About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's EMEA Startups team works with the companies building AI-native products on Claude, from Seed through Series B and beyond. The Growth Account Executive owns a portfolio of startups that are already building on Claude and is responsible for growing that relationship: deepening Claude's role in the customer's product, structuring the commercial agreements that support their scale, and defending the account as the competitive landscape shifts.
This is a consultative role. Native AI companies move fast, change direction often, and make decisions on technical merit. Earning a seat at the table means building real relationships with founders and technical leaders, understanding their product and roadmap as well as they do, and helping them build on the frontier — bringing them the latest models and capabilities early, showing them what's possible, and turning that into adoption. Commercial outcomes follow from that trust.
You work closely with our Applied AI (AAI) team, who bring deep technical partnership to our highest-potential accounts, but you are expected to understand what each customer is building and identify the next use case yourself. Helping customers build on the frontier is part of this job, not something you hand off.
Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of high-potential AI-native startups across EMEA, with full accountability for revenue growth and retention
Build long-term, trusted relationships with founders, CTOs and technical leads, acting as their advisor on how to build with Claude
Help customers build on the frontier: bring new model releases and capabilities to them early, work through where they apply, and drive adoption into the core of the product
Develop use cases: understand each customer's product and roadmap, identify where Claude can go deeper, and make it happen
Structure, size and time usage-based commitments, including multi-surface agreements across the Claude API, Claude Code and Claude for Work
Navigate competitive pressure, including aggressive discounting, with a clear point of view on value rather than price
Partner with the Applied AI team on technical strategy for your accounts and coordinate their involvement where it creates the most leverage
Build and maintain relationships across the EMEA VC and accelerator ecosystem to source and qualify pipeline
Bring structured feedback from your portfolio to Product and Go-to-Market leadership
You may be a good fit if you have
5+ years of quota-carrying experience in consumption or usage-based sales at a cloud provider, infrastructure, data platform or developer tools company
A track record of expanding existing accounts: you have carried a growth or expansion number and understand how commits, credits and usage curves work
A consultative selling style, with evidence that customers treat you as an advisor rather than a vendor
Experience selling to early- and growth-stage startups and comfort with the pace and informality of founder-led companies
Enough technical depth to hold a credible conversation with a CTO about APIs, model selection and AI product architecture, and to recognise where a new capability fits
Existing relationships in the European startup, VC or accelerator ecosystem
Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
Strong candidates often have
Time inside a startup, not just selling to them
Hands-on experience building with LLMs, even on side projects
A history of describing wins by what the customer built rather than the size of the deal
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
€155.000

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHY INTEGRATIONS ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
Your work puts Langfuse into developers’ hands.
Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month, and for many developers the first thing they touch is an integration — a few lines of code that connect their favorite framework to Langfuse. When that experience is seamless, they’re wow’ed. When it’s not, we might have lost them. You’ll own that critical first impression across 40+ framework integrations.
You’ll live at the frontier of LLM application development.
The AI framework ecosystem moves fast — new agent frameworks, orchestration libraries, and model providers emerge every week. You’ll be among the first to instrument them, giving you unmatched exposure to how cutting-edge AI applications are built. The developers you serve are some of the most ambitious software engineers in the world, and working closely with them will make you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
Everything you build is open source and immediately visible.
All Langfuse integrations are MIT-licensed. When you ship a new integration or improve an existing one, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they’ll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and maintain framework integrations. Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You’ll own these integrations end-to-end — from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance as frameworks evolve. When a new framework gains traction, you’ll be among the first to instrument it.
- Design new integration patterns for emerging frameworks. When a framework or a new agent orchestrator appears, you’ll evaluate it, design the right instrumentation approach (callback handler, decorator, OTEL auto-instrumentation, or a combination), build the integration, write the docs, and ship it. You’ll develop strong opinions on what makes a great integration experience.
- Contribute to the core SDKs. While integrations are your primary focus, your work will surface needs in our Python and TypeScript SDKs. You’ll contribute improvements to the core SDK when your integration work demands it — whether that’s a new hook point, better context propagation, or performance optimizations.
