About the Opportunity
Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.
AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. Internally, we are an AI-native team: we use AI to move faster, sharpen our thinking, and raise the quality of what we ship, and we design the AI-native tools our internal teams depend on. If you are excited to design with AI and to shape how AI shows up for both customers and colleagues, this is a place to do it at scale.
As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll design across markets with fundamentally different regulatory requirements, from newly regulated regions to our established global user base, and your work will need to satisfy strict compliance and security standards while still feeling fast, clear, and reassuring. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight. If you want to influence how millions of users experience crypto at its most critical moments, and how the teams supporting them get their work done, Core is one of the most impactful places to do it at OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership, and influence the roadmap early rather than delivering to it.
Raise the quality bar through design reviews, critique, and workshops, and bring rigor to ambiguous, high-consequence problems.
What We Look For In You
We hire against a shared set of competencies. Beyond craft, we look for how you think, decide, collaborate, and drive work forward.
Craft and expertise.
Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of your field. You analyze problems methodically and turn them into simple, effective solutions you can execute end to end.
Judgment in ambiguity.
You cut to the root of a problem, make sound calls even with incomplete information, and find the optimal path rather than the obvious one. Core problems are rarely clean, and good judgment is what keeps users safe.
Business and product sense.
You understand how the business works and where it's heading, and you connect design decisions to strategy, metrics, and real outcomes, not just the screen in front of you.
Collaboration and communication.
You communicate with clarity and precision, build genuine trust with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, and give and seek feedback that raises the whole team's work. Partners see you as a collaborator, not a service function.
Drive and curiosity.
You ask why before you design, stay resilient when problems are hard or ambiguous, and keep pushing your craft and ideas forward. You question the brief rather than just building it.
AI fluency.
Genuine fluency and enthusiasm for AI. You already use AI tools in your own work, and you're excited to design AI-driven experiences, not just adopt the buzzword.
Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces, or a track record of using AI to change how you work as a designer.
Interest in designing complex internal tools and operational workflows, not just customer-facing surfaces.
Exposure to data-informed design. You're comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale consistency across platforms.
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams. You know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.

The role / impact
As the SEM Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Xero’s global Paid Search program. This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on using automation, AI and data to unlock scalable growth and improve how our SEM operation works.
You will help evolve the technical foundations of the channel, from AI-powered optimisation workflows and automation through to feeds, scripting and new ways of using emerging technology across search. You’ll work closely with SEM specialists, Data Science, Marketing Technology and Product teams to turn complex performance challenges into scalable solutions.
Your impact will go beyond campaign optimisation. You’ll help define how Xero applies AI and automation to Paid Search, build systems that improve decision quality and speed, and act as a senior technical voice across the organisation, translating complex ideas into clear opportunities for senior stakeholders.
The team / how they connect
You will join Xero’s global SEM team, a specialist group spanning technical SEM, bidding and optimisation, creative and AI. The team manages Paid Search across Xero’s global markets and is focused on using data, experimentation and technology to continually improve performance and unlock new growth opportunities.
You’ll work closely with the Head of SEM and our existing SEM team, while partnering across Data Science, Marketing Technology, Product, CRO and the wider Performance Marketing organisation. As a senior leader within the team, you’ll bring new ideas, share your expertise and help elevate the technical capability of those around you.
Initially, you will focus on:
- Evolving the technical foundations of our global SEM program, identifying opportunities to improve scalability, automation and performance
- Building and operationalising AI-powered workflows that automate optimisation, analysis, reporting and operational processes
- Advancing our AI-driven SEM capabilities, including automated bidding and decision-making systems, with robust validation, guardrails and measurement
- Identifying and delivering new automation opportunities, turning manual or complex SEM processes into scalable, reusable solutions
- Partnering with Data Science, Marketing Technology and Product to connect data, AI and emerging technology into our SEM ecosystem
- Exploring emerging search and AI capabilities, testing where new technologies can create genuine commercial advantage
Where and how you can work
Xero offers a hybrid working model that balances flexibility with the value of working together in person. You’ll spend time in our office collaborating with the team, while also having the flexibility to work from home when it makes sense.
