Location: Medellin, Colombia; Brasília, Brazil; Buenos Aires, Argentina On behalf of CommunityTech Client #1 , SD Solutions is looking for a talented Operations Manager & Right Hand to the Founder We are hiring a full-time Operations Manager to be Tal's right hand. You will run the day-to-day of the business so Tal can focus on vision, partnerships, and content. You will manage the team, own the operations of CommunityTech Client #1 , and bring your own ideas to the table. You will work directly with Tal and also with her team, think like an owner, and grow with the company as it expands into new cities and offerings. Responsibilities: Run operations and the team Manage the team and freelancers day-to-day: priorities, deadlines, weekly check-ins, and accountability Build and own systems and workflows so the business runs smoothly without Tal in every detail Track projects, budgets and KPIs, and report progress to Tal each week (Claude can do it) Run CommunityTech Client #1 Own the member journey: applications, onboarding, personal welcomes and retention Plan and run in-person events, VIP dinners and online Power Hours in LA, and support the New York chapter Keep the community active on Skool, WhatsApp and other channels, and spot members to spotlight Manage relationships with sponsors and partners Content, social media and AI Work with Tal on the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and the newsletter Use and improve our AI tools, agents and automations for content, CRM, email and member operations Keep up with new AI tools and suggest how we can use them Ideation and growth Bring new ideas for events, offers, partnerships, and revenue, and turn the best ones into plans Act as Tal's thought partner on strategy and help make decisions happen fast Represent the Club and Tal at events and meetings when needed Requirements: 4+ years in operations, community, or social media roles, with at least 2 years managing people or projects Hands-on with AI: you use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and automation platforms every day and love finding new ones Strong in social media: you understand Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, content calendars, and what makes content perform Experience building and running a community, membership, or events program Highly organized, a clear communicator, and calm when juggling many moving parts A self-starter who brings ideas, not just tasks, and follows through Entrepreneurial: startup, agency, or small business experience is a big plus About the company: A media company built around making AI practical for business builders.