- Write documentation and integration guides. At Langfuse, docs are part of our core product. When you ship a new integration, the guide ships with it. You’ll own the integration docs, quickstart tutorials, cookbooks, and migration paths that help developers get started in minutes.
- Be a voice in the developer community. You’ll engage with framework communities, respond to integration-related GitHub issues, write blog posts about new integrations, and be present in our Slack/Discord channels. You’ll build relationships with framework maintainers and represent Langfuse in the broader AI developer ecosystem.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Passionate about the LLM ecosystem. You’ve built real applications with frameworks like LangChain, Pydantic AI, Vercel AI SDK, LlamaIndex, or similar — or you have a deep willingness to go deep and get your hands dirty with every major framework in the space. You’re excited about this ecosystem, not just familiar with it.
- Strong in Python and/or TypeScript. You write clean, reliable code. You don’t need to be a systems-level performance expert, but you care about code quality and understand that integrations run inside other people’s production systems.
- Product-minded engineer. You think about the developer who’s going to use your integration at 11pm trying to ship a feature. You obsess over the getting-started experience: how many lines of code does it take? Is the error message helpful? Does the docs example actually work?
- Self-directed and motivated. You know how to develop conviction about what to build and how to ship it. You don’t wait for detailed specs — you investigate the framework, talk to users, and propose the right approach.
- Excited about open source and developer community. You genuinely enjoy talking to developers about their integration challenges, writing clear documentation, and contributing to open source projects.
- Thrives in a small, accountable team. Your output is visible and matters. You’re comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks.
CS or quantitative degree preferred, but not required. We care far more about what you’ve built and your hunger to learn.
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation
- Contributions to popular open source projects, SDKs, or developer tools
- Experience building developer tooling, CLIs, or client libraries
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Active presence in AI/ML developer communities (blog posts, talks, open source)
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.
PROJECTS YOU COULD OWN
- Build and ship a Langfuse integration for an emerging agent framework (e.g., OpenClaw, new OTEL-based instrumentation)
- Design the integration pattern for a new category of AI tools (e.g., voice agents via LiveKit/Pipecat)
- Create comprehensive quickstart cookbooks that get developers from zero to traced in under 5 minutes
- Work with the OpenTelemetry community to improve GenAI semantic conventions
- Maintain and upgrade our most popular integrations (OpenAI, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK) as those frameworks ship breaking changes

Do you care about keeping developer tools running reliably, enjoy digging into the systems and infrastructure behind them, and know that reliable tools make all the difference for development teams? If you are calm under pressure, enjoy diagnosing complex systems, want to help developers overcome technical hurdles, and thrive on deep problem-solving across diverse tech stacks, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
About TeamCity
TeamCity is a highly scalable CI/CD server that integrates across the modern software ecosystem. Because it supports complex server-side setups and SaaS deployments, issues can stem from the product itself or the surrounding infrastructure.
What you’ll do
As part of our Support Engineering team, you will act as a crucial link between global engineering teams and our internal product developers. You will take ownership of incoming technical issues, pinpoint root causes, and provide working resolutions or clear escalations. You'll work American-timezone hours to give our global community timely, effective support.
Day to day, you will:
Identify whether an issue stems from the product, infrastructure, or third-party integrations.
Provide workarounds, submit bug reports, or escalate issues directly to development.
Capture insights and publish solutions following KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) principles.
Share user feedback with internal product teams to shape future tool improvements.
What you’ll bring
A systematic and structured, but flexible approach to troubleshooting complex software and infrastructure issues.
A clear, direct communication style that explains technical details in ways others can understand.
Comfort working independently across distributed teams and time zones.
Curiosity about how different build systems, VCS providers, and clouds operate together.
An inclination to leave documentation and systems better than you found them.
What you’ll need
Fluency in English, with strong written communication skills.
The ability to work aligned with American time zones.
Practical experience troubleshooting web servers and applications (such as Tomcat and Java-based environments).
A working knowledge of relational databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL).
