- Track competitor business model and proposition shifts alongside broader market trends, and bring that intelligence into the business in a way that influences decisions
- Build business cases for new products and segments; drive initial validation with user research, platform teams and commercial leads; champion them with the relevant exec and commercial leaders
- Define what the loveholidays proposition should look like over a three to five year horizon and translate that vision into clear proposition and experience requirements for platform and commercial teams
Go-to-market
- Own go-to-market for new products and segments, coordinating across commercial and platform teams to ensure everything is in place for launch
- Define the value position and segmentation approach for each launch
- Own the assessment of initial launch performance and drive the iterations required to hit product-market fit, before handing over to our core and international operating teams to trade independently
Your skillset:
- You have significant experience in product marketing, proposition development or a closely related discipline, ideally within a consumer-facing digital business.
- You are a strong strategic thinker: you can break down complex market dynamics and translate them into a clear, well-reasoned point of view that earns buy-in across the organisation.
- You understand customers at a level that goes beyond research decks. You know how to build real insight and how to apply it to proposition decisions.
- You are an exceptional communicator, written and verbal. You can make a complex argument simple and a simple argument compelling.
- You know how to work in a matrixed organisation. You lead through influence and build momentum behind things you don't directly control.
- You have a data-driven mindset. You bring evidence to your thinking and your strategies
- You are hands-on. You can move between setting direction and doing the work, depending on what the moment requires.
Perks of joining us:
- Company pension contributions at 5%.
- Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up.

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a GTM DevOps Engineer to join our Business Systems team and own the reliability, automation, and delivery infrastructure behind our Go-To-Market (GTM) technology stack. This role sits at the intersection of platform reliability and CI/CD engineering, ensuring that our critical business systems — including Salesforce, NetSuite, MuleSoft, Workato, and an expanding portfolio of AI-powered workloads — are deployed consistently, operate resiliently, and scale with the business.
You will partner closely with Business Systems developers, architects, and business stakeholders to build and maintain the pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and operational standards that keep our GTM systems healthy and our release cycles fast and predictable. As our team builds and deploys AI agents across GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore, you will serve as the infrastructure and deployment owner for these workloads — bringing engineering discipline to an environment where AI-generated code is increasingly entering production. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives in complexity, takes ownership of platform uptime, and brings a software engineering mindset to business application operations — directly supporting GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CI/CD & RELEASE ENGINEERING
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (SFDX/Salesforce CLI), NetSuite (SuiteScript/SuiteBundler), MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform), and Workato; establish branching strategies, environment promotion standards, and release gating processes across all GTM platforms.
- Extend CI/CD practices to cover AI agent workloads deployed on GCP Cloud Run and AWS Bedrock AgentCore — including containerized builds, deployment pipelines, and automated validation gates.
- Implement safe rollout patterns — including feature toggles, phased launches, automated validation, smoke tests, and rollback procedures — to reduce deployment risk on business-critical changes.
PLATFORM RELIABILITY & OBSERVABILITY
- Own SLA/SLO definitions for core GTM systems; standardize monitoring, alerting, and runbook patterns across quote-to-cash and GTM integrations, with proactive health checks and synthetic monitoring for critical flows (e.g., Salesforce ↔ NetSuite, Workato).
- Extend observability coverage to GCP Cloud Run workloads — Cloud Scheduler jobs, agent pipelines, and integration microservices — and AWS-hosted agent infrastructure.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for platform incidents and drive post-incident reviews with actionable remediation plans.
CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE & ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT
- Manage sandbox, staging, and production environment lifecycles across GTM platforms — including refresh cycles, data masking, environment segmentation, and promotion standards that balance speed with reliability.
- Own cloud infrastructure for Business Systems-operated workloads on GCP (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, GCS, Artifact Registry) and AWS (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, Secrets Manager, Bedrock AgentCore); apply IaC practices to make provisioning repeatable and auditable.
