Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Deal Desk Analyst to help build and scale 1Password’s Commercial Deal Desk capability within Revenue Operations. You’ll partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams on complex commercial decisions, while turning what you learn into clear processes, guidance, and tools that help teams move faster with confidence. This role will help strengthen 1Password’s enterprise commercial capabilities as deal complexity and volume grow.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a remote opportunity within the UK.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Finance, or a related function within a Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ)/Revenue Cloud, including resolving complex quoting and cross-object issues.
- Strong understanding of commercial deal structures, including annual recurring revenue (ARR), multi-year agreements, amendments, renewals, co-terms, ramps, stub billing, bundled products, and discounting.
- Demonstrated ability to build or improve processes, documentation, approval workflows, and commercial policies in an evolving environment.
- Sound commercial judgment and the ability to balance customer and seller needs with pricing discipline, revenue integrity, and business risk.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively without formal authority and explain complex commercial concepts clearly.
- Experience using artificial intelligence (AI), automation, or workflow tools to reduce manual work and improve the quote-to-cash process is preferred.
What you can expect:
- Partner with Enterprise Account Executives (AEs), Sales Managers, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations on complex, non-standard, and high-impact deals.
- Advise on deal structure, pricing, terms, discounting, approvals, amendments, renewals, co-terms, ramps, bundled products, and other commercial considerations.
- Review and execute deal submissions in Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, ensuring quotes and contracts are accurate, complete, and ready for approval and invoicing.
- Build the foundations of the Commercial Deal Desk, including intake processes, approval routing, discount governance, exception handling, service-level agreements (SLAs), and documentation.
- Create playbooks, training materials, office hours, and practical guidance that help sales teams navigate commercial processes and quoting tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, AI tooling, and CPQ configuration, while partnering with technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
- Use deal data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks, improve deal quality, and recommend changes that support efficient, sustainable growth.
UK-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between £60,000 GBP and £84,000 GBP, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, pension, and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Developers build trust in a company through the people they meet and the experiences they have with it. We’re looking for someone to shape those experiences for 1Password.
You’ll lead our developer events and in-person community strategy: choosing where we show up, creating gatherings worth returning to, and building relationships that continue after everyone leaves the room. You’ll own the strategy and the details, from deciding whether a conference is worth the investment to welcoming developers at an event you helped produce.
You’ll start with San Francisco and New York City and help expand the program to other cities over time.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within the US, with a preference for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City.
What you can expect:
- Shape our events strategy. Build a thoughtful calendar of conferences, meetups, and 1Password-hosted events. Recommend where we should sponsor, speak, participate, or host our own gathering.
- Own conference and sponsorship decisions. Evaluate opportunities, manage organizer relationships and budgets, partner with our events team on execution, and use results to guide future investment.
- Create developer events people want to attend. Plan and run meetups, workshops, dinners, and other gatherings. Own the experience from format and speakers through venue, invitations, and on-site execution.
- Build community between events. Create ways for developers to stay connected, return, contribute, and bring others in. Treat each event as the beginning of a relationship.
- Show up in person. Be an active host and 1Password representative. You’re comfortable handling the practical details on site and having substantive conversations with developers.
- Connect events to the broader DevRel program. Partner with our Principal Developer Advocate on talks, technical content, and experiences that give developers a reason to engage.
- Work closely with marketing and sales. Build useful follow-up paths, share what you’re learning from the community, and measure how events contribute to relationships, adoption, and pipeline.
- Tell the story as it happens. Capture photos, short videos, and takeaways that help extend the reach of our events on LinkedIn and X.
What we're looking for:
- Experience building developer events or communities, ideally at a developer tools, infrastructure, or technology company.
- A track record of growing an engaged community, beyond increasing registrations or attendance.
- Strong event production skills. You know how to make an event feel welcoming, useful, and well run, and you can handle the unexpected on site.
- Experience managing sponsorships, vendors, and budgets, with sound judgment about where to invest.
- Comfort working with developer advocates, marketing, and sales to turn in-person engagement into lasting relationships.
