An overview of this role
Support Engineering at GitLab isn’t just a title - you will be embedded within the Engineering department and will truly operate in an environment where Support and Engineering meet. You’ll interact with customers daily as they encounter the difficult edge cases of running GitLab in complex environments. In the space of a day, you might be doing behind the scenes work of a Linux administrator troubleshooting performance problems by using strace on a particular process, interacting with the Product team to ensure that steps in a bug report are reproducible, or interacting with the Engineering team itself by diving deep into our codebase and putting together a merge request to actually fix a customer issue.
That’s not all though - you’d equally be invited to contribute to the source code, improve our documentation, and help build out more efficient support processes in our issue tracker. We want to live in a world where everyone can contribute, and as a member of the support team, there are no barriers to using your skills to improve the experience of our users and customers.

About the Opportunity
As a key digital asset hub, Singapore is an integral part of our global strategy. Licensed by the MAS, OKX SG is focused on providing Singapore users with a secure and user-friendly platform for trading digital assets. Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

JoomPulse
is an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre and Shopee sellers, providing insights into the most profitable products and fastest-growing categories — helping sellers boost their profits with data-driven decisions.
JoomPulse is one of the key businesses of Joom Group, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes the following businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPro, the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.
Currently, we are looking for an
Senior Product Analyst.
The JoomPulse Product Analyst owns the three things that decide whether the product grows:
The quality of the data on the platform
The product analytics that tell us whether new features and new data actually move conversion and retention
The market analysis that turns our marketplace data into insight for large corporate data clients and for the press
This person makes sure we can trust our own data, makes sure every significant feature and data release is measured against its real effect on conversion and retention, and packages our marketplace data into external-facing market analysis (category trends, pricing, market dynamics) that lands with corporate clients and journalists.
Responsibilities
Transform imperfect data into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions
Conduct product research (identify growth opportunities, answer high-level questions, and formulate hypotheses for the team)
Analyze user behavior patterns and independently uncover insights that are meaningful for the product
Influence goal setting and project prioritization within the team based on data
Develop self-service capabilities in the domain (structure data to make it easily usable by AI tools, and automate routine analysis so the team can independently answer basic questions)
Identifying growth opportunities for the product, analysis and sales forecasting, including identifying seasonality and trends
Requirements
5+ years of experience in data analysis
Ability to write complex SQL queries (complex joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization)
Product-analytics depth (retention (paid & usage), cohort analysis, funnels, activation, ARPU/LTV, engagement)
Knowledge of mathematical statistics and practical experience applying it
Hands-on with a cloud warehouse (BigQuery or equivalent)
BI and data storytelling (builds and maintains dashboards (Metabase / Looker Studio or equivalent))
Skill in selecting appropriate data evaluation methods: analytics, research, or using external data
Ability to tackle complex problems in situations with incomplete data
Attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to completion
Preferred
Built a data-quality or data-observability system from scratch and owned it
Owned product analytics on a data / analytics product specifically
Python (pandas / numpy) for analysis and automation and PySpark / big-data processing for the more technical work
B2B SaaS experience
Experience in marketplace analytics and deep understanding of marketplaces base metrics and ranking algorithms
We offer
Compensation package: base salary and performance-based bonuses
Office-first: flexible hours with a possibility to work remotely 52 days per year, and 22 days of paid annual leave
Care & Wellbeing: health insurance (including dental care) for employees and their children, daily meal allowance, and 100% paid sick leave
AI-first approach: licenses and access to a wide range of AI tools
Team & Growth: collaboration with colleagues across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China, with opportunities for promotions, professional trainings, and English courses
Community & Engagement: annual team building activities, knowledge-sharing workshops, and a strong sense of team work