- Establish base image pinning, dependency vulnerability scanning, and supply chain security practices for containerized workloads — particularly AI-generated codebases deployed via tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- Define and enforce patch management and container runtime ownership for vibe-coded and agentic workloads entering production.
SECRETS, ACCESS & SECURITY POSTURE
- Establish and enforce a consistent secrets management standard across all Business Systems workloads — GCP Secret Manager, AWS Secrets Manager, and equivalent — eliminating credential exposure via environment variables, source code, or client-side contexts.
- Define and maintain API key rotation policies in alignment with security standards (high-severity keys: quarterly; vendor keys: annually at minimum).
- Partner with Security and IT on IAM scoping, least-privilege service accounts, VPC configuration, and public/private endpoint governance for Cloud Run and Bedrock deployments.
- Maintain a centralized registry of deployed workloads — GitHub repos, deployment URLs, architecture docs, data classification, and observability dashboard links — accessible to AppSec and infrastructure teams.
AUTOMATION & TOOLING
- Build internal tooling, automation scripts, and automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, regression) to reduce toil and increase deployment confidence; continuously evaluate new tooling to improve developer experience.
- Develop or enforce GitHub repository templates for Cloud Run deployments that cover security audits, deployment configuration, API integration, and MCP server patterns — serving as a reusable foundation for AI-assisted builds.
GOVERNANCE, STANDARDS & COLLABORATION
- Define where self-service deployment and administration are appropriate versus where stronger change control and operational guardrails are required; serve as the DevOps SME, enabling developers to operate with autonomy within those boundaries.
- Document and maintain operational runbooks, architecture decision records (ADRs), and deployment standards as living artifacts.
- Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives that touch the GTM platform.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience deploying and managing Salesforce environments (SFDX, Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, sandboxes, change sets, or pipeline-based deployments)
- Experience with at least one additional GTM/ERP platform, such as NetSuite, MuleSoft, or Workato, in an operational or deployment capacity
- Demonstrated experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Copado
- Hands-on experience with GCP services — Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Secret Manager, Artifact Registry, GCS — in a deployment or operations context
- Experience with AWS services in an integration or operations context — Lambda, S3, SQS, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch; familiarity with Bedrock AgentCore or similar managed agent hosting infrastructure is a strong plus
- Experience managing containerized workloads, including image lifecycle, dependency scanning, and supply chain security practices
- Experience with incident management, on-call processes, and writing post-incident reviews
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Node.js for automation and tooling
- Proficiency with Git, branching strategies, and version control best practices
- Understanding of API-based integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-driven) as they apply to MuleSoft, Workato, or similar iPaaS tools
- Hands-on familiarity with secrets management across GCP Secret Manager and AWS Secrets Manager; strong grasp of security best practices in CI/CD contexts (least-privilege IAM, no hardcoded credentials, key rotation)
- Monitoring and observability tooling experience (Datadog, Splunk, Google Cloud Monitoring, CloudWatch, or similar)
- Infrastructure-as-code proficiency — Terraform or CloudFormation; experience applying IaC to Cloud Run or Lambda-based workloads preferred
- Familiarity with container security practices: base image pinning, vulnerability scanning (e.g., Artifact Registry, Trivy), and dependency management for AI-generated codebases
Operational & Mindset
- Ownership: Takes full accountability for platform uptime, deployment quality, and the operational health of GTM infrastructure end-to-end.
- Velocity: Operates with a bias for action — ships iteratively, reduces toil systematically, and keeps release cycles fast and predictable.
- AI & Automation mindset: Actively leverages AI-assisted tooling and automation to accelerate delivery, improve reliability, and reduce manual overhead across the GTM stack.
- Collaboration: Fluent cross-functional partner to developers, architects, Security, IT, and business stakeholders — enables autonomy without becoming a bottleneck.