- Strong relationships and communication skills with developers, organizers, speakers, partners, and internal teams.
- The ability to work independently, prioritize well, and travel as the program grows.
Bonus points if you have existing relationships in the San Francisco or New York developer communities, or experience working in security, identity, or infrastructure.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022. We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
OVERVIEW
We are hiring an Applied AI Strategy & Ops Lead to own and evolve our internal tooling ecosystem across Ops. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with real ownership. You’ll work across a range of tools including support platforms, AI-driven systems, and internal automations to improve how our day-to-day operations function.
You'll act like a product manager, sitting at the intersection of Operations, Engineering, and our frontline teams. You’ll partner closely with Ops leadership to set priorities, then turn them into results: refining the systems we already have, introducing new tools where they’re needed, and making sure our stack scales with the business.
This is not a AI/MI engineer or developer role. You won’t be writing production code. If your background is primarily software development, this role probably isn’t the right fit.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the roadmap for Ops tooling: gather needs from Ops leadership and frontline teams, prioritize based on impact, and make clear trade-offs.
- Design and improve workflows and automations across our support platform, AI tools, and internal systems, configuring them yourself where it makes sense.
- Partner with engineers and developers to scope requirements, write technical specs, and prioritize tooling work that matters most to Ops.
- Execute against high-priority tooling and automation initiatives across the operational stack.
- Translate defined problems into practical, well-scoped technical solutions
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current tooling and proactively address them
- Troubleshoot issues, improve system reliability, and ensure tools perform effectively in production
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in how our systems connect and operate together
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Product thinking: You’ve owned a tool, process, or internal product end to end, from defining the problem to measuring the result.
- Technical Fluency - You’re comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and automation tooling. You can build and debug independently and hold your own in technical conversations with engineers.
- Execution Discipline - You take defined problems and drive them through to completion. You manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain a high bar for quality and reliability.
- Systems Thinking - You understand how tools, workflows, and dependencies connect. You look for ways to improve how systems operate together, not just individual components.
- Problem Solving - You can take loosely defined or scoped problems and translate them into practical, well-structured solutions.
- Ownership Mindset - You take responsibility for delivering high-quality work and improving the team’s day-to-day operations through better tooling and processes.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working with support platforms such as Zendesk
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation workflows
- Background in Ops, Support, or CX environments
- Experience working with evolving or fragmented tooling stacks
HIRING PROCESS
- Application
- Case Study
- Case Interview with a team member
- Interview with Head of Core Services
- Interview with Head of Operations
- Final Culture Interview with Executive Leadership

We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. We are looking for a Senior SDK Engineer to join our team to help design, build, ship, and support end-to-end features and products that will help developers make more money. We want to bring somebody onboard that is product focused, customer focused, and passionate about building mobile SDKs with a great developer experience.
This role will primarily focus on either our iOS or Android SDK (depending on your core experience), but also requires contributions to our other platform + hybrid SDKs, from time to time. Experience in these other platforms is not a requirement but the desire and excitement to work on them is.
ABOUT YOU:
- You have 8+ years of experience in software, and have shipped mobile apps to Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- You are very experienced in Swift and Swift UI (iOS) or Java/Kotlin and Compose UI (Android)
- You are not afraid of iOS, Android, cross platform, or hybrid platforms.
- You love making products for developers.
- You love shipping good products.
- You have deep empathy for customers.
- You know how to ship high quality code using good testing practices in iterative cycles.
- You collaborate well with others and can communicate effectively in a fully-remote culture.
- You are proactive. When you see something broken, you jump on it to fix it or suggest improvements.
- You move fast, test, and iterate quickly.
- You ask questions when you're stuck on something.
- You are excited to be part of a growing team.
BONUS:
- You have experience building SDKs.
- You have experience in server driven user interfaces.
- You have shipped your own app to Google Play or the App Store.
- You have experience in Python or other backend development.
IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL:
- Learn about our customers, our SDK, the in-app subscription ecosystem, the problems RevenueCat helps solve, and how our SDKs fit into that.
- Open your first pull request and deploy changes to be used by 32,000+ apps.
