Head of Marketing

OnTheGoSystems, the company behind WPML, Toolset, and PTC, is looking for a hands-on, AI-native marketer to take ownership of marketing and help shape its direction. AI is a core part of their work, and the candidate should already use AI agents, automation, integrations, and structured workflows to accomplish real marketing tasks and demonstrate achievements with them. This is a technical role involving working with their own analytics, newsletter, and marketing automation systems, requiring comfort with technical tools, setting up local development environments, and using tools like Claude to navigate technical tasks. The candidate will not join an established marketing team or follow a fixed playbook but will have the freedom to engage with clients, understand the business, identify strong opportunities, and decide marketing priorities. Задачи: — Own several marketing areas including SEO/GEO/AEO, content and collaborations with partners, authors, and bloggers, marketing to existing customers (retention and expansion), paid advertising, client analytics, and other identified marketing opportunities. — Work hands-on from opportunity identification through execution, measurement, and improvement. — In the first weeks, learn products, industry, competitors, and ecosystem; speak directly with customers to understand their needs; analyze data and existing activities; identify impactful marketing opportunities; and build a concrete plan for owned areas.