Hands-on experience with version control tools and hosting platforms (such as Git or Perforce, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
Familiarity with build automation tools (such as Gradle, Maven, or .NET build systems).
An understanding of containerized environments or cloud infrastructure (such as Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure).
What success looks like
Success in this role means resolving complex support cases efficiently while maintaining clear communication with developers. You build trust by accurately diagnosing underlying infrastructure or application bugs rather than addressing symptoms alone. Over time, your contributions to the knowledge base reduce repeat issues, and your feedback helps product teams make TeamCity more resilient.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join Systems Engineering and own the roadmap for the capabilities and technology that power Fivetran’s global Customer Support organization.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Support and Engineering, partnering with Support leaders to understand their biggest challenges, define what we should build, and work with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll work across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and automation, with Zendesk at the center of a broader ecosystem of APIs, integrations, and custom services.
You’ll work with a diverse, global group of stakeholders and need to build trust quickly, flex your communication style, and confidently guide teams toward the right solution rather than simply taking requests at face value. This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly, asks great questions, and can bring structure to loosely defined problems. You’ll need strong technical instincts and the confidence to go beyond the initial request, understand the underlying problem, and recommend a simpler or more scalable approach.
Technologies You’ll Use
Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Slack workflows, APIs and integrations, Lucidchart, SQL, Looker, Google Workspace, AI and automation technologies, and other systems supporting Fivetran’s customer experience.
What You’ll Do
As a TPM for our Support systems, you'll be responsible for defining what we build, shaping how we deliver it, and driving alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Product Management
Partner with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain the Customer Support systems roadmap.
Intake, evaluate, and prioritize requests across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and support automation.
Own requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution scoping for prioritized initiatives.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product, process, and systems requirements, asking the right questions to uncover the broader problem behind the request.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve agent and customer experiences, and increase Support efficiency through automation and better systems.
Technical Leadership
Partner with Systems Engineering to design scalable solutions across Zendesk and its broader integration ecosystem.
Develop deep expertise in Support processes, Zendesk capabilities, APIs, integrations, automation, and data flows to support solution design, systems analysis, testing, and implementation.
Shape technical tradeoffs that balance business value, customer experience, delivery effort, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Evaluate opportunities to use AI, automation, and evolving support technologies to improve service delivery while thoughtfully incorporating human oversight where needed.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations through active participation in testing and validation.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
Build trusted partnerships across a diverse, global stakeholder group spanning Support, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Legal, and other teams.
Adapt your communication and working style across stakeholders while confidently providing recommendations and constructively challenging ideas when needed.
Drive alignment on priorities, requirements, tradeoffs, and implementation approaches.
Partner with technical and business teams throughout design, testing, rollout, enablement, and adoption.
Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Skills We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Technical Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Implementation Consulting, or a related technical role.
Experience working with customer support, customer experience, or other complex business workflows in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong technical foundation with experience working across APIs, integrations, data flows, automation, and interconnected business systems.
Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined stakeholder requests, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear problems, requirements, and scalable solutions.
Strong product judgment with the ability to look beyond a requested solution, understand the underlying need, and recommend simpler or more effective approaches.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and adapt your approach across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requests and competing priorities.
Strong execution skills with experience carrying initiatives through requirements, design, testing, rollout, and adoption.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and how they can improve customer and employee experiences.
Bonus Skills
Hands-on experience administering Zendesk or building applications and integrations using the Zendesk API.
Experience with AI-enabled customer support, agent-assist, or workflow automation technologies.
Experience with workforce management, premium support, or differentiated service models.
Experience supporting Professional Services or other post-sale customer workflows.
Experience integrating or consolidating customer support platforms, portals, or processes.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are the greatest technical minds in the world—developers at elite enterprises building the future of software—and they deserve answers that go deeper than a knowledge base link.
We are architecting the Technical Support engine. We’re looking for a veteran engineer to help us redefine the standard of technical support by combining deep human expertise with autonomous agentic systems. You are a debugger of both code and systems. You will treat support volume as a data signal to build automated resolution paths, ensuring our human engineers only touch the most complex, high-impact architectural puzzles.