- Onboard into our codebase by working on your very first project and shipping it 😺
- Learn how we maintain as much transparency as possible with our work in GitHub.
- Begin reviewing code and add to our engineering culture.
WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Be able to scope and work on projects self-sufficiently.
- Participate in code reviews, and contribute in other ways (testing, visibility, etc.) to improve reliability and quality of the codebase.
- Understand every product owned by your team.
- Understand and improve many of the codebases that the team works with.
WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Be the most knowledgeable person on several key features.
- Have your own initiatives for improving the code base and our infrastructure.
- Contribute to the team roadmap and technical direction.
- Have shipped a major product or feature.
WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL:
- Know more about mobile subscriptions than anyone ever should.
- Use your knowledge to contribute ideas to RevenueCat’s suite of solutions.
- Be able to spec, architect and build any feature we might want to build.
- Have experience in all areas of technology stack related to SDKs and be the primary expert/owner of at least one area.
- Help mentor and onboard new engineers, shaping the RevenueCat engineering culture as we continue to expand the team.
- Help prioritize the roadmap to provide maximum value to developers, while pushing the team and technology forward.

The role
OLX is launching a new Motors and Real Estate platform in Ukraine and is looking for an experienced and hands-on
Senior Head of Business Development
to be the first on-the-ground commercial leader to build it. The launch will be seeded with OLX's existing classifieds inventory in a market that already has more than 330,000 vehicle listings and 130,000 real estate listings, and there is no existing team or playbook to inherit; you'll build both.
You'll build the supply and customer relationships that underpin the new marketplace (starting with large dealers, real estate agencies, semi-professional sellers, and importers) and create the local team needed to run and grow the business. You'll operate with significant autonomy, working closely with vertical leaders of Real Estate and Motors within a broader OLX Group ecosystem globally, while drawing on local market knowledge, relationships, and the existing OLX Ukraine business where appropriate.
This is a full-time role based on the ground in
Kyiv, Ukraine
.
Responsibilities
Build and own relationships with
large dealers, semi-professional sellers, vehicle importers, and real estate agencies
, converting them into active supply partners for the new marketplaces.
Recruit, structure, and lead a
new local commercial team
from the ground up, defining roles, processes, and ways of working where none exist today. All in line with global OLX policies and culture.
Own delivery of the
stage-one marketplace launch
, built as a product seeded with existing OLX Ukraine listings.
Drive
supply-side growth and listing volume
as the top priority through the first quarter after launch.
Partner with a future sales team to design and roll out a
premium-visibility (monetization) offer
for sellers once supply scale is established.
Track the competitive landscape — classifieds players, other two-sided marketplaces, and large dealer and real estate groups — to inform positioning and prioritization.
Cooperate closely with global Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams, providing customer insights and market information to steer the vision and roll out of products and features
.
Key skills and experience
Based in
Ukraine
, or a Ukrainian national currently abroad who is willing and able to relocate back. Being on the ground is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
Proven experience in a marketplace or classifieds business, ideally with exposure to "flywheel" dynamics (supply driving demand driving further supply). This matters more than sector-specific sales experience or prior automotive or real estate expertise.
Alternatively, strong commercial leadership, business development, or sales experience from sectors where supply-partner cooperation is central and the consumer is at the heart of the business model — for example, payments, telecom, mobility, food delivery, or other two-sided platform environments.
Strong communicator with a demonstrated track record of
building relationships
with local business owners, dealers, and partners.
Comfortable
building from zero
: energized by defining process, hiring a team, and creating structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Experience in the automotive or real estate sector, prior experience in a

commercial role will be a plus.
Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a "desire to win".

Founding Tech Lead (GrowthBricks)
Are you a hands-on engineer who loves zero-to-one challenges? Do you want to build systems with real context and memory that do more than reason, use tools, and drive actual business outcomes?
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. Business context usually gets fragmented across CRMs, documents, dashboards, and people's heads. GrowthBricks brings that context together so agents and people can make decisions and execute effectively across the sales, marketing, and product stack.