As part of a global SEM and Performance Marketing team, you’ll also collaborate regularly with colleagues and partners across different markets and time zones.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- Deep, hands-on SEM expertise, with experience managing large-scale, multi-market Paid Search programs and a strong understanding of Google Ads, SA360 and modern bidding and automation
- Proven technical builder capability, with experience designing and deploying automation, workflows or other technical solutions that solve real performance marketing problems
- Hands-on experience with AI and workflow orchestration tools, such as Tray.ai http://Tray.ai, AirOps, n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Claude or similar technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through complex performance and technical challenges and turn data into clear actions
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset, someone who naturally identifies opportunities, experiments and builds rather than waiting for a brief
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear recommendations and influence senior stakeholders
- A collaborative, low-ego approach, with a willingness to share knowledge, mentor others and elevate the technical capability of the wider team
If you don’t tick every box, we’d still love to hear from you. We’re looking for deep SEM and technical capability, but we know great candidates can develop those skills through different experiences and career paths. At Xero, we value your skills, curiosity, passion and the unique perspective you can bring to our team.

Perplexity's API Platform brings our work in AI, search, and agent orchestration to developers. Our customers range from AI-native startups to some of the world's largest technology companies. Working with them, alongside our own developments in building Perplexity’s core application gives our team direct exposure to how search, models, and tools are used to build and scale AI-native products and applications.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a technically fluent Customer Success Manager to help our API customers succeed and shape how we support them as the business grows. You will own a portfolio of customers, understand what they are building, and help them move from evaluation to production and broader adoption.
Alongside your accounts, you will lead projects such as product and endpoint migrations, customer enablement, and communications for product updates and incidents. You will work directly with customers developing AI products and with the engineers building the APIs they depend on. As an early member of the team, you will help shape our customer success programs and bring what you learn from customers into product decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion, building trust with developers, technical leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Understand each customer's use case, integration, and success criteria. Help them evaluate the APIs, resolve adoption barriers, and establish a path to production.
- Use account and product usage data to identify declining adoption, technical risks, and growth opportunities, then work with customers on specific next steps.
- Investigate technical questions using API documentation, sample requests, and usage data. Coordinate with Engineering and Support on deeper issues and keep customers informed through resolution.
- Lead customer-facing programs such as endpoint migrations, product rollouts, and enablement. Define milestones, coordinate internal owners, and track customer readiness and completion.
- Manage customer communications for product changes, deprecations, and outages, partnering with technical teams to provide accurate updates and clear guidance.
- Build and improve the API customer success playbook, including onboarding, account reviews, customer health signals, escalation paths, and sales-to-CS handoffs.
- Partner with Sales and account owners on renewals and expansion, using adoption, consumption, and business outcomes to demonstrate value and surface risks early.
- Bring customer feedback into product planning and work with Developer Relations and Support on documentation and enablement that address recurring needs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in customer success, technical account management, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing role at a technology company.
- Technical fluency: comfortable reading API documentation, making API requests, interpreting responses and errors, and discussing integration questions with developers.
- A track record of driving adoption, retention, or growth across a portfolio of customers, with clear ownership of follow-through.
- Experience creating or improving a customer program, playbook, or cross-functional process, not only operating an established one.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical issues clearly and communicate carefully when facts are still developing.
- Sound judgment in balancing account needs with strategic projects, setting priorities, and moving work forward without a detailed brief.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with APIs, developer tools, cloud infrastructure, or usage-based products.
- Familiarity with AI applications, search, retrieval, or agents, including how customers evaluate quality, latency, and cost.
- Working knowledge of Python or SQL for reproducing issues, analyzing usage, or automating recurring work.

We build cloud CPaaS/CCaaS infrastructure - the routing, messaging and real-time layer that contact centres run on. High traffic, event-driven services, and a UI that has to stay correct while thousands of live conversations move through it.