Sentry Support Engineers aren't just clearing queues; they are Orchestrators. You will engage with our users across GitHub, Discord, and our internal systems, while acting as the Technical Lead for our Agentic Ops. You ensure that when a developer asks a complex question, our systems have the right context and a seamless "Human-in-the-Loop" path to you when deep, nuanced expertise is required.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Master the Sentry Ecosystem & Support Elite Developers
- Deep-Dive Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis on complex issues and distributed tracing gaps across polyglot environments.
- Support the Great Minds: Act as a strategic consultant for senior engineers at our largest enterprise customers, solving high-stakes architectural challenges that push the boundaries of observability.
- Troubleshoot SDK Implementations: Go deep into the source code of Sentry’s SDKs to help developers instrument complex frameworks and custom environments.
- Engineering Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between the world's best developers and our product teams, using data from your systems to prioritize high-impact platform fixes.
Engineer Agentic Operations (The Scaling Engine)
- Deterministic Support Paths: Engineer the logic that powers our support agents, moving beyond probabilistic guesses to high-fidelity, autonomous resolutions.
- Knowledge Engineering: Build the right context into our systems so they can resolve issues consistently and indefinitely.
- Agentic Tooling Development: Use MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Sentry’s internal APIs to build "skills" for our agents, allowing them to perform complex lookups or state-checks autonomously.
- The Seer Philosophy: We’ve already proven AI can handle autonomous production fixes with Seer. You will apply that same philosophy to the support lifecycle—moving us from a "Help Desk" to an "Autonomous Resolution Engine."
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF
- You love eliminating Non-scalable effort: you enjoy automating repetitive work and take pride in building systems that save time and effort.
- You’re a Full-Stack Troubleshooter: You enjoy jumping from a React frontend issue to a Python backend trace to a CI/CD pipeline failure in a single afternoon
- You Value Evidence-Based Support: You prefer looking at data trends over anecdotal evidence to decide where to build automation next.
- You’re a Developer Advocate: You want to guide the industry on how elite engineers and AI co-exist in a high-density technical ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development, with a track record of solving high-complexity SaaS problems.
- Strong Coding Foundations: Mastery of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby. You are comfortable reading SDK source code and identifying bugs in production-level repositories.
- Systems Depth: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and the "path of a pixel" from frontend to database.
- AI & Automation Literacy: Practical familiarity with LLM orchestration (RAG, context windows, system prompts) and a critical eye for where AI succeeds versus where it requires human intervention.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain complex architectural concepts to a human and write precise "system instructions" for an AI.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Open Source Contributor: An active presence on GitHub or experience maintaining open-source libraries.
- Former Software Developer: You’ve spent time in the trenches as a full-time dev and know exactly what keeps our customers up at night.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $125,000 to $150,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
PlayStation Studios has created some of the most loved worlds, characters, and stories in entertainment. Our opportunity now is to build those IP with greater intention — growing audiences, deepening fandom, and creating more ways for people to engage with PlayStation franchises beyond the release of a game.
We are looking for a Lead Franchise Strategist to help shape that work.
This is not an integrated marketing role, a licensing or consumer products role, or a role focused on extending a launch campaign. We are looking for someone who understands how entertainment franchises are built over time — across audiences, stories, formats, products, experiences, and partners.
Gaming experience is valuable but not required. Experience in film, television, animation, publishing, consumer products, licensing, live experiences, or location-based entertainment may be just as relevant.
What matters most is that this person has helped build something. They can look at an IP, understand what makes it special, identify where the strongest audience and commercial opportunities exist, and turn that into a clear and credible plan for growth.
This role will work across PlayStation Studios, Portfolio Strategy, PlayStation Productions, brand, marketing, insights, finance, consumer products, licensing, legal, and Sony Group partners — connecting creative ambition, audience demand, and commercial opportunity while protecting what fans already love.