What you’ll do
As our Founding Tech Lead, you will own the technical architecture and core systems from the ground up. Working directly with the product founder, you'll tackle the core challenge of turning messy, shifting business data into reliable memory and agent actions, then measuring whether those actions deliver real results. You will shape the product primitives, write much of the early code, and decide how our technical approach evolves as we learn what works.
Day to day, you will:
Design the core architecture across business context, agents, memory, tools, and feedback loops.
Build agentic workflows that reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems.
Create context extractors to process sales calls, emails, internal docs, CRM states, and campaign data.
Work closely with prompting, context management, memory, tool choice, and orchestration.
Connect GrowthBricks directly to the existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding existing tools.
Decide where to leverage MCP, APIs, or open-source frameworks, and where custom solutions are worth building.
Prototype quickly, discard weak ideas, and turn effective ones into production primitives.
What you’ll bring
Comfort working in zero-to-one environments with high technical autonomy.
A practical mindset that values clear, simple solutions over unnecessary complexity.
Confidence making key architectural decisions when requirements are still evolving.
A focus on end-user impact and willingness to iterate based on real feedback.
What you’ll need
Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and refining LLM applications, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people.
Demonstrated experience designing backend systems, data models, APIs, and integrations.
A working knowledge of context management, memory patterns, prompting strategies, and tool orchestration.
A practical understanding of modern GTM stacks (such as CRMs, enrichment tools, or marketing automation) or sales/marketing workflows is a plus.
What success looks like
In your first six months, you will have moved GrowthBricks from a blank repository to a functional product with core primitives for context extraction, memory, and orchestration. Success means building reliable workflows that real users rely on daily, establishing a pragmatic codebase, and validating that agent actions produce measurable business value.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary – We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule – Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off – More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities – Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support – Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Free meals and snacks – Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness – On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
Internal events – Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
We are an equal opportunity employer. We know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere. That’s why we do our best to create an open and inclusive workplace – one that welcomes everyone regardless of their background, identity, religion, age, accessibility needs, or orientation.
If this sounds like a challenge you'd enjoy, we’d love to hear from you. Send us your resume and a brief overview of what you've built.
About GrowthBricks
GrowthBricks is a shared business brain for GTM teams and AI agents.
It brings together the context that usually lives across CRM, docs, dashboards, tools, and people’s heads: who we sell to, why customers buy, what matters now, what we tried, and what worked. Agents and people use that context to decide what to do next and execute across the GTM stack.
GrowthBricks is a new project at JetMinds, backed by JetBrains.
About the role
We’re looking for a hands-on Founding Tech Lead to build GrowthBricks from zero.
You’ll work directly with the product founder and own the technical side of the product: architecture, core systems, integrations, and the agent layer.
The core challenge is turning fragmented, changing business context into reliable memory and agent actions across tools and measuring whether those actions actually drive business outcomes.
You’ll write a lot of the early code yourself, make the key technical decisions, and shape the product as we learn what works.
What you’ll work on
Design the core architecture: business context, agents, tools, integrations, and feedback loops.
Build agentic workflows that can reason over company context and act across CRM, sales, marketing, and product systems.
Build context extractors from GTM team artifacts like sales calls, emails, internal documents, CRM state, marketing campaigns, etc.
Work on prompting, context management, memory, tool use, and orchestration.
Connect GrowthBricks to the existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding everything around it.
Decide where to use MCP, APIs, frameworks, or third-party tools and where a custom solution is worth it.
Prototype fast, discard weak ideas, and turn the useful ones into product primitives.
We expect that you
Are a strong hands-on engineer who enjoys zero-to-one work.
Have built with LLMs, agents, or agentic workflows used by real people, and improved them based on failures, evaluations, and user feedback.
Understand how context, prompting, tools, and agent behavior fit together.
Can design backend systems, APIs, data models, and integrations.
Are comfortable making decisions before all the answers are known.
Prefer simple, pragmatic solutions over unnecessary complexity.
We’re especially interested if you
Have worked in solution engineering, sales engineering, pre-sales, or built software for GTM teams.