We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
JOB SUMMARY
As a Business Systems Engineer on the GTM Engineering team, you will design, build, and operate the automation and AI systems that power ClickUp's Go-To-Market business — spanning core business products and the integration platforms that connect them. This role is AI-native at its core: you won't just maintain existing workflows, you'll actively advance our GTM systems with intelligent agents, LLM-powered automations, and next-generation integration patterns built on MCP, ClickUp Super Agents, and modern iPaaS tooling.
You'll sit at the intersection of business systems architecture and applied AI — partnering with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and fellow GTM Systems engineers to eliminate toil, accelerate revenue workflows, and build the automated, AI-augmented infrastructure the company runs on. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone deeply fluent in enterprise business systems, excited about deploying production AI, and committed to genuine ownership of the platforms they build — directly supporting GTMSOE's broader mission of operational excellence across the GTM org.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
AI-NATIVE AUTOMATION & AGENT DEVELOPMENT
- Design and build AI-powered automations and agentic workflows across the GTM tech stack — including Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and MuleSoft — to eliminate manual effort and accelerate business operations.
- Develop and deploy ClickUp Super Agents and LLM-based automations to automate tasks such as deal data enrichment, quote generation assistance, order validation, revenue recognition triggers, and exception handling in quote-to-cash workflows.
- Architect and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations that allow AI agents to interact with business systems contextually and safely — enabling intelligent, event-driven actions across the GTM platform.
- Explore and evaluate emerging AI capabilities (RAG, fine-tuning, multi-agent orchestration) and determine which are production-ready for GTM business systems use cases.
- Build reusable AI templates, automation patterns, and agent blueprints that can be extended across the GTM Engineering team.
BUSINESS SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & ARCHITECTURE
- Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, MuleSoft, DealHub (CPQ), and other GTM platforms — with a strong bias toward clean architecture, low technical debt, and supportable design.
- Own end-to-end integration patterns for critical business flows such as lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, order-to-fulfillment, and revenue reporting pipelines.
- Design data flows and transformation logic that keep business data accurate, consistent, and accessible across systems without creating fragile point-to-point dependencies.
- Apply a build-vs-buy mindset: evaluate whether a given automation need is best solved with native platform capabilities, iPaaS tooling, or custom code — and make the case clearly.
PLATFORM DEVELOPMENT & TOOLING
- Build internal tooling, low-code/no-code solutions, and lightweight applications using platforms such as Retool, Replit, or similar to extend business systems capabilities with minimal overhead.
- Write automation scripts and data transformation logic in Python, JavaScript, or Apex as needed to bridge gaps that platform tooling cannot address natively.
- Utilize Zapier, Workato, and similar iPaaS platforms to orchestrate cross-system workflows that are maintainable, observable, and well-documented.
- Own the full lifecycle of what you build: discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
RELIABILITY, OBSERVABILITY & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Monitor the health and performance of automations and integrations you own; proactively identify degradation, data inconsistencies, or failure patterns before they impact business operations.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of integration failures or automation breakdowns and drive durable fixes — not just incident patches.
- Maintain runbooks and operational documentation so that platform behavior is understandable and recoverable by the broader team.
- Gather feedback from business stakeholders and iterate on existing automations to improve accuracy, reduce edge cases, and adapt to evolving GTM processes.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
- Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Customer Success stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-scoped technical solutions.
- Work closely with GTM Systems Engineering, DevOps, and BSA teammates on architecture decisions, intake prioritization, and delivery execution.
- Contribute to the GTM Systems Engineering operating model: maintain task hygiene, communicate proactively on large initiatives, and log AI/automation work in the team's AI Excellence registry.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for business systems automation and AI — educating stakeholders on what's possible and setting realistic expectations on scope and delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
- 3–5+ years in a business systems engineering, systems administration, or integration engineering role.
- Demonstrated experience building and shipping automations or integrations that delivered measurable business value in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and at least one ERP platform (NetSuite strongly preferred).
- Experience deploying AI or LLM-powered automations in a production business systems context — or a clear, demonstrated trajectory toward it.