Key Responsibilities
Lead franchise strategy work for assigned priority PlayStation IP, from initial opportunity assessment through long-term planning and cross-functional alignment
Develop franchise strategies that define audience opportunity, positioning, expansion potential, commercial rationale, and priorities for growth
Proactively identify new ways priority IP could grow, including opportunities that may sit outside PlayStation’s existing franchise playbook
Identify where each franchise has the strongest potential across film, television, animation, publishing, consumer products, music, live and location-based experiences, partnerships, and digital/community engagement
Help define what each franchise should become over time — and just as importantly, where it should not go
Use audience research, fandom insights, market trends, competitive benchmarks, and commercial data to make clear recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners
Translate franchise ambition into practical roadmaps, sequencing, decision frameworks, and execution priorities
Support the development of franchise bibles, IP briefs, creative guardrails, and other tools that enable partners to build from a shared understanding of the IP
Partner with finance and business teams to understand and articulate the value of franchise activity across games and adjacent businesses
Help evolve PlayStation’s approach to long-term franchise planning, bringing greater consistency and rigor to how opportunities are identified, evaluated, and prioritized
Champion the fan perspective — understanding what audiences love, where they want more, what will feel authentic, and where expansion could damage trust
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in franchise strategy, IP development, entertainment strategy, brand expansion, audience growth, or a related field, with a track record of independently leading complex strategic work
A track record of helping build, shape, expand, or revitalize entertainment IP, ideally across multiple formats or business areas
Strong understanding of fandom — how audiences discover, engage with, spend around, advocate for, and stay connected to IP over time
Experience working across creative and commercial disciplines, including areas such as production, research, finance, marketing, licensing, consumer products, and external partnerships
Ability to synthesize complex creative, audience, and commercial information into clear recommendations, influence senior stakeholders, and build alignment around a direction
Strong creative taste and commercial judgment — someone who can see both the magic of an IP and the business around it
Experience with areas such as franchise architecture, audience segmentation, IP positioning, content roadmaps, commercial planning, or long-range portfolio strategy
Comfort operating in ambiguity and creating structure around IP that may not yet have a fully formed franchise ecosystem
Ability to challenge assumptions constructively and make thoughtful calls about what is worth doing, what should wait, and what should not happen at all
A practical, collaborative approach and the ability to influence across teams without always owning final execution
Experience with global entertainment brands or IP with multi-market potential is a plus
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a builder, not a caretaker. They may have worked on established IP or helped build something from an earlier stage, but they are most energized by the question of what comes next.
They can look at a game world, character, story, or fanbase and see the broader franchise potential — not as a list of extensions, but as a connected system of creative expansion, audience growth, and long-term value.
They are equally comfortable talking about story, fandom, audience behavior, commercial models, and execution realities. They know that not every IP should become everything. They have the discipline to prioritize, the taste to protect what matters, and the strategic instincts to spot where PlayStation can create something fans will genuinely care about.
Success in This Role Looks Like
The priority PlayStation IP they support have clear, actionable long-term franchise strategies
Teams across PlayStation and Sony have a shared understanding of where those franchises can grow, where they should not, and why
New opportunities are identified proactively and evaluated earlier and more consistently, with strong audience, creative, and commercial rationale
Fans have meaningful ways to stay connected with PlayStation worlds between major game releases
The role contributes to a more coordinated and repeatable approach to building PlayStation franchises for the long term

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Payward Services (PWS) is the Infrastructure arm of Payward, the parent company of Kraken, whose businesses span trading, payments, custody, banking, asset management, and services. PWS gives regulated businesses direct API access to the infrastructure that has powered Kraken for 15+ years.
Payward holds 100+ regulatory licences, operates in 190+ jurisdictions, and processes $2T+ in annual volume. Payward has also applied for a national trust company charter to offer custody and trust services to institutional and high-net-worth clients across the U.S. The company is backed by strategic investors including Citadel Securities, Jane Street, Deutsche Börse, and Nasdaq.