Understand the modern GTM stack: CRM, enrichment, outbound, automation, and product signals.
Have automated sales or marketing workflows, ideally with agents or LLMs.
Have owned a technical product from a blank repo to something people actually used.
GTM experience is not mandatory, but if you already understand how sales and marketing teams work, that is a strong advantage.
What we offer
A competitive salary and strong benefits package.
The runway and resources of an established company, with startup-level autonomy.
A founding role with direct influence over both product and architecture.
Real users and real workflows from day one.
Freedom to choose the stack, tools, and technical approach.
A chance to help define what an agent-native GTM product should look like.

A platform users trust converts better, retains longer, and earns stronger word of mouth. Fraud, abuse, and bad actors actively destroy the value we create; eliminating them is product work at its core.
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the Trust & Safety product agenda end-to-end. You will define the strategy for how we detect and prevent fraud, protect user integrity, and keep our marketplace safe - while building systems that are intelligent, proportionate, and do not create friction for the millions of legitimate users who rely on us every day. AI is central to how you will do this: not as an add-on, but as the foundation of a new generation of proactive, signal-driven safety infrastructure.
This role can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland.
What you will do:
Own the Trust & Safety product strategy and roadmap translating business risk and user insight into a clear, prioritised plan.
Shift the function from reactive incident response to proactive, intelligence-driven fraud prevention: build the Risk Engine, data signals intelligence, anomaly detection, and investigation tooling that make this possible.
Ship AI-native T&S product experiences: partner with Data Science and Engineering to design, prototype, and productionise real-time detection and decisioning systems using ML models, LLMs, and behavioural signals.
Balance fraud mitigation with growth protection—ensuring T&S interventions do not unnecessarily create friction for legitimate users or throttle marketplace supply/demand. Make hard, evidence-based trade-off decisions.
Define and track the right T&S success metrics: fraud loss rates, false positive/negative rates, time-to-resolution, user trust scores, and financial exposure. Communicate impact in business terms to senior leadership.
Partner closely with Engineering leads, Data Science, Legal, Compliance, and Operations—holding shared accountability for outcomes and navigating competing priorities.
Build long-term instrumentation, monitoring, and evaluation capabilities to measure fraud rates, detection model performance, and contributor/user impact at scale.
Establish business cases quantifying fraud losses and ROI of prevention investments; secure resources and drive prioritisation grounded in data.
Ensure products and strategies meet local and regional compliance, legal, and security requirements across all markets.
Apply AI to how you operate as a PM: faster threat analysis, synthetic user research on abuse patterns, AI-assisted spec writing, automated experimentation pipelines—whatever moves the needle on velocity.
Represent Trust & Safety at the leadership level, presenting strategy, risk posture, and results clearly to executive audiences.
What we are looking for:
Significant product management experience in the digital sector: consumer facing platform, marketplace, mobility, e-commerce, classifieds, fintech, or similar high scale environment.
Proven experience owning trust related products or problem spaces such as Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Risk, Identity & Verification, Marketplace Integrity, Account Security, Abuse Prevention, Payments Risk, or Compliance Technology.
Track record of building scalable systems that proactively detect, prevent, and mitigate abuse, fraud, risk, or other trust related issues, rather than relying solely on manual or operational processes.
Strong analytical and data driven mindset, with experience defining success metrics, evaluating impact, and making prioritization decisions based on evidence and measurable outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver complex products in regulated or high-risk environments. Experience in vendor management and collaboration.
Experience building, deploying, or working closely with machine learning, AI, risk scoring, decisioning, detection, recommendation, or automation systems. Hands-on experience with AI-powered trust or fraud products is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to balance user experience, marketplace growth, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation, making thoughtful trade offs that protect both users and the business.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership of complex problem spaces, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategy and execution across multiple teams.
Strong core product muscle that transfers across fraud domains—you've stepped into unfamiliar threat vectors, oriented fast, and delivered. Domain specificity matters; rigid domain lock-in does not.
Well versed in building, iterating core Data (Science) products at scale

Experience building trust, risk, fraud, or safety products across
multiple international markets