- Experience working in a high-velocity environment where you manage multiple concurrent priorities and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Optional but valued: experience with DealHub (CPQ), ClickUp, quote-to-cash workflows, or revenue operations systems.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical
- Salesforce configuration, automation (Flow, Process Builder), Apex, and data model design — admin or developer-level proficiency required.
- NetSuite workflows, SuiteScript, SuiteBundler, saved searches, and data model — particularly as it relates to order management, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Hands-on experience with Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier, or comparable iPaaS platforms — including multi-step flows, error handling, and observability.
- Practical experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), prompt engineering, agentic workflow design, and MCP integrations. Experience with ClickUp Super Agents is a strong plus.
- Proficient with Python, JavaScript, or Apex for automation scripting and data transformation; comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of business systems data models and integration patterns (event-driven, batch, real-time).
Operational & Mindset
- Ownership: You take full responsibility for the systems you build — from reliability and documentation to stakeholder trust and continuous improvement. You don't hand off and walk away.
- Velocity: You move fast, iterate, and ship. You know when "good enough and deployed" beats "perfect and blocked," and you never sacrifice reliability or data integrity to get there.
- AI & Automation mindset: You default to asking "how can an agent or LLM handle this?" before reaching for a manual workflow — experimenting confidently and evaluating critically.
- Collaboration: You bridge the gap between technical architecture and business impact, asking clarifying questions, challenging assumptions respectfully, and earning trust with the stakeholders you support.
- Growth: You stay current on emerging AI capabilities, evaluate what's production-ready, and continuously raise the bar on what GTM systems can do.
WHAT YOU'LL WORK WITH
- Salesforce: CRM platform — automations, Flow, Apex, data model, reporting, and CPQ/OTC integrations.
- NetSuite: ERP platform — SuiteScript, workflows, order management, billing, and revenue recognition flows.
- ClickUp Super Agents: AI-powered automation and agentic task orchestration within the ClickUp ecosystem.

About Metabase
Metabase is the leading open-source business intelligence and embedded analytics platform — trusted by tens of thousands of organizations to put data in the hands of everyone, not just analysts. From no-code dashboards to white-labeled in-app analytics powered by our React SDK, we help teams move faster by making data genuinely accessible. We're a remote-first company that cares deeply about craft, clarity, and building tools people actually love to use.
The Role
We're looking for a Product Marketer to help tell the story of what Metabase does and why it matters. You'll work at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing — translating complex capabilities into crisp, compelling narratives that resonate with data teams, developers, and business users alike. This is a high-ownership role with real creative latitude and close collaboration with product and go-to-market teams.
What You'll Do
Own positioning and messaging for one or more product areas (e.g., embedded analytics, self-serve BI, AI features, enterprise/cloud)
Drive product launch strategy for new features and releases, coordinating across product, engineering, design, sales, and customer success
Build and maintain sales enablement materials — battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, and objection handling guides
Conduct ongoing competitive research and maintain a sharp understanding of the BI and analytics landscape
Partner with content and demand gen on campaigns, SEO narratives, and thought leadership that drives pipeline
Conduct customer and prospect interviews to surface insights that sharpen positioning and inform roadmap
Represent the customer voice internally — synthesizing insights from win/loss analysis, interviews, and community feedback to influence product and marketing strategy
Support category-level storytelling at industry events
What We're Looking For
Experience in product marketing in B2B SaaS; analytics, data tooling, or developer tools experience is a strong plus
Exceptional writer — you can take a dense technical concept and make it land for a non-technical audience without losing accuracy
Comfortable working with data: you've used tools like Metabase and can speak credibly to data workflows
Proven track record of launching products or features end-to-end
Strong cross-functional collaborator who thrives in a fast-moving, async-friendly environment
Bonus: experience marketing to both technical buyers (data engineers, developers) and business buyers (ops, finance, product)
Bonus: experience working across multiple GTM motions (product-led, sales-assisted, enterprise) and buyer personas
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is $150K–$225K annually, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
Benefits
We offer meaningful equity and a comprehensive US benefits package, including fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days, flexible and unlimited paid time off including sick time, and an asynchronous, remote-first environment.