Operated through Paywards’s regulated entities, custody combines segregated client accounts, institutional-grade key management and cold storage, independent audit and control reporting, and direct connectivity into Kraken's exchange, staking, and financing rails. Clients get the security posture of a dedicated custodian alongside the liquidity and product depth of one of the longest-running exchanges in crypto.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As Senior Sales Lead, Custody & Wealth Management, you will lead the go-to-market efforts for Payward custody offering, including qualified custody, across two motions:
Institutional custody sales: Sell to banks, neobanks, fintechs, payment companies, brokerages, exchanges, asset managers, and any business that needs regulated digital asset custody, globally.
B2B2C wealth solutions: Work with Product to design and launch embedded custody and digital asset solutions. Private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and platforms serving high-net-worth clients can offer these to their own clients under their own brand, alongside PWS staking, trading, payments, and tokenized assets.
You will report to the Global Head of Sales, Payward Services, as a senior individual contributor. You will work closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, Compliance, and Onboarding, and act as the voice of the custody and wealth market in roadmap discussions.
Lead and help define the global GTM strategy for Custody across institutional segments, asset managers, ETF and fund issuers, hedge funds, market makers and prop firms, banks and wealth platforms, corporates and treasuries, family offices, token issuers and foundations, and exchanges requiring third-party custody.
This role will be expected to:
- Grow assets under custody and custody revenue as the primary outcomes, with clear ownership of targets, forecasting, and pipeline discipline
- Develop commercial frameworks across custody, trading, and yield products including vaults and staking.
- Lead revenue across a range of relationships from long cycle RFP driven enterprise mandates to mid-market motion for funds, corporates, and crypto-native clients who need to onboard fast.
- Own the full client lifecycle from qualification and diligence through agreement negotiation, onboarding, and expansion into staking, trading, collateral, and settlement.
- Build and scale a revenue growth in the custody and wealth management vertical across a global Sales and BD organization, with an AI-first approach to tooling, pipeline management, and operational efficiency.
- Establish Payward as the default custodian across the institutional ecosystem, fund administrators, wealth managers, family offices, consultants, prime brokers, OTC desks, and the service providers who shape custodian space.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Finance to align commercial strategy with platform capability and the regulatory perimeter of each entity
- Expand Payward’'s custody footprint across the UK, Europe, US and APAC and other priority markets, with a clear view on licensing constraints and how to sequence market entry
- Feed the product roadmap with structured client demand: asset and chain coverage, staking, reporting and integrations, collateral mobility, and off-exchange settlement
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2B or B2B2C revenue organizations within digital asset custody, Wealth management, traditional custody and asset servicing, or regulated financial infrastructure
- Proven track record closing and expanding complex, long-cycle mandates with institutional clients where security, regulatory, and operational diligence sit at the center of the buying decision
- Deep understanding of the wealth management space, how institutions actually select a custodian, risk and investment committees, operational due diligence, asset segregation and bankruptcy remoteness, insurance, audit and control reporting, and multi-custodian mandates
- Deep experience structuring custody economics: AUC-based pricing, minimums, revenue-share models, and multi-product commercial agreements
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence at the C-suite and board level
- Experience building and leading high-performing global Sales and BD teams
- Demonstrated ability to implement AI-first sales tooling, CRM discipline, and scalable go-to-market systems
- International experience strongly preferred; US and European market knowledge
- Genuine conviction in crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure or deep, transferable expertise from traditional custody, fund services, or prime brokerage with a clear path to crypto fluency
NICE TO HAVES
- Direct experience selling qualified custody, staking, or prime brokerage services to institutional clients
- Relationships across the institutional service provider ecosystem: fund administrators, auditors, consultants, transfer agents, and ETF issuers
- Working knowledge of institutional key management (MPC, HSM, multi-sig), cold storage architecture, off-exchange settlement, and collateral mobility
- Familiarity with KYC/AML frameworks and digital asset licensing regimes across multiple jurisdictions
- Experience scaling a B2B sales motion from founder-led or relationship-led origination to a structured, team-driven engine
- Experience selling into token issuers, foundations, and protocol treasuries alongside traditional financial institutions
- Exposure to staking economics, validator operations, and the reporting institutions expect around both
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions.