We're hiring a senior engineer for a team where AI agents are part of the normal development loop, not a pilot. You'll own features end-to-end across a Go backend and a React/TypeScript frontend, and you'll be accountable for everything you ship — including the parts an agent wrote.
This is not a prompt-engineering role. It's a senior engineering role where AI-assisted delivery is the default working method.
Requirements
What will you do at MMDSmart?
Own features end-to-end across Go backend and React/TypeScript frontend;
Design and develop solutions for high-load and distributed production systems;
Use AI coding agents as an integral part of your everyday development workflow;
Guide AI agents, review and verify their output, and take ownership of the final result;
Build and evolve backend services, APIs, frontend functionality, and external integrations;
Investigate complex production issues and drive them to resolution;
Contribute to architecture decisions, technical discussions, and system improvements;
Help improve our codebase and development practices to make AI-assisted engineering more effective.
You are a perfect match if you have:
5+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong Senior-level engineering fundamentals;
Strong hands-on production experience with Go - 4 years of experience;
Practical experience with React and/or TypeScript; you don’t need to be a frontend expert, but you should be comfortable working with frontend code;
Hands-on experience with high-load and distributed production systems;
Experience designing, building, and debugging production services and APIs;
Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, or similar - beyond simple autocomplete;
Ability to use AI to work effectively across different parts of the stack while critically reviewing and verifying its output;
Strong engineering judgement, ownership, and ability to make technical decisions independently.
Our Tech Stack:
Backend: Go, microservices, REST APIs, GraphQL
Frontend: React, TypeScript, Zustand / Redux Toolkit, WebSocket / SSE
Event-driven: Kafka, NATS / JetStream, RabbitMQ, event-driven architecture
Data: PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code
Observability & Performance: structured logging, metrics, tracing, profiling, high-load and concurrency tooling
AI Development: Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot and other agentic development tools
Domain: CPaaS / CCaaS, messaging, voice, real-time communication, external provider integrations
Will be a plus:
CCaaS / CPaaS / telecom background: contact-centre routing, ACD, omnichannel messaging.
Voice stack: WebRTC, SIP, media servers, or CPaaS APIs
API gateway and microservices integration; GraphQL federation.
Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD ownership, infrastructure-as-code.
Polyglot persistence: Redis for caching and ephemeral state, PostgreSQL where a document model is the wrong fit; plus the judgement to tell the difference. MongoDB Atlas or self-managed cluster operations.
Internal tooling, evals or automation built on LLM APIs.
Open-source contributions, especially in Go.
What you get:
An AI-first engineering environment where AI is part of real production development;
The opportunity to use AI to work across the full stack and expand beyond your primary expertise;
Work on high-load communication products with real business impact;
A team where Senior Engineers influence technical decisions and architecture;
Remote work.

Job Summary
This team is on a mission to stress-test the next generation of frontier AI systems to see if they can handle the rigors of real-world sales operations. We are looking for a seasoned Account Executive with deep QuickBooks expertise to serve as a subject matter expert. In this role, you won't just be selling; you will be the "manager" and "adversary" for the world’s most advanced AI models. Your goal is to design complex sales scenarios that challenge these systems and develop the grading rubrics used to evaluate their performance. If you are a sales pro who knows how to spot a mistake in a quote from a mile away, your expertise is needed to shape the future of AI in business.
Key Responsibilities
Create realistic, high-difficulty sales prompts based on real-world scenarios a sales manager, customer, or business owner would encounter.
Develop complex tasks including tiered pricing quotes, commission calculations, and converting QuickBooks sales exports into pipeline/forecast reports.
Run prompts against frontier AI models and perform "manager-level" reviews of the output to identify errors in logic, math, or professional tone.
Author objective scoring rubrics for each task, ensuring that other reviewers can consistently grade the AI's output based on pass/fail criteria (e.g., "The quote does not exceed the 15% discount cap").
Produce working deliverables such as spreadsheets, proposals, and email sequences that serve as "Gold Standard" examples for the AI to follow.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Sales Operations with a proven track record of hitting targets.
3-4+ years of hands-on experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) for estimates, invoicing, customer records, and sales reporting.