What it's like to work at Metabase
We're a global team (50% outside the US), fully distributed (from Thailand to California), who get things done asynchronously, with plenty of uninterrupted time, supporting each other to do the best work of our careers. We offer flexibility (define your own schedule and work from wherever you want), autonomy, and an environment that fosters growth, learning, and development. We're relentlessly user-focused and believe in building long-term value, not short-term hacks. And we raised a $30M Series B to take our approach to the next level for years to come.
For U.S. applicants: Metabase participates in the federal E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of newly hired U.S. based employees. E-Verify is not used as a tool to pre-screen candidates and is only initiated upon hire.

At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
What is the role:
Offchain is looking for a VP of Marketing who can lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, shape a distinctive market position for Offchain and its products, and turn the growing adoption of blockchain technology into a clear and compelling narrative.
This leader will own marketing across brand, communications, product marketing, content, social, partner marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations. They will set a high bar for the function, bring energy and clarity to the team, and help build the commercial infrastructure required to connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
We are looking for a vigilant, hands-on operator. Someone who sees the market moving, spots the story before it’s obvious, writes and edits with precision, and turns strategy into shipped work quickly.
This person should be as comfortable shaping a founder keynote or editorial thesis as they are reviewing launch copy, assessing funnel performance, coaching a team member, or pushing a cross-functional project over the line.
The right candidate has led and inspired high-performing marketing teams in a high-growth technology environment. They know how to build a brand and narrative that cuts through, develop exceptional talent, and create a measurable growth engine. They understand crypto or are deeply motivated to learn it.
The work must be technically grounded, human in delivery, and anchored in clear business outcomes for the customer segments we serve.
What you'll do:
Marketing leadership and team building
Lead and inspire the marketing function across brand, product marketing, communications, content, social, partnerships, campaigns, and creative.
Set an ambitious vision for marketing and create the energy, clarity, and momentum required to bring the team with you.

Build a stronger editorial engine, including essays, reports, partner stories, market commentary, launch narratives, and recurring content franchises.
Ensure external communications are precise, differentiated, defensible, and grounded in real product value.
Demand generation, marketing infrastructure, and revenue impact
Build the marketing capabilities required to translate awareness and engagement into qualified demand, customer adoption, ecosystem growth, and commercial outcomes.
Partner closely with Business Development to understand the evolving needs of customers and identify the marketing materials, programs, and campaigns needed to move opportunities forward.
Establish the measurement and attribution infrastructure required to understand how campaigns, content, events, partnerships, web activity, product engagement, and executive channels contribute to enterprise pipeline, customer adoption, monetizable activity, and revenue.
Understand which marketing programs influence conversion and where investment should increase, decrease, or shift.

Build reporting habits that show what is working, what needs to change, and where marketing is creating measurable business impact.
Guide the team in using data to improve campaigns, content, channels, audience strategy, conversion, and resource allocation.
Manage budget, marketing technology, vendors, and agency relationships with discipline.
What you'll need:
10 to 15+ years of marketing experience, ideally across high-growth technology, fintech, infrastructure, developer platforms, crypto, or enterprise software.
5+ years leading multidisciplinary marketing teams across brand, product marketing, communications, content, campaigns, demand generation, or go-to-market.
Track record of exceptional leadership, building and inspiring high-performing teams while raising the ambition and quality of the work.
Experience building distinctive brands and market narratives in complex, technical, or rapidly evolving categories.
Strong commercial instincts and an understanding of how marketing drives customer adoption, pipeline, and revenue.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Deployed Engineer…You’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos, not research, but systems that real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and the work you do directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S:
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $165,000–$380,000 USD
