catering for meetings, and team meals, keeping offerings fresh and responsive to employee preferences
Monitor and proactively improve the in-office experience through regular walkthroughs, employee feedback, and observation — fix what is not working before it becomes a ticket
Respond to requests in our internal ticketing system within SLAs, providing a high level of service through clear, timely, and empathetic communication
Develop and preserve office culture, norms, and the hospitality standard that makes Zurich feel like an Anthropic office
Events & Programming
Plan and execute local office events: team gatherings, holiday celebrations, milestone moments, happy hours, and visiting-executive hospitality
Coordinate with the broader Workplace, People, and Experience teams on company-wide events that have a Zurich component (All-Hands watch parties, offsites, team-building activities)
Own event logistics end-to-end: space setup, catering, A/V, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and post-event teardown
Support visiting teams and executives with workspace setup, local recommendations, and logistics
Bring a hospitality mindset to every event and meeting setup, ensuring the space is welcoming and well-prepared
Cross-Functional Coordination & Process
Partner closely with People Operations, Security, the global Workplace team, IT/AV and local vendors to keep the office running smoothly
Help maintain and improve Standard Operating Procedures so that recurring processes scale as the office and team grow
Manage multiple competing priorities with clear judgment on what matters most
Surface issues, risks, and facility needs to the global Workplace team early and clearly
Minimum Qualifications
Have 5+ years of experience in workplace coordination, office management, hospitality, or building operations
Have working knowledge of building systems like HVAC, elevators, plumbing, and lighting, and can supervise maintenance, repairs, and services
Bring a service-minded, solutions-oriented approach and genuinely enjoy being the person who makes things work
Have experience managing food and beverage service, catering, or hospitality programming in an office setting
Are comfortable independently managing an office — you have been the sole workplace person at a site before, or are ready to be
Enjoy rolling up your sleeves, with no task too big or too small
Have excellent organizational and communication skills, and can manage many competing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Have managed workplace projects or programs (HVAC, preventive maintenance, office moves, events) in a multi-building or high-growth environment
Have planned and executed office events, from small team gatherings to larger company celebrations
Have experience at a high-growth technology company where processes are being built in real time
Be interested in artificial intelligence and care that it is developed safely and beneficially
Have experience managing permit, license, and inspection requirements
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
THE M&A AND INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION ROLE
Alan is diversifying its activities in the fields of healthcare, prevention and insurance through mergers and acquisitions, and is actively expanding internationally. In addition, Alan recruits talent worldwide and enables its employees to work remotely in complete safety.
“Alaner, everywhere”. The role makes sure each acquisition and each country opening is legally secure, fast and humane: from HR due diligence, to transferring employment contracts, to fully integrating the people who join us.
You'll join the Expansion crew inside the People team. You'll work closely with the crew owner, and with Corporate, Finance, team Leads and General Managers involved in each deal.
THE PEOPLE TEAM
The People team is made up of 13 people who work in an environment shaped by Alan's Leadership Principles. Every one of them is a genuine fan of our products (Culture being one of them) and deeply committed to Alan's Prevention and Health mission.
The team covers Learning and Development, Payroll and Admin, Employee Experience and Operational Efficiency, Compliance and Employment Law, Comp and Ben, and now M&A and International Expansion.
It is a generalist team: everyone shares three core missions, namely People on-call (answering the day to day questions from Alaners, which is now AI-powered), individual situation management, and HRBP responsibilities. This represents roughly 50% of our time. Then each person owns one or more cross-functional topics depending on their flavour. In your case: M&A and expansion.
YOUR MISSIONS
On top of the core missions shared across the People team, you will work on a very diverse range of high-impact topics:
You will own to the People workstream of M&A transactions from due diligence to integration, alongside the crew and in close collaboration with the Corporate team, Legal, Finance and the business owners of each deal.
Depending on the nature of the deal, you will own:
- HR due diligence: reviewing headcount, employment contracts, collective agreements, compensation & benefits, liabilities and risks of target companies, and flagging red flags clearly to the deal team;
- Transferring employment contracts in France and abroad, and choosing the right path for each deal and country;
- Integrating acquired teams: day-1 and first-months plans, harmonising contracts and benefits, communicating with acquired employees, onboarding them into Alan's way of working;
- You will support the people transition of acquired teams, working with the crew and leads on team set-up, keeping key talents, and supporting every individual situation with care;
- Working with external advisors (law firms, HR advisory, relocation and EoR providers): writing clear briefs and challenging their advice.
Also:
- Opening new countries on the People side: entity vs employer of record, compliant local contracts, benefits and payroll partners
- You will handle international relocations and cross-border situations for Alaners moving or working between countries (visas, social security, tax, type of contract);
- Building reusable playbooks (HR due diligence checklist, integration playbook, "country opening – People" checklist) so each new deal is faster than the last
- Taking on global and cross-border individual situations (mobility, work from anywhere, sensitive cases)
- Raising the team's expertise: sharing your knowledge of employment law and M&A practices with the crew and the wider People team
- Leveraging AI and automation to multiply the impact of your work
OUTCOMES WITHIN YOUR FIRST MONTHS IN THE TEAM
BY 2.5 MONTHS:
- You are autonomous on day-to-day People on-call requests;
- You have mapped our current M&A and country-opening practices and shared a first list of gaps and quick wins;
- You have contributed to the People workstream of at least one live deal or country opening (due diligence, contract transfer or integration);
- You have contributed to our reusable playbook (e.g. HR due diligence checklist);
- You have shadowed and been reverse-shadowed on individual situation management.
BY 5 MONTHS:
- Depending on the ongoing projects, you own the People workstream of a deal end to end, from due diligence to integration, with the crew as a sounding board;
- You have run, or co-run, one talent density assessment and the parting ways cases that came with it;
- You handle cross-border individual situations without supervision;
- Your playbooks are used by the crew and by Legal / Finance on new deals;
- Leads and crew members come to you as the go-to expert on these topics.
IS THIS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?
You may be a great fit for this role if:
- You have around 5 years of experience focused on HR M&A and integration topics, for example in a reputable HR advisory firm or in an HR team that focuses on these topics.
- You have worked on acquisitions in the Tech industry, not only on very large corporate groups, and you know the method is not the same.
- You master HR due diligence and the transfer of employment contracts.
- You have worked on post-merger integration, including talent density and parting ways, not only on the pre-signing side.
- You have international exposure: you have worked on deals or entities outside France.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken (all of our internal processes, documentation and communications are in English).
- You are adaptable and creative: you adjust your method to each type of company and deal instead of copy-pasting one process.
- You are very organised: you run several confidential workstreams in parallel without dropping balls.
- You are a strong communicator, with very different audiences (founders, acquired employees, leads, lawyers), in writing and orally.
- You are strong technically and can teach us things.
- You show judgement and discretion with confidential information and sensitive human situations.
NICE-TO-HAVE
We are not looking for all of the below. Any one of these can be a strong signal.
- You have a legal background, ideally in employment law.
- You have worked in or with a Tech scale-up that made several acquisitions.
- You have opened entities or set-up employers of record in new countries.
- You speak another language relevant to our expansion (e.g. Spanish, Portuguese; Arabic).
- You are AI-enthusiastic and actively use tools to multiply your impact.
